A 38-Year-Old former Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Chatellier was arrested earlier this week after he was caught chatting in a sexually explicit manner and trying to solicit for sex a “14-Year-Old girl” who was actually a Louisiana State Investigator.

Chatellier was arrested at his home in Metairie, Louisiana and when troopers executed a search warrant of his house they found 116 pornographic photos involving children. They also discovered that Chatellier had just recently been released from prison after he served a two-year-sentence for child porn and solicitation of a juvenile. He was arrested in January 2006 when he was charged with 68 counts of pornography involving children as well as the solicitation charge.

A Brownsville, Texas police oficer was at home at his apartment minding his own business when he got a real surprise. Apparently an intoxicated 19-Year-Old Anthony Carrazco had been going door-to-door in the apartment building in the middle of the night trying to sell three ounces of Marijuana.

When he knocked on the cop’s door at 3:30 a.m. the police officer was kind enough to ask him to wait a minute and that he would be right back. When he came back it was with his badge and handcuffs.

Damn, probably the easiest drug bust that guy’s ever going to make.

Carrazco surrendered peaceably and was cooperative with the officer. Once he was arrested the police officer searched him and also found a 9mm weapon in the bag where he kept his drugs. On-Duty officers were called to his house where they picked up Carrazco and lodged him in the Carrizalez-Rucker Detention Center. His bond is $10,000.

Generally I try not to make fun of what people do to get
their kicks in a sexual manner. I wouldn’t call myself a prude or anything but
I am pretty much straight-forward when it comes to sex. Just because I don’t
think I would participate in something like wife-swapping doesn’t mean I think
it’s wrong or anything. When it comes to children and pedophilia I have to draw
the line though. There are plenty of people out there willing to indulge in
whatever nasty fantasy you have without involving children.

doesn’t seem to share my reservations about children apparently. As a matter of
fact White is a stinking, nasty scumbag pedophile. According to his wife Teresa
he’s taken several trips to Central America and the Caribbean where child
prostitution is much more prevalent in order to indulge in his sick fantasies.
He didn’t stop there unfortunately. White also felt the need to inflict his
diseased sexual barbarity on his three-year-old daughter as well.

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Justin Bret Blackledge (http://www.myspace.com/savagemonkeyrock) late Monday night after an exhaustive investigation conducted by the Oregon City police department.

Apparently word got to the police from the girl’s family that this sorry piece of dirt was using the Internet to pimp out a 16-year-old girl. The were informed that he had uploaded sexually explicit photos of the girl engaging in sexual activity to an internet escort site. The ad included contact information and a price list of sexual services the girl would provide.I haven’t found the site yet, not even an archived version, but I suppose that doesn’t matter. Apparently Blackledge is a friend of the family and their daughter was staying with him (that’s sort of creepy) last year.

Anyway, the Oregon Police Department executed a search warrant back in December of 2008 on Justin Blackledge’s house at 129 Morton Road in Oregon City and as a result turned up evidence that Blackledge had a sexual relationship with the girl and was the go-between between the victim and clients. The meetings took place in Beaverton, OR as well as other places in the Portland area between June of 2007 and September of 2008.

One thing that I found interesting (and sort of scary) is that Justin’s last login to his MySpace account was on Monday the 27th, it’s set to private but shows his mood as ‘focused’ and his status is ‘Justin is Planning’. Planning what I wonder? If it was his disappearance he was just a bit too late for that. He is currently in the Clackamas County Jail on one charge of Compelling Prostitution, three counts of using a child in a sex display, six counts of encouraging the sexual abuse of a child and five counts of sexual abuse. All total his bond is currently set at $250,000. He had his arraignment on Tuesday and when this finally gets to court if he is convicted he will get mandatory jail time.

Blackledge does have several other profiles online (his Facebook, also private) as well as his own website, http://www.savagemonkeyrock.com and a Blogspot page as well (hasn’t been updated since 2006). He also has a profile at Editred under the pseudonym Clockworkjuice. Both sites include assorted writings and poetry by Justin. According to Justin “I am currently writing a fictional book about the possibilities and
singularities our world faces. I would love any constructive feedback
or support as I test my ideas out. I will gladly comment on your work
as well. I’m very happy to see a site like this on the web, and it’s
great to be part of it.“

It doesn’t look like he’s uploaded anything to Editred since 2006. I guess pimping out children takes up quite a bit of free time. Here’s a bit of his poetry, one called Salvation:

His website has two pages that look like they were set up for other people but not used yet, a few of his poems, and a section for his novel. Still just the prologue and outline so I don’t guess he’s worked on it much since he posted it at Editred. He should have plenty of time to finish it now.

Justin has a profile at the Hero of Humanity Law of Attraction Group in Portland (whatever that is) as well as the Movies in Portland meetup group, Portland Freedom Club, Meditation For Mastery and Portland Tantric Meetup Group. Kind of makes you wonder if he was using some of these to find potential clients. He was certainly busy online in 2006. So I’ve done a little checking on some of the things that have been presented in the comments about Blackledge being mentally disturbed and it’s quite possible that it is true. The apartment complex he lives at is called Fisher Ridge Apartments which is a 19-unit complex for the ‘disabled’. They are rented through Housing Connections, which is a HUD site.

So that brings me to a couple of other questions. Some folks have remarked that Justin is mentally disturbed, one says he is severely mentally ill and has taken his delusions too far. Allegedly he has been hospitalized more than once for his illness and he either doesn’t take or abuses his medication. If he’s that bad off, then why is he outside of the hospital?

Is it just me or does this dude not look like George Clooney? Slightly more worn maybe.

86-year-old Bonnie Lewis was found slumped over a living room chair by other members of her family Tuesday night after a visit from her son David. They called 911 but by the time sheriff’s deputies got there she was dead. That usually happens when you have your throat cut. There were no signs of forced entry and the family said that she always kept her house locked tight and wouldn’t answer the door for strangers. 

As of Wednesday police hadn’t specified a cause of death since they were still analyzing forensic evidence after a judge granted a search warrant for David’s home.

Family members said that it was completely out of character for David and not like him, which strikes me as strange since several of the neighbors reported that they were all scared of the dude.

They originally locked him up earlier this week on charges that stemmed from a high-speed car chase that ended up putting him in the hospital back on September 10th. He swerved at deputies and since his truck had a flat and front-end damage they figured he had been involved in a hit-and-run and gave chase which ended with him in the hospital. He wasn’t immediately arrested since he had sustained injuries in the crash. The waited until after he killed his mother to issues an arrest warrant. Boy, that was smart.

Once he was arrested David Lewis admitted to deputies that he had snapped and ‘cut her throat with a knife” while they were standing on her front porch.

Damn.

Now I don’t really care whether you smoke pot or not. I choose not to and won’t allow it in my house but if you can responsibly smoke and be productive, more power to you but just remember when you call the cops, you’d better at least hide the stuff.

According to the local police chief Alan Mulkin his computers and media contain “possibly thousands” of pictures of children in sexually explicit poses. They are very concerned as to whether any of the children are local and are on the lookout for local victims.
