Back in February 25-year-old Darnell Lavone Anthony was released from Valdosta State Prison after he had served out eight of his ten-year sentence for raping a woman in Cobb County, Georgia. It didn’t take Anthony very long to get back up to his old tricks after he got out though.
Darnell has been arrested in Trenton, New Jersey and charged with Sexual Assault, Criminal Sexual Contact, Criminal Restraint, Terroristic Threats, Unlawful Possession of a Knife and Kidnapping after the douchebag attacked a woman in a parking garage. A co-worker of the woman heard her screams and ended up frightening the man away.
Fortunately for police and the victim, the entire attack was captured on surveillance video at the garage, which assisted in identifying the man to police. Anthony claims the sex was consensual but the video shows otherwise. He forced the woman into a car at knifepoint.
Anthony is being held in jail on $300,000 bond.
