Gina, I had to go back and read my comment and the post to be reminded of what I was commenting on. It’s been a while, I am not sure why you’d even bother to comment, however I was not trying to dispute the fact that the news article was one sided I was simply pointing out that Capt’ did not write up some one sided post, he referenced a new article to get the information.

As far as the situation with your daughter, I am thrilled she stood up for herself more kids being bullied should and trust me when I say that I would and have encouraged my son to defend himself even going so far as to contact his school principal and tell her that he would NOT be punished at home or at school for defending himself, as I have personally made her aware of a potential situation. What I was shocked by and very well may not be true was that you were said to have barged in and been involved in an attack on a child. if you didn’t do that, wonderful. If you are/were getting a bad rap because of the family…screw ‘em, put them on blast everywhere this story is posted.

sorry, this is Gina Hinkle and no one got in trouble.. and yes my daughter Nichole was invited to this party and the so called birthday girl was bullying her. My daughter did punch her and I stopped her and the fight from going any further and left the home. while the birthday girl’s mom went crazy and her husband beat the shit out of her on my way out of the home. The birthday girl’s uncle is OKC police officer.. that is why they came to my home after the fact and just arrested me within 24hr all charges were dropped and yes the invitation to the party was on my table in my living room. the Oklahoma police would not let me get it and show them. this didnt even hit the media until 5 days after the charges were dropped.. the only reason why it did hit the media is becuase the so called birthday girl’s uncle who is the cop new exactly when the police report was going to be released and when is was released the family called the media.. no one knows the other side.. and it really does not matter. It just goes to show how people can lie and twist things up..
