I wrote about Paul Serdula back in November of 2009. At that time he was accused of recording women on a hidden camera in a bathroom at a dentist’s office in Cobb County, Georgia. In February he was indicted on charges of Unlawful Surveillance, Aggravated Child Molestation, Aggravated Sodomy and Sexual Assault and up until recently has been out on bond awaiting trial.

Serdula was rearrested recently on seven more counts of the same charges and is currently being held without bond.

The man pictured above is 28-year-old William Tyler Black of Sarasota, Florida. What gets Mr. Black featured here today is the fact that the substitute teacher and full-time nasty fuck went into the local Walmart, grabbed a copy of the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue and took it into the toy aisle where he proceeded to pleasure himself.

According to TSG (linked above) a store employee told police that Black ejaculated onto the floor and then wiped his hand off on a toy, specifically a Star Wars light saber, which was bound to be picked up and played with by an unsuspecting child. Black then discarded the magazine behind some toys and headed for the door.

When questioned by police he claimed that he was in the Walmart shopping for a toy for his daughter. Black has been charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs as well as Battery considering the fact that it was fairly probable that a kid would have picked up the toy and thus come in contact with Black’s bodily secretions.

36-year-old Colondra Hamilton of Cincinnati, Ohio puts the auto in autoerotic.

Hamilton was pulled over last week when officers noticed that her windows were very darkly tinted. When questioned they noticed that her pants were unbuttoned and she had a vibrator in her lap.

After more questioning the woman admitted to driving while she was simultaneously masturbating while watching a porn flick parked on her passenger seat. Hamilton was arrested and charged with misdemeanor Driving With Impaired Alertness. She was also charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia because officers found a broken piece of crack pipe in her purse.

Updated 4/20/2011 – Apparently there is an update to the story about Colondra. She has been sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $200 and had her driver’s license suspended for six months after she pleaded guilty to a drug charge.

That’s not the end of it though as Hamilton was arrested earlier in the week in connection with three shopliftings from the Walmart in Fairfax, Ohio.

35-year-old Mark Dorough of Lawrenceville, Georgia was arrested last Thursday after he allegedly flashed a woman and her young children.

The victim said that Dorough walked in front of her car and unzipped his pants and stuck out his tongue.

When questioned by police Dorough told police he had had a drink but that he hadn’t done anything wrong. He was arrested for Public Indecency and lodged in the Gwinnett County jail on $2,400 bond where he remained yesterday.

22-year-old Michael McLaughlin of Sacramento, California was arrested near a bike trail in south Natomas Friday afternoon after police received a report of a guy jerking off in public.

While police were questioning McLaughlin a call came in from a woman who said she had been attacked by a man who was masturbating in the women’s bathroom in a nearby business office. The man grabbed the victim who screamed and fought him off and then ran away.

Police are pretty sure that their two public masturbators are one and the same and are also investigating whether or not he may be the same person who was masturbating near women and children at a park on two different occasions.

Alabama, like several other states, contracts out to hire counselors to provide services like Addiction Counseling and Sex Abuse Counseling. 58-year-old Larry Chapman of Hoover, Alabama (just south of Birmingham) is one of those counselors.

In this case Chapman allegedly offered to give a mother a favorable report to regain custody of her children in exchange for sexual favors. He was working as a counselor for DHS when he made the deal with the woman who contacted the Birmingham Police Department.

After an investigation Chapman was arrested Friday at his home in Hoover. Officers from the Birmingham PD, Hoover PD and United States Marshal’s Service showed up at his house for the festivities.

Chapman was lodged in the Jefferson County Jail on charges of Sodomy and Sexual Abuse and held on $65,000 bond.

44-year-old Kevin James Lilly of Lawrenceville, Georgia has been accused of luring a teenager to Georgia for financial and sexual gain.

Lilly allegedly met the 17-year-old Ohio girl online about a year ago and struck up a romantic relationship with her with the intent to get her to move in with him. He drove to Ohio to meet her and absconded with the girl. Police found her living with him back in the middle of March and he was arrested on the 16th.

While legally the girl is old enough to consent her in Georgia her family believes she was coerced and the law agrees. He faces charges of Interference With Custody as well as Electronic Transmission of Obscene Material to a Minor. He was denied bond in a Gwinnett County Magistrate Court yesterday. He has been separated from his wife and three sons since he was arrested in March and the judge felt that he was a flight risk if they let him out.

Lilly works as an umpire for both college and high school sports in Gwinnett County and he also works at Medieval Times in Duluth, Georgia.

Obviously as I mentioned, here in Georgia if you are 17 you are old enough to consent to sex with an adult but I’ve got to tell you if you are 44 and trolling the Internet for 17-year-olds you are one sick frigging puppy.

Cortes-Meza was originally indicted on 31 charges back in the summer of 2008 which also prompted an ICE investigation as well. Along with Cortes-Meza his brother Raul as well as three other people were indicted.

Three of their victims testified against Cortes-Meza at the trial. When allowed to address the court, Cortes-Meza said he wanted to apologize to the women for lying to them and mistreating them, but he said his behavior was a result of the extreme poverty that he and the victims come from. Sounds like a crock of shit to me. He has also been ordered to pay $21,000 in restitution to one of his victims.

Once his sentence is complete he’ll be turned over to ICE and most likely deported where he’ll be free to hop back over the border and start breaking laws again since we can’t seem to enforce the ones we already have.

I ran across this story over at True Crime Report yesterday and have been toying with the idea of sharing it with you fine folks ever since. Pete Kotz is right about one thing, that’s for damn sure. This is a case that will test your morals, but should it? I’ll leave that for you to think about while you read the story, watch some of the videos and be sure to check out the links.

On February 8th, 2009 31-year-old Aaron Vargas told his fiance that he was going for a walk but instead drove to the motor coach owned by 63-year-old former Fort Bragg businessman, Boy Scout leader and Big Brother Darrell McNeill and shot him once in the chest, telling the man he would never be able to hurt anyone again. He then waited the 20 minutes for McNeill to die, preventing his widow Liz from calling the police until that point, disassembled the antique pistol he had killed McNeill and left it on the counter.

After he was sure McNeill was dead he left, got back in his girlfriend’s car and drove to his parent’s home and waited for the police to show up.

Pretty straightforward huh? Guy kills an old man, he’s guilty.

Maybe it’s not so clear.

Maybe Aaron Vargas did the world and it’s children a favor, but does that give him the right to take a man’s life?

Back in the eighties the McNeill and Vargas families were neighbors. As I mentioned above, McNeill was involved in the Boy Scouts and Big Brother organizations and he was a family friend as well. Michael McNeill, Darrell’s son, and Aaron Vargas were also friends from childhood.

It pretty much started in 1989 when Aaron accompanied the McNeills on a camping trip. He was 11-years-old. During that trip his entire life changed after Darrell McNeill molested the 11-year-old boy and began what would be 20 years of hell for Vargas, ending with him taking the life of the man who stole his childhood.

The molestation continued as Vargas grew older as did the intimidation. The older he got the less the molestation happened but McNeill would continue to insinuate himself into Vargas’ life. Visits, phone calls, he had even recently started showing up at the house Vargas shared with his fiancé Selena Barnett, asking to see their 9-month-old daughter and offering to “babysit” the little girl.

A few days after the shooting Michael McNeill called Aaron and told him about the years of emotional and sexual abuse he had suffered because of his own father. Other men have also come forward to support Aaron since the shooting as well, detailing how they were also molested by the degenerate.

What about McNeill’s family and children? What do they say?

They show up at the Mendocino County Courthouse in Ukiah on a regular basis to support Aaron Vargas, even going so far as to join the protests outside the courthouse.

The prosecution against Aaron Vargas dismisses the molestation as irrelevant to the case and testimony about it as self-serving, but really, isn’t it exactly what this trial is about in the end?

James Specie was involved with McNeill in the eighties as well through the Big Brother program. From the time he was nine until he turned 14 McNeill molested him as well. His life took a sharp turn after that. He became involved with drugs and had a hard time dealing with life on life’s terms. In 2006 he confided that he had been molested by McNeill and four days later killed himself with a gun. McNeill had recently come back into his life and was harassing him according to his brother. He just couldn’t take it and didn’t know what else to do.

Todd Rowan, a carpenter from Fort Bragg, was relieved when he heard about McNeill, thankful that nobody was going to get hurt anymore.

John Clemons, the son of McNeill’s first wife, admits that from the time he was 11 until he was old enough to threaten McNeill he was also molested by McNeill. Several years after McNeill and Clemons’ mother divorced she found out about the sexual abuse and reported it to the Fort Bragg Police Department but was told that the statute of limitations for sexual abuse was up and that there was nothing they could do unless she could come up with more recent victims. She then went to McNeill’s home and found what has been termed “sexually explicit” photographs of McNeill with another boy from Fort Bragg. She took them to the police who then told her that the pictures weren’t enough to warrant an investigation unless they had testimony to back it up.

Had the Fort Bragg Police Department opened it’s eyes and actually attempted to perform some police work instead of closing ranks with a local businessman they might have prevented the death of the predator two decades later.

The support that Aaron Vargas is receiving from the community of Fort Bragg as well as online shows how much we despise the degenerates that prey on our children. I’ve befriended Aaron Vargas myself and while I certainly don’t condone murder or any other vigilante action, when the people we have hired to protect us are too worried about the “war on drugs” and illegal aliens to actually investigate a suspected pedophile (with fucking pictures no less!) what are we to do?

If there is one thing/person that people in this country hate more than anything else it is a child molester. In prison they are hated and have to be segregated from the rest of the population else they die a horrible death. We don’t allow them to live near our schools or places of play and they have a hard time getting jobs. A large number of them are homeless, banding together in camps which we then run off. They aren’t allowed to be online in some states and if they join Facebook or MySpace they can be jailed in those states. This unfortunately doesn’t address the problem of degenerates that haven’t yet been caught from trolling for new victims. I personally like the idea of a “common” community where we can find the bastards and keep an eye on them but nobody wants that community of child molesters in their neighborhood. Would you?

Aaron Vargas will stand trial for that murder in April. He is charged with 1st Degree Murder With a Gun, False Imprisonment and Dissuading a Witness. If convicted he’ll spend 50 years to life in prison with no possibility for parole. Considering he’s spent the last 20 years in a prison Darrell McNeill’s fashioning, perhaps treatment really is the right option. While the defense attorney for Aaron Vargas offered a plea agreement thus far it has been met with deaf ears from the local DA. It looks like a jury nullification may have to be the only way to go. Even with the fact that Vargas admits that he shot McNeill they can still return a Not Guilty verdict.

I had planned on writing on this story a bit more but have to get to the doctor this morning. I’ll be updating it over the next few months.

Updated 6/15/10 – Back in April Vargas took a plea deal and pleaded No Contest to Manslaughter, which carries a sentence of up to ten years. Vargas’ supporters are calling for probation though.

The sentencing hearing started yesterday and included testimony from some of his supporters. Today is supposed to be more testimony and then the judge will be imposing the sentence from the bench. Hopefully Vargas will get that probation.

70-year-old John L. Jackson from Milford, Delaware was arrested after he allegedly drugged a 38-year-old woman and sexually assaulted her.

Back on March 4th Jackson invited a 38-year-old woman to dinner and allegedly placed a drug in her food without her knowing about it. Jackson then sexually assaulted the woman and drove her home.

Jackson has been charged with Kidnapping, Unlawful Sexual Conduct and Unlawfully Administering a Substance Drug and is currently out on bond.

19-year-old Jamie Jamaris Mathews of Stockbridge, Georgia has been arrested and charged with Sexual Battery Against a Child Under 16, Child Molestation and False Imprisonment after he allegedly stuck his hands down a 16-year-old girl’s pants in order to touch her vagina.

Mathews and the girl are both students at Dutchtown High School, which is where the sexual assault allegedly took place on March 3rd.

Mathews was arrested on the 8th and lodged in the Henry County Jail on $10,000 bond.

So why the fuck is a 19-year-old guy still in high school in the first place. I understand the whole ‘no child left behind’ concept but it seems like Mathews was left behind a long time ago.

23-year-old Jeremy Tyrel Reynolds, a Dekalb County police officer for the last two years, has been arrested following an investigation of sexual misconduct that allegedly happened back in September 2009. Reynolds allegedly raped a prostitute in custody and also offered to release another woman if she exposed herself to him.

Reynolds has been charged with Sexual Assault on a Person in Custody, Aggravated Sodomy, Rape and Violation of Oath of Office. Reynolds was arrested when he showed up for work today and is on administrative leave pending his firing.

He was reportedly arrested earlier today but thus far he’s not been listed in the jail records.

If it weren’t for this entire story being a punch line of enormous proportions I probably wouldn’t even be posting this here. I just couldn’t help myself. Neither could comedian Andy Dick apparently.

Dick was arraigned in Cabell County, West Virginia this Saturday past on two counts of Sexual Abuse for allegedly grabbing a bouncer’s privates at the Funny Bone comedy club in Huntington, about an hour west of Charleston.

Dick’s bail has been set at $60,000. He has a hearing on February 2^nd.

Dick is currently on probation for Sexual Battery after he pulled down a 17-year-old girl’s shirt and bra in 2008. I find it funny that on several sites I have come across reporting on this new one they refer to the 2008 incident as alleged. No, it was alleged before he was convicted. After being convicted he was guilty of Sexual Battery. Nothing frigging alleged about that.

Back in August an 18-year-old incoming freshman at Bethune-Cookman University hooked up with senior 22-year-old Kevinn Dwyne McNair after breaking up with her boyfriend in Georgia. McNair and the girl started getting close and while she says that they never had intercourse, she did give him head and allowed him to videotape it. Now there’s a great idea if I ever heard one. Not.

Anyway, once she figured out what a douchebag McNair allegedly is she decided to break off their relationship. Not being one to give up a bit of oral sex from a chick he got mad and threatened to post the video online “so five million FaceBook users could see it” BUT he wouldn’t post it if she gave him $100 a week. Maybe he figured he could make up for it by paying for blow jobs from a couple of hoes.

Anyway, the girl decided that calling police would be preferable to dealing with someone whose parents obviously couldn’t spell. They decided to set up a sting to catch McNair. Police in Daytona Beach had her offer him $500 for the video and he bit. They set up a meeting which McNair showed up to, sans video, and arrested him, charging him with Extortion.

McNair was lodged in the Volusia County Jail and bonded out Tuesday for $5000.

As parents it is our job to make sure that our children are protected and behave too. We raise them as best we can and while not always successful we want them to be better than us and have more. As far as I know that doesn’t mean letting them sleep with men 23 years older and bearing their children, but then again perhaps 44-year-old Christopher Hyde has a part of the parenting manual that I missed.

Hyde has been arrested in Cumberland County, North Carolina after he allegedly let his 15-year-old daughter sleep with a man two and a half times her age. He supposedly approved of the relationship between his daughter and 38-year-old Warren Edwards of Fayetteville. As a matter of fact Edwards is reportedly the father of the 15-year-old’s two children.

TWO CHILDREN?

Crap. Not having been particularly good at math I could be wrong but that pretty much says he has been sleeping with her since she was 13.

Hyde has been charged with Child Abuse and is in the Cumberland County Jail on $15,000 bond along with Edwards, who is charged with Statutory Rape of a Minor and Taking Indecent Liberties With a Minor. His bond is $225,000. Perhaps they can be roommates and ass rape each other in their spare time.

31-year-old Brandon Reed Loverde, an Orlando, Florida police officer has been arrested and charged with False Imprisonment and Battery after he allegedly fondled a young mother’s breast and squeezed milk out of it while he was moonlighting as security at the Firestone Live nightclub in Orlando on December 14th.

Loverde allegedly ordered 21-year-old Rachelle Cortez to follow him into a nearby parking lot and made her sit on the ground between a couple of cars. He took her ID and cell phone, walked off and came back with a glove on and a bottle of water for her to drink. The officer allegedly squatted down, reached inside her bra and squeezed her boob until milk squirted into his gloved hand and he is reported to have told her he wanted to “Suck on them”.

Loverde claims he was writing a No Trespass warning against Cortez on behalf of Firestone Live, whose owner says he is full of shit. According to  the owner the woman wasn’t drinking and they never asked for the No Trespass. According to WFTV the owner, Jan Harrold, said, “Apparently the officer is making a statement that she was drinking under age and he was trespassing her and that is just a false statement by the officer”. Apparently Loverde disappeared from work after the incident and they ended up having to call Orlando PD to deal with the problems. Wanting your employer to get your back after you have fucked them is probably not the smartest thing to do, take it from an employer who has seen that many times. It’s like the folks who have quit with no notice wanting me to be a job reference. SURE, I’ll be a reference.

Loverded surrendered at the Orange County Jail yesterday morning and was released on $5,500 bond two hours later with the stipulation that he can’t contact Cortez. He has also been suspended without pay.

In 1996, after serving one 1 year of my 6-year sentence, the Lord released me from prison. I have been on a quest to save as many youth/adult s who are willing to change. I believe that one counselor can make a difference. Presently, I am a registered counselor with the State of Washington. Futch has warrants out for his arrest for the alleged assault of five female victims and remains at large. Cobb County issued the warrants yesterday and while hey haven’t picked him up yet he may just not know about them. The weather around here has been pretty crappy the last 24 hours.

Updated 1/14/10 – Dwight Futch denies any wrongdoing and turned himself in to Cobb County Authorities with his wife and 14-month-old child.

According to Futch the women who are accusing him did so to retaliate against him for them not being able to follow the rules of the program he runs.

Back when 54-Year-Old Reverend Ralph Lee Aaron was the pastor of
Victory Baptist Church in Andalusia, Alabama he was accused of
allegedly making a sexual advance toward a child. He ended up not being
charged in the matter since it was not a felony (which meant that the
statute of limitations had run it’s course before the complaint was
filed), but this was just a harbinger of things to come and perhaps of
activities he was already involved in. This was back in 2005. That was
also about the time that he set up this Yahoo profile.
Prior to that he was involved with the Samson Baptist Church in Samson,
Alabama where he was mysteriously fired after being their pastor for
six years.

Aaron was fired from Victory Baptist and moved to
Grace Christian Fellowship (of course none of the wonderful
‘christians’ at Victory bothered to warn anyone at Grace, which is a
non-denominational church in town. Aaron must have thought he was safe
or just didn’t give a shit because he has been charged with 152 sex
crimes including making child pornography, disseminating child porn,
sexual abuse of a child under 12, sexual torture and sodomy. The sexual
torture charges allegedly came about because of a sex toy he was using
on them. Four reported victims have come forward so far, their ages
ranging from 8 to 12 years old. Police are also including his wife and
daughter among the victims as well.

This douchebag was
apparently raping his victims on camera in his home, his backyard and
even on camping trips. He is currently lodged in the Covington County
Jail in solitary confinement for his own protection. His bond right now
is set at $24.2 Million. Christ on a crutch, that’s some serious dough
and not something that this fucking pedophile is likely to come up
with.

When police raided Ralph Aaron’s house they took several pieces of computer and camera equipment. So far
they’ve found over 100 child porn photos, some downloaded off the
Internet and some taken by him.

According to police Aaron is completely lacking remorse for his heinous deeds and seems more concerned with his situation.

Aaron has a print-on-demand book entitled Focusing the Eye of the Soul (although from the sound of things perhaps it should read focusing on the brown-eye of the soul) and according to the blurb on the back
“Dr. Ralph L. Aaron, Th.D. was raised in rural Alabama and has traveled
all over the world (he may have spent too much time in Greece). He has
a unique perspective on life that is challenging (to say the least). His
collegiate background includes attendance at Mobile University, Troy
State University, Old Dominion University, University of North Florida,
Clarksville School of Theology and Covington Theological Seminary.“

He’s also listed as having been a youth minister as well.

19-year-old Kourtney Joy Babcock (luvPlaymate) from Keokuk, Iowa was arrested back in September by the Des Moines County
Sheriff’s Office for allegedly having sex with two 12-year-old boys at
a house in Mediapolis, Iowa. The investigation got under way back in
July after the incident was reported to police and according to reports
Babcock performed multiple sex acts on the boys.

She was lodged in the Des Moines County Jail on three counts of Sexual Abuse and her bond is $30,000. Kourtney is currently out on bond.

If Kourtney is having to get it from 12 year old children she’s
definitely got some issues that need to be worked out though,
preferably in jail now. From her writings and photos in several places on the net she has some serious sex issues.

Judging from comments she left on a
relative’s MySpace she has no car or driver’s license. No car is not
such a big thing but a 19-year-old girl with no driver’s license in
Iowa? Weird. I had no license until I turned 20 but I also lived in
downtown Atlanta and MARTA was my transportation. I just never bothered
to get one because it wasn’t needed.

Anyway, so here we are, three months later and Rob Taylor over at Red Alerts has come across some fairly disturbing photos on Kourtney’s Facebook account, including at least one of Kourtney fondling her boyfriend in front of a toddler.

According to Babcock, she doesn’t remember what happened because she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol and alluded to the fact that the boys had taken advantage of her.

Updated 12/20/09 – Over at the Dead Kids of MySpace they have uncovered Youtube video of Kourtney getting her lip pierced in which she and a group of her friends laughs about the molestation. WTF? Just in case they’ve taken it down I have downloaded the video and will put it back online if needed.

Updated 3/3/10 – Kourtney pleaded guilty to two counts of Lascivious Acts With a Child on Monday. Her sentencing is April 12th and the prosecutor is going to ask for consecutive ten year terms.

Muller got out of prison in 1996 and registered as a sex offender in September of that year. He has apparently kept a fairly low profile up until 2008 which is when he was arrested again in October of that year. Cherokee County Georgia deputies found what the reported to be a “record number” of child porn videos and pictures on his computer and after an investigation that lasted around a month he was arrested and charged with 41 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, each of which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years. Police reported about 700 movies and 150 photographs of children involved in sex acts on his computer.

Muller was convicted and has received 40 years in prison and another 20 on probation after being sentenced yesterday.

The charges came about after the boy’s parents found sexually graphic text messages from Stitzel on their son’s cell phone. Police were contacted on November 29th and began an investigation. In addition to the text messages it’s alleged that she and the boy had kissed (ewww. Not even drunk) and had other inappropriate contact on and off of school grounds.

Jennifer Stitzel was lodged into the Linn County Jail and then released. She has a court appearance scheduled for December 23rd. She was suspended from the school and has since resigned her position.

Just a little over a year ago Porfirio Olivas-Lopez and his wife Minerva Lopez were arrested in Madison, Wisconsin on a combined 75 charges which included Physical Abuse of a Child With the Intent to Cause Bodily Harm, Strangulation, Causing Mental Harm and Failure to Act to Prevent Bodily Harm in allegations that they were abusing their 14-Year-Old daughter. They would punch, hit, kick, strangle, pour boiling water on her, whatever they felt had to do without even thinking about what the hell they were doing. Why? They claimed that their daughter was possessed. Shit, I think the possession might have started with the gruesome duo pictured up there.

Porifirio was arrested on September 25th, 2008, the same day that their daughter was taken to the hospital for her injuries and the rest of their children were removed by protective services. Minerva was arrested the next day.

While both parents admitted to having caused some of the harm to their daughter they both initially pleaded not guilty to the charges.

So it’s been a year now. The number of charges ended up being dropped down to what prosecutors felt that they could prove. Minerva Lopez pleaded No Contest to six counts of child abuse last month and is expected to testify against her husband who is on trial right now on 23 charges of various forms of child abuse and sexual assault on a child as well.

The 15-year-old Madison area girl testified Wednesday during her father’s child abuse trial in Dane County that she was starved at home and ordered by her father to also eat other insects.

The girl also said her father, Porfirio Olivas, put a large plastic bag on her naked body and used duct tape around her waist. Her head was also covered with another plastic bag, the Wisconsin State Journal reported. When the girl chewed through the bag for air, the man taped her mouth and nose. He then warned her that he was going to throw her into a lake

Southern Lady asked me in an email last night if I had seen this case and initially I said no but once I had read the details I remember it. I didn’t read about it but it was on the front page over at the Dreamin’ Demon and I did comment on these two fucktards.

There is really just not much to say about people who would treat their children in this manner. Both of them need to be dismembered while awake and then let dogs tear out the innards and left for the buzzards to finish.

The Cobb County Sheriff’s Department has arrested and charged 47-Year-Old Paul Patrick Serdula with Unlawful Surveillance and Eavesdropping and more charges may be pending after it was discovered that he had hidden a camera in a Marietta Dentist’s office.

A woman noticed a camera lens peeking out of the insulation around a pipe in the restroom at her dentist’s office and immediately called 911. Serdula, a nurse anesthetist, is not directly employed by the dentist but is a contractor who works with and has been employed by numerous medical facilities, giving him access to countless patients.

The investigation led police to the home of Serdula, which is where things start to get really creepy. Along with electronic recording equipment police found hundreds of videos of Nurse Creepy McCreepy sexually assaulting patients while they were put under general anesthesia during surgery. He would take advantage and sexually batter mostly females after he administered the anesthesia.

Thus far police have identified three victims but obviously there are many more.  Serdula has been licensed in Georgia for over ten years and prior to that he was licensed in Florida. From what I could find he has lived/worked in Mobile, Alabama, Pensacola and Panama City, Florida as well as Georgia. If you’ve been put under for any kind of surgery it’s simple enough to contact your doctor’s office to find out if Serdula was employed by them during the surgery. Anyone with information about Serdula is asked to contact the Cobb Police at 770-499-3945.

Update 11/24/09 – Paul Serdula, who was out on bail is back in jail after being arrested at a Holiday Inn Express he was staying at last night. Turns out that the camera that was installed was in a staff bathroom and the woman who found it was an employee but that’s not the shocker.

One of the women that Serdula victimized while under anesthesia is a minor.He has been rearrested and charged with sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, enticing a child for indecent purposes, child molestation and eavesdropping. Here’s to hoping someone sodomizeds Serdula in jail…with NO anasthesia.

Tappeiner was arrested and charged with sexual assault after it was found that she had sex with a 13-year-old boy she had been babysitting in her home back in August of 2008 along with his sisters. She only babysat the child once and police don’t think there were any other incidents.

According to the victim’s testimony Tappeiner, her husband and two daughters, along with the boy and his sisters as well as another friend had all been watching movies at her home. When everyone fell asleep Tappeiner dragged him into her daughter’s bedroom, hit him when he tried to escape and then forced him to have oral sex as well as intercourse with her.

Tappeiner was convicted at the end of October but her sentencing was delayed and scheduled for yesterday. The defense attorney told the court rhat Tappeiner herself had been the victim of sexual abuse in her past, a fact that was brought up at her sentencing and one which he (defense attorney Mike Macloskie) was hoping would help give her a lighter sentence. They were also hoping that the fact she has two daughters of her own would at least give her house arrest.

The judge said it straight when she told Tappeiner during her sentencing “The fact remains that you sexually assaulted a 13-year-old child. That we cannot forget”.

What sucks is that because of her admittedly alcohol and drug induced bad decision making her husband and children are also victims along with the teen she had sex with.

I know this is an old report but damn, I apparently missed it and just felt the need to get it back out there.

37-Year-Old Robert Louis Rosseau taught Middle School “‘Science, Keyboarding and Bible Classes” at the Christian Academy of San Antonio. According to several reports the man basically set up a so-called secret society called the ‘Order’ which was based on the occult, magic, Freemasonry and Christianity all mixed in together. The only catch? Rosseau was the only guy and in order to belong you had to have sex with the him. Apparently he would quote bible passages to the girls in order to legitimize what he was doing. Hell, if only I knew it was as easy as reading the bible I would have been a religious scholar by the time I was 18…

Apparently the allegations came to light after one girl who met with Rosseau and another girl refused to join the group. She ended up arguing in school with some of her classmates about revealing that Rosseau allegedly was having sex with two of her classmates. Once that was out in the open police were called and informed that he had been in contact with the girl through chat rooms.

Initially both of the girls who had allegedly engaged in sex with Mr. Creepy Rosseau denied it but one of them later on told her parents she had been sleeping with him since this past January, when she was 16. She ended up telling police that the girl who had recruited her had been having sex with the man since 2007.

Rosseau was arrested back at the end of October and charged with Sexual Assault of a Child and held on $100,000 bond. He was also terminated from his teaching position.

Eric’s MySpace

I don’t know what it is with some guys. Maybe I can’t fathom dudes like this because I never had a problem “getting some” when I was still single.

Anyway, Cherokee County police have arrested 29-year-old Eric Nathan Coleman from Canton, GA and charged him with rape, burglary, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, sexual battery, battery and stalking after they say he entered the apartment belonging to the parents of his 35-year-old ex-girlfriend and raped her.

Eric still had the key to the apartment that he didn’t give back after they broke up and used it to enter the apartment. The police report states that his girlfriend was asleep and alone in the apartment at the time.

As of yesterday afternoon (before my site went down for exceeding my bandwidth) Eric was lodged in the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center pending a bond hearing.

This past Sunday evening police in Newberry County, SC were in the parking lot of the Newberry County Detention Center getting ready to take a prisoner into the county jail when a car pulled up and let a man out who had been severely beaten. 54-year-old Terry Hugh Gibbs told them that he had been beaten by several people because he had molested their children.

Apparently one of the four children under ten that he had sexually molested had reported it to her aunt and from there it built to a confrontation with the parents of each of the children. Gibbs is related to all four kids and would babysit for the parents, which is what gave him access to them in the first place.

After Gibbs was found by police he went into cardiac arrest and had to be transported to the hospital where he still was a couple of nights ago.

No charges have been filed yet, against Gibbs or the parents, but the county solicitor’s (basically the same thing as a DA) office is looking into it and most likely charges will be filed. The Newberry County Sheriff’s Office has already stated that it will becharging Gibbs with at least four counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Lewd Act on a Child once he is released from the hospital.

30-year-old Tawyna Rae Burrows (MySpace) of Manatee, Florida was arrested and charges with Sexual Battery, Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition and Exhibition of Obscene Material to a Minor after two children reported that they had been molested. Burrows took care of three children, an 8-year-old boy and his two younger sisters, 7 and 2.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office the children told them that Tawnya molested the two girls, performed sex acts in front of them and made them watch a pornographic movie. Burrows was lodged in the Manatee County Jail on $71,000 bond.

Updated: Mr McCreepy Steven Bronson pictured above gave a jailhouse interview to KATU in Portland (story is linked) and probably shouldn’t have. He told KATU that what he did was illegal and that he never licked a woman’s leg, claiming that it was hot out and his sweaty head accidently touched her leg as he was helping her try on shows. hehehe.

A couple of weeks ago deputies in Clackamas County Oregon started getting reports of a dude going up to women in different retail stores and asking them to put on a shoe from the store display for a personal opinion. Nothing wrong with looking at an attractive pair of legs and the attached feet but somehow I think that 46-year-old Steven George Bronson may have gone just a bit too far.

When Bronson would place the shoe on his victim’s foot he would start to moan and rub their feet and legs. One of his victims even got the special treatment. Bronson got so excited he licked the woman’s upper thigh. Her response to to get very loud and let everyone know what was going on, at which point Bronson fled the scene.

Last week the Medford Police contacted Clackamas County Sheriff’s Department to let them know they were seeing the same type of complaint in the area with at least four female victims, one only 15-years-old.

Last weekend an alert lady recognized Bronson from newscasts showing security footage of one of the incidents at the Falls Urgent Care Center and called the law. Deputies surrounded the building and the Shoe Fetish Man was taken into custody with no incident and charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree. Bronson already has a record in California, Nevada and Washington so this guy gets around a bit.

37-year-old Rebecca Nichols, a former clerical aide at East Lawrence High School near Trinity, Alabama (southwest of Huntsville) was arrested and charged with contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor after allegedly supplying a 16-year-old male student with alcohol and drugs. The two also had a sexual relationship but since Alabama Law Enforcement is about 25 years behind the rest of the United States there have been no charges related to that because the boy claims that he initiated the contact and it was mutual. WTF? I’m sure that makes makes the boy’s mother, who filed the complaint, real happy. NOT. There are several different reports but in the one linked to below as the source the mother of the boy claims that Nichols initiated the sex and should be charged with rape.

Rebecca is currently going through a divorce, her husband being the principal of East Lawrence High School.

Nichols is currently free on $500 bond and is supposed to be back in court on September 3rd. Becky hasn’t logged into her MySpace page in about eight months so it’s obviously not active anymore.

While I rant and rave about predators and pedophiles on here I think that this was probably just a huge miscalculating mistake on Nichol’s part (albeit it a really ugly one) rather than a case of her being a predator or pedophile. Unfortunately as adults when me make bad decisions like this it can have long-lasting effects on a child that we don’t even consider.

This is Lang’s first year at Alton High School, having taught previously at O’Fallon Township High School. I haven’t yet found out why he switched schools.

Lang’s bond is currently set at $250,000 and is being held in the Madison County Jail in Edwardsville.

The previous band director at Alton that Lang replace, David Drillinger, was fired after he was charged with inappropriately touching students. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery.
