The Atlanta PD has released a sketch of the man they believe to be involved in two rapes that occurred in South Fulton County this past Friday. A spokesperson for the police department says that the attacks happened in a vacant home off of Old National Highway.
The man is described as being 17-19 years of age, black, 5’8″ with a medium build. The victims described him as having a slightly musty odor and he has flat lips. Police also say that it’s possible that he has lazy eye in his left eye.
Father and son charged in alleged gang rape
Nothing says father and son bonding like a little drinking and sexual assault. Meet Clinton Johnson Sr. (53) and Clinton “Bubba” Johnson Jr. (17), two of six “men” accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl at a party at their home on March 5th.
According to reports the victim was attending a party at the Johnson home on March 5th. She admits that she had been drinking and was told by Bubba Johnson to lay down on a mattress in the back yard. Well shit, how convenient there just happened to be a mattress right there in the backyard, just incase a female comes by, drinks to much and needs a rest. Anyhow, she took Bubba’s caring advise and opted to lay down, but all he was caring about was the fact he had himself a drunk girlie and needed to get his rocks off. He reportedly began to sexually assault her, along with his younger brother and another male, wait… his younger brother got in on the action too. She asked the men to stop but they continued the assault not only with their own tiny weenie pee-pees, but a bottle as well. When Bubba and brother Johnson were done they apparently decided to share her with others in attendance and good ole’ dad. WTF?? The whole nasty thing was brought to light on March 25th, when the girl cried out to a counselor at her high school.
Johnson Sr. and Jr. are the only two currently charged. According to police they expect other arrests, although the others involved are likely juveniles.
As of April 12th, Johnson Jr. was being held on $100,000 bond and Sr. was being held on $150,000 bond. Both face life in prison if convicted of the first-degree felony.
Law enforcement in La Mesa, California arrested 50-year-old Domingos Oliveira yesterday morning for trying to hire someone to kill the boyfriend of his 19-year-old daughter.
Over the last couple of weeks posters have been put up on the campus of Grossmont College offering $3k for the boyfriend’s body, dead or alive. The posters included a picture of the boyfriend, his name and claimed that he was a convicted sex offender.
Said daughter and boyfriend contacted the police after they found out about the posters.
According to the police the boyfriend is 33-years-old and is a convicted sex offender, which makes it real easy for me to relate to Mr. Oliveira considering the fact that I have two daughters of my own. Regardless of that fact, if Oliveira did put up the posters he was breaking the law.
On March 8th, the man you see above Terrance Lee Goodman (37) violently attacked a girl under the age of 12 in a wooded area behind his home near Leesburg, FL. Goodman was apparently watching the little girl for her parents when the sexual assault occurred.
According to the victim, Goodman coaxed her into the woods, grabbed her, bound her ankles with zip ties and put her in a sleeper hold, telling her is she didn’t cooperate he would “put her to sleep forever.” After the attack, Goodman told her, he was a jerk and was going to kill himself and promptly went on the run. He ran?? What happened to killing himself?? Dang it to freakin bad he didn’t follow through with that promise.
Deputies searched the wooded area behind home and located nothing.
Flash Forward to March 12th and to the lovely state of Virginia. VSP got a 911 call reporting a pedestrian attempting to cross the interstate. A deputy reported to the scene and found the man walking up the exit ramp. When asked for identification he gave the officer his name, date of birth and social security number. Of course the deputy checked the information and discovered is wanderer was Terrance Goodman and that he was wanted out of Florida on a felony fugitive warrant. Goodman was taken into custody without incident.
He is being held in Fairfax County Jail on a $3 million bond.

I wrote about Paul Serdula back in November of 2009. At that time he was accused of recording women on a hidden camera in a bathroom at a dentist’s office in Cobb County, Georgia. In February he was indicted on charges of Unlawful Surveillance, Aggravated Child Molestation, Aggravated Sodomy and Sexual Assault and up until recently has been out on bond awaiting trial.
Serdula was rearrested recently on seven more counts of the same charges and is currently being held without bond.
If you are going to pay someone for sex it’s probably best to do your business, pay up and get the fuck out. That’s what my wife says anyway… Apparently 22-year-old Fabian Consbruck of Boca Raton, Florida hasn’t learned that lesson yet, or maybe now he has.
Consbruck and a buddy met a dancer at the Spearmint Rhino Gentleman’s Club in West Palm Beach and decided to go to her place for sex. She gave them a package deal, charging $600. When they got to her place the two men realized they only had $500 between them but she decided they could have their go and then hit the ATM afterward.
The woman put the money on her dining room table and after they had sex she told them they had to leave. Instead of leaving both guys paced around the apartment looking for a t-shirt and a pack of cigarettes, apparently stalling for time.
Consbruck’s friend tried to take the money off the table but the hooker saw him and picked the money up, putting it in her wallet which she then put in her gym bag. When the two finally started to go outside to leave the friend started hitting the girl, trying to force her to tell them where the money was. Consbruck, searching her bag, found the money as well as an additional $300 and they took off.
The girl chased them out to their car, jumping onto the hood. She fell off the side as they pulled out, getting her ankle run over in the process as the two men got away. Someone called 911 and she was transported to the hospital for treatment.
After checking out credit card records at the club and their license plate number Consbruck was brought in for a line-up where he was positively identified by the girl. He was charged with Home Invasion Robbery and was released from the Palm Beach County Jail Wednesday on $20,000 bond.
Back in March of 2009 Misty Dawn Wilmeth died the day before she turned 29. 47-year-old Lonnie Lee White of Tennessee pleaded guilty earlier today in a deal with prosecutors which gives him 10 years in prison except that he is eligible for parole after three and a half years. He had originally been charged with Reckless Homicide and a grand jury increased the charge to Murder.
According to White, the woman died during a “rough sex” game that she had requested. The family, who approved the plea deal as well just to get it over with, believes that she perished while resisting a rape attempt by the registered sex offender.
After Wilmeth died White is the one who called the police, but not until after he had dragged her nude body out of his house about 40 feet away near a wooded area. Both of her eyes had been blackened as well.
White was originally convicted of Sexual Battery in 1992. While it is no reason for her to have died, Wilmeth also had a history of 21 arrests, mostly public intoxication.
27-year-old Matthew Hall of Jacksonville, Florida has been arrested and charged with several counts of Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition after he allegedly exposed himself to several teenage girls in the area.
Police have been investigating reports after a girl was literally chased by Hall in his van after he exposed himself to her in a Winn-Dixie parking lot.
57-year-old Raymond Devaughn Taylor is…I mean was an assistant accounting instructor at Kennesaw State University in Georgia, at least up until very recently.
Back on November 30th Taylor allegedly disrobed in his classroom in front of his student. A student in his class reported the alleged incident on Friday. Taylor, who lives in Kennesaw, was arrested and charged with public indecency. He is currently out on $5,000 bond.
KSU released the following statement earlier today,
Raymond Devaughn Taylor, a part-time instructor at Kennesaw State University, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 6, for allegedly removing all of his clothing while standing in front of students in the accounting class he taught.
Taylor, 57, of Kennesaw, has been charged with public indecency. Kennesaw State officials have terminated Taylor’s affiliation with the university, effective immediately. He will not return to his part-time teaching post, nor have access to the campus.
The alleged classroom incident with Taylor occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 30, between 4:35 and 4:45 p.m., in the final accounting class that he taught for the fall semester. The incident was reported on Friday, Dec. 3 to Kennesaw State academic officials, who immediately requested an investigation by the Kennesaw State University police department.
Taylor was questioned and subsequently arrested by KSU police officers on the afternoon of Monday, Dec. 6. He was transported to the Cobb County Adult Detention Center (CCADC), where he was booked and held on the charge of public indecency. On Tuesday, Dec. 7, Taylor was released from the CCADC on a $5,000 bond.
Kennesaw State University Interim Provost W. Ken Harmon is encouraging any students who would like to report or talk about the incident to take advantage of university resources that are available to them.
“Kennesaw State fosters an environment where students are encouraged to report inappropriate and unethical behavior,” Harmon stated. “Counselors in the Office of Counseling and Psychological Services are available to students who would like to address this matter. Also, if there are other aspects of this case which students would like to report, they should feel free to contact the university’s Department of Public Safety.”
Arlethia Perry-Johnson, KSU’s vice president for external affairs, said student safety is the university’s highest priority. "Our academic and public safety officials took this incident very seriously, and everyone involved took swift action to address it,” Perry-Johnson stated. “Our utmost concern is for the safety and welfare of our students, and we encourage them to report any incident that makes them feel uncomfortable in the classroom."

On Thursday, November 2nd, a grandmother, an aunt and a 2-year-old little girl were at the Dollar Tree in Union City, Ca, doing some shopping when the 2-year-old wandered away from the adults to return some ribbon to Christmas aisle. After approximately 60 seconds her grandmother went to look for her and screamed when she seen the baby on the floor with her diaper and pants removed and the fucking sick bastard above on top of her his underwear and pants also removed. The grandmother, aunt and other shoppers ran down the offender. As he took off out of the store a solicitor in front gave chase and tackled him. A nearby BART officer noticed the group holding down the sick bastard and he held him until police could arrive and place him under arrest.
Think about this, it took him approximately 1 minute (60 seconds) to disrobe this baby and himself in a store and change her little life forever. Think again about how depraved this man must be to be so brazen to do this in a public place. I mean really doesn’t it frighten you? It certainly scares the hell out of me and pisses me off at the same time.
This pervert is a convicted sex offender; he was convicted in ’05 for attempted sex with a minor ( a 7-year-old girl) and has been living with his family since his release in ’09. Yes, people 4 years for assaulting a minor, and here it is ’10 and he attacks the most innocent of all a toddler, unable to defend herself even if she had tried. Why do we let these guys out, nothing fixes these types other than a bullet between the eyes. NOTHING! We need to make the court systems realize we will not tolerate, the release of sexual predators
Even with this, he could only get UP TO 21 years in convicted. Only 21 years she’ll only be 23 years old and still living with the scars from this I am sure.
Sick Bastard has been charged committing a forcible lewd act with a child under the age of 14, assault with intent to commit a sex crime and attempted intercourse or sodomy with a child younger than 10. I commend the shoppers for not killing his sorry ass, I am not sure that I could exercise that much self control.
Let’s cross our fingers that they put his ass away and keep him there, who knows what will happen the next time he is out and the urge hits him to get a little. That child might not be so lucky to have people around to protect her.
My heart goes out to the little girl, how scared she must have been. I have young daughter and I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt if anyone ever even lets the thought of touching her creep up in their sick mind, it will be the last thought they have.
