14-year-old Galilea Magana was Christmas shopping with her mother at an outlet mall in Jackson County, Georgia back on December 19th when she disappeared and hasn’t been seen since. She went to the bathroom and never came back.

According to her family Galilea wasn’t rebellious and they weren’t aware of any boyfriend that she might have, although friends of her’s from school say that she had been talking about an older man named “Lalo” online. Police believe that his name could be Eduardo Hernandez or Eduardo Jimenez. The family also stated in a news conference that she had placed a call to Mexico a couple of days prior and that she was crying and wanted to go home.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.  Anyone with information is asked to call 706-367-8718.

Galilea is 14 years of age, Hispanic, 5’2″, 120lbs with black heair and brown eyes. She may be wearing glasses.

Updated 4:53pm – As I sit here typing this I came across a report that Galilea has contacted an aunt telling her that she wants to come home. I don’t have any other details at this time.

I know I only usually post about missing kids on the rare occasion and they are usually local to me but I am making an exception in this case since it’s the relative of one of my Facebook friends.

15-year-old Courtney D’ann Sanchez has been missing from Altus, Oklahoma since February 17th. She was last seen by a friend at their high school.

Courtney’s mother told police that she and a friend went to a park across the street from the high school and her friend said Sanchez was upset and crying.

Courtney has a history of running away from home and may be in the company of a juvenile male. It’s possible that they are still in the Altus area.

She is White, 4’11”, 103lbs, Brown hair and eyes. Her ears and navel are pierced and she has a circular scar on her left shoulder. You can find the NCMEC profile here.

Updated 2/23/2011 10:15pm – Courtney D’ann Sanchez was found safe at a home in Altus this morning and is back at home with her mother tonight.

12-year-old Pricilla Ristick was last seen in the company of her uncle at the Little Caesars pizza in Lilburn, Georgia on Sunday night. She was helping him sell flowers. According to the several reports I have read her uncle, Joey Thompson, went inside to pick up a pizza around 5pm and when he came out the girl was gone. Supposedly there were witnesses who saw the girl get into a white van.

Pricilla and her mother are from out of state and are visiting relatives in Lilburn.

According to the family the mother received a call from Pricilla a couple of hours after she disappeared,

"She said, ‘Mom.’ And I asked her, ‘Where are you, Pricilla?’

‘I’m at this house with a lady.’

‘What’s her name?’

‘Nancy.’"

Julia said Pricilla was not able to describe where the house is located.

"I told her, ‘Why did you get in with her in the van?’ ‘Because she offered me money, she was going to cash a check’ and give her money to buy food."

Julia Ristick, the mother, reportedly told the girl to take the phone and get out of there as well as to call 911. She says that’s when someone hung up the phone.

Pricilla was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans and black shoes. She has red hair, is about 4’ tall and weighs 95 lbs. Although the police want to issue an Amber Alert the GBI won’t allow them to since she got into the car voluntarily. Something is obviously fucking wrong with our system and the GBI. Perhaps someone can put a pointy stick in the eye of whoever made that fucked up decision.

While the GBI has not issued an alert the NCMEC has been notified.

The Gwinnett County Police SVU is asking that anyone who has seen Pricilla call them at 770-513-5300.

Perhaps it’s just me being cynical but something is fucked up about this entire story from the Uncle selling flowers with the girl, to the white van as well as the supposed phone call. I can only hope this little girl is OK.

2/24/2011 – Surveillance video does show Pricilla getting into a white van but the news channels and police say that they do not show an abduction. I know that sounds pretty fucked up, at least it does to me. Just because she got into a van willingly DOES NOT MEAN SHE WAS NOT ABDUCTED. Plenty of child predators use different tricks to get kids to cooperate with them. Money, drugs, candy, etc…

2/25/2011 4:07 p.m. – Just came across a report at FOX that says Pricilla has been located and is safe. They are reporting that Pricilla was able to call her Uncle and told him she was in a building with many people and that they wouldn’t let her leave. The call was traced to a location in Las Vegas.

Pricilla told police that she took a bus to Las Vegas and had been there one or two days. She has been placed in the care of Child Services.

I don’t have any more details yet but will post them when I do.

Back on April 2nd I wrote about 12-year-old Kayleah Wilson. She left her house in Greeley, Colorado to head to a friend’s birthday party. She was never seen again. The FBI along with local police and residents searched for Kayleah to no avail. Unfortunately police have part of the answer now as her body has been found.

A workers checking a drainage ditch two days ago after heavy rains found Kayleah’s decomposing body lying in three feet of water less than a mile from her house.

Police aren’t releasing the cause of death but her 18-year-old boyfriend has been arrested for allegedly having sex with Kayleah and has been charged with Sexual Assault on a Child. Police are saying though that the arrest has nothing to do with her death.

Two sisters from North Dakota have been missing since last Friday and police are concerned with there whereabouts.

Kendra Lynn Enget and Kirsten Enget were both last seen at Williston High School last week. Kendra is 14, 5’3”, 135 lbs and has brown hair and brown eyes, She was last seen wearing a green Sioux hoodie with blue jeans. Her sister Kirsten is 16, 5’3”, 115lbs and was last seen wearing a pink shirt with blue jeans.

Police believe that the two ran away together and may have traveled to Tioga or New Town. Anyone with information on the two missing teens is asked to call the Williams County Sheriff’s Office at 577-7700

14-year-old Darby Jean Girardi has been missing from her Raleigh, North Carolina home since March 26th. The girl was last seen at Leesville Road High School on that day. Police don’t currently consider Darby to be endangered and believe that she ran away voluntarily although as far as I am concerned any 14-year-old runaway should be considered endangered.

Darby is Caucasian, 5’3”, 130lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes. She has multiple piercings in her ears and may be wearing blue tinted contacts. She was last seen wearing a brown cami, sweats, multi-colored DC shoes and a black hat.

Anybody that may have information as to Darby’s whereabouts is asked to call the Wake County Sheriff’s Office at 919-856-6911.

Sunday afternoon 12-year-old Kayleah Wilson left her house in Greeley, Colorado to walk to a friend’s birthday party nearby. She never made it.

Police have been looking for the girl for the last five days and have expanded their search to include places that she hung out such as the library, mall and a music store. They have been knocking on doors and using dogs to search roads in the area and thus far have come up empty handed.

Around 60 police and FBI agents have been helping in the search for the sixth-grader. Her mother, April Wilson describes Kayleah as a “good kid”/

The police have also contacted Kayleah’s father, who lives in California. He isn’t considered a suspect or person of interest.

Kayleah is 5’1”, 145lbs and has brown hair and blue eyes. She has asthma and is believed to be carrying her inhaler.

There is a Facebook group. “Prayers for Kayleah Wilson’s Safe Return.”

Police in Columbia County, Georgia are asking for help in locating 15-year-old Isabella “Bella” Leola Carter from Martinez. Isabella is assumed to have run away and was last seen on Monday, January 11th in Martinez.

Isabella is a white female, blonde hair, blue eyes, 5’2”, 150 lbs. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a gray jacket.

Anyone with information pertaining to the disappearance is asked to call the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office at 706-541-2800.

Updated 1/13/10 – Columbia County Investigators are reporting that Carter is safe and at home now.

According to the Sante Fe, New Mexico Sheriff’s Department Stephen Hilla picked up his three children who he shares custody with their mother from school on Tuesday, ostensibly to take them to lunch. Hilla and the three children have been missing ever since. His ex-wife attempted to get in touch with him after he didn’t show up after lunch and has been unsuccessful.

Hilla does have a history of criminal violence and police believe that he may be headed toward Wilmington, North Carolina, which is his home town and supposedly he has a job waiting for him there. The Sheriff’s Office checked with his current employer in New Mexico and according to them he hasn’t shown up for work in several days.

The three children are Justin (10), Timmy (10) and Emily (8). Hilla is 6’4″, 170 lbs and has blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen driving a dark blue Dodge Ram 1500 two wheel drive pickup with New Mexico license plates 1001-PTD. He may also have two dogs with him as well, a black Chow-Labrador mix and a red and tan miniature dachshund. Hilla is on probation for domestic battery and is considered dangerous.

Updated 12/11/09 – Hilla’s record of arrests includes DUI, Aggravated Assault, Shooting Inside a Dwelling, Tampering With Evidence, Abandonment or Abuse of a Child (several times), Battery, Aggravated Domestic Battery, Driving With a Suspended License and Civil Actions for Breach of Contract.

On the 8th Hilla was tracked as far as Amarillo and an officer even ran his plates but at that point in time there was no warrant out for his arrest.

The Westbrook Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 5-year-old Devon Carter who is being criminally restrained by his father Gene A. Carter in violation of a Court Order. Gene Carter is a Gorham resident, but may have travelled out of state with the child, possibly to the Chelsea, Massachusetts area. The Westbrook Police are seeking the public’s help in reuniting Devon with his mother.

Gene Carter was last seen driving his Grey 1991 Cadillac Deville in Tewksbury Massachusetts on Saturday, August 8th. Gene Carter is described as a 51 year old male, 6′ tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. Westbrook Police will be obtaining a Felony warrant for Carter charging Criminal Restraint by a Parent and Violation of a Protection Order.

Gene Carter is being asked to contact the Westbrook Police and the child’s mother immediately to confirm that Devon is safe.

Anyone with information about Devon’s whereabouts is asked to call the Westbrook Police at (207) 854-2531 or at our anonymous crime tip line at (207) 591-8117.

Update – The Vancouver police department has identified the boy pictured above and returned him to his family at home. There’s been no comment why there was no missing persons report filed and the incident is under investigation.

About 5AM this morning Vancouver was flagged down by a citizen who had found a small boy walking in the area. Police searched the area for the boy’s parents but with no success. Nobody has reported their child missing in the area and the police have very little information to go on.

If you have any information about the identity of this child or his parents please contact Sgt Kathy McNicholas of the Vancouver PD at (360) 518-2123. The boy says that he is three years old and his name is Andrew. He is 41 inches tall, 35 lbs and was found in a Buzz Lightyear long sleeve pajama top, tan pajama bottoms with green and navy blue dinosaurs.

The ground search for Haleigh Cummings was scaled back yesterday. After searching for Haleigh all weekend Texas EquuSearch wrapped up it’s ground and water search in the area. The Putnam County sheriff however says that they are not abandoning the search, just taking a more tactical approach.

Hernando County Florida Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for a three-year-old boy who is missing and considered endangered. They think that he may be in the custody of his father, 23-year-old Bobby Eugene Hunt from Brooksville, Florida. The boy is described as being just over three feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds.

Taylor’s mother realized she was missing on Saturday afternoon and immediately called police. Her friends at the party told police that they last saw her at the airport around 10:30pm on Friday night and have not seen or heard from her since. They told police that she was drunk and may have wandered off. One strange thing is that one of her friends did get a call from her that night. She said that Taylor kept repeating the word ‘plane’.

7:30 AM – The Orlando Sentinel is now also reporting that the Orange County Sheriff’s Department has the results back from the FBI’s forensic labs and will be sharing that information with state prosecutors today.

Lake Erie Princess sent me a link last night via email shortly after I went to bed to the video over at WFTV Channel 9. Apparently along with the air test results, preliminary results from the DNA tests on the hair, stain and dirt found in Casey Anthony’s trunk has come in and it shows that it was Caylee’s body in her trunk. Obviously from the other reports on air last night the Anthonys and Jose Baez are refuting this report and saying that is not the reason investigators were at his office yesterday. I suppose we shall know later today if Casey takes the plea bargain or not.

The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that the FBI results have not come back in, so obviously one is either in the know or they are just making shit up in hopes it comes true.

I ran across this over at True Crime Report as well. Steve Huff, a respected crime blogger, is reporting that according to WESH the odor results may be admissable in court but that they are not as compelling as DNA results, which is most likely why they have offered her the deal.

If she’s smart she’ll take it. The reports on the hair and stain samples from her car aren’t in yet but I am pretty sure what they will show.

Not that it ever really looked like anything different but the Orange County Sheriff’s department has confirmed that air samples taken from Casey Anthony’s car show that a decomposing body was inside the trunk.

They have offered Anthony a partial immunity deal if she admits that Caylee Anthony died as a result of an accident. If she does take the deal any information that she provides to police wouldn’t be used against her in prosecution.

Danielle Tavernier, spokeswoman for the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office, said they are not disclosing any details of their prosecution, but that Anthony had been “invited to our office to shed light on the disappearance of the victim in this case.”

Investigators with the Orange County Sheriff’s department are at Jose Baez’s office meeting with her mother Cindy Anthony right now. Casey was there but apparently left at 3PM, right after the police arrived.

Detectives and cadaver dogs said they detected the smell of human decomposition coming from the trunk of the Pontiac Casey Anthony was driving when her little girl disappeared more than two months ago.

The University of Tennessee “Body Farm” conducted the tests on the car’s air samples Aug. 10, and on Wednesday their conclusion was released: a human corpse had been decomposing there, according to WESH-2 TV.

I’ve also seen the page at WESH, they have a video report up as well.

According to Fox Orlando in order to take advantage of the plea deal she has 24 hours to take the deal and it’s only valid if she provides concrete information that leads to the discovery of Caylee or her remains.

…actually it’s more of a lack of any kind of updates in this story. Hopefully within the next 48 hours after the story airs tonight we will get more information from some of the great folks that watch.

I haven’t heard much in the way of what is going on in the Gonzalez investigation and had to hunt just to find any news. Sucks how much other cases are in the news but this one is basically buried.

Via Trench Reynold’s Gonzalez posts (one of the few writing about hime) I came across this story over at the Boston Globe by Jonnelle Marte. Police are still assuming that Giovanni is alive and Thursday the 28th about 25 investigators from local police, FBI and the state police met to discuss their strategy and what they need to be doing.

“We are pursuing it that he is still alive,” Lynn Police Captain Mark O’Toole said during a news conference yesterday about Giovanni Gonzalez, who was reported missing Aug. 17 by his mother two days after she dropped him off at the home of his father, Ernesto L. Gonzalez Jr., 36. “We have nothing at this time to suggest otherwise.”

Investigators have been distributing a missing person flier that will be aired tomorrow on “America’s Most Wanted,” a move detectives hope will draw national attention to the case. The flier shows a picture of a smiling Giovanni beside a police photo of his father, a Puerto Rican native with a dark goatee.

I’m glad that the folks from America’s Most Wanted have taken an interest in it and am planning on watching. Don’t know if anything new will show up but you never know. I don’t have a copy of the flier and haven’t seen one on the net yet but once I get hold of a copy I will post it here.

“We don’t know whether he’s still in Lynn, whether he’s still in Massachusetts,” O’Toole said of the boy at yesterday’s news conference at police headquarters. “We don’t know who he might be with.”

O’Toole said police have no evidence to suggest the boy has been taken out of the country.

Detectives who searched the father’s apartment became alarmed when they found a blood-stained mop and blood on the cap of a cleaning product, both of which were tested. Steve O’Connell, a spokesman for Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett, maintained yesterday that he could not discuss the blood test results because the investigation in ongoing. Investigators received the results Wednesday.

Some of the other items taken from the apartment that I listed a couple of posts ago include the aforementioned mop and cleaner, a knife, toys and lighter fluid. Knife and lighter fluid? Damn.

Something else I wasn’t aware of was the fact that Daisy Colon and Ernesto Gonzalez apparently had a verbal agreement to keep on having scheduled visits until the middle of September when they were to return to court to work out custody and visitation rights. I wonder that the father was worried that he might lose visitation?

If you go over to the Orange County Clerk of Courts you can find all the cases related to anyone searchable by name. For Casey Marie Anthony there are three instances. Two of them are from 2003 and 2004 and are both traffic violations. No biggie, particularly for someone young. The last one, which is listed with her full name has to do with this one. There is a bunch of legalese which means I only understand a little bit of it but toward the bottom are the recent pertinent facts which are that on July 31st the psychiatric/mental evaluation was filed and today a written plea of not guilty (pertaining to the charges filed today) was entered. If one of you kind folks can put it all in plain english that would be cool.

Casey Anthony’s Attorney has filed subpeonas for Facebook as well as MySpace according to WFTV in Orlando. I have no idea what for right now but Casey did have a presence on both sites and possibly some of the deleted comments may have something he can use.

Update – August 5th 2008 4:42PM

As I mentioned earlier, Florida State prosecutors have formally filed charges against Casey Anthony. The charges are Child Neglect and Filing a False Statement. Filing a False Statement is a misdemeanor which can carry up to a year in jail time but the child neglect is a felony. She could face up to five years on that one.

The Orlando Sentinel has the following to say:

The State Attorney’s Office issued the charges after reviewing the evidence and statements collected so far by detectives with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

“While the State understands the importance of this information to the community, this office does not want to create the type of publicity that would lead to a change of venue. Therefore, we will not comment further on the case itself,” in statement released by the State Attorney’s Office.

Personally I think this is more of a feint on the part of the state to try and get Anthony to give them whatever information she is withholding in the disappearance of her daughter, who would be turning three this coming Saturday.

In other related news is the fact that the Anthonys are advertising for two personal assistants:

The two un-paid positions, one person to help Lee Anthony and another to assist George Anthony, are being advertised by the family via their MySpace pages.

Volunteers must be available 24-hours a day, seven days a week and in some cases must be willing to travel.

George Anthony wants his personal assistant to coordinate volunteer efforts, which means checking emails, distributing fliers locally and nationally, and scheduling volunteers.

The story over at the Orlando Sentinel comes across as pretty snarky. Basically they are looking for a couple of volunteers to help out in the search for Caylee Anthony. And maybe get donuts I guess.

Lee Anthony’s assistant is needed to travel within Orlando and possibly out of state, the ad states. Running errands, scheduling meetings, updating Web pages and answering emails are part of the job.

Both must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and work with “little or no supervision.”

“This is a jack-of-all-trades position that may be cross utilized in all aspects of the search for Caylee as well as any personal need of the Anthony family, as directed by Lee Anthony,” according to the ad.

They are also looking for volunteers to help man a tent they have at the Publix to hand out materials and fliers so if you are interested in helping out and have a bunch of free time, there you go. Heck, I would love to get involved if I didn’t have children to feed and a house payment to make.

Also…There may be a hearing in the next 24 hours. Casey Antohy’s defense team (Jose Baez) is likely to ask for a hearing where prosecutors would be forced to reveal the evidence they have gathered against Casey Anthony.

It can’t be a hell of a lot considering the charges they have filed. If they had any more damning information they would have charged her with more serious crimes.

Apparently Jose Baez, the attorney for Casey Anthony has also had some informal discussions with law enforcement about limited immunity for the mother. Is this what she’s been holding out for? She kills her kid and drags everyone into her drama just to get some kind of immunity from prosecution? Hopefully if the DA’s office does promise her immunity it will only be in the instance that she didn’t actually do the deed.

Update – August 4th 2008

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department held another press conference this afternoon but didn’t have any new information in the case. They say that investigators are doing everything that they can but unless Casey Anthony is forthcoming with some kind of useful information it’s not likely that Caylee will be recovered.

Saturday is Caylee’s third birthday and while I am pretty sure that all we are going to ever recover will be her body I still hope that the child will be found safe and sound.

The Anthonys are just crazy. The only thing that they seem to be worried about is how they and their daughter look. George Anthony had nothing but criticism for the People Magazine article about Caylee. The magazine has more readers around the country that might be able to help identify the girl and they are worried about how their daughter looks in the media. Fuck how she looks. Just the fact that she let her daughter be taken already makes her look as bad as it gets. It tells me she just doesn’t care…

Update – August 1st 2008 7:14PM

I guess law enforcement has had enough waiting for the Anthonys. CSI has decided to visit the Anthony’s house and left with a bunch of evidence.

I think it’s about past time for this. According to FOX news;

Crime scene investigators from the Orange County Sheriff’s office went to the home of George and Cindy Anthony on Friday morning, the grandparents of missing toddler Caylee, exactly two weeks after they first investigated the home.

Two investigators pulled up to the Anthony home and a short time later, another car with two more investigators arrived. George Anthony arrived at the home at the same time and unlocked the door and let investigators inside.

Investigators went to the backyard and were inside a backyard shed, where missing 2-year-old Caylee Anthony had a play area.

The investigators took some items from the shed with them and left the house. They are also expected to be releasing the DNA results form evidence gathered out of Casey Anthony’s car soon.

Cindy, George and Lee Anthony met again with investigators for six hours and of course Cindy Anthony had to share with the press again. The investigators they met with included agents from the FBI as well.

After the meeting, Cindy insisted she’s close to finding her missing granddaughter. She said she believes her daughter’s story about a mystery babysitter named Zenaida who kidnapped Caylee, and Casey is trying to lead them to her, even if she’s being less than truthful.

She’s leading you to a place, but not telling you the exact location,” she said. “Because she’s afraid if someone walks in, that something may happen to Caylee.”

She sounds as cryptic and misleading as her daughter does. Pie in the sky Law and Order scenario there. One side of me hopes beyond belief that it’s true and that they find Caylee Anthony safe and sound but having been almost two months now she is probably worm dirt.

People Magazine has featured Caylee Anthony as their cover story as of the issue that went on sale a couple of days ago.

It is also possible that Casey Anthony will get of of jail with no bond. According to Florida law a person can only be held up to 33 days on the lesser charges that she is facing without posting bond before they have to set her free. If investigators don’t charge her with something more serious in the next two weeks she gets out of jail free. If that happens there is no supervision. No monitoring.

Although an appeals court denied lowering her bond, Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez is filing another appeal with the state supreme court to get her bond lowered.

Update – August 1st 2008 6:00AM

As usual I am running short on time this morning. I’ve check some of the major news channels but for the most part everything has been quiet. Casey Anthony’s mother went to an appeals court to request a lower bond for her daughter which they denied. That’s a good thing from what I have seen.

Sky News has a report up yesterday but there is no new information there. Just some pictures that everyone has probably seen by now of Casey out nightclubbing at one of her boyfriend’s clubs.

Cindy Anthony appeared on Larry King the other day. I will post some of the transcripts as I have time.

I will try to update this thread over the weekend. I actually have one off for a change and am very much looking forward to it.

I found this kind of interesting. According to WFTV-9 anchor Barbara West the Anthonys now have an agent. Their attorney Mark NeJame says that’s not true however. Hmmm, so which is it?

George and Cindy Anthony will be on 20/20 tonight, Casey Anthony is not interviewed for the show. According to ABC they didn’t pay the grandparents as it’s against their policy to pay people for interviews. They did pay for the licensing of the photographs and home video shown in the report but according to Mark NeJame the family didn’t receive any money. I’m assuming that they either donated it or maybe Mr NeJame got in in lue of payment from the Anthonys. Licensing stuff like that is apparently pretty standard practice.

I stopped by Scared Monkeys this afternoon and came across this entry which is reporting that several financial deals have been struck with the Anthonys in regards to the case. They say that ‘sources’ close to the case are suggesting that ABC has agreed to pay $1 million to the Anthonys for exclusive interviews to discuss Caylee’s disappearance. I don’t find that very likely but you never know. They also shared the news that a book and movie deal has been made with a Nashville, Tennessee production company. That seems more likely. I can understand that the family might need help since obviously nobody is working but if they profit off of this it makes them all fucking scumbag criminals in my eyes.

The president of the Homeowener’s Association in the neighborhood where the Anthonys live towed away their billboard featuring Caylee’s picture that was set up out front citing that it was blocking the sidewalk. That’s pretty fucking cold. Regardless of what they know or don’t know that’s just not cool.

I was in a pretty foul mood for a few minutes after I got home. Maybe it’s because I’m on my second week straight at work. I went over to Cafepress and designed a T-Shirt that said “Where’s Caylee’s Corpse” and was going to donate any proceeds to Texas EquuSearch but after deciding that it was in pretty fucking poor taste I deleted the design. Maybe one of you other folks is even less sensitive than I and will run with it…Let me know how it works out.

The protesters are at it again. Apparently an angry mod formed outside of the Anthony’s house last night after they found out Casey was getting out of jail. Hopefully that crap won’t get out of hand but I have the feeling that it’s going to get ugly before too long if the police don’t keep a presence there.

I’m going to have to do some more research but according to this website the ANTHONYS had to sign a promissory note when she was bailed out of jail. If that is true so much for the anonymous benefactor. Local 6 is also reporting that they signed a promissory note to get her bonded out.

Although Leonard Padilla had offered to bond her out again provided she told police where Caylee was and what happened Jose Baez released this statement:

Though Jose Baez and his client appreciate what Mr. Padilla initially did, his latter unjustified retreat has clearly demonstrated he cannot be trusted. Mr. Baez, nor Ms. Anthony will work with Leonard Padilla ever again on their case. Mr. Padilla is simply milking media time under the pretense of reposting bond and that offer is rejected

The search for Caylee is ongoing and David Lohr, a well known crime writer joined in the search. He’s reporting it over at the Criminal Report Daily. I generally visit over there every couple of days or so. The team he was with made a couple of discoveries today but it’s up to law enforcement to determine if either (or neither) is related to the investigation. The first was a couple of plastic bottles, bleach and ammonia and the second one was a child’s book bag, blue with a pink heart on it. He’s got pictures up and a description of the search at his site. Go check it out if you have the time. He is also reporting that it is AIM Productions that has offered the Anthonys the movie/book deal.

The TV Guy compares this to the OJ Simpson Case. He’s actually got a pretty good point.

The Anthonys and/or their lawyer (I don’t know which) have also released another home video of Caylee and Casey, I think to try and soften her image from the scum-sucking sack of shit party girl that she allegedly appears to be. Here’s the video.

I received another email from yet another psychic coming out of the woodwork today and figured I would post it here. I certainly don’t believe it and wasn’t going to post it but what the hell:

To WHOM EVER:

First I want anyone reading this to keep an open mind. Read I. Corinthians Chapters 12 through 20, which are in the NEW TESTAMENT, reinstating gifts from of older days.

There are clairvoyants that live about us, thought one of ten are the real deal (meaning 9 of the ten are fakes).

I have lead authorities to over 63 bodies, some of them alive.

I believe they have not found her body is because of decompensation and “animal” feeding — Caylee was little. So the sear party should look for bones of her size – meaning the authorities that the pictures of the bones should be the size that Caylee had.

I remain “unknown to all, though you do have my email address when this is seen. Anyone is welcome to write to my email address and I will do my best to find time for you at no charge. I am a clairvoyant since age 8 (when noticed) and I am now 45. The first time I saw the segment Caylee I saw her in spirit. In I. Corinthians that is called the gift of “discernment of spirit.”

I would love to say she is alive, and I can tell you that she IS alive in the most glorious place of peace where she will never again feel pain.

The five areas marked, the mountain or hill tops should be avoided. Her mother put her near ferns, perhaps about 20 feet from a 15″ diameter pipe. She placed her in a lower area because people could see up on the hills.

Unfortunately, at this time I feel we will not see Caylee in tact. Animals are scavengers. However Caylee lives on in spirit and looks over her family and is trying to help people find her body so they can at least come to terms with what really happened.

Either the TOP marked area where her cell phone was traced, or the third area down near an airport base are the first two I would look for bones — perhaps even some of decomposed body, but I don’t see much of her on earth except bones; however, she is thriving in HEAVEN where NO ONE CAN HURT HER AGAIN.

I have seen how her mother killed her, but I don’t want to taint the evidence against her for I want all evidence to hold up in trial. Clairvoyants do not seem credible witnesses in a jury room.

$20,000 REWARD OFFERED FOR IDENTITY OF “BELOVED DOE”

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) today placed “Beloved Doe” on its “Wanted – Seeking Information” list, along with a promise of a reward offered for information leading to the identification of “Beloved Doe”, his parents, or caretaker. “Beloved Doe” was the nickname given to an unidentified male child, whose remains were discovered in a dumpster inside the Willow Creek Apartment Complex, address 7575 Office City Drive, Houston, Texas on the morning of Thursday, March 13, 2003.

The Houston office of the FBI is joining the Houston Police Department and Texas Department of Public Safety’s ongoing investigation into the death of this unidentified child in the hopes of generating the information needed to solve this case.

“Beloved Doe” is believed to have been a white male, possibly of Hispanic descent, between 3 to 6 years of age. Evidence recovered in the case suggested the possibility that the child received prior medical treatment, perhaps at a hospital or other medical facility. A medical examination of the body indicated the child died of malnutrition and dehydration. No other signs of abuse or injuries were indicated in the report.

At the time of his death, “Beloved Doe” was wearing a white disposable diaper with bears depicted on the front. He was wrapped in a gray Afghan-style blanket and placed in a red and white checkered plastic bag. “Beloved Doe” had a surgical scar on the right side of his neck, two vertical scars on his abdomen, and a small mole on his right forearm. He had close-cropped hair, bushy eyebrows, and long eyelashes. His right ear was larger than his left ear.

Investigators have reason to believe there may be individuals who have information pertinent to this investigation, but for unknown reasons, have not yet come forward. Information about suspicious persons, vehicles, or activities in the area of the Willow Creek Apartments in March of 2003 could be extremely important to this investigation.

The Houston office of the FBI is offering up to $20,000 for information leading to the identification of “Beloved Doe”, his parents, or caretaker. Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact the Houston office of the FBI at 713-693-5000 or toll free at 1-888-FBI-IDEN (1-888-324-4336).
