Deputies woman hid crack pipe in vagina

On April 19^th, undercover narcotics agents working a sting in Punta Gorda, FL arrested Arlina Romero (28).  According to reports Romero, recognized from previous drug dealings, walked out of a known drug house.  As she was approached by deputies she turned and began to take off, in an attempt to run.

She appeared to be trying to hide something in the crotch area of her pants.  The report states she had her hands deep inside the front of her jeans and was clearly trying to hide something.  When the deputy called out to her she removed her hands from her pants and turned around.

 
Romero consented to a search found, was a credit card, that belonged to someone else, she claimed she found and nothing else.  Not knowing whether she had found the card or it was stolen; Romero was escorted to the police station.  There she was asked if there was anything else hidden on her.

 
Romero confessed she had a crack pipe hidden in her vagina.  Yuck!  After the confession she was taken, by female deputies, into a private room where a 6-inch glass pipe was removed from her vagina.  The pipe later tested positive for cocaine.

 
While having the crack pipe removed from her va-jay-jay, the police contacted the owner of the credit card, who informed them, the card had been lost and Romero should not have it.  I bet you didn’t see that comin’ did ya?  Sure you did this is a woman who hides shit in her snatch of course she had a “lost” credit card.

 
Romero was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia.  She is being held without bond, as she was already out on bond from prior drug charge and she is a convicted felon.

33-year-old Brett Crowe was hired on by the Fort Valley, Georgia police department back at the beginning of October 2010. Apparently either Crowe passed whatever psychological tests are required to be POST certified or they just didn’t bother with that shit because Crowe has now been arrested and charged with Enticing a Child as well as violating his oath of office.

During an undercover operation Crowe was communicating with what he though was a juvenile female on the Internet. Of course it was actually a law enforcement officer from Lumpkin County, Georgia, three-hundred miles away from Fort Valley. Crowe allegedly attempted to set up a sexual encounter with a young girl from Dahlonega.

The Fort Valley PD has been notified of Crowes arrest and they will be notifying the Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training Council as well. The Fort Valley PD is cooperating fully with the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office.

Police in Colorado Springs, Colorado have arrested 39-year-old Morgan Sellman on suspicion of Sexual Exploitation of Children for Possession of Child Pornography.

When Sellman was arrested investigators found child pornography on his laptop as well as some sex toys in the case he carried it in. More child porn was found but the article at ABC 7 doesn’t say whether it was on his home computer or hard copy.

The kicker is that Sellman is a police officer, a sergeant with the Aurora, Colorado Police Department. According to investigators there is no evidence that Sellman had any personal contact with the victims or used a City of Aurora computer for his porn. He did, however, use the laptop for work.

After his arrest, Sellman was placed on unpaid leave Friday. He is a 14-year veteran of the Aurora PD.

Carol Lee Bildsten

Carol Bildsten, 56, of Gurnee, IL has been charged with aggravated assault.  

Police became involved with Carol when she allegedly ran out on her bill at Joe’s Crab Shack, Tuesday evening.  

An officer responding to Carol’s residence, to discuss the incident at Joe’s was assault by what Cmdr. Jay Patrick called “a rigid feminine pleasure device.”  To the rest of us that would be a dildo…. LOL.  Are you cracking up yet? 

A full police report is not available yet, but Blidsten was taken into custody and was resting in a cell as of Wednesday afternoon. 

She has been charged with aggravated assault and theft of labor services.

A Fulton County, Georgia police officer has been accused of raping a 12-year-old girl and is currently charged with the crimes in Dekalb County.

The girl’s mother flagged down a police officer on Covington Highway and reported that her daughter had been sexually assaulted. 30-year-old Michael Bernard Wilson was later taken into custody. I don’t currently have the dates of the alleged molestation but Wilson was supposed to be at police headquarters in Dekalb County several days ago to give a statement.

When Wilson never showed, warrants were issued for his arrest and he was taken into custody Tuesday. Wilson, a five-year-veteran of the Fulton County Police Department, will be suspended without pay pending the results of the criminal case.

Update – According to the Dekalb County Jail inmate lookup Wilson was originally charged with Rape and Aggravated Child Molestation back in May. He has since had another count of Molestation added as well as felony False Imprisonment. He is being held in the Dekalb County Jail, I don’t know if he has been granted a bond or not but considering he was a no-show I doubt it.

41-year-old Terence Alexander, an 11-year veteran of the Atlanta Police Department, was arrested after he physically assaulted his 18-year-old girlfriend. Am I the only one here who finds the age difference just a little bit creepy?

Anyway there is a bit of a back story to this one. The Atlanta Police fired Terence in 2005 after surveillance video caught him slamming a woman to the ground and arresting her for a parking violation at the Atlanta Airport. The woman who was assaulted sued the city of Atlanta and won a $350,000 settlement. Alexander was shit-canned for using unnecessary force but the city’s civilian board overturned the decision and Alexander was rehired even though he had already been reprimanded or suspended without pay 13 times for violating departmental rule.

Flash forward to 2010. When police were called to his apartment this week after the fight with his girlfriend they discovered he had two current outstanding warrants and was already under investigation for a work-related incident and has been stuck on desk duty awaiting the outcome.

Damn, this is one asshole who is really giving the police a bad name. Somebody should slap a bit of sense into the civilian board that told the APD they couldn’t fire him five years ago.

Douchebag David

That steaming stack of shit you see up there is David Dalton of Madeira, OH and he likes to take his frustrations out on 2 yr. old little boys.  He is a living breathing coward and waste of oxygen right here on earth.    

David’s story starts Thursday, Sept. 16, when his nephew Zachary Prather came over to visit and play with his cousins.  Well as it happens everyday, bedtime rolled around and well Zachary, that lil’ booger, he would not go to sleep, he was probably wound up from playing all day was just not ready for the day to end. Davyboy’s solution to the problem,  grab the child’s arm several times until he heard and felt it “pop.”  I can see his reasoning here… I will dislocate the lil’ guys elbow and he’ll cry himself to sleep.. problem solved.  What a fucking asshole.    Well it appears Zachary’s aunt, his mother’s sister, questioned the injury the next day and he informed her Zachary must have slept on it wrong.  Well Duh, of course he did,  I know my 3 yr. old dislocates her elbow regularly by sleeping wrong.  Seems David (I’m a loser) Dalton and the wife got into a fight and what does this tough guy do to vent his frustrations over the spat with his wife?  Well what any of us would do… he takes his 2 yr. old nephew into the bathroom fills the the the bathtub with scalding HOT water and stuck lil’ Zachary’s right foot in, holding it there for brief period of time against the lil’ guys will.  Are you ready to hold his face down in scalding water yet?  He wasn’t done, instead of seeking treatment for his nephew, he peeled the burned skin off his foot and attmepted to treat the injury himself.   No medical treatment was sought for this poor baby until Sunday.  How many days is that 4 days with a dislocated elbow and 3 days with his right foot scalded, imagine the pain this poor baby was in and probably scared to death to cry or whine for fear of what else this fucking monster may do to him.   

When he was FINALLY taken to the E.R. for treatment the doctors reported to police they were treating a child with injuries, including a burned foot and possibly a broken arm.  The officials then contacted Zachary’s parents.   

According to the hospital Zachary suffered 3rd degree burns on the top of his foot and ankle and 2nd degree burns on the bottom of his foot.  These injuries will require specialized treatment.  Doctors inerted 3 pins into his elbow and noted he suffered bruises on his back and side, as well as cuts on his lip and above his right eye.  Oh My God, what the hell is wrong with this dude, he has children of his own as well, scary to think what they may go through.   

Zachary’s mother ,Terra Turner, was devesated to learn her son had suffered abuse at the hand of a family member.  I bet she was, if I was Zachary’s mom, Davyboy would not have to worry about the police and the courts, but instead what will happen when I got ahold of him.  So my props go out to Terra for not ending up in jail next to her brother-in-law and remaining composed, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt I would NOT have.  

Dalton reportedly confessed  to doing everything and has a bond set at $100,000.  His 2 children have been removed from the home and have been placed with family.  The Grand Jury is set for Sept. 29.    

Doctors are not sure when Zachary will be released from the hospital.   

God Bless… Zachary!  He was punished for being a baby and then took the punishment for someone else.

Lance M. Mosher

SALINAS, CA – Pacific Grove Police have arrested Lance Mosher, 44, a Salinas Police Officer on charges of child molestation.  Mosher who lives in Pebble Beach was arrested Tuesday Sept. 14, but has been released on a $200,000 bond.  The incident happened in 2007, according to the victim. Mosher has been charged with 1 count of lewd acts with a minor and 1 count of penetration with a foreign object.  

Mosher has been on administrative leave, since the allegations came up last spring.  The Pacific Grove and Salinas Polices Departments launched 2 seperate investigations.

Look at this beautiful baby boy,  Brett Dillion Jr, beaten to death by the above MONSTERS.

Now ask ask yourself… how does someone accused of beating a child to death not only go free without bond, but also leave the state?

That is exactly the case of the Monster above Melissa Bazilia.  Her son Brett Dillion Jr., died of head trauma just short of his 2nd birthday.  The egg donor is one of two people charged with murder in his death.  But now not only has a Tucson judge set her free without bond pending trial, he gave her permission to leave the state.  WHAT THE HELL???

The 911 call came in on Brett, late in July 2009, the claim…. (yep, you guessed it) he fell in the bathtub and hit his head.  He died 2 days later, soon Tucson police decided his death was NOT an accident, but child abuse, and murder. 

Melissa Bazilia, 20 and her boyfriend Ryan Sullivan, 32, were both arrested at the time and have been in jail (where they should ROT) waiting for trial for more than a year.  Their bond a cool… half million!

This week Judge Howard Fell agreed to let the female monster of the pair out of jail until her trial starts in February 2011, no bond just a promise to live with her father in Wisconsin. 

For Brett Dillion Sr. this just adds insult to injury.  When asked what he thought of her situation, he had this to say, ” I feel she should feel the same things he’s feeling right now.  Her being in jail right now is basically the same situation.  He’s not able to live free in the world and I don’t think she should either.”  Right on Brett… I could not agree more!

Bazilia’s attorney explained that she asked for her release when the prosecutors asked to push back the trial.  The delay was due to Sullivan’s attorneys addition of a new witness, that the prosecution needed to research.  Blah, Blah, Blah…  The Public Defender said the delay led to so many scheduling conflicts the trial slipped from this month to February.  That would lead to another 6 months in jail for Bazilia.  Well Boo-Fucking-Hoo for her!  So the judge, against the prosecutions objections and concerns Bazilia may be a flight risk, ordered her released anyway.  Way to go judge!

Her attorney says while she is with her father in Wisconsin, she will be required to check in several times a week, but will have no ankle bracelet or home visits from Wisconsin authorities.  What a freakin Joke… is this for real?  Now the court, the community and especially Brett Dillion Sr., can only hope she will keep her word and volunitarily come back to Arizona to face the charges that could (and hopefully will) put her in prison for a long time.

The face you see staring back at you up there is one of pure evil.  Yolanda  Jones, 35, dropped off the dead body of a 5 yr. old boy she is accused of beating to death at Midwest Regional Center before going into labor with her sixth child.  She has been charged with 2 counts of 1st degree murder and is custody at Lake County Jail with a bond of $3 million.

At 3:27 pm on Sept. 6, Jones -  the described “caregiver” of the child brought the 5 yr. old boy into the hospital.   He was pronounced dead on arrival and had been dead for “many hours” before arriving at the hospital.    As she dropped of the dead body of the child, she was in the late stages of her pregnancy and was going into contractions, a rescue squad took her to another hospital and she gave birth the same day.  The child identified as Tommy Davis III, was the son of Jones’ boyfriend and father of 3 of her six children, including the newborn.

Tommy was found with extensive and visible bruising from the top of his head to his knees, with recent bleeding from his nose and ears.  The autopsy revealed he died from blunt force trauma to the head and brain and the incident is classified as “non-accidental.”  Jones told the hospital that the child fell on a parking block while running in the parking lot of the Sheridan Motel,  where they had been living.  Surveillance video of the parking lot only showed footage of Jones leaving the motel holding the limp body of the boy.

The investigation was initally delayed because detectives could not immeditaley interview Jones due to her medical condition after delivering the baby.  when she was released from the hospital she told the detectives that the boy had wet his bed and she “snapped” beating Tommy over a 2 day period , hitting him with a belt and banging his head off the bathub and floor.  Detectives also interviewed older children involved with apparently rehearsed inital accounts of the incident. 

Illinois DCFS had a previous case invloving Jones, all 6 of her children are in the care of the state.

What kind of monster can repeatedly beat a child for an accident and wetting the bed is an accident.  Where was this little boys father while this was going on?  It is scary to think what she may have done with his little body had there not been other children in the room, she is clearly capable of pure evil.  I can not imagine repeatedly bashing a 5 yr. olds head into the floor or bathtub for wetting the bed.  I am sick over this I have a 3 yr. old potty training at this very moment and trust me I do not enjoy cleaning pee soaked panties, pants, socks and shoes day after day but she doesn’t do it on purpose, and as a civilized person I know that.  This woman does NOT deserve th title “mother” she has no idea what it means and she has 6 children… 6 children, what have they been through?

Rest in Peace, Tommy, you did not deserve what you got but you are safe with the angels now!  :  (

CHICAGO – A Roseland neighborhood registered sex offender was charged with having inappropriate contact with an 8 yr. old boy inside a restroom at McDonalds, outside Wrigley Field, Tuesday evening.

Cortez Lewis, 29, has been identified as the man who allegedly had inappropriate contact with the 8 yr. old against the child’s will.  A police report states Lewis took the boy into a stall, closed the door and pulled the child’s pants down.  The boy ran away and began yelling saying Lewis had tried to rape him.  Good Boy!

Lewis was charged with felony unlawful restraint and felony failure to register (as a sex offender) within 10 days, according to police he was also charged with 2 misdemeanors – disorderly conduct and battery.  He’s scheduled to appear in court Thursday.

Lewis is listed on the Illinois Sex Offender website as a child sex offender who was convicted of unlawful restraint of child who was 10 when he was 28.

Yet another reason my son will probably not be allowed to use the restroom without me or his father until he is 18!  You just never know who or what is lurking in there.  This little boy was very brave and acted very quickly, his parents should be very proud of him.

Tulsa Police have arrested 23 yr. old Janette Mickelboro in the homicide of her infant son Hunter, 3 mos.

Hunter was pronounced dead after his father discovered him in his bassinet, not breathing.  Janette told police she had tied a receiving blanket around his face to hold his pacifier in place (WTF) then put him in a “bouncy” seat” on the morning of August 20.  When she checked on the baby several hours later (WTF x2), she discovered him to be “cold and stiff.”   She then untied and removed the blanket, took him from the bouncy seat and placed him in his bassinet where his father found him later.  I supposed it never occured to her to:

 1. hold her son and help him with the pacifer.

2. check on her infant atleast once in a “several” hour period.

3. call 911 when she found him “cold and stiff.”

Janette has been arrested on first degree murder and is being held on bond of $250,000, according to the arrest report.

As a mother, I have to say WTF, who does this shit?  What in the hell made this woman think wrapping a receiving blanket around an infant’s head was the solution to keeping his pacifier in place and then “several” hours later she finds him deceased.  What the hell was she doing for those several hours, my goodness, I could barely put my kids down at that age, shit they can barely escape my hugs and kisses now at 3 and 6.

WARNER ROBINS, GA – Sade Shamon King, 23, and William Thomas Davis III, 25, are charged with felony murder and cruelty to children in the death of their son D’Shawn Davis,2, according to the Houston County Sherriff .  The sheriff said “it really turned my stomach the way the child had been treated”, he called the news conferenceTuesday, to highlight the seriousness of the case, showing photographs of the emaciated body of the boy, under the condition the photos would not be duplicated or published.

D’Shawn weighed only 12 lbs. and 6 ozs. at the time of his death and his rectum showed signs of having been left in his own urine and feces.  The boy’s body has been decribed as not more than a skeleton, this poor baby my heart breaks for him.  The autospy ruled the cause of death malnutriton, bet they didn’t miss a meal though.. MONSTERS.

Davis called 911 on Saturday and reported the child was not breathing, arriving Houston Healthcare workers found the body of D’Shawn on the floor of the mother’s bedroom.  Why the parents, who are not married but are the biological parents, neglected the boy is not known yet.  Davis told authorities that he was away during the day often working 12 hr. shifts and had not noticed the boy deteriorating conditon.  Yeah right, I believe that would be impossible, a 2 yr old who barely weighs more than some newborns, try again daddy!

Mommy dearest had isolated the boy, relatives indicated it had been weeks since they had seen him and he had not received any medical care for 10 months prior to his death.  Every minute I spend typing this makes me want to freakin beat these 2 senseless,I am so ill right now.  A 5 yr. old female sibling, who only lived in the home for 6 weeks, is now staying with a grandmother.  No information has been released as to why she did not previously reside in the home. 

Nearly 3 yrs. ago Houston County Sheriff’s office investigated the death of 2 mo. old K’Ron Jarrell Davis, the son of the same couple.  Do we see a pattern here???  The infant died Oct. 25, 2007, the autopsy found that the baby died from “sudden unexplained infant death associated bed sharing”  the baby was sleeping with the mother.  The manner of death has been listed as “undetermined.”   Unless other information comes to light, investigators believe that death to be an accident.

The couple could face life in prison on the felony murder charge, and it was to early to determine whether the death penalty would be sought.

King and Davis showed NO emotion when arrested Monday night and both are being held without bond at the Houston County Jail.  Does this shock you?? They are cold hearted evil wastes of oxygen.

This poor baby we can only imagine what it was like for him to die this way, we all know how we feel just to be a little hungry, but to die of starvation and have the people who were supposed to care and love you be responsible.  He wasn’t old enough to even tell anyone what was happening even if the monster who calls herself his mother had let him see family members.  I need to go cry now!!

Meth face up there is Samantha Jackson a 23 yr, old mother of 3, from Auburn, CA  who was busy shooting Meth while her her young children were unsupervised and living in filth.  An anonymous caller on Saturday told deputies that while her children played outside Jackson was in her apartment shooting drugs.  Once inside the apartment they saw “extremely dirty” conditions, that included a floor covered in old food, clothes and garbage.  A 4 mo. old girl was found strapped in a car seat in front of a television, her crib was full of garbage, clothes and a lawn chair.  Her other 2 children are a 2 yr. old girl and a malnourished 4 yr. old son, who has been hospitalized for sores on his legs.

Along with 2 men the deputies, found in Jackson’s room a kit containing syringes and spoon that had meth residue on it.  Jackson has been arrest on felony child abuse, felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic needle, said Dena Erwin spokeswoman for the Placer County Sheriff’s Office.  The 3 children were placed in foster care by Social Workers and the Lovely Ms. Jackson sits in Placer County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

“The anonymous caller who reported this situation is a true hero,” said Lt. Jeff Ausnow.  “Their actions may have save the lives of these small children, I would engourage more people to get involved and do the right thing.”

Now ladies if you don’t want to have or take care of your kids and your first love is drugs, then give them up to people who will love them and/or use protection.

A Michigan woman, my home state always makes me proud, has been charged with obscenity after police in Covington, LA say she stripped naked in the back of the cab and then drove off in it.   Are you getting a visual?? I am and it’s cracking me up….

Police say 29 yr. old St. Clair Shores, MI resident Jennifer Gille picked up a cab about 1 am Sunday and demanded the driver take her to Michigan.  Apparently the woman began to strip and refused to get out of the back of the cab, so the driver went to the police station and went inside for help.  This is where it gets funny, while he was seeking help for naked Michigander, she jumped in the front of the cab and took off.

The naked woman and the cab were found parked a block away from the police station.  Police said she continued to refuse to put her clothes on or get out of the cab.  She was consequently arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a movable car for stealing the cab and obsenity for exposing herself.  Police think she had been drinking heavily or on drugs.  Really now do ya think so???

This poor cabby, got scared of this naked woman and ran to the police for help, maybe he’s never seen a naked drunk woman before.  Kudos to Jen for leaving a great impression of us Michigan women in Lousiana.

The P.O.S. up there aka “Kenneth Skinner” has a history of abuse on his girlfriend and children… well that abuse resulted in the death of his 7 month old son Triumph Skinner over the weekend.  The death was ruled as a homicide by the Orange-Osceola Medical Examiner based on a preliminary autopsy, but no results were released because the case remains under investigation.  Judge Kenneth Barlow stated Tuesday, “I find probable cause for first degree murder and the bond is set at NONE”  way to go Judge Barlow, I could kiss you!!!

Skinner 30, was arrested on 1 count of aggravated child abuse, but now faces a first-degree murder charge, during the hearing he stood in front of the judge with his hand over his face.  Funny he was man enough to beat his infant son but NOT man enough to look the judge in the face… FUCKING COWARD!

Triumph, was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital, where doctors discovered a perforated bowel, a severly fractured skull and numerous fractured ribs which were in various stages of healing.  Are you pissed yet? well I am not done!  The poor lil guy was rushed into surgery but died.

During an interview with the mother she intially said she was in the bathroom getting ready for work when the baby fell from his bed and hit his head on something.  She later changed her story and stated Skinner, her boyfriend and father of her 2 children – a 7 yr. old girl and Triumph was caring for the children while she was at work.

The problems started Saturday evening when the mother arrived home from work she stated Triumph was very “lethergic and moaning” and when she tried to feed him he threw up, and Skinner had told her, he “roughed” him up.  WAIT! WHAT… he roughed him up, and he was still standing there breathing after making that comment… not if it was my kid.  Oh and the baby was NOT taken to the hospital at that very momment, instead everyone went to bed and mom went to work at 7 am the next day.  At around 11am the P.O.S. called mom and told her she needed to come home immediately because he he had “hurt” the baby on accident,  really???  When she arrived home the baby was on the bed not breathing and Skinner had said he “slammed” the lil guys head against the couch, and that is an “accident” how???

P.O.S. told his 7 yr old daughter to tell the police he was not at home and she was asleep when lil Triumph was injured… COWARD, COWARD, COWARD, and oh yeah he also asked the girlfriend to lie as well, instead of knocking his freakin teeth out she tells him to leave and she will call 911… excuse me! WTF?  Mom’s excuse she was abused by him in the past and was afraid of him, apparently she had bruises on her face and neck.  Now I don’t know how anyone else feels but if I want to stay and take a beating from you then that’s my business but you hurt my kids and we have a real problem, I can not wrap my mind around that.  Here she has the opportunity to protect herself and her kids and she covers for him, I don’t understand it.

Skinner, of course, denied knowing his child was hurt and went on to say he came home drunk Friday and stepped on his son and “could” have caused the injuries.  He had NO idea how the baby’s skull was got fractured, but he regularly tosses the baby in the air and dropped him on accident once and that may have caused the skull fracture and rib fractures.

The family has been under DCF’s radar for some years, there was a report of child abuse in 2004.  In that case Skinner told deputies he has used a belt on his then 2 yr old daughter and plead guilty to child abuse, a 3rd degree felony.

The 7 yr old child has been placed in foster care.

This poor baby was failed in so many ways and never had a chance with monster like that for a father.  Why, Why, Why?

 Triumph’s mother Michelle Marie Ford has been arrested and charged with child neglect.  She is being held without bond in the Orange County Jail.

Their 7 yr. old daughter now identified as Brittany Ford, was interviewed by Florida DCF where she told them that she is afraid of “daddy, he “scares” her.  She also told them the Skinner will choke her baby brother until he “can’t breath” when he cries everyday.  Brittany told DCF, “Daddy doesn’t understand that Triumph is just a baby.”  Sounds like Brittany is smarter than both her parents combined and a very brave little girl.  Good Girl Brittany!

The tear streaked face above is that of Jessica Gamble who is defintely NOT the mother of the year.  The 21 year old is accused of forcing her 2 yr. old (yes that is what I said 2 yrs. old) to smoke marijuana.  Jessica is being held at the Hamilton County jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond and she faces 1 count of corrupting another with drugs.

Mommy dearest apparently forced the baby to smoke the drug on June 12th and video taped it with her cell phone… umm, stupid much???  Well the video made it into the hands of the Hamilton County Dept. of Job & Family Services, who then turned it over to the police.

The prosecutor’s office stated in a news release, ” It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching a 2-year-old child how to smoke a joint, there are just some people who should never have children.”  Well you got that right!

The baby has been placed with another relative while a caseworker investigates.  A second person may also be charged.  Now ask yourself is it not bad enough that the baby’s “mother” doesn’t have enough sense to NOT do this but that there was yet another individual there that thought it was a good idea as well…. WTF!

Meet Rev. William Bendert of Kings of Kings Lutheran Church in Lake Orion, MI. The Reverand was arrested Friday in Troy at the Red Roof Inn, after attempting to solicit sex with an 11 year girl. According to the charging documents FBI Investigators said Bendert had engaged in several online conversations with someone he thought was a mother and her 11 year old daughter… but guess what?   It wasn’t, it was the FBI Investigators. Through emails he is said to have expressed that he wanted to “educate the girl about sex.”

“I don’t have the guilt gene. So, don’t worry about me crying later.” real nice Pastor Bendert.

A meeting was arranged with the Good Pastor, where he was arrested and charged with soliciting a minor. Investigators are looking into other e-mails from Pastor Pervy that allege he had arranged meetings with atleast 3 other minors.

The Church issued a statement stating they were shocked and deepely saddened to learn of the arrest and are cooperating fully with law enforcement.

Robert Price Cook, a reserve police officer with the Hartford, Alabama Police Department was arrested last week and charged with Rape, Sodomy and Enticing a Child For Immoral Purposes after being accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl over a period of time beginning in February.

According to investigators Cook enticed the girl into a building belonging to the Hartford Rescue Squad in order to sexually assault her. More charges may be pending.

Cook is currently lodged in the Geneva County Jail with no bond.

According to the Cobb County Georgia PD Officer Jeremy Potts of Kennesaw was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of child pornography.

The Cobb County Crimes Against Children Unit was contacted by the Department of Public Safety Internal Affairs Unit about a Cobb County police officer having child porn on his personal computer. After interviewing 24-year-old Jeremy Christopher Potts Wednesday investigators obtained a warrant to search his home and seized several pieces of electronic media.

Potts was arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography. He has resigned his position with Cobb County and is lodged in the Cobb County Jail on $20,000 bond.

26-year-old Demetrie Dixon of Houston, Texas, has been a Houston police officer since January of 2009. He has been arrested and accused of sexually assaulting two women while he was out on patrol between January and May of this year.

According to the district attorney two victims were unlawfully detained and searched by Dixon. After getting reports of Dixon’s behavior the Houston PD launched an undercover investigation into the matter, resulting in the man’s arrest.

Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputy Jacqueline Dunn has been arrested by the Atlanta Police Department on drug charges.

The APD says that Dunn was arrested and charged Friday night for possession of Marijuana and Cocaine. In addition to the drug charges she is also facing a suspension and an internal affairs investigation.

She is currently out on $2,000 bond.

Back in 2007 Tanya Culver was arrested for DUI and Battery on a Police Officer after she crashed her car in Lake Mary. Culver, 36, has been with the Apopka Florida Police Department for nine years.

Skip forward to this year and the woman was arrested back at the beginning of March for shooting at her husband, her third husband, during an allegedly drunken struggle with him back in February. She was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery With a Deadly Weapon and placed on unpaid leave. She bonded out on $10,000 and was ordered to stay away from her husband.

Last night Culver showed up at his home and the police ended up being called only to arrest Culver yet again. She is currently lodged in the Seminole County Jail on charges of Violation of Pre-Trial Release Conditions and Simple Assault. She is being held with no bond this time.

38-year-old Matthew A. New is a nine year veteran with the Tyrone, Georgia police department. He was arrested on March 11th on a charge of child molestation.

As the investigation has been ongoing police have found that more than one child was victimized, including one that New is related to. He is now facing 40 more charges including Sexual Battery, Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes and Child Pornography. His computer was seized during the investigation.

New was put on administrative leave by the Tyrone Police Department after the Fayetteville PD informed them of the investigation on February 2nd and as of the 24th he has resigned during a completely unrelated investigation from Internal Affairs for policy violations.

Sounds like an all-around dirt-bag if you ask me.

23-year-old Jeremy Tyrel Reynolds, a Dekalb County police officer for the last two years, has been arrested following an investigation of sexual misconduct that allegedly happened back in September 2009. Reynolds allegedly raped a prostitute in custody and also offered to release another woman if she exposed herself to him.

Reynolds has been charged with Sexual Assault on a Person in Custody, Aggravated Sodomy, Rape and Violation of Oath of Office. Reynolds was arrested when he showed up for work today and is on administrative leave pending his firing.

He was reportedly arrested earlier today but thus far he’s not been listed in the jail records.

39-year-old Florida Highway Patrolman Wilfredo “Jay” Bennett has been charged with Unlawful Compensation for Official Behavior after he allegedly fixed a traffic ticket for sex and got caught. Nice mug shot, huh?

Bennett has been accused of breaking his oath to uphold the law when he fixed a traffic ticket in exchange for sex with 23-year-old Donna Herbst, a woman who got into a car crash last September. He allegedly told the woman that if she fixed him dinner she could contest the ticket and he wouldn’t show up in court.

The two apparently started having sex on a regular basis, including times when Bennett was on duty, until he was caught when his wife dialed the unknown number that showed up on her husband’s phone. She introduced herself to Herbst and the two women confronted Bennett at his private business location, 1st Stryke Security and Investigations, in Kissimmee, Florida. Ooops. Never piss off your girlfriend and wife at the same time. NOT a good move. The blurb off of the newsletter from 1st Stryke includes this gem,

Bennett was booked into the Osceola County Jail last Thursday and bonded out a short time later. If convicted Bennett, who has been with the Florida Highway Patrol for twelve years, faces up to fifteen years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Hell, I guess if I could get out of a ticket by sleeping with a cop I might…just not that one.

44-year-old Edward M. Henley, a veteran sergeant of 22 years with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, has been arrested and held without bond today following an argument with his wife that turned physical.

According to the accusations Henley and his wife attended a party on Friday night and started arguing with each other on the way home and once they got there it was on. Henley allegedly hit her several times during the fight. His wife called 911 shortly before 1 a.m. this morning and Escambia County deputies showed up. Based on whatever evidence they were able to get at the house along with interviews with the two Henley was arrested and charged.

Florida law says that domestic violence case don’t have to have bond set. Henley has been charged with Battery, Simple Assault and False Imprisonment. He has a bond hearing on Sunday morning where a judge will decide whether or not to grant bail.

Recently allegations that Inman, Kansas Police Chief Mike Leland Akins Jr. were made that Akins was sexually abusing four children. Last month the McPherson County Sheriff contacted the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and asked them to look into the accusations being made against Chief Akins.

Akins allegedly molested his own four children, three girls and one boy all under 14, starting in December of 2008 and continuing until December 2009. He is faced with 19 counts in all including Rape, 12 counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties, Indecent Solicitation of a Child, two counts of Battery, Lewd and Lascivious Behavior and two counts of Aggravated Indecent Solicitation of a Child. After a month-long investigation The KBI showed up at Akins’ home Tuesday night with a warrant for his arrest. Akins refused to answer the door so they had to force their way into the house to arrest him. What, did he think he was like the 3rd little piggy and the big bad wolf would just go away?

Akins is lodged in the McPherson County jail on $250,000 bond and has been suspended without pay pending the outcome of the investigation. The Inman City Council has already appointed the only other police officer in town as the new chief.

Having been a Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputy you would think that Gregory Todd Bowden from Byron, Georgia (sort of a suburb of Macon) would know that if you are chatting with someone on the Internet that claims to want to have sex with you, chances are it’s a setup. Obviously this disgrace to law enforcement doesn’t read much or maybe he just thought he was immune to what happens to douchebags who troll the net.

From October 2008 until last February Bowden had been chatting (and speaking on the phone) with a woman who has a seven-year-old girl. Bowden thought he was going to get to have sex with both mother and daughter and even made the travel plans to come to Atlanta and meet them.

So if it was a setup, who was he chatting with? The FBI. Ooops.

Bowden drove up to Atlanta but when he arrived at the agreed upon meeting place the FBI was waiting for him.

He is married and has two children. Gregory Todd Bowden was a Bibb County deputy for seven years according to a press release from the Bibb County sheriff. Prior to that he worked for the District Attorney as a victim’s advocate. After his arrest he was suspended with pay until his indictment.

Bowden is currently on trial and he testified in his own defense earlier today before the judge gave the jury it’s instructions. He told the court,

I’m very ashamed of myself. I’m embarrassed. I’m ashamed of what I put my family through, I know now that I was wrong.

Bowden testified that he thought the woman was just role playing and  that she wanted to act like herself as well as a seven-year-old.

If Bowden is convicted he faces 10-20 years in prison.

Updated 1/14/10 – Bowden was found guilty yesterday and his sentencing will be on March 16th where he will face a minimum of ten years.

Updated 6/14/10 – Bowden’s sentencing was apparently put off back in the spring but he was finally sentenced this last Friday to 20 years in prison for attempting to entice a minor to have sex with him. After he is released from prison he is also subject to five years of monitoring.

Here’s a prime example of a serious waste of taxpayer money Eddie Ratchford Jr. was caught pushing his stolen Wal-Mart shopping cart in Gastonia, North Carolina and arrested for stealing the $25 cart Sunday night around 7 p.m.

Not that I think it’s right that the dude stole the cart but what I really found interesting is that it’s on the WBTV web site. So did they actually feature it on the 11 O’clock news last night?

Carl Maddox Jr., a 12-year-veteran of the Henry County Sheriff’s Department has been arrested and charged with child molestation after he is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.

Maddox, who is married and has three children, denied the claims through his lawyer who stated that the girl told him she was 18. He was arrested this past Monday and waived his first court appearance Tuesday morning.

Maddox is being held without bond in the Henry County Jail and was terminated from the Sheriff’s Department immediately following his arrest. Generally they will at least put you on administrative leave pending an investigation so they must have some pretty damning evidence or the investigation has been ongoing for a while now.

This is a story I have followed for several months and wrote about on another site as well. The original post has been kept mostly in it’s entirety and my updates are at the end. Some of the information may have been updated as well that I am not aware of.

A multi-jurisdictional drug task force set up a sting to take place back at the beginning of September in Toccoa and a pastor from the area was inadvertently shot and killed. 29-year-old Jonathan Paul Ayers wasn’t a target in the drug sting and was not connected at all but a passenger riding in his car was.

Ayers dropped off 26-year-old Kala Jones Barrett in downtown Toccoa around 2:30 that afternoon and two agents from the task force which was made up of officers from Stephens, Habersham and Rabun counties followed Ayers and attempted to question him.

Ayers tried to avoid the officers, striking one of them with his car after putting it in reverse. The officers yelled (according to witnesses as well as their statements) "Police, Stop!". Ayers car lurched toward the law enforcement officers in a "threatening manner and one of the three agents fired a two shots which struck Ayers in the upper body. He drove off but ended up hitting a telephone pole about a block away. The pastor died at Stephens County Hospital in Toccoa.

The agent struck by Ayer’s vehicle was treated and released from the hospital and all of the agents involved were placed on administrative leave pending an investigation.

Ayers lived in Lavonia and was a pastor at Shoal Creek Baptist Church in Lavonia. His family said that he was in no way involved in drugs and police did not find any drugs in his possession or in his vehicle.

Kala Barrett, the woman who was the intended target of the sting, was arrested and charged with selling cocaine.

A press conference was held early on concerning the shooting and Law Enforcement again said that there is no connection between Ayers and drugs. The GBI spokesman did, however, say the following; "It was thought to be the case when it led up to what happened. We later found out there was another circumstance that we cannot get into that led to the incident, not drugs."

The family of Jonathan Ayers also released a statement. The following is from WNEG. Check out their site for more information.

A spokesperson for the Floyd-Ayers family issued the following statement [...]:

"Jonathan was a good man. He was not involved in drugs. He would help anyone that needed help, give them the shirt off his back. Jonathan would have wanted to witness to the police officers involved in the shooting.

He was so excited about becoming a father and was loved by his family, friends and members of his church."

The spokesperson told WNEG News that Jonathan Ayers was being incorrectly portrayed as a drug suspect and that he was an innocent bystander.

Prior to dying Jonathan Ayers asked paramedics who shot him according to the AJC. Ayers’ actions point to a man who was scared and trying to get out of what looked like an ugly situation. He wasn’t aware that the men were police and even though they did identify themselves, when guys are yelling at you "Stop, Police! Get the fuck out of the car now or we’ll shoot" (just an approximation, I don’t know the exact words they yelled) the only thing one might hear is "get out of the car or I’ll shoot" and that’s if he could hear anything at all with his windows up.

Does that make the police culpable for his death? Friends of Ayers certainly think so. I am on the fence on that one though. It feels like a really big mistake, misunderstanding, mis-communication (albeit one that has cost a man his life). Should police have let him drive off and follow him,perhaps endangering other folks on the road? If he saw police lights behind him he might have pulled over realizing his mistake. It’s a bit late for that though.

The question still remains though, why was the woman who has been arrested for cocaine in his car in the first place? I’m not trying to point at anything here, I just really want to know.

Apparently, at least according to Kala Barrett, the two of them had been having monthly sex since they met in a bar in 2005 even though Ayers was married. His cell phone records certainly indicate he spoke with her a bit more than a concerned pastor might. He called her more than 20 times over four hours the day he was killed. He also gave her $50 the same day.

The officers involved were cleared of any wrongdoing in the matter.

18 Sheriff’s Deputies recently returned from training under ICE in South Carolina in order to participate in the 287(g) program which seems to have gotten Joe Arpaio of Arizona in so much trouble. The local participation in immigration enforcement has gotten a lot of support from folks that are anti-immigration, while others call it profiling and racism.

Personally I don’t see anything wrong with immigrating here but there are proper ways to go about it and coming here illegally isn’t one of them. In a perfect world all the folks coming from other countries would be peaceable and behave like they should but unfortunately this isn’t a perfect world and along with the good folks that are just looking for work we get terrorists, rapists, drug dealers and murderers but since there is no paperwork is just makes it that much harder to catch them.

I find it interesting that the video provided by the lawyer who is suing the Minneapolis police does not include anything leading up to the point where the man was tased back at the end of April. It’s entirely possible that the man was resisting prior to the officer putting him down but at the moment before he is tased the man has his hands resting on the front of the police car when the officer nonchalantly walks behind him and puts the taser to the back of his neck.

Damn.
