Ohio Man Arrested For Sodomizing a Hiram Woman

Police in Paulding County, Georgia arrested 29-year-old Christian Mejia Ruiz of Ohio on Tuesday for the alleged kidnapping and rape of a local Hiram woman.

Paulding County deputies responded to a report of a rape Monday night at the Columns Apartments near Hiram, Georgia. The victim was able to give law enforcement a good description of her attacker along with the fact that he was driving a burgundy minivan (pussy) and pulled a knife.

Ruiz, who was visiting family members for the holidays allegedly sexually assaulted the woman in the apartment where he was staying. He is currently lodged in the Paulding County Jail with no bond on charges of Sodomy, Aggravated Sodomy and Kidnapping.

Paulding Man Arrested For Child Porn

Police in Paulding County, Georgia have arrested a Dallas man after they found alleged child pornography on his home computer.

53-year-old Allan John Chase was arrested Monday after an investigation revealed child pornography involving children between 5 and 15 years age on his computer after a search of his home on January 4th.

Chase is currently lodged in the Paulding County Jail with no bond.

Another Child Molester Gets Life In Prison

Back on September 27th 53-year-old Tommy Lee Strozier of Paulding County, Georgia was convicted of Rape, Sexual Battery, Aggravated Sodomy, Aggravated Child Molestation and Incest in a case involving his young daughter.

Strozier began sexually abusing his victim when the little girl was five-years-old and continued for nine years. Another family member alerted police to the abuse back in April of 2009.

Strozier was sentenced on September 28th to life plus 20 years in prison for his heinous crimes.

Paulding County Man Charged With Child Porn

61-year-old Richard Gibson of Acworth, Georgia turned himself in Thursday night after investigators found pornographic pictures of children on his computer after they served a search warrant. He has been charged with 20 counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children. His bond has been set at $55,200.

Several computers and other related items with digital storage were seized during the search. According to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office 169 images of known or suspected child porn was found and that at least 20 of them were of children 12-years-old or younger.

Robert Raboud of Acworth Arrested For Alleged Child Porn

47-year-old Robert Raboud of Acworth, Georgia was arrested on Monday for allegedly having child pornography on a computer in his home according to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Department.

A search warrant executed on Raboud’s home led police to find over 100 images of child porn on his computer. The computer equipment was confiscated.

Raboud turned himself in to Paulding County Deputies after his attorney was notified of the charges. He is currently out on bond after being charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

Paulding County Man Arrested For Child Porn

51-year-old Christopher Scott Rabideau of Dallas, Georgia was arrested last week after police found child pornography on his home computer.

The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office evidently felt they had enough evidence to search Rabideau’s home and a warrant was granted and executed last week. Police seized several items from the home and Rabideau is lodged in the Paulding County Jail charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He is being held on $55,200 bond.

Another Local Jerk-Off Gets Busted for Child Porn

Thank goodness for the fact that police departments are more and more cooperating with each other in this digital age. The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office acting on a tip from the St. Petersburg, Florida police obtained a search warrant for the Dallas, Georgia home where 23-year-old Joseph Testani lives and during their search found child pornography.

Police found more than 80 images of child pornography on Testani’s computer and have arrested him on charges of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Possessing and Distributing Child Pornography. He’s currently lodged in the Paulding County Jail with no bond.

Updated – Paulding County Man Wanted for Rape of a 13-Year-Old Girl

The Paulding County, Georgia Sheriff’s Department has issued a warrant and is looking for a man in relation to the alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl last week.

According to the sheriff’s office 29-year-old Gary Thomas Chastain raped the girl last Friday at the home he shares with her and her mother. Paulding County hasn’t been any more forthcoming with information other than what I have posted.

Chastain is Caucasian, 5’8”, 225LBS. He has short brown hair and green eyes. Authorities say that he might be traveling on a bicycle (snigger) and is unemployed. Great, another alleged unemployed boyfriend/douchebag child rapist. Alleged of course.

Anybody that might have information as to Gary Chastain’s whereabouts is asked to call the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office at 770-443-3010.

Updated 7:35pm – Gary Chastain has turned himself in at the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. No more details at this time.

Shanna Detwieler Arrested For Molesting a Student

Shanna Detwieler, a 40-year-old teacher in a Paulding County, Georgia middle school, has been arrested and charged with Child Molestation and Sexual Battery for having what is described as a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy. Detweiler teaches science at Austin Middle School.

Detwieler, who lives in Dallas, GA, was arrested yesterday by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. She was lodged in the Paulding County Jail and bonded out today on $4,050.

The alleged incident did not happen on school property but the Paulding County School System has taken her out of the classroom, but wouldn’t part with any more information.
