An employee at the law firm of Merritt and Tenney in Atlanta found a hidden video camera under her desk at the firm early last week and called the Cobb County Police.
57-year-old James Tenney of Marietta, Georgia, a partner in the firm, has been accused of being the man who placed the camera there. He allegedly recorded the woman on three different occasions.
Tenney turned himself in at the Cobb County Jail this past Friday afternoon and was lodged on $10,000 bond. He bonded out a couple of hours later. Tenney is charged with three counts of Unlawful Surveillance.
According to Tenney’s biography on the firm’s web site one of his hobbies is photography.
