I wrote about Paul Serdula back in November of 2009. At that time he was accused of recording women on a hidden camera in a bathroom at a dentist’s office in Cobb County, Georgia. In February he was indicted on charges of Unlawful Surveillance, Aggravated Child Molestation, Aggravated Sodomy and Sexual Assault and up until recently has been out on bond awaiting trial.
Serdula was rearrested recently on seven more counts of the same charges and is currently being held without bond.
The Cobb County Sheriff’s Department has arrested and charged 47-Year-Old Paul Patrick Serdula with Unlawful Surveillance and Eavesdropping and more charges may be pending after it was discovered that he had hidden a camera in a Marietta Dentist’s office.
A woman noticed a camera lens peeking out of the insulation around a pipe in the restroom at her dentist’s office and immediately called 911. Serdula, a nurse anesthetist, is not directly employed by the dentist but is a contractor who works with and has been employed by numerous medical facilities, giving him access to countless patients.
The investigation led police to the home of Serdula, which is where things start to get really creepy. Along with electronic recording equipment police found hundreds of videos of Nurse Creepy McCreepy sexually assaulting patients while they were put under general anesthesia during surgery. He would take advantage and sexually batter mostly females after he administered the anesthesia.
Thus far police have identified three victims but obviously there are many more. Serdula has been licensed in Georgia for over ten years and prior to that he was licensed in Florida. From what I could find he has lived/worked in Mobile, Alabama, Pensacola and Panama City, Florida as well as Georgia. If you’ve been put under for any kind of surgery it’s simple enough to contact your doctor’s office to find out if Serdula was employed by them during the surgery. Anyone with information about Serdula is asked to contact the Cobb Police at 770-499-3945.
Update 11/24/09 – Paul Serdula, who was out on bail is back in jail after being arrested at a Holiday Inn Express he was staying at last night. Turns out that the camera that was installed was in a staff bathroom and the woman who found it was an employee but that’s not the shocker.
One of the women that Serdula victimized while under anesthesia is a minor.He has been rearrested and charged with sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, enticing a child for indecent purposes, child molestation and eavesdropping. Here’s to hoping someone sodomizeds Serdula in jail…with NO anasthesia.
