Back during the first week of December the Lagrange PD ICAC task force identified an IP address trading child pornography. After an investigation they located the property and served a search warrant on the home on December 16th.

The sole occupant of the home is 37-year-old Robert Lee Dean of Lagrange, Georgia. Police did find computer child pornography at the home and Dean was arrested and charged with multiple counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

Deputies in Bradford County, Florida arrested 59-year-old Rymer Howell Monday at his home in Starke, Fl. after being accused of asking a boy to send him nude photos via cell phone.

When Howell was arrested police seized two cell phones, one of which contained more than 200 illegal images. Police are still analyzing the phones to see if there are other victims.

The boy involved in this case had gone to a cell phone chat room and eventually started chatting with Howell.

Rymer Howell is lodged in the Bradford County Jail on $100,000 bond. He has previously been convicted of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with a 13-year-old.

Police in Paulding County, Georgia have arrested a Dallas man after they found alleged child pornography on his home computer.

53-year-old Allan John Chase was arrested Monday after an investigation revealed child pornography involving children between 5 and 15 years age on his computer after a search of his home on January 4th.

Chase is currently lodged in the Paulding County Jail with no bond.

26-year-old Bryan Patrick Gist has been indicted and charged with 822 counts of possession of child porn and distribution of child pornography.

Police in Florence, Alabama arrested Gist back in August, charging him with 73 counts at the time of his arrest. Several DVDs and VHS tapes as well as a computer were confiscated at that time.

Police in Georgia started the investigation when they intercepted the child pornography over the Internet earlier this year.

Police in Colorado Springs, Colorado have arrested 39-year-old Morgan Sellman on suspicion of Sexual Exploitation of Children for Possession of Child Pornography.

When Sellman was arrested investigators found child pornography on his laptop as well as some sex toys in the case he carried it in. More child porn was found but the article at ABC 7 doesn’t say whether it was on his home computer or hard copy.

The kicker is that Sellman is a police officer, a sergeant with the Aurora, Colorado Police Department. According to investigators there is no evidence that Sellman had any personal contact with the victims or used a City of Aurora computer for his porn. He did, however, use the laptop for work.

After his arrest, Sellman was placed on unpaid leave Friday. He is a 14-year veteran of the Aurora PD.

23-year-old Tyler Walker of Cleveland, Tennessee is lodged in the Bradley County Jail following an indictment last month on child porn charges including Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. His bond is $50,000.

When Walker was arrested investigators found at least 70 images of child pornography on his computer.

61-year-old Robert Ring of Aurora, Colorado was arrested after a joint investigation between the Westminster Police Department and the Douglas County Internet Crimes Against Children determined that Ring had child pornography on his computer after they traced it back to his IP address.

Ring is accused of having shared images of child porn online and has been charged with two counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children. He is lodged in the Douglas County Jail on $25,000 bond.

57-year-old Daniel Davis of North Platte, Nebraska, a man who dresses up as Santa during the holidays, was arrested on suspicion of possessing child pornography.

Photos and videos that appear to be child porn found on his computer appear to have been downloaded from the internet.

Davis, who faces eight felony porn counts, is being held in the Lincoln County Jail on $50,000 bond.

Back in June I shared with you a very short news story about Christopher Scott Rabideau of Dallas, Georgia. Rabideau was arrested at the end of May after police found child porn on his computer.

Rabideau had 37 videos on his computer containing child pornography which included children as young as 6-years-old.

Christopher Rabideau was found guilty of sexual exploitation of children and was sentenced to 15 years in prison last Thursday.

Thanks to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office for their diligence in pursuing child pornographers like Rabideau and getting them off the streets.

42-year-old Robert Wayne McDonald of Ringgold, Georgia pleaded guilty back on July 1st to communicating through the Internet with a Cook County Illinois police officer who was posing as a 14-year-old girl. Back in 2008 he had sexual discussions over a three month period with the “girl”, sending her pictures of his genitals and describing graphic sex acts. He also offered to pay for nude photographs of “her” friends spending the night with her.

When a search warrant was executed police found more than 200 images of child pornography on his computer as well as on a thumb drive and portable video game console.

He also told police that he had met a young girl on the Internet and drove to North Carolina to have sex with her in January 2009. Police have not been able to locate the girl.

McDonald was convicted of Receiving Child Pornography in 1999 and is a registered sex offender in Georgia.

According to the U.S. Attorney McDonald “has not only shown an abnormal sexual interest in young girls by collecting child pornography, he has also acted on his perverse desires. He went to prison after being convicted in 1999 for receiving child pornography, and failed to change that behavior.”

61-year-old Richard Gibson of Acworth, Georgia turned himself in Thursday night after investigators found pornographic pictures of children on his computer after they served a search warrant. He has been charged with 20 counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children. His bond has been set at $55,200.

Several computers and other related items with digital storage were seized during the search. According to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office 169 images of known or suspected child porn was found and that at least 20 of them were of children 12-years-old or younger.

Back in July 26-year-old Travis Matthew of McGregor, Iowa and his 72-year-old grandfather David Matthew, also of McGregor, were both indicted on Federal Pornography charges. Both men were accused of knowingly receiving and possessing child porn, Travis in 2006 and David from 2005-2008. Granddad is also accused of having destroyed a digital storage device in 2008 with the intent to affect the investigation.

Flash forward to the present. David Matthew pleaded guilty last week to possessing child porn and his grandson Travis pleaded guilty this Monday.

Both men will be held without bond until their sentencing. A date for the sentencing has not been set. Travis, who was still living at home sponging off his parents at the time of his arrest, faces 5-20 years and David faces up to ten.

Back in December ‘09 54-year-old Steven Lynn Hines of White, Georgia was arrested at his place of employment, Wal-Mart.

As part of Operation Restore Hope Hines was caught collecting and trading child pornography online. When a search warrant of his home was executed GBI agents found hundreds of thousands of images of child pornography. During the investigation it was revealed that many of the images had been recently traded.

Hines worked at the Wal-Mart in Dawson County as an assistant manager. He was arrested while at work and was indicted in February of this year. Hines pleaded guilty back in June.

He was sentenced in Federal court this past Friday to seven years and four months in prison to be followed by ten years of supervised probation as well as being required to register as a douchebag sex offender.

Dawn Brantley of Thomaston, Georgia was arrested Wednesday after the GBI executed a search warrant of her home related to an investigation in which alleged child pornography was downloaded to a computer in her home using peer to peer software.

Brantley, the mother of three children and a licensed nurse and former substitute teacher was lodged in the Upson County Jail and her three children turned over to DFACS.

The investigation is part of the ongoing effort by the ICAC Task Force to identify and stop people involved in the trade of child pornography.

I hesitate to make a judgment in this case right now because I don’t yet know the ages of the 44-year-old woman’s children. For all I know it was a teenager downloading porn. Unfortunately child porn isn’t all  law enforcement found at the home.

During the search of the house police found methamphetamine as well as meth smoking devices. You can go out on a limb and claim child porn was unwittingly downloaded through UTorrent all you want but fucking meth? I think not.

Brantley has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography as well as a Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.

Updated 12/8/10 – Back on September 3rd the GBI arrested Jason E. Shumate, Brantley’s live-in boyfriend, and charged him with sexual exploitation of children, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug-related objects.

Shumate’s computer was also found to contain child porn as well. At the time he was charged he was already in custody due to a domestic dispute with Dawn Brantley.

39-year-old Chad Temple of Hartwell, Georgia was arrested last week after police found hundreds of images of suspected child pornography on his laptop as well as more than 100 CDs and DVDs containing the same when they served a search warrant on his home last Thursday.

Temple’s IP address was observed sharing pictures of suspected child pornography during an investigation.

Chad Temple was lodged in the Hart County Jail on charges of Sexual Exploitation of Children on Friday.

HARTWELL, GA –Agents with the GBI’s  High Technology Investigations Unit (HTIU), assisted by the Hart County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant yesterday at 654 Old 29 Highway in Hartwell and discovered hundreds of images of suspected child pornography on a laptop belonging to Chad Temple.   In addition, over 135 CD’s and DVD’s containing suspected child pornography were located in Temple’s bedroom.

Agents obtained two arrest warrants charging Temple with Sexual Exploitation of Children, OCGA 16-12-100.  The laptop and CD/DVD’s were seized as evidence. The search warrant was a result of a Peer to Peer investigation in which the IP address associated with this location was observed sharing images of suspected or known child pornography.

Temple, 39, was transported to the Hart County Detention Center.

This investigation is part of the ongoing effort by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, housed within the HTIU, to identify those involved in the child porn trade. The ICAC Program, created by the U. S. Department of Justice, was developed in response to the increasing number of children and teenagers using the Internet, the proliferation of child pornography, and the heightened online activity by predators searching for unsupervised contact with underage victims.

In 2008, the Georgia ICAC Task Force made 109 arrests and in 2009 made 164 arrests. Through July of this year, the Task Force has made 112 arrests.

According to the Independent Mail in Anderson, South Carolina, Temple has since been released on $30,000 bond.

42-year-old Michael Wayne Zahradnick of Snellville, Georgia has been arrested after he allegedly watched child pornography with his nephew, who is a juvenile according to the Gwinnet County Police.

Zahradnick’s home was served with a search warrant a couple of weeks ago and investigators found at least 300 CDs containing almost 100,000 images of child pornography. Several laptops and external hard drives and well as drawings were found that contained children or depicted children involved in sex acts.

Zahradnick was arrested the same day, July 20th, by a police officer in Monroe who spotted his car.

Zahradnick has been charged with Sexual Exploitation of Children with more charges pending and is being held without bond at the Gwinnet County Jail.

47-year-old Robert Raboud of Acworth, Georgia was arrested on Monday for allegedly having child pornography on a computer in his home according to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Department.

A search warrant executed on Raboud’s home led police to find over 100 images of child porn on his computer. The computer equipment was confiscated.

Raboud turned himself in to Paulding County Deputies after his attorney was notified of the charges. He is currently out on bond after being charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

Back in March I told you about ‘Magic Jeff’ Jeffrey Alan Wasley of Kennesaw, Georgia. Magic Jeff was busted for child porn by the FBI and Cobb County Police.

Wasley ended up pleading guilty to one count of Production of Child Pornography in Federal Court. He was sentenced yesterday to 20 years in prison to be followed by lifetime probation and having to register as a sex offender.

49-year-old Michael Brown of Phoenix, Arizona was arrested back in June after a manager at the CVS Pharmacy discovered child pornography on a photo kiosk. Brown was also a manager at the CVS.

After serving a search warrant at the greasy fuck’s home police found hundreds of photographs and USB drives containing child pornography and erotica as well as adult porn. Many of the photos appeared to be of girls who were under 13 years of age.

Brown was indicted last week on 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

52-year-old Steven Hughes of Newark, Delaware was arrested last year and charged with 10 counts of Using a Computer to Unlawfully Depict Children in a Prohibited Sexual Act. Later on he was indicted on 30 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child and 30 counts of Child Pornography.

Hughes, who was a child photographer who used to dress up as Santa Claus, was sentenced last Friday to 20 years in prison.

What’s really scary is that between 1983 and 1997 Hughes and his wife were foster parents to more than 100 children. Police say that there is no evidence that he had sexually abused any of them but shit…

25-year-old Travis Robert Hederman of Orlando, Florida is sitting in the Orange County Jail waiting to be sentenced for Petit Theft he committed back in 2009. Since he’s in the graybar motel he hasn’t been paying the fees on his storage unit. Generally what happens is that your stuff is auctioned off to the highest bidder in case of non-payment and that’s exactly what happened to Travis.

Only problem for Travis is that whoever bought his computer equipment found child porn on several of the CDs found in the collection. Thankfully the purchaser contacted the police, who found images of child pornography on eight of the CD-ROMs.

Travis Hederman has now been charged with 15 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

According to Travis’ MySpace which he logged into back in 2009 he was at that time just getting out of the Army. Obviously the dude has made some bad decisions since leaving the armed forces.

29-year-old David Antonio Rodriquez of Rimrock, Arizona has allegedly been molesting children from 5-14 for the last nine years, filming it and distributing the child pornography.

When the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Bureau searched his home recently they found “numerous” images and videos inside the home. When questioned Rodriquez admitted Verde Jail and currently faces charges of Sexual Contact With a Minor, Child Molestation and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

According to the Cobb County Georgia PD Officer Jeremy Potts of Kennesaw was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of child pornography.

The Cobb County Crimes Against Children Unit was contacted by the Department of Public Safety Internal Affairs Unit about a Cobb County police officer having child porn on his personal computer. After interviewing 24-year-old Jeremy Christopher Potts Wednesday investigators obtained a warrant to search his home and seized several pieces of electronic media.

Potts was arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography. He has resigned his position with Cobb County and is lodged in the Cobb County Jail on $20,000 bond.

After a four-month long investigation into Neal Ray Schmidt of St. Louis, Missouri and his activities online the man traveled to Henry County, Georgia to ostensibly meet with a minor for sex, which is where he was arrested Monday night.

Schmidt is alleged to have used his computer to arrange a meeting with the minor ahead of time. He is also alleged to have distributed around 50 images of suspected child pornography over the Internet. The investigation was conducted by the Henry County PD Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. Schmidt is accused of having used Yahoo Instant Messenger to contact the child on Monday prior to traveling to Georgia.

When the 58-year-old man was arrested he had a .380 pistol in his pocket as well as three knives located on his person and an addition handgun in his brief case.

Neal Schmidt has been charged with Use of a Computer Service to Seduce, Solicit or Entice a Child to Commit an Illegal Act, Criminal Attempt to Commit Child Molestation, Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime. He is lodged in the Henry County Jail on $60,000 bond.

51-year-old Christopher Scott Rabideau of Dallas, Georgia was arrested last week after police found child pornography on his home computer.

The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office evidently felt they had enough evidence to search Rabideau’s home and a warrant was granted and executed last week. Police seized several items from the home and Rabideau is lodged in the Paulding County Jail charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He is being held on $55,200 bond.

24-year-old Daniel Ray Gann of Murrayville, Ga is yet another dumbass who decided to take his laptop into a computer repair shop but forgot to get rid of the child porn that was on it.

The computer shop called the police after coming across the suspected files and contacted the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. A forensic search of Gann’s computer turned up multiple movies of suspected child pornography.

After their investigation Gann was charged with Sexual Exploitation of Children and lodged in the Hall County Jail.

Their isn’t a lot of information to be found on Gann’s MySpace other than the fact that he seems to be a pothead.

Although I manage restaurants I used to work in tech support supporting a bunch of desktop and network clients and I also did hardware repair and new setups as well as refurbishing older computers. This was an in-house deal so most of the serious infractions we would find would just be software that wasn’t permitted to be installed. You know, shit like AOL. I would go through and delete all of the crap and clear out everything else. Luckily I never found anything as serious as what was found on Daniel Saldana-Jacinto’s computer.

18-year-old Saldana-Jacinto took his computer into a repair store in Reno, Nevada back in February to have it fixed. One of the employees found suspected child pornography on the hard drive and immediately called the police. Investigators found several child porn videos saved on the hard drive and arrested Daniel, charging him with ten counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

Back in April the Hillsborough County, Florida Sheriff’s Department started looking for 57-year-old Richard Dill, a Tampa resident and government contractor in Iraq. A warrant for his arrest was issued on April 21st for 305 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

DHS alerted the United States Marshal’s Service over the weekend that Dill was on a Delta flight from Dubai to Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday morning. When the plane landed yesterday the Marshals were waiting and arrested the man.

Dill is currently lodged in the Fulton County Jail waiting for extradition to Tampa where he will be jailed with $2.2 million bond. His roommate, Michael Booth, was arrested in Akron, Ohio earlier this month after he fled the state of Florida prior to the warrants for their arrest being issued.

19-year-old Caleb Rosario Levasque of Sophia, North Carolina is cooling his heals in the Randolph County Jail after deputies found child pornography on his computer.

Deputies executed a search warrant on the boy-man’s computer last Friday and seized two computers from his apartment along with marijuana they found as well.

Levasque was charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and is lodged on $100,000 bond. The Piedmont Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is actively investigating the case which involved trading child pornography.

49-year-old Christopher Wright, a day care provider and former dance studio owner in Alameda, California has been arrested for possessing child pornography.

Wright was arrested in Oakland by the Vallejo Police and is currently lodged in the Solano County Jail on $500,000 bond. He was previously arrested back in November for Committing Lewd and Lascivious Acts With a Child Under Age 14 and is supposed to be in court on May 17th on that charge.

Wright closed his dance studio Serendipity back in July of last year but continued to lease the building and rented space to a couple of other businesses.

When police were investigating his November arrest they found more than 200 images and 34 videos on his laptop that contained child pornography with children ranging in age from five to sixteen engaging in sexual activity. Police believe that Wright took some of the photos himself. He was able to gain access to the kids by offering free child care services to families in exchange for room and board. He also did odd jobs around the homes as well.

Francis A. Ford of Delaware has been arrested and charged with child pornography after police received a tip about Ford downloading child pornography.

About a week and a half ago the New Castle County Police got a tip about Ford downloading pictures of children engaging in sex. A search warrant was obtained for Ford’s computer. When they searched it investigators found at least eight images depicting young children having sex.

For was arrested and arraigned and he is currently out of jail on $80,000 bond.

49-year-old John Holstein of Norcross, Georgia has been arrested in connection with an investigation into a file-sharing server they believe was used to distribute child pornography.

Holstein’s computer was flagged and traced and when police executed a warrant on Holstein’s home they found and external hard drive that contained alleged child pornography. They aren’t releasing the number of movies they have been found but Holstein was arrested by the GBI.

Holstein, a pharmacist, has been charged with two counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children and is currently lodged in the Gwinnett County Jail with no bond. He was scheduled for a bond hearing yesterday but I don’t yet have the results from that.

Thank goodness for the fact that police departments are more and more cooperating with each other in this digital age. The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office acting on a tip from the St. Petersburg, Florida police obtained a search warrant for the Dallas, Georgia home where 23-year-old Joseph Testani lives and during their search found child pornography.

Police found more than 80 images of child pornography on Testani’s computer and have arrested him on charges of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Possessing and Distributing Child Pornography. He’s currently lodged in the Paulding County Jail with no bond.

I came across this story over at Parents Behaving Badly and everyone involved so reeked of evil from the moment I started reading about them that I decided to look into it a little more.

Back on March 27th a 911 call came into North Newton, Kansas of a baby who was not breathing. 26-year-old Chad D. Carr had been babysitting 19-month-old Vincent Hill while his mother was at a baby shower in Wichita. Carr is the boyfriend of the mother, 20-year-old Katheryn Nycole Dale (MySpace). She had her other child, a six-week-old baby girl, with her at the time.

About half an hour after 911 was called Vincent was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Nycole claimed that the day before the 911 call Vincent had fallen down four or five carpeted stairs. According to the local Sheriff the boy’s injuries were not consistent with that type of call. For instance there were “terrible” cuts on the inside of Vincent’s mouth, his fingernails and toenails had been ripped out, his leg was twisted unnaturally due to a spiral fracture, he had a broken clavicle and one eye swollen shut. According to the autopsy he had been stabbed in the mouth with a fork and his injuries included bruises on his face and chin where he had been struck. The autopsy also showed that the torture had been going on for a while. Long enough for the mother to have known about it and shown some concern rather than worrying about keeping her penis.

Chad Carr is unemployed (didn’t see that one coming, didja? NOT) and he and Nycole had reportedly been together for four months prior to the brutal murder of her son. Carr also has two sons of his own, five and three, which he is supposed to be paying child support for.

Prosecutors say that not only did Nycole Dale know about the abuse but that she also took part in some of it. Along with Carr she has been arrested. Nycole has been charged with Aggravated Battery, Child Abuse and two counts of Endangering a Child. Carr has been charged with Aggravated Battery and Child Abuse.

Back on January 20th a neighbor made a call to a toll-free state child-abuse call center, telling them that she heard the man next door to her yelling at a child and the child screaming in a way that told her something was wrong. The report made it no further than the call center in Kansas. The Kansas Department of Social Services and local law enforcement never knew of her concerns. They (the call center) decided that no further action was warranted because it found no indication of physical or emotional harm. Another neighbor who was interviewed said that “You would hear profanities. You know, just screaming, at the top of his lungs, you could hear it next door.” Harvey County Sheriff T. Walton made this statement concerning the information that has finally been turned over to them from the call center:

The report does not indicate harm to the child. There is nothing to indicate that the child is being physically harmed by the father. No indication the father yelling at the child is impairing or endangering the child socially or intellectually, to the point that it is causing the child to deteriorate and not being to function on a daily basis. Not enough information to determine if the family has a history with the agency. This completes the initial assessment with no further action needed.

So get this. Not only might have this been avoided entirely but it’s possible that Chad Carr and his 26-year-old brother Christopher D. Carr might have been in jail had prosecutors decided to have them arrested earlier. For what, you ask? CHILD PORN. Both men have been charged with 16 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child Involving Pornography over child porn videos downloaded between October of 2008 and March of 2009. Harvey County has been investigating them for a while but decided to accelerate the investigation and go ahead and file the charges now in light of the murder. How fucking nice. The local district attorney says that even if he had been arrested and charged earlier that there is no guarantee that Carr wouldn’t have had access to Vincent. That may be true but now I guess we’ll never know, will we?

After a search warrant was executed at the house where Vincent died police seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia as well. No charges have been filed for that yet, hopefully they can pile on a few drug charges for these evil bastards.

Chad Carr is being held on $225,000 bond, his brother Christopher is being held on $75,000 bond and the mother, Nycole Dale has a bond of $50,000. Murder charges have still not been filed but they will most likely be forthcoming.

Vincent James Hill, 19 months, of North Newton, died Saturday (March 27, 2010). He was born Aug. 9, 2008, in Newton, to Richard Dean Hill and Katheryn Nycole Dale.

He was preceded in death by a great-great-grandfather, R.D. Hill; a great-great-grandmother, Marjorie McLure; and a great-grandfather, Roger W. Mourning.

58-year-old Ocoee, Florida resident Dale Pieto Chisena teaches the 2nd grade at Lovell Elementary School, or at least he did up until recently. He has been put on administrative leave with pay after he and his son 22-year-old Dale Chisena, Jr were arrested on child pornography charges.

When Orange County Sheriff’s deputies and agents from the FDLE raided the Chisena home Tuesday morning they found over a thousand child pornography images depicting children from infants up to about 7.

Both of the men have reportedly admitted to downloading child porn and thus far there is nothing to indicate that children from the school were in the photos.

The two men are currently lodged in the Orange County Jail on $65,000 bond on charges of Possession of Material Depicting the Sexual Performance of Children.

According to WESH “at least one former teacher who worked with Chesina at Lovell Elementary in Apopka said a number of school employees suspect that Chesina acted inappropriately with students. The former teacher said officials were notified but no action was taken against him.”

22-year-old Luis Alberto Delgado Gomez of Bonita Springs, Florida brought an SD card in to the local Walgreens to have the photographs transferred to CD this past Sunday. I guess if I were going to burn obscene photographs burned to a CD I would somehow manage to find a computer with a working card reader or go buy one for $15 at the local Walmart or hell, even the same Walgreens that Gomez probably used.

Anyway, the pictures transferred to CD and he left only to return a little while later to tell the clerk that all of his pictures had not made the transfer. The clerk asked him to return at 2pm that afternoon.

Unbeknownst to Gomez the clerk had found nude adult photos of a sexual nature and also what she believed to be an underage girl also having sex. When she told her manager they called the police, who were there waiting for Gomez when he returned at 2pm.

Lee County deputies arrested Gomez and charged him with Possession of Obscene Materials Showing Sexual Performance of a Child and he is currently lodged in the Lee County Jail on $45,000 bond.

You know you’ve really pissed off your wife when she turns you in to police for your stash of child porn and that’s exactly what happened to 32-year-old Mark Twain Spurlock of Flagler County, Florida.

Spurlock and his wife shared a computer and when she came across the allegedly pornographic images of children she contacted the sheriff’s office. The computer was turned over to detectives and the FDLE’s forensic crime lab recovered them.

Spurlock was arrested last week and charged with 50 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. He’s lodged in the Flagler County Jail on $50,000 bond.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is reporting that 46-year-old Barry Bailey, a P.E. teacher at Ila Elementary School in Ila, Georgia has been arrested and faces charges involving the possession and distribution of child pornography.

The FBI, GBI and Madison County Sheriff’s Office started an investigation after Bailey chatted online with undercover officers assigned to the FBI Crimes Against Children initiative. A search of Bailey’s home was performed Thursday afternoon and videos containing child porn were found. Bailey was arrested when he got home from work Thursday afternoon.

Bailey is currently being held at the Madison County Jail waiting for a bond hearing. He has been charged with Transmitting Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography.

A statement from the Madison County School Board was posted on it’s web site Friday:

On Thursday, March 25, 2010, search warrants were executed at the residence of Barry Bailey, age 46 of Hull, Georgia at his residence. Bailey, a physical education teacher at Ila Elementary School, in Ila (Madison County), Georgia, was taken into custody on State charges related to the possession and distribution of child pornography. These charges did not involve school system property nor is it believed they occurred during the school day. This investigation was initiated when Bailey began “chatting” on-line with undercover law enforcement agents/officers detailed to an FBI Crimes Against Children initiative. At this time it is not believed any local children have been victimized. Bailey is currently being held at the Madison County Detention Center. In light of these charges, the school system will not allow Mr. Bailey to have contact with students if he is released from custody.
There is an ongoing investigation; therefore no further information will be released at this time.

Police have reported that none of the pornography involved local kids and none of the transmission involved school computers.

Hall County, Georgia school bus driver and self-described “Patriot Preacher” (according to his web site, Reverend John C. Spinks Evangelistic Ministries) John Spinks has been arrested by the FBI for child pornography.

The 41-year-old Spinks was arrested at his Oakwood home by FBI agents after they exercised a search warrant there early this morning.

According to the FBI Spinks attempted to trade child porn during online chats with undercover officers. He has been arrested on Federal charges related to the receipt, possession and distribution of child pornography.

Spinks has been driving for Hall County Schools for four years. I guess being a porn-trading evangelical fat man isn’t too terribly lucrative these days. He is currently on administrative leave pending the results of his case.

Spinks used to be a senior pastor at Center Grove Baptist Church in Pendergrass and is also a former vice president and chaplain for Christian Men for America.

Spinks is being held at an unnamed pre-trial facility without bond.

Police in Cherokee County, Georgia are looking for 56-year-old Patrick Ange Molesti, very interested in asking him some questions. The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department received an anonymous tip last week that led them to search the man’s house in Woodstock, which is about 20 miles from here. He wasn’t at home at the time but they did find evidence of child pornography on his computer, which was seized.

Molesti, a French citizen, is suspected of trying to buy online a five-year-old child for whatever degenerate fantasies he has up his sleeve, or wherever he keeps them.

They aren’t yet releasing many details on the scheme to buy a child but they are saying that Molesti is believed to still be in the metro Atlanta area and also say that he is most likely armed with a handgun and driving a 2002 white Chevy Astro Van with tags BVX1730. He is 6’1”, 200lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He has lived several places in Georgia and at one time he resided in Las Vegas.

Updated 3/28/10 – Police were able to track Molesti to Wyoming where he apparently caught a bus to Calgary, Canada. It did cross the border but agents with the RCMP boarded the bus and arrested the man at a fuel stop.

38-year-old former magician and church youth counselor at Calvary Jesus Church Jeffrey Alan Wasley of Kennesaw, Georgia is now facing 20 years in prison for his least-liked trick of producing child pornography out of thin air.

Wasley would apparently hang around in stores like Target and Walmart and wait until little kids would go into a bathroom without their parents (shame on any parent that lets their four-year-old go to the bathroom by themselves at fucking Walmart by the way) and follow them in. He would then offer to help them and videotape the kids while they used the bathroom.

Back in 2008 two brothers, ages 5 and 7, reported his creepy behavior at the Target to their mother, who in turn notified security. They identified him on store surveillance and followed him to his car, getting the license plate number.

When Cobb County police got a warrant to search his home they found at least six home-made videos as well as thousands of other child porn photos that he had downloaded off of the Internet.

When the FBI showed up at Wasley’s house that he shared with his wife and two children in December 2008 he locked himself in his garage and slashed his throat and wrists. Unfortunately for the taxpayers of Georgia the EMTs did the same great job they always try to do and managed to save this douchebag’s life.

Rather than go to a jury trial Wasley took a plea deal yesterday and and pleaded guilty to Producing Child Pornography. The plea agreement will give him about ten less years of jail time than if he were convicted by a jury. His sentencing is scheduled for June 10th.

34-year-old St. George, Utah man Sergio Diaz-Palomino has been arrested and charged with Sodomy on a Child and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor after he took a role of film to Walgreen’s to be developed. The photo technician noticed that there were some sexually explicit photographs of a baby on the film and called the police.

Officers reviewed the film and discovered that several pictures on the roll of film showed a baby boy being sexually abused by Diaz-Palomino. After questioning, he admitted that the child in the photos is his son.

Police believe that the mother of the child took the photographs and are looking for her to determine exactly what role she played in the abuse as well as to determine the welfare of the baby in her care.

Diaz-Palomino is lodged in the Purgatory Correctional Facility (how utterly fitting) on $70,000 bond.

Updated 4/11/10 – As a helpful commenter noted below both Sergio Diaz-Palomino and the mother of his child, Alma Vasquez, have been cleared of any wrongdoing as far as the photos. It was nothing more than your generic nekked baby photo. I know I’ve got some and I’m sure that most proud parents do as well.

One thing that sets these two parents apart from the rest is the fact that both Diaz-Palomino and Vasquez are Mexican nationals, living and working in the United States illegally. The couple is still in custody and the baby is in foster care but an attorney representing them is trying to reunite the mother with her son and said that she will then leave the country voluntarily. Illegal or not, it’s not right to keep them away from each other and while the child might be a U.S. citizen he belongs with his parents.

Tony Alan Barker, 58, of Sahuarita, Ariz., was detained today after a hearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Hector Estrada in connection with child pornography charges. Barker, a retired Customs and Border Protection officer of 35 years out of Georgia, was indicted in September 2009 by a federal grand jury in Tucson for Attempted Distribution of Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography. He was detained as a danger to the community due to the nature of the charges and additional evidence provided by the government at this morning’s detention hearing.

The indictment alleges that Barker attempted to distribute videos containing child pornography on July 28, 2008, and possessed child pornography on two computers and in a stack of printed documents on August 22, 2008. A conviction for Attempted Distribution of Child Pornography carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine or both. A conviction for Possession of Child Pornography carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine or both.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative designed to protect children from online exploitation and abuse. Led by the U.S. Attorneys Offices, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state and local resources to better locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as identify and rescue victims. An indictment is simply the method by which a person is charged with criminal activity and raises no inference of guilt. An individual is presumed innocent until competent evidence is presented to a jury that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

The investigation in this case was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The prosecution is being handled by Carin C. Duryée and Carmen Corbin, Assistant U.S. Attorneys, District of Arizona, Tucson.

After a report from America Online to the NCMEC showed that possibly inappropriate videos were being sent to/from 57-year-old David Wilson of Madisonville, Kentucky they turned over the information to the Kentucky State Police. And yes, America Online DOES still exist. I’ve had my account for god only knows how long now. It’s my grandmother’s only Internet and email connection so I can’t bear turning it off on her otherwise I would have gotten rid of the shit years ago. That and I use it for online business transactions since it’s my oldest email address.

Anyhow, Wilson was arrested by the Kentucky State Police back toward the end of January and charged with Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography. He was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center. According to one source the KSP found suspected child pornography when they executed a search warrant on Wilson’s home.

62-year-old Patrick McKenzie, who works as a supervisor in Disney’s Engineering Services, was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with Possession of Child Porn. McKenzie is currently lodged in the Osceola County Jail on $40,000 bond.

Police went to McKenzie’s St Cloud home Friday with a warrant after an investigation into allegations that he was downloading child pornography off the Internet. The arrest warrant is below.

McKenzie is currently on administrative leave from Disney pending the outcome of the investigation. According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement McKenzie admitted to having downloaded the images, which include pictures of girls under 18 years of age.

25-year-old Michael Wilson of Valparaiso, Indiana has been charged with Distributing Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography after police found around 90,000 pictures and videos depicting child pornography on his computer.

Wilson had a court hearing earlier in the week and pleaded Not Guilty to the charges and waived his right to contest jail detention, however he did not waive his right to a speedy trial which means it’ll be going to court within 70 days.

Wilson, prior to Tuesday was attending Valparaiso University to earn his EDS, although according to the school he is not longer a student or research assistant at the University. Wilson already has a Master’s and used to work for AccessAbilities in Merrillville, Indiana working with Autistic children and those that are developmentally disabled. He has also worked for several school districts as a substitute.

Although Wilson has been substitute teaching as recently as a few weeks ago one of the school districts reportedly dropped him from their sub rolls because of his demeanor and behavior in class.

Wilson’s username, Wilson49332, apparently came to the attention of the FBI after they found it connected to an account belonging to another child pornographer who has since been convicted. He has been attached to at least three different FBI investigations.

35-year-old Rodreick Ali Turner of Carrollton, GA was found guilty earlier this week of eight counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children. His trial started Monday and the charges are felonies that carry 5-20 years for each charge. His sentencing is on March 11th at 1:30pm.

About a year ago the Internet Crimes Against Children unit of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as part of the investigation called “Shattered Innocence” determined that Turner quite possibly had downloaded child pornography.

The Carrollton Police Department joined in the investigation at that time and after Turner’s computer was seized it was found to have contained child porn videos which had been downloaded off of a peer-to-peer file sharing network.

Turner’s latest status update on his Facebook account says ‘God is working on my behalf. Thank you Jesus’.  If there really is a God, apparently he really is working. Redreick also has two MySpace accounts which don’t really have much information. There is nothing left on the new one. The older one, which he hasn’t logged into in three years says,

29-year-old Matthew Andrzejak, a resident of Alpharetta, Georgia and originally from Towanda, New York has allegedly been taking unauthorized videos at the Life Time Fitness Center in Alpharetta as well as unspecified child molestation related videos at an unnamed residence.

A flash drive containing dozens of illicit videos was found at the Gym that Andrzejak visits and once the person who found it saw exactly what was on the flash drive they turned it over to the Alpharetta Police Department, who opened an investigation.

Andrzejak was allegedly using a spy pen which contained a 4-gibabyte camera to take pictures and videos in the gym and locker room. There were also several that contained child molestation which were taken away from the gym.

Andrzejak has been charged with 33 offenses including Eavesdropping or Unlawful Surveillance, Child Molestation, Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Sodomy and Aggravated Sexual Battery.

Andrzejak is still being held in the Fulton County jail awaiting trial. He now has 34 charges including all of the ones listed above as well as Criminal Trespass.

Now here’s an excuse that I think I’ve heard several times recently. After getting caught with child pornography on his computer 25-year-old Shaun Campbell claimed to have it so that he could better understand why sexual abuse of children occurs.

It sounds just as much a crock of shit coming from Campbell as it did the last douchebag who said it…

After receiving a tip from the Pennsylvania Computer Crime Task Force police found almost a 1000 pictures and around a 100 videos of suspected child porn on a computer purportedly belonging to Campbell. He was arrested and charged with Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography on Friday. Campbell is lodged in the Lackawanna County Jail on $100,000 bond.

A 42-year-old Tampa, Florida man, Michael Steven Lowery, has been arrested and charged with 35 counts of Possession of Child Pornography after Hillsborough County Deputies performed a raid on his home yesterday.

Officers seized a computer as well as DVDs and CDs which reportedly contained movies of boys aged 6 to 15 engaged in sexual activity. The douchebag is lodged in the Hillsborough County Jail on $262,500 bond.
