Earlier this week police in Gainesville, Ga responded to a report of a burglary in progress and found they were able to nab the suspects even easier than normal.

When deputies from the Hall County Sheriff’s Department entered the home they found 33-year-old Kenneth Dwayne Lee and 38-year-old April Lynn Morris asleep on a bed in the back of the house just like an old child’s tale.

The pair had apparently placed the stuff they were going to steal near the door and then decided to take a nap. They woke up to the sound of police in the house. I’ll bet they wish it was the three bears returning home. Damn sure April Morris is no Goldilocks.

Lee and Morris were arrested and charged with burglary. Both of them are currently lodged in the Hall County Jail without bond.

Saturday afternoon 32-year-old Katrena Elaine Evans decided to head out for a little afternoon of shopping…er…shoplifting at the local WalMart in Cartersville, GA. Things quickly got ugly when one of the employees noticed she was sticking things in more than just her shopping cart.

Wayne Thacker identified himself as an employee and tried to detain Evans inside the store and got stabbed in the stomach for his efforts. After slashing the man Evans took off across the parking lot and jumped into the backseat of a silver car. Unfortunately for her it was driven by a man who didn’t know her. Heh.

Two off-duty police officers detained Evans, who is homeless, until local police could get there, Evans was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Obstruction and Shoplifting and has been lodged in the Bartow County Jail.

The employee was treated for his wound at the Cartersville Medical Center and released and Evans will have three hots and a cot and a warm place to spend Christmas this year.

Just another Saturday night here in Georgia, and while we do have our share of fucktards here the proximity to Florida makes us look better.

21-year-old Terry Allen Guillory of Rome, Georgia was arrested Saturday night and charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery and Arson after he attempted to show his fiancé just how much he really loves her.

The assclown used gasoline to light the woman on fire and then took her to the emergency room when he was through.

True love just has a way of getting to me.

Guillory is currently lodged in the Floyd County Jail.

Two Atlanta men were arrested Friday in Bartow County, Georgia after witnesses saw them loading boxes from the back of a tractor trailer at the TA Truckstop on Cass White Road into their U-Haul.

When Bartow County deputies arrived on the scene around 3 a.m. the two men were driving away in their rental truck. They ran from deputies who tried to stop them but they were both later found and arrested.

The two men had almost gotten away with 52 cases of beer. Probably something shitty like Colt 45 anyway. 45-year-old Richard Lee Matthews and 45-year-old Jan Keith Glass were arrested and face several charges. I don’t have a mug shot for Matthews but since Glass has been incarcerated several times on varying drug and burglary charges, his was available on the Georgia DOC site.

This story should prove familiar to those of you who have been hanging out here or any other crime site. Boyfriend, “friend of the family”, dead child, etc… Seems like we finally turned the page on one frigging douchebag and here comes another assclown to join the ranks of the fucking child-murdering morons.

The so-called person I am referring to would be 22-year-old Steven Anthony Haire of Franklin, Georgia. Haire was arrested on February 25th in connection with the death of 5-month-old Zachary Freeman in Fayette County, Georgia.

According to the Fayette County Police Haire was a friend of the family and had been babysitting the child at the time of the “accident”.

On February 21st EMTs responded to a 911 report of a child not breathing along with Fayette County deputies. Emergency personnel administered CPR and then Zachary was transported to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where he was placed on life support. Zachary died on February 25th after being taken off of life support.

Haire was initially charged with Cruelty to Children based on the fact that he made statements to investigators that were inconsistent with the baby’s injuries. Those charges were upgraded this week to murder. Haire claims that he laid the boy down with a bottle for a nap and that the boy just stopped breathing. The Fayette Citizen has reported that Zachary died from being shaken.

Two other children living at the home at the time of the accident have been placed in the custody of DFACS.

Haire is currently lodged in the Fayette County Jail.

Of course it’s just hearsay but according to one comment over at WSB Radio Zachary’s mother hardly knew Steven Haire. That makes sense because at least according to what I have been able to find on his MySpace and Facebook profiles it looks like he just recently got together with his fiancé. Bad judgment if that really is the case.

Out of respect for the baby’s mother I won’t be posting links to any of the profiles. I think I may be acquainted with her parents from about 20 years ago anyway.

Saturday morning the alarm at Cousins Middle School in Newton County, Georgia went off. Police searched for more than two hours before they finally found 21-year-old Reginald Stephens of Conyers, Georgia, naked and hiding in the ceiling. His pants, socks and shoes were found on the roof of the school, which is located in Covington, Georgia

Stephens, who is already on probation for a conviction on Burglary and Forgery charges, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespassing and Burglary. Extreme Stupidity is not yet a crime and therefore they haven’t charged him with that. Stephens is being held without bond.

Obviously from this arrest and his prior conviction Stephens isn’t exactly a very good burglar. Perhaps it’s time to change jobs Reginald. I hear McDonald’s is hiring.

What exactly would drive some dumb son of a bitch to strip in order to get through the air vent? Chances are that if you can’t fit through with your fucking pants on that’s a really good indication that you might want to find someplace else to rob because it leaves little chance of escaping should the alarm go off (obviously)

12-year-old Pricilla Ristick was last seen in the company of her uncle at the Little Caesars pizza in Lilburn, Georgia on Sunday night. She was helping him sell flowers. According to the several reports I have read her uncle, Joey Thompson, went inside to pick up a pizza around 5pm and when he came out the girl was gone. Supposedly there were witnesses who saw the girl get into a white van.

Pricilla and her mother are from out of state and are visiting relatives in Lilburn.

According to the family the mother received a call from Pricilla a couple of hours after she disappeared,

"She said, ‘Mom.’ And I asked her, ‘Where are you, Pricilla?’

‘I’m at this house with a lady.’

‘What’s her name?’

‘Nancy.’"

Julia said Pricilla was not able to describe where the house is located.

"I told her, ‘Why did you get in with her in the van?’ ‘Because she offered me money, she was going to cash a check’ and give her money to buy food."

Julia Ristick, the mother, reportedly told the girl to take the phone and get out of there as well as to call 911. She says that’s when someone hung up the phone.

Pricilla was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans and black shoes. She has red hair, is about 4’ tall and weighs 95 lbs. Although the police want to issue an Amber Alert the GBI won’t allow them to since she got into the car voluntarily. Something is obviously fucking wrong with our system and the GBI. Perhaps someone can put a pointy stick in the eye of whoever made that fucked up decision.

While the GBI has not issued an alert the NCMEC has been notified.

The Gwinnett County Police SVU is asking that anyone who has seen Pricilla call them at 770-513-5300.

Perhaps it’s just me being cynical but something is fucked up about this entire story from the Uncle selling flowers with the girl, to the white van as well as the supposed phone call. I can only hope this little girl is OK.

2/24/2011 – Surveillance video does show Pricilla getting into a white van but the news channels and police say that they do not show an abduction. I know that sounds pretty fucked up, at least it does to me. Just because she got into a van willingly DOES NOT MEAN SHE WAS NOT ABDUCTED. Plenty of child predators use different tricks to get kids to cooperate with them. Money, drugs, candy, etc…

2/25/2011 4:07 p.m. – Just came across a report at FOX that says Pricilla has been located and is safe. They are reporting that Pricilla was able to call her Uncle and told him she was in a building with many people and that they wouldn’t let her leave. The call was traced to a location in Las Vegas.

Pricilla told police that she took a bus to Las Vegas and had been there one or two days. She has been placed in the care of Child Services.

I don’t have any more details yet but will post them when I do.

This story disgusts me to no end.

According to the Evansville, Indiana Police Department 21-year-old Keresa Wilford has been arrested and charged with Child Neglect Causing Serious Injury. Her two-and-a-half year old daughter was admitted to Deaconess Gateway hospital and treated for severe dehydration and malnutrition. The child weighed only 18 pounds when she was admitted to the hospital and doctors say that if she hadn’t been admitted when she was it was likely she would have died.

The baby was unresponsive when she was brought in and one of the nurses initially thought she was deceased.

Wilford has been ordered to have no contact with the child and is currently lodged in the Vanderburgh County Jail. The Vanderburgh County prosecutor also said that they have reason to believe that Wilford had let the baby’s father have contact with the child despite a Georgia court order. It’s only been two months since the baby was released from the hospital from a severe head injury believed to have been inflicted by the father. He was jailed in that case in Fulton County, Georgia and released on $5,000 bond. The baby was in the hospital from October of last year until January 13th.

Wilford’s bond has been set at $50,000.

41-year-old Dennis Eugene Colley was convicted of Sexual Abuse in St. Clair County, Alabama in 1993. He has been on the Sex Offender Registry since being released from prison. He moved to Carroll County, Georgia in 2007 and registered here. His most recent confirmation with authorities was back in September 2010.

Colley was arrested at his home in Waco, Georgia early Friday and has been charged with Aggravated Child Molestation with more charges pending. He is currently being held in the Carroll County Jail with no bond.

Colley is accused of having molested at least seven teenage boys as far back as last year, with the most recent child rape just three days ago. Police are asking that anyone with children who has been around Colley to contact them.

Updated 2/20 – Two more people have come forward since Colley’s arrest to admit that they were molested by the scumbag. He had a bond hearing Saturday and was denied bond.

The FBI announced that 60-year-old Paul White of Rome, Georgia has been arrested for trying to entice a minor online into a sexual relationship.

After an investigation during which Paul White had conversations with a minor who was actually an undercover agent with the FBI’s Safe Child Task Force White was arrested on February 16th and charged with Child Molestation and Aggravated Child Molestation. He has been charged by the state and lodged in the Whitfield County Jail.

33-year-old Brett Crowe was hired on by the Fort Valley, Georgia police department back at the beginning of October 2010. Apparently either Crowe passed whatever psychological tests are required to be POST certified or they just didn’t bother with that shit because Crowe has now been arrested and charged with Enticing a Child as well as violating his oath of office.

During an undercover operation Crowe was communicating with what he though was a juvenile female on the Internet. Of course it was actually a law enforcement officer from Lumpkin County, Georgia, three-hundred miles away from Fort Valley. Crowe allegedly attempted to set up a sexual encounter with a young girl from Dahlonega.

The Fort Valley PD has been notified of Crowes arrest and they will be notifying the Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training Council as well. The Fort Valley PD is cooperating fully with the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office.

51-year-old Tina Marie Camacaro of Waycross, Georgia has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping the 18-month-old son of her estranged husband’s new girlfriend in Villa Rica, Georgia.

According to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department the child’s mother, her boyfriend and another child went to a store Monday morning to pick up medicine around 2:30am (the CVS here is open 24 hours), leaving the toddler in the care of a teenager. When they got home the child was missing.

Camacaro allegedly used her keycard to get into Fairfield Plantation, the gated community where her husband lives, kidnapped the child and later released him in a wooded area nearby where a neighbor discovered him five hours later.

CBS says that police were able to track the crime to Camacaro through her use of the keycard. The only motive police can think of right now is that the crazy bitch was angry at her husband.

Camacaro has been charged with Kidnapping and may also face Stalking charges as well. She is currently being held  in the Carroll County Jail without bond until an attorney can be assigned.

Police in Paulding County, Georgia have arrested a Dallas man after they found alleged child pornography on his home computer.

53-year-old Allan John Chase was arrested Monday after an investigation revealed child pornography involving children between 5 and 15 years age on his computer after a search of his home on January 4th.

Chase is currently lodged in the Paulding County Jail with no bond.

35-year-old Shawn Baxley, an ex-bible studies teacher from Dougherty County, Georgia, took a plea deal Monday and was sentenced to 2 years in prison for child molestation, although he still denies the charges.

Baxley, who taught Math and Bible Studies at Sherwood Christian Academy in Albany, was arrested in March of 2010 and accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year-old female student in 2008. He was fired from his position immediately when the allegations came to light.

33-year-old Sly Samson of Marietta, Georgia was arrested yesterday after being accused of coercing a child into prostituting herself in a hotel room off Windy Hill Road on Monday night.

According to the arrest warrant, Samson rented a room at the Magnuson Hotel in order to allow prostitutes to operate. It also says that he coerced the child under duress to perform an act of sodomy. Along with being charged with Keeping a Place of Prostitution Samson was also charged with Pandering by Compulsion, Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony.

Samson is being held without bond. He was already out on bail after being arrested in November for Driving With a Revoked/Suspended License, No Proof of Insurance, Not Wearing a Seatbelt and a Probation Violation.

Back in August 2009 Kristi Cornwell of Blairsville, Georgia disappeared. It was a pretty big story in part because her family and friends made a concentrated effort to locate her and kept the story in front of the media for quite some time. I posted about Kristi’s disappearance on several occasions on my other site as well as after the move here.

Working with the GBI Richard Cornwell, Kristi’s brother, searched countless miles of the Union County, Georgia area where Kristi had disappeared.

Last summer police received an anonymous letter penned in purple ink from an alleged woman that alleged her grandson was responsible for Kristi’s disappearance. Authorities pleaded for the unnamed woman to come forward but received no results. Police now believe that the letters were actually written by James Scott Carringer, the man who offed himself after he kidnapped and raped a Kennesaw State student last year. I wrote about Carringer last April after he committed suicide. Police found purple ink pens in his home along with several calendar entries he had made in the same purple ink.

Along with Kristi Cornwell Carringer is suspected of attempting the kidnapping of a woman in Ranger, North Carolina in August 2009, the April 2010 attempted kidnapping of a 10-year-old girl in Montgomery, Alabama and the kidnapping and rape of a relative in Ellijay, Georgia, the 19-year-old Kennesaw State University student.

31-year-old Andres Wilhelm Schafer of Woodstock, Georgia has been arrested and charged with three counts of child molestation after he inappropriately touched a 7-year-old girl twice in the Belk store at Town Center Mall in Kennesaw, Georgia (the third charge is from the fact that the 10-year-old had to witness it).

The little girl and her 10-year-old sister reported the molestation to a family member who reported it to store security. They detained Schafer until police arrived to arrest him.

Schafer is lodged in the Cobb County Jail on $200,000 bond.

I wrote about Paul Serdula back in November of 2009. At that time he was accused of recording women on a hidden camera in a bathroom at a dentist’s office in Cobb County, Georgia. In February he was indicted on charges of Unlawful Surveillance, Aggravated Child Molestation, Aggravated Sodomy and Sexual Assault and up until recently has been out on bond awaiting trial.

Serdula was rearrested recently on seven more counts of the same charges and is currently being held without bond.

After taking the stand earlier today Troy Dale West, the man who beat up Army Reservist Tasha Hill in front of her young daughter at the Cracker Barrel in Morrow, Georgia, took a plea deal in exchange for serving six months of jail time.

I wrote about Troy back in August of last year and it was a pretty hot topic around her for a couple of months.

According to Mr. West, he said that he never hit the woman with a “closed fist” instead using his open hand and that he never meant to hurt her. He dignified his behavior by saying that she spat on him and kicked him several times.

Updated 12/13/10 – After having spent less than 90 days in jail West has been released from jail.

Bennie Pendergrass, a school bus driver in Atlanta, was arrested earlier this week and charged with Child Endangerment and Reckless Conduct after he forgot to drop off a five-year-old boy.

The child was found crying outside the bus driver’s home and police were called. Pendergrass told police that he had no idea the boy was still on his bus after he completed his route for Angel’s Paradise Higher Learning Academy.

Luckily the child wasn’t hurt, or worse.

I’m all about getting sex offenders off the street. I am very opinionated about it and think that at the very least they should be incarcerated for life or just outright killed. I’m not particularly interested in getting into a conversation about recidivism rates or anything like that because it is what it is and I won’t be changing my opinion any time soon. It has nothing to to with the death penalty being a deterrent because it’s not, except that it certainly deters the dead one from raping again.

That having been said, if they are going to be killed we damn sure need to make sure they are guilty first.

26-year-old Amanda Little of Oxford, Georgia reported to police that she was kidnapped from the Wal-Mart parking lot, driven to an undisclosed location and raped.

After reviewing the security video at the Wal-Mart police figured out that Little is just plain full of shit. She finally admitted to investigators that she had been having sex with someone when she accidently butt-dialed her boyfriend. She made up the entire story as a cover up.

Little has been charged with False Report of a Crime.

I don’t do a lot of missing person stories but this is local so I wanted to get it out her.

21-year-old Marcelle ‘Marcy’ Elliot disappeared from Carrollton, Georgia on Thursday night. Marcy is a student at the University of West Georgia and is out on summer break right now but was visiting friends near the campus on Lovvorn Road.

Police have recovered Elliot’s car which was parked where she left it at The Loft, an apartment complex in Carrollton. A witness at the complex saw Elliot arrive, get out of the car and walk around the building. There has been no cell phone or debit card usage on her accounts since Thursday and while police say they don’t suspect foul play they aren’t ruling anything out.

How can they not suspect foul play after six days?

Police are going door to door and searching the woods and vacant homes near the apartment building Marcy was visiting.

Back in March I told you about ‘Magic Jeff’ Jeffrey Alan Wasley of Kennesaw, Georgia. Magic Jeff was busted for child porn by the FBI and Cobb County Police.

Wasley ended up pleading guilty to one count of Production of Child Pornography in Federal Court. He was sentenced yesterday to 20 years in prison to be followed by lifetime probation and having to register as a sex offender.

Officers in the Cherokee County Georgia Sheriff’s Office got a 911 call about a possible burglary earlier Thursday. When Corporal Pete Turcottes responded to the location he found Tibey Jeter.

As the deputy attempted to cuff Jeter the man resisted arrest, breaking the deputy’s nose, and ran off.

Deputies responding to the call arrived at the scene to find that Jeter was long gone but fortunately they found him walking down Highway 92 a short time later.

He’s been charged with Aggravated Battery on a Police Officer, Felony Obstruction of a Police Officer, Aggravated Assault, Sexual Battery, Terroristic Threats, Burglary and Giving False Information to a Police Officer. According to the AJC Jeter is accused of sexually assaulting and then attempting to murder the mother of his child.

Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputy Jacqueline Dunn has been arrested by the Atlanta Police Department on drug charges.

The APD says that Dunn was arrested and charged Friday night for possession of Marijuana and Cocaine. In addition to the drug charges she is also facing a suspension and an internal affairs investigation.

She is currently out on $2,000 bond.

A couple of days just prior to Christmas this last year I posted about Jesse James Kilgore, Benjamin Kelly Mullinax and the murders of Jen and Paul Budrawich up in Dawson County, Georgia. It’s a beautiful part of the state but their was nothing at all beautiful about the heinous murders that Kilgore committed with the help of Mullinax.

To make a long story short Mullinax lured Jennifer and Paul Budrawich to a meeting with Kilgore where they were kidnapped and killed. It was all over a weird child custody deal that just really brings out the southern stereotypes we all hate so much.

Jesse James Kilgore is married to Jennifer Budrawich’s mom. Prior to that he was her uncle by marriage as well but that didn’t seem to matter much to him because one of Jennifer’s children was also fathered by Kilgore as well. ??? Considering he ain’t so good looking he must have the magical schlong.

Anyway, Kilgore ended up taking the couple down to the Amicalola River where he shot them both and dumped their bodies in the river where they were later found due to the fact that Jennifer had managed to call 911 shortly before being murdered. Unfortunately law enforcement wasn’t able to find out who/were they were in time to stop the crime.

Mullinax pleaded guilty last week and was sentenced to two life terms. He’ll be eligible for parole in about 30 years. Jesse James Kilgore also pleaded guilty three days ago but he ended up being sentenced to life without parole for his part in masterminding the murders.

Over at Jennifer’s MySpace a friend left a comment which pretty much says it all, “Hey Jen it’s karen. Today we go to watch that son of a bitch that hurt you and Paul so much be sentenced.  If you ask me no punishment in this world will be enough to make up for the pain that piece of shit caused you and Paul over the years.  You guys were so happy had he just left you the hell alone.  Well cuz justice will be served.  We love and miss you guys so much”

Cobb County police have arrested 60-year-old Gary Wayne Garvin after he allegedly masturbated in the children’s book section of the Barnes & Noble in Kennesaw, Georgia on April 6th.

Police were called when witnesses reported that a man was sitting in the store masturbating in the presence of little girls. Garvin left before police could get there but the witnesses were able to get the tag number of his white Mustang.

Garvin was arrested and lodged in the Cobb County Jail on April 7th on charges of Public Indecency and Child Molestation. He is currently out on $40,000 bond after spending five days in the pokey.

28-year-old Christopher James III of Woodstock, Georgia has been arrested after he allegedly molested a 13-year-old boy in the shower at Lifetime Fitness in Woodstock.

James allegedly followed the boy into the shower on Monday and sexually assaulted the kid. After he fled the scene police were called but fortunately he had left something behind. His membership card.

Woodstock police arrested James at his apartment a while later.

While police aren’t accusing him they are concerned that there may be other victims since the man worked constantly around children. He was employed at the Cherokee 16 Cinemas movie theater.

James is lodged in the Cherokee County Jail charged with Aggravated Child Molestation.

The Gwinnett County, Georgia police have arrested three members of a family who are accused of stealing multiple air conditioners in the metro Atlanta area, as many as six a day.

48-year-old Joyce Leach, her 29-year-old son Dennis and 20-year-old daughter Stephanie have all been lodged in the Gwinnett County Jail on various charges.

The three would allegedly case out homes looking for ones that were vacant, cut the lines to the units and load them into a van. A tip phones into the Crimestoppers hotline is what finally ended their hot crime spree.

Joyce Irene Leach is being held on charges of Theft by Taking, Possession of a Tool for Commission of a Crimes and also a hold for another law enforcement agency, presumably the ugly police. Dennis Michael Leach faces the same charges as well as Violation of Probation, Giving False Name or Information and Vehicle Seatbelt Required. Stephanie Nicole Leach has been charged with Theft by Taking, Possession of a Tool for Commission of a Crime and Failure to Appear. Obviously this isn’t the first time the Leach’s have had to deal with law enforcement

Updated 1/4/2011 – The remains of Kristi Cornwell were located by her brother on New Year’s Day. Carringer is suspected of the abduction and murder. I have updated the story here.

42-year-old James Scott Carringer of Hiawassee, Georgia is believed to be the man responsible for the kidnapping and rape of a student from Kennesaw State.

Last week Carringer allegedly met with a 19-year-old female relative in the parking lot of Dick’s Sporting Goods on Barrett Parkway and took her up to Ellijay, parked on a dirt road off of State Highway 515 and raped her. After the rape Carringer drove her back to Kennesaw and released her. The girl drove herself to North Georgia Medical Center where she reported the rape.

Police took out a warrant for Carringer on Wednesday and a lookout for the area was posted for his black Nissan Xterra.

Around 5:30 Thursday morning the Atlanta PD got a call about a suspicious vehicle parked around Peachtree and 26th streets in Buckhead. When officers showed up Carringer told them he was suicidal and had a gun as well as explosives in the car. Officers backed off and the SWAT team was called in.

About 20 minutes later a gunshot was heard coming from the car.

Not a whole lot happened for a while after that. Traffic kept backing up on Peachtree after it was closed for more than two and a half hours and shortly before 8am the bomb squad approached the car, detonating an explosive device to knock out a window. Browning was found dead in the car from a single gunshot wound.

Police in Montgomery, Alabama are also looking at the possibility that Carringer may have been involved in the attempted abduction of a ten-year-old Montgomery girl on Sunday. His black Xterra i similar to one that was captured on surveillance video at the Hunter Station Baptist Church. The girl managed to get away by jumping out of the car.

The details in this arrest are pretty sketchy. If you were to judge from 30-year-old Chris and 33-year-old Heather’s MySpace accounts (links removed) they are just a normal middle class family with normal kids. So-called church-going folks, not that I put my stock in that crap though.

Apparently all wasn’t bliss and bon-bons in the Leslie household though. Both Christopher Alan and Heather Leigh Leslie were arrested Tuesday and charged with 24 criminal violations under the Family Violence Act.

According to the Cartersville, GA Daily Tribune story on the couple the Euharlee Police gained enough evidence during their investigation to support that the Leslie’s somehow illegally confined a child under the age of 18 in a manner that was detrimental to the health of the kid.

There isn’t much in the way of details but the Leslies have each been charged with six counts of False Imprisonment, six counts of Cruelty to Children, six counts of Reckless Conduct and six counts of Battery.

Updated 3/27/11 – By the time this case made it to trial Heather Leslie ended up facing nine charges and was found Not Guilty on all charges. Her husband Chris, however, was found guilty of three counts of Cruelty to Children and two counts of False Imprisonment. He will be sentenced on April 19th.

44-year-old Kevin James Lilly of Lawrenceville, Georgia has been accused of luring a teenager to Georgia for financial and sexual gain.

Lilly allegedly met the 17-year-old Ohio girl online about a year ago and struck up a romantic relationship with her with the intent to get her to move in with him. He drove to Ohio to meet her and absconded with the girl. Police found her living with him back in the middle of March and he was arrested on the 16th.

While legally the girl is old enough to consent her in Georgia her family believes she was coerced and the law agrees. He faces charges of Interference With Custody as well as Electronic Transmission of Obscene Material to a Minor. He was denied bond in a Gwinnett County Magistrate Court yesterday. He has been separated from his wife and three sons since he was arrested in March and the judge felt that he was a flight risk if they let him out.

Lilly works as an umpire for both college and high school sports in Gwinnett County and he also works at Medieval Times in Duluth, Georgia.

Obviously as I mentioned, here in Georgia if you are 17 you are old enough to consent to sex with an adult but I’ve got to tell you if you are 44 and trolling the Internet for 17-year-olds you are one sick frigging puppy.

Police in Bremen, GA 29-year-old Valerie Elizabeth “Liz” Parrish, a social studies teacher at Bremen High School, this week along with six other people in her home. Sorry about the crappy mug shot by the way, working on that. You can see the rest of the mug shots at this video from 11Alive.

According to the reports over at FOX News police had gone to the home to serve a warrant on Michael Bott who they thought would be at the home and when they arrived they smelled the familiar chemical odor that comes from cooking meth. It’s not the first time they had heard Parrish’s name and meth together though because they apparently knew she was dealing the drug and had made some undercover buys from her recently as well. All seven have been charged with violating Georgia’s controlled substance act and Criminal Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Bott was also a fugitive for violation of probation at the time of his arrest.

It’s rumored that this is the third time a search warrant has been executed at the home, although I can’t get that corroborated yet.

A three-year-old child was also inside the home at the time of the arrests. Police have notified DFACS and there may be child endangerment charges pending as well. I don’t currently know whose child it was.

The seven people arrested include Parrish, 22-year-old Jake Ryan Lee, Liz’s boyfriend 22-year-old Blake Bryan Lee, 23-year-old Michael Lee Bott, 25-year-old Andrew Denton Grimes, 23-year-old Amanda Therese Crabb and 25-year-old Victoria Ann Deaton. All but Grimes and Deaton reportedly live in the home with Parrish, whose parents are also an Administrator and board member of Bremen City Schools.

All seven were lodged in the Haralson County Jail.

Updated 4/1/10 – Parrish and Deaton are both out on $15,000 bond. The rest of them are still sitting in the Haralson County Jail. A Grand Jury will be meeting and most likely there will be additional charges added on to the existing ones.

Updated 4/6/10 – I have heard from several unconfirmed sources that Parrish has resigned. Bear in mind that it’s folks who live in the area but even though people like to gossip there is usually a grain of truth in the middle somewhere. I know a couple of the teachers and will try and confirm it that way when I return to the area next week.

Updated 4/10/10 – The rumor I heard last week is true. Parrish officially resigned on April 2nd. The letter of resignation was read at a school board meeting last week and read,

Thank you for letting me teach here for six years. Please accept my apology for the negative perception caused due to my actions and for the incident that occurred this week at my residence.

The board issued a statement on the 3rd that said “the events leading up to Valerie Parrish’s resignation were truly unfortunate for the family and the school system”.

Early Wednesday morning 41-year-old Willie C. Scott Jr. took his child and two step-children from their mother’s house in Swainsboro, GA leading police on a car chase through Emanuel County.

After taking the children he called their mother and threatened to kill them. At that point she called 911 and an Amber Alert was issued. She called back shortly after to let police know that Scott was in the Oak Grove Community. That’s where police caught up to the man and the car chase started.

At one point in the car chase Scott pulled into a driveway and kept on driving in a circle, shooting at the police officer through his window then blew out his back window and continued shooting at the officers car over the heads of the three children. Police never returned fire and at the end of it the car slowed down and drove into a ditch after Scott had shot himself in the head, killing himself.

The three children are physically OK and have been reunited with their mother.

According to the Georgia Department of Corrections Scott has previously done time for Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Opiates and Impersonation. The majority of his time from 1990 until 2006 seems to have been in one Georgia prison or another.

Folks were minding there own business at the Walmart in Calhoun, Ga, just going about their Walmart lives when they got the shock of their lives. According to the Calhoun Police Department 51-year-old Norwood Smith Burnes of Rome, GA went into the women’s restroom and undressed in front of several children. When women attempted to enter the restroom Burnes screamed at them and ordered them out.

Another witness said that they watched Burnes showing off his white girdle and dark thong underwear in the ladies section of the Walmart. By the time police arrived the man was wearing a dark woman’s suit, black high heels, nail polish, green eye shadow and women’s jewelry. As a matter of fact judging from his mug shot they couldn’t get all the make-up off of freaky’s face.

Burnes is currently out on bond from the Gordon County Jail, charged with Public Indecency, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass.

Far be it from me to tell you how to dress, just don’t change your damn clothes in front of children in a public restroom.

23-year-old Anthony Blaylock of Acworth, Georgia has been arrested and is facing a Child Cruelty charge for striking his infant son in the head.

911 was called and police found the injured three-month-old at home with his father, Anthony, on Tuesday. The baby is in stable condition at Egleston Hospital after being life-flighted from Kennestone Hospital with head trauma. Doctors determined that it the injury was caused by being struck.

Blaylock turned himself in to the Acworth police Wednesday night and he is currently being held at the Cobb County jail with no bond. His first court appearance is pending.

Police in Cherokee County, Georgia are looking for 56-year-old Patrick Ange Molesti, very interested in asking him some questions. The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department received an anonymous tip last week that led them to search the man’s house in Woodstock, which is about 20 miles from here. He wasn’t at home at the time but they did find evidence of child pornography on his computer, which was seized.

Molesti, a French citizen, is suspected of trying to buy online a five-year-old child for whatever degenerate fantasies he has up his sleeve, or wherever he keeps them.

They aren’t yet releasing many details on the scheme to buy a child but they are saying that Molesti is believed to still be in the metro Atlanta area and also say that he is most likely armed with a handgun and driving a 2002 white Chevy Astro Van with tags BVX1730. He is 6’1”, 200lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He has lived several places in Georgia and at one time he resided in Las Vegas.

Updated 3/28/10 – Police were able to track Molesti to Wyoming where he apparently caught a bus to Calgary, Canada. It did cross the border but agents with the RCMP boarded the bus and arrested the man at a fuel stop.

38-year-old Ali Reza Nejad, the convicted “pantyhose rapist” is currently on the run from Fulton County authorities.

Nejad has been out on $100,000 bond waiting for a retrial since last April and a condition of the bond is that he has to wear a GPS-enabled ankle monitor.

Fulton County authorities were going to revoke Nejad’s bond on Monday and the man, who obviously doesn’t want to go back to jail, cut off his ankle monitor and is now on the run. The Fulton County, Georgia sheriff started an intensive manhunt for him and warned the public that he is considered dangerous. They are concerned that he may have left the state. There is a $2,000 reward for information leading to his capture.

This past Monday the Georgia Supreme Court unanimously ruled to reverse a decision by the Georgia Court of Appeals which had thrown out the convictions against Nejad. He had originally been convicted of raping two women.

Local Atlanta-based rapper Waka Flocka Flame, a.k.a. Juaquin James Malphurs, was arrested and is being held in the Houston (pronounced house-ton if you aren’t from around these parts) on a probation violation.

23-year-old Malphurs is already on probation for possession of a sawed-off shotgun but the Houston Sheriff’s Office isn’t saying what the man was arrested for this time.

38-year-old former magician and church youth counselor at Calvary Jesus Church Jeffrey Alan Wasley of Kennesaw, Georgia is now facing 20 years in prison for his least-liked trick of producing child pornography out of thin air.

Wasley would apparently hang around in stores like Target and Walmart and wait until little kids would go into a bathroom without their parents (shame on any parent that lets their four-year-old go to the bathroom by themselves at fucking Walmart by the way) and follow them in. He would then offer to help them and videotape the kids while they used the bathroom.

Back in 2008 two brothers, ages 5 and 7, reported his creepy behavior at the Target to their mother, who in turn notified security. They identified him on store surveillance and followed him to his car, getting the license plate number.

When Cobb County police got a warrant to search his home they found at least six home-made videos as well as thousands of other child porn photos that he had downloaded off of the Internet.

When the FBI showed up at Wasley’s house that he shared with his wife and two children in December 2008 he locked himself in his garage and slashed his throat and wrists. Unfortunately for the taxpayers of Georgia the EMTs did the same great job they always try to do and managed to save this douchebag’s life.

Rather than go to a jury trial Wasley took a plea deal yesterday and and pleaded guilty to Producing Child Pornography. The plea agreement will give him about ten less years of jail time than if he were convicted by a jury. His sentencing is scheduled for June 10th.

38-year-old Donna Sue Harber of Lawrenceville, Georgia stopped in at the Gwinnett County Jail earlier in the week and ended up getting arrested for her efforts to cheer up a male inmate there.

Harber allegedly got into the inmate visitation booth and a Sheriff’s Deputy observed her lift her short and show her tits. Perhaps it was to distract from the area above her breasts? Wow, where’s the fucking eye bleach?

Harber was arrested for Public Indecency for her quick peek show.

A couple of weeks ago the Columbus, Georgia Police Department received a complaint about online prostitution which led them to 43-year-old “Big John” D. Przenkop. According to police Przenkop, who works at Fort Benning as a plumber/maintenance technician, was meeting teenage girls on the Internet and then paying them for sex. During the course of the investigation Przenkop was arrested Friday.

Przenkop is accused of Aggravated Child Molestation, Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes, Pandering and Child Pornography. He allegedly met paid two girls under 16 to have sex with him and also had a video of two girls and himself having sex. In addition, when police searched his house they found other child porn as well. The FBI is also communicating with the Columbus PD to decide whether they want to file federal charges as well since Big John is a federal employee.

Apparently the mothers of these two girls have known about his debauchery but rather than call the police or shoot the fat bastard they decided to extort money from Przenkop to keep them from going to the police. What wonderful fucking parents they must be. Anyway, two women, 33 and 35, from Phenix City, Alabama (basically the same town as Columbus but on the Alabama side) were arrested and charged with one count of theft by extortion in connection with the case. Police aren’t saying whether or not the two women knew each other but it sure seems likely.

Originally Przenkop was supposed to appear in court today but they’ve moved the proceedings to Tuesday so that he could hire and attorney. The two women are also supposed to appear in court tomorrow as well. Damn, if only I was off, it would be worth it to drive down to Columbus and watch the proceedings.

Przenkop is currently lodged in the Muscogee County Jail, I don’t know about the two unnamed women.

Back in 1999 Przenkop was arrested in Muscogee County and charged with four counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. He apparently rented a hotel room for four teenage runaways and two adult men. The case against Przenkop was deferred by the prosecutor.

Also, and this may not even be the same guy, a John Przenkop was arrested in West Virginia for dealing cocaine in 1994. The documentation is here. I suppose there may be more than one John Przenkop down south, hell they might even be related.

Updated 6:34pm 3/16 – Bond was denied earlier today for Przenkop and the two girl’s mothers were each given $10,000 bond. Both women denied having attempted to extort money from the man in order to keep them from calling the police, unfortunately for them Przenkop had recorded the conversations.

So get this.  The reason this was investigated in the first place is because Przenkop is the one who reported the extortion in the first place. bwahaha.

Przenkop was apparently using his now deleted MySpace account to lure the girls with cash.

Updated 4/29/10 – As JW mentioned in the comments John Preznkop has been released from jail. He bonded out of the Muscogee County Jail last Friday on $17,000 bond.

The two girls that he paid to have sex with were both school students from Russell County. They both pleaded guilty to Prostitution about three weeks ago and are now awaiting sentencing through the Russell County Juvenile Court. Both of their mothers have been charged with Theft by Extortion. They have pleaded Not Guilty.

38-year-old Matthew A. New is a nine year veteran with the Tyrone, Georgia police department. He was arrested on March 11th on a charge of child molestation.

As the investigation has been ongoing police have found that more than one child was victimized, including one that New is related to. He is now facing 40 more charges including Sexual Battery, Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes and Child Pornography. His computer was seized during the investigation.

New was put on administrative leave by the Tyrone Police Department after the Fayetteville PD informed them of the investigation on February 2nd and as of the 24th he has resigned during a completely unrelated investigation from Internal Affairs for policy violations.

Sounds like an all-around dirt-bag if you ask me.

35-year-old Melody Onyonyor of Lagrange, Georgia has been arrested and charged with Cruelty to Children and Female Genital Mutilation after she circumcised her 10-month-old daughter.

A relative of the baby daddy noticed that the little girl had been circumcised and reported the abuse. The little girl was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to be examined and doctors determined that the baby’s clitoris had been removed.

Onyonyor is lodged in the Troup County Jail.

Someone won’t be getting a happy ending tonight, that’s for damn sure.

Four women employed by the Well Spa in Henry County, GA were arrested after a raid yesterday by the Henry County Police Department’s Narcotics Unit, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents, the Secretary of State’s Office and the Henry County Business License Section.

The women arrested are 38-year-old Chiang Mai Maliwan (Sexual Battery and Prostitution), 42-year-old Sommai Joy Truong (Keeping a Place of Prostitution), 38-year-old Khemika Chanpleng (Possession of Marijuana) and 33-year-old Phloenphit Tonchomphu (Possession of Marijuana). All four also have an ICE hold on them for being in the country illegally.

I’ve had several long days at work or most likely would have had this up several days ago. As a matter of fact I think this is my first post since Wednesday.

Back in January 2008 a 911 call from Austell had police respond to the home of Marvin and Charlotte Wells. Police found blood spatters and smears all around the house. They finally came to 16-year-old Marlisa Wells, dead in the bathroom with a bent fork sticking out of her back.

When police searched the home where Marlisa’s boyfriend lived, 21-year-old Mathew Wilkins, they found clothing hidden in the attic covered in what turned out to be Marlisa’s blood. Wilkins killed her by stabbing her repeatedly, slamming her head against the toilet and finally driving a fork into her back.

During the time in which the two were in their illicit relationship Wilkins was abusive toward Marlisa. MySpace messages such as ‘gonna kill you’ would be left from Wilkins, he would curse at her, treating her like a piece of meat.

A jury in Cobb County, GA found Mathew Wilkins guilty of Murder this week for the murder. His sentencing is to be next week and he faces a minimum of life in prison.

Honestly I can’t decide which of the folks pictured above are the biggest douchebags. 66-year-old car salesman Robert Wayne Bearden or 36-year-old James and Sandra Davis from Eastman, Georgia. I’m leaning toward the Davis’ but you folks can chime in as well.

James Clarence Davis and Sandra Davis have a 14-year-old daughter. They also have a 1998 Dodge Caravan that they “bought” from Robert Bearden back in March of 2008. There are no records of them having made a single payment on the car. The couple allegedly traded their daughter’s body to Bearden in exchange for the $281 a month car payments.

Not only did they let Bearden have sex with the girl, who is now in a foster home, but they allegedly traded her out to at least six other men as well, in exchange for drugs and money. The investigation got under way after being referred to law enforcement by DFACS. The girl, who is 15 now, was already placed in foster care because of allegations that James Davis had sexually abused family members.

All three of the degenerate fuckers are in the Dodge County Jail. The Davis’ are charged with Pandering and Child Molestation and Bearden has been charged with Child Molestation, Aggravated Child Molestation and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. When police served warrants on Bearden’s home they found nude photographs of the girl.

Updated 3/1/2011 – James Davis and Robert Bearden both pleaded guilty to Child Molestation and were sentenced to ten years in prison and Sandra Davis also pleaded guilty and was given a sentence of eight years. She didn’t physically abuse her daughter as the men did but she did play a part in allowing Bearden to have sex with her daughter in exchange for the 1998 Dodge Caravan.

35-year-old Rodreick Ali Turner of Carrollton, GA was found guilty earlier this week of eight counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children. His trial started Monday and the charges are felonies that carry 5-20 years for each charge. His sentencing is on March 11th at 1:30pm.

About a year ago the Internet Crimes Against Children unit of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as part of the investigation called “Shattered Innocence” determined that Turner quite possibly had downloaded child pornography.

The Carrollton Police Department joined in the investigation at that time and after Turner’s computer was seized it was found to have contained child porn videos which had been downloaded off of a peer-to-peer file sharing network.

Turner’s latest status update on his Facebook account says ‘God is working on my behalf. Thank you Jesus’.  If there really is a God, apparently he really is working. Redreick also has two MySpace accounts which don’t really have much information. There is nothing left on the new one. The older one, which he hasn’t logged into in three years says,

An unknown man entered the girl’s apartment window and raped her at gunpoint around 4am Saturday morning, according to Clayton County detectives.

Police do have a composite of the suspect but thus far I haven’t found it online.

35-year-old Dana McFarlane of Snellville, Georgia has been arrested and charged with murder after he turned himself in to a deputy in Rockdale County.

McFarlane and his girlfriend, 34-year-old Kinaya Schenese Byrd, got into an argument at her house in Stockbridge on Friday and McFarlane stabbed her to death.

Byrd was a second-grade teacher at River’s Edge Elementary School in Clayton County.

Updated 2/26/11 – McFarlane received two life sentences after he was found guilty of murder and kidnapping.
