27-year-old Matthew Hall of Jacksonville, Florida has been arrested and charged with several counts of Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition after he allegedly exposed himself to several teenage girls in the area.
Police have been investigating reports after a girl was literally chased by Hall in his van after he exposed himself to her in a Winn-Dixie parking lot.
Police in Frederick County, Maryland were called Monday night after witnesses saw a man touching his genitals to car door handles at the Carroll Creek Parking Deck in Frederick.
Officers were able to locate the suspect, who turned out to be 19-year-old Ryan Phillip Sewell of Ijamsville. The man has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
Nicholas Lorenzo, a 25-year-old Louisville, Colorado man was arrested on January 31st after a woman shopping in the Safeway told police that an employee behind the meat counter had his own sausage out and was beating his meat.
When the woman, who had her infant with her, approached the meat counter Lorenzo asked her if she was finding everything she needed. That’s when she noticed motion behind the glass counter and determined he was handling his own meat. When he noticed the look of shock on her face he stuffed it back in his pants. She looked away and then looked back and he was jerking off again.
The woman made a beeline away from the meat counter and called 911 as well as reported it to management rather than asking for a stroganoff recipe.
When officers confronted Lorenzo he admitted to having his penis out of his pants but when he showed up for court on February 1st he pleaded Not Guilty to Indecent Exposure.
The janitor at a high school in New Hampshire caught Chapman masturbating outside a window of the gym while the cheerleaders were practicing inside. Police in Dover were called and immediately searched the area, even bringing in K9 units to help find the man who ran like hell after he was caught.
When the law did find Chapman they searched the truck he had left behind when he tried to run. Inside it they found a small amount of marijuana. Chapman has been arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Lewdness and Felony Indecent Exposure. When does Indecent Exposure become a felony? When you’ve already been convicted once before on a similar charge. Oops. Perhaps Roy should try this new thing called the Internet next time.
