Hinesville Man Arrested For Child Cruelty While Toddler Fights For His Life
Police in Liberty County, Georgia have arrested 29-year-old Christian Ballard and charged him with Cruelty to a Child. Monday morning 911 was called and officers found a toddler unresponsive with serious head injuries.
