L.A. man gets probation for sexually assaulting dog…

In Los Angles, a 62-year-old man has been convicted of having sex with a dog he adopted from an animal shelter.

The Animal Cruelty Task Force arrested Wade Strickland on February 2^nd after he was seen sexually violating the female German shepherd mix beneath a freeway over pass. Nasty Ass!

On Tuesday, Strickland pleaded guilty to animal cruelty and lewd conduct and was placed on three years probation. Only probation? Hmmm…

According to the City Attorney’s office Strickland has adopted shelter dogs in the past and was reported for mistreating them. Ok he is a repeat offender. Again, he only gets probation? Hmmm…

Witnesses were willing to testify in the latest case. Well finally gawd damn poor dogs.

When he was arrested he was in possession of 2 dogs, one being the dog he was seen assaulting.

Along with probation, Strickland is prohibited from owning any animals, must submit to law enforcement searches at anytime and attend 24 animal care counseling sessions.

You think the counseling sessions will help out this depraved individual? I am doubtful.

Douchebag Pedophile Wayne Gerald Muller Back in Jail

Back in May of 1992 45-Year-Old Wayne Gerard Muller molested an 11-Year-Old boy. He was finally convicted in October of 1994 for Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes and Child Molestation and sentenced to two freaking years to run concurrently.

Muller got out of prison in 1996 and registered as a sex offender in September of that year. He has apparently kept a fairly low profile up until 2008 which is when he was arrested again in October of that year. Cherokee County Georgia deputies found what the reported to be a “record number” of child porn videos and pictures on his computer and after an investigation that lasted around a month he was arrested and charged with 41 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, each of which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years. Police reported about 700 movies and 150 photographs of children involved in sex acts on his computer.

Muller was convicted and has received 40 years in prison and another 20 on probation after being sentenced yesterday.

Stephen Olman Arrested For Child Porn

Back in 1999 31-Year-Old Stephen D. Olman Jr. was convicted of Sexual Battery and ended up serving three years in prison. A couple of years after he got out he was picked up on a probation violation (no details) and served another three years for that. As a Convicted Sex Offender Olman has to register and isn’t supposed to be able to be around kids, among other things.

I don’t know how old his victim was (other than the fact that they were older than 12) but judging from his recent arrest I would have to guess it was a child. Police in Tampa, Florida arrested Olman Tuesday and charged him with downloading child porn off of the Internet.

Olman currently has 69 counts of Use of a Computer for Lewd of Lascivious Purposes and is lodged in the Hillsborough County Jail on $517,500 bond.

Michelle Simonson Gets 90 Days

Back in August Independence Township, Michigan middle school teacher 28-Year-Old Michelle Simonson was arrested and charged with Enticing a Minor for Immoral Purposes and Distributing Sexually Explicit Material to a Minor.

Simonson was accused of having sent text messages to a 14-Year-Old student over the course of a year, some of them sexually explicit and included a topless photo of herself. The child was a former student of the special ed teacher. She asked him once to meet her outside of school but the boy told her no.

The two never had physical contact with each other or any direct conversation that was inappropriate and once the messages started getting more and more explicit the child began to get uncomfortable and asked her to stop. After he informed his foster parents they contacted police and told them about the messages and the photo.

Simonson ended up resigning from Sashabaw Middle School back in August after the allegations became public knowledge and pleaded guilty in October. She was sentenced earlier this week to 90 days in jail and five years of probation.

Robert Chester Double Found Some Trouble

Back in July New York resident 50-Year-Old Robert Chester Double was arrested after molesting teenagers at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. The parent’s of four different teens complained back in July after Double would bump into them in the wave pool and pull off their bikinis.

Double was charged with one count of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation and has been out on $5,000 bond until his trial earlier today where he pleaded guilty.

Robert Double was sentenced to five years of probation as a sex offender. He will have to report regularly as a sexual offender, can’t contact his victim and can’t have any unsupervised contact with children under 18. He also cannot visit any amusement or water park.

Updated – Alison Peck Pleads Guilty

Earlier this year 23-Year-Old Alison M. Peck was arrested and charged with Statutory Rape and Sodomy in two different counties in Missouri as a result of her sexual relationship with a 16-Year-Old boy. At the time she was first arrested Peck was the band teacher at Greenfield High School.

Back in December of 2008 the boy started sending text messages to Peck and then started meeting her at her home in Mt. Vernon. Shortly after her affair with boy began Peck filed for divorce from her husband.

Alison was arrested again during the spring after she had two friends rent a hotel room so that she could meet up with her “boyfriend” since the authorities were watching her. She was charged again with Statutory Rape because of that.

While Peck still faces sex charges in Dade and Lawrence counties (she’ll be in court Thursday for some of them) she pleaded guilty to statutory rape in Greene County and her case has been sent to probation officials.

According to Alison Peck’s MySpace page (alicat05) she ‘can finally say im glad this is my reality’. WTF? She posted that just a couple of hours ago so I am assuming she’s talking about the probation.

Updated 12/03/09 – Peck appeared in court in Lawrence County today for her preliminary hearing and perhaps not so surprising considering her last status update has decided to take ownership of her deeds and pleaded guilty to statutory rape and statutory sodomy. She received five years of probation on each of the charges and has to complete a sex offender treatment program. The probation is concurrent.

Although she seems to be trying to get it all over and done with things may not be quite so smooth for the woman as the father of the victim has filed a civil suit against Peck for $1.9 Million plus legal fees. Motions on that case begin on December 16th.

Updated 12/20/09 – Peck was sentenced in Dade County to five years of probation. She has also been ordered to pay a total of $275,000 in the civil motion filed by the father of her victim.

Kimberlee Arigot Sentenced to One Year for Having Sex With Teens

Back in December of 2008 40-Year-Old Kimberlee (Kimberly) Williams Arigot was arrested and charged with Unlawful Sex With a Minor, Unlawful Sexual Conduct and Dealing Materials Harmful to a Minor. Police in Syracuse, Utah received a tip that a woman had been sending nude pictures of herself to a teenage boy and that’s what got the initial investigation going.

Over a period of six months she was having sex with three boys ranging in age from 15-17 Years-Old. After being brought in for questioning Arigot admitted to her behavior to law enforcement.

Back in October of this year Kimberlee was offered and accepted a plea deal that let her plead guilty to engaging in sex with the boys in exchange for dropping five felony counts of dealing material harmful to minors.

Arigot has been sentenced to one year in jail and 36 months of probation. Had this been a man with three teenage girls how much time do you think he would have gotten? A damn site more than one year in jail, I can tell you that much.

Rodell Vereen Violated More Than His Probation

Back in 2007 50-year-old Rodell Vereen of Conway, SC was convicted for buggering a horse named Sugar at the Lazy B Stables. Bad enough to be jailed for being a horse fucker, but twice? With the same horse?

Surveilance cameras caught someone doing the horse back on July 19th but Police weren’t able to identify the assailant. Barbara Kenley, who owns the horse and the stables, was pretty sure it had to be Vereen. She wanted to catch him red-handed and catch him she did.

Kenley has been keeping her eyes open and this time she made sure to bring her shotgun. When she caught him literally in the act he claimed to be looking for the bathroom and then apologized, saying he didn’t mean to hurt her.

Vereen has been charged with Buggery and Trespassing. He is already on South Carolina’s sex offender list and faces up to five years if he is convicted. He was already on probation when he pleaded guilty to buggery last year and now he has to sit in jail until he has a hearing on Monday to determine if he violated his probation.

Jessica Holcomb Arrested in Connection With Toddler’s Death

Update

The autopsy report for 18-month-old Shyanne Nicole Holcomb has been released and it pretty much said what we already knew, that the baby had died from suffocation. Jessica Holcomb has now been charged with the death of her daughter. Investigators are saying that Holcomb most likely knew that she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest and went into the crawl space in order to hide from law enforcement.

This past Friday officers from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department went along with a social workers from Gwinnett County DFACS to investigate a report that two young children were being left at home alone and that the house was unsanitary.

When law enforcement got to the house they knocked on the door and heard a baby yell and then quickly stop. Nobody would answer the door and fearing for the safety of the child they entered through the back door. Searching the house they found a large portion of the wall in a closet cut out and inside the homemade crawl space they found 26-year-old Jessica Holcomb holding the lifeless body of her 18-month-old child. They attempted CPR and then took the toddler to the hospital, where it was life-flighted to Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital in an attempt to save it’s life.

An autopsy to determine the cause of the child’s death is forthcoming and Jessica Nicole Holcomb has been charged with one count of Cruelty to Children. This obviously isn’t Jessica’s first brush with the law as in addition to the cruelty to children charge she is also facing a violation of probation charge (inmate charges) and is being held with no bond pending a hearing (in addition to possible murder charges).

UWG Student Matthew Richardson Gets 20 for Child Porn

13 months ago 19-year-old Matthew Dale Richardson (http://www.myspace.com/psycho8137) was arrested for child porn after University police found child porn on his computer at his Arbor View apartment.

Apparently Matt was on an unsecured wireless network and another student ‘unintentionally intercepted’ sexually explicit photos of children on his computer. They went to the police who told the student to contact them again if the images showed up again. They did and the student called them back. Once police checked them out they tracked the porn to Richardson’s computer which was close to the other student’s apartment. When police searched the apartment they found either pornographic videos or photos of children as young as four.

Fast forward to this year and Matthew Richardson pleaded guilty in court before Judge Dennis Blackmon and received a sentence of 20 years in prison to be followed by 20 years of probation for four counts of sexual exploitation of children.

Most of Psycho8137′s (his online handle) profiles are on gaming sites and his Youtube profile offers nothing particularly out of the ordinary either, which is why I haven’t posted links to any of them.

Don’t get me wrong here. I hate sexual offenders and anyone who deals with child porn but I think in this case the sentence may have been a bit harsh. Rapists and murderers sometimes get less time for far worse crimes than Matthews. Not only that but I guarantee that I could take my laptop to the middle of the apartment complex or university and turn on my wireless connection and I can 100% promise you that porn isn’t going to magically be intercepted on my computer. Either the person who wrote the article I ran across at the Times-Georgian (can’t see it without registering) is a fool who doesn’t know what she’s talking about, or whoever she spoke to in court is an idiot that passed on bad information that she didn’t bother to check. In order for the images to have been seen the concerned student would have had to have been browsing the wireless network snooping through other people’s computers in order to have come across the porn.

Gregory Vance White Wanted to Swap

Generally I try not to make fun of what people do to get
their kicks in a sexual manner. I wouldn’t call myself a prude or anything but
I am pretty much straight-forward when it comes to sex. Just because I don’t
think I would participate in something like wife-swapping doesn’t mean I think
it’s wrong or anything. When it comes to children and pedophilia I have to draw
the line though. There are plenty of people out there willing to indulge in
whatever nasty fantasy you have without involving children.

43-year-old Gregory Vance White from Port St. Lucie, Florida
doesn’t seem to share my reservations about children apparently. As a matter of
fact White is a stinking, nasty scumbag pedophile. According to his wife Teresa
he’s taken several trips to Central America and the Caribbean where child
prostitution is much more prevalent in order to indulge in his sick fantasies.
He didn’t stop there unfortunately. White also felt the need to inflict his
diseased sexual barbarity on his three-year-old daughter as well.

Last week Greg White got online in a chatroom apparently
frequented by pedophiles and began talking to a man local to him. The man
supposedly had an 11-year-old daughter. Believing that the man had similar
interests as him White informed the man that he had anal intercourse with his
three-year-old daughter, bragging to him that “she likes it”. The man also gave
White his phone number. At that point he called the man, who is an undercover
detective for St. Lucie County. Haha, dumbass. Didn’t see that coming, did you?

Anyway, he called to propose a sort of sick swap. He would
get to have sex with the eleven-year-old girl and the detective would get to
have oral sex with his young daughter, probably barely out of diaper. Ew. Yuck.
Not to mention the fact that the girl is actually two and White lied to the
detective about that as well.

So Gregory White set up a meeting time with the undercover
cop but later that evening he called the detective back and let him know that
his wife had come home from work sick and that they would have to reschedule
their meeting for the next day.

Rightly enough Sgt Grant King from the St Lucie County
Sheriff’s Office said that they were concerned enough for the safety of the
little girl that immediate action needed to be taken. A search warrant was
granted and police went to White’s house that evening. White was surprised that
the man he was chatting with was a cop as well as the fact that the police
showed up at his house that night. He claimed that it was all a fantasy

Gregory Vance White was arrested on the evening of the 21^st
and has been charged with solicitation, attempting to sell or buy a minor into
sex trafficking and sexual performance on a child. He may also end up facing
federal charges as well. His children
are staying with their mother. That is when she’s not at work at night as a
stripper I guess. Oh by the way, she also knew that White likes little girls.

Want to know what really sucks though? If this is his first
offense and there is no other proof of his activities aside from his little
chat with the undercover detective the great and noble state of Florida will
slap him on the hand. We can only hope that he does end up facing federal
charges because he may end up with probation in Florida.

Gregory does have an online presence. His user name in the chat room was gregoryvancewhite. A couple of online profiles include one at Flickr with the same name. His photostream is mainly coral and rocks and stuff like that, nothing particularly incriminating

Cynthia Horvath is Ashamed

I came across an update on ex-teacher Cynthia Horvath this morning and for some reason I thought I had written about her back in October after she was finally caught but since I can’t find anything here apparently I had thought about it but never written the post. You can find the story over at The Weekly Vice from back in October though if you are interested.

45-year-old Cynthia Horvath used to be an English teacher and a cheerleading coach at the Warner Christian School in Daytona. She got into a relationship for several months with one of her 17-year-old students at the school and was eventually caught.

Horvath pleaded no contest to the charge of unlawful sex with a minor last Friday and before she was sentenced said that she was ashamed of her choices.

The judge in the case sentenced her to a year of house arrest to be followed by seven years of probation. She will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life, has to surrender her teaching certificate, is not allowed to be around minor children except for her own (she has four) and she is also not allowed to drive alone. That term came from the fact that some of the sexual encounters she had with the student happened in her car in several different public locations.

Michael Schneider Offended. Again.

Michael George Schneider pleaded no contest back in April of 1998 to a felony charge of attempting to perform a lewd act on a child. As a result he was sentenced to five years of probation. Back in December (nine years later) he petitioned the court to terminate his probation early. The hearing for that is supposed to be next month. I guess the premise is that he has been rehabilitated. I don’t guess that he’ll be getting off of probation now, and hopefully won’t be getting out of jail any time soon since he has decided to re-offend and has gotten caught.

The wife of an acquaintance of his apparently at least had suspicions or her child told her something because the woman showed up at the Kissimmee Police department with 11 VCR tapes belonging to Schneider. On them they not only found sexually explicit videos of her six-year-old child along with other children as well. There were also photos of her 11-year-old daughter on his computer but it’s not currently known if they were also pornographic in nature.

When police arrested Schneider yesterday they found a large collection of suspected child pornography in his home along with video and photography equipment and children’s clothing. 29-year-old Michael Schneider has been charged with possession of photos showing a sexual performance by a child, selling or possessing with intent to sell obscene matter and lewd and lascivious molestation of a child younger than 12. He is in the Orange County Jail and is being held without bond.

Michael G. Schneider’s Florida Sex Offender ‘profile’ can be found here. He also used to have a MySpace profile but apparently he was one of the many sex offenders that was recently outed. I found links to it but the account has been deleted. He went by ‘thepoolexpert‘ on MySpace.

Where is Chad Reynolds?

Perhaps indirectly, some of the attention from the Haleigh Cummings disappearance has been directed toward an absconded convicted sex offender in Florida known as Chad Eugene Reynolds. Chad lives a couple of hours away from Haleigh Ann-Marie Cummings and due to the possible coincidental disappearance of both around the same time, he has inevitably been linked to the case even if just in the media.

Chad Reynolds was sentenced to seven years in prison for armed burglary as well as lewd and lascivious molestation of a child younger than 12 earlier in the decade. I don’t have the sentencing date but the incident which got him convicted happened in September of 2002. Six years later he was released and is required to report to his mother’s home every day as a condition of his probation. He is on ten years of community supervision.

Although it’s likely that someone in his family or perhaps one of his friends has had contact with him, February 1st is the last time anyone will admit to having contact with Reynolds, when he left a bar in Ochlawaha, Fl. after the Super Bowl. He had borrowed a friend’s car and then called later to tell his friend, Amy Baker, that it had broken down. The car was found but Reynolds has taken a powder.

After Reynolds was reported as being missing the Marion County Sheriff’s Department contacted the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office about Chad. Interestingly enough Putnam County is where Haleigh is missing and also the county where Reynold’s was originally sentenced.

While law enforcement remains concerned about the safety of this convicted sex offender, if and when he is found he will more than likely be arrested for failing to report to his probation officer.

Is Chad Reynolds just another absconded scumbag whose timing sucks or is he somehow related to the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings?

Eryn Allegra is a Shitty Mother

Christmas can be a really hard time for some people. It’s supposed to be a happy time but it can be depressing for people. I know. I love the holidays but owing to what I do for a living I am the most busy at work while everyone else is enjoying family and fellowship. Christmas Day is normally a day where I don’t get to see them at all. I count myself lucky though. I have a job and take car of my family. We make do and work around.

Eryn Allegra had a hard time with Christmas as well. She had lost her job, lost her house and even lost her husband due to the fact that the shitheel is currently in jail on a probation violation. He was on probation for a drug charge from a little over a year ago and back on Halloween he was arrested for the violation. I’m sure that Eryn was having a hard time providing the kind of Christmas for her eight-year-old son Tristan that she wanted to. She had been depressed for months and wanted to kill herself. That’s pretty bad and shows that Eryn needed some kind of help. The problem lies in the fact that she was a selfish bitch as well. Rather than just killing her miserable self she couldn’t bear the thought of her son living without her and decided to kill him as well.

Eryn rented a room at the Holiday Inn on Christmas Eve, ate dinner with her son and then gave him eight Advil to put him to sleep. Once he had been to sleep for a while she took a pillow and smothered the boy, climbed into the tub and then slit her wrists. It would have been much easier had she used a sharper knife or something but she made a poor choice and of course the razor blades didn’t do the job; that or she just changed her mind. Either way she called 911.

Once she was released from the hospital Port St. Lucie police questioned her and arrested Aryn Haylee Allegra on charges of murder.
