Last Friday started out as just another normal day at the local Wal-Mart on Collins Hill Rd in Gwinnett County. Shoppers scurrying about to get their goods and all the nice Wal-Mart people trying to make sure their customers were happy. Everything was going great until a security guard noticed 32-year-old Quentin Hosch of Lawrenceville folling women around the store. He decided to follow the guy since something just wasn’t right. That’s when the guard saw Hosch expose himself and start to masturbate, right there in the store. He was arrested and got to spend Friday night in the Gwinnett County Jail until he bonded on $5,700. This apparently isn’t his first trip to the pokey either.

Back in April a woman saw Hosch masturbating inside a thrift store on Pleasant Hill Road. When police showed up they found a gun on his person as well. Hosch was charged with public indecency and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. In 2000 he pleaded guilty to statutory rape and he has also served time for a cocaine conviction as well.
