Ryan Brunn, the douchebag who confessed to having killed seven-year-old Jorelys Rivera was found dead in his jail cell earlier today. He had hanged himself.

Brunn was found after 4pm this afternoon and an investigation is under way.

While it’s certainly not as good as a real death sentence it was damn sure faster.

On December 27th 23-year-old Tamea Gibbs might have had a few too many and unfortunately she got behind the wheel of her car and took a child with her.

Last Tuesday evening around 8pm Tamea hit a Toyota Camry at an intersection in Austell, Georgia forcing the other car to hit another one. At that point she backed into yet another car, driven by an off-duty police officer. The officer jumped out of her car and walked up to the driver’s window knocking on it to get Gibbs’ attention. Gibbs just looked at her and took off.

A couple of miles away Gibbs backed into yet another car and took off from there as well. Fortunately witnesses were able to get the tag number at that location. When officers arrived at Gibbs home she fought with police, biting one of them in the leg in the process and kicking another officer in the chest. At one point she was actually able to manage getting out of her handcuffs.

Gibbs was taken to WellStar Cobb Hospital to be treated and was arrested there. She was finally transported to the Cobb County Jail the next morning and bonded out a short time later. Tamea Nicole Gibbs is charged with DUI, DUI Child Endangerment, several counts of Hit and Run, Improper Backing, Following Too Closely, two counts of Felony Obstruction and Escape.

14-year-old Galilea Magana was Christmas shopping with her mother at an outlet mall in Jackson County, Georgia back on December 19th when she disappeared and hasn’t been seen since. She went to the bathroom and never came back.

According to her family Galilea wasn’t rebellious and they weren’t aware of any boyfriend that she might have, although friends of her’s from school say that she had been talking about an older man named “Lalo” online. Police believe that his name could be Eduardo Hernandez or Eduardo Jimenez. The family also stated in a news conference that she had placed a call to Mexico a couple of days prior and that she was crying and wanted to go home.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.  Anyone with information is asked to call 706-367-8718.

Galilea is 14 years of age, Hispanic, 5’2″, 120lbs with black heair and brown eyes. She may be wearing glasses.

Updated 4:53pm – As I sit here typing this I came across a report that Galilea has contacted an aunt telling her that she wants to come home. I don’t have any other details at this time.

Patrick Lott

I’ve had this story sitting in my browser window for two or three days and have just been too busy to do anything with it so it’s about time.

54-Year-Old Patrick Lott, an assistant principal at Bernardsville Middle School in New Jersey, was arrested last week after videos of nude teenagers were found in his home in Somerville, New Jersey last week. Police served a search warrant on his home during an investigation of his activities.

Lott has been accused of secreting a camera in a locker room. Law enforcement found videos dating back to 2008, showing students washing in the shower room at Immaculata High School, where he also volunteers. Police said that nine of the teenagers identified so far were under the age of 16.

As of this past Wednesday Lott was still incarcerated in the Somerset County Jail on $500,000 bond. If he does (or already has) make bail he can’t have any contact with children under the age of 16 and can’t communicate with any victim or staff member at Immaculata High School, a Catholic school in Somerville.

Now that I am back to writing on a semi-regular basis I hope to make a few changes during the coming year. I’ve recently disabled several of the plugins on the site since it seemed to really be causing a drag on things. I don’t know about anyone else but it seems to be loading very slowly for me since I started visiting the site again. Also the featured posts carousel wasn’t working properly either so I have set it to only show the most recent post up there and the rest below.

If you have any suggestions for the site feel free to send them my way. I’ll feel free to either incorporate them or not.

I do plan on attempting much tighter integration between my Facebook and Twitter accounts, hopefully I can get the comments integration working. It’s supposed to be able to pull comments in from my Facebook page on each corresponding story but isn’t working and I have no f’ing clue as to how to get it going. Also I would like to get automatic posting of stories into my Google+ account as well as I have with FB and Twitter.

The basic design I plan on leaving alone as it seems to work well. I have also grown to like using the Disqus commenting system as well and will be leaving it up.

Alexandra Dahm

I’ll have to just come right out and say it. Some bitches just have snakes in their heads.  19-year-old Alexandra Dahm comes to mind.

Early Thursday morning Dahm sent some text messages to a friend after she suddenly went missing from the Connect Lounge on Auburn Avenue including some that said “they will not allow me out of the car” and “several asian men armed with multiple shotguns.” She told her friend that a total of seven men armed with guns kidnapped her and took her to a home in Buckhead.

The friend showed up at the home and spoke with Dahm in the driveway where she said she was afraid to leave and refused to get in his car. That’s when he called 911 and gave them the location.

A perimeter was set up and hostage negotiators showed up along with the SWAT team. SEVERAL HOURS later Dahm walked out of the house. Turns out that nobody had guns and nobody had forced the girl to do anything. As she told police she “may have overexaggerated her text messages.”

Once they arrived at the police station Dahm tried to dump a bag of cocaine in the toilet as well. Heh.

Dahm was lodged in the Fulton County Jail charged with Possession of Cocaine and Tampering With Evidence. Hopefully there will be other charges forthcoming.

Updated 1/1/12 – Alexandra Dahm had a bond hearing Friday and was released from the Fulton County Jail on Saturday morning. She has also been charged with Reporting a False Crime.

Johnnie Lee Wiggins

Back in 2008 Johnnie Lee Wiggins was released from the Coffee Correctional Facility in Southeast Georgia after serving almost six years. This wasn’t his first stint either. He’s been in and out of jail in Georgia since 1996 on a variety of charges including theft and assault. According to the AJC he has also had charges filed against him in Washington and North Carolina as well. In several cases the crimes were assaults against women.

At some point since 2008 Wiggins requested that his parole be transferred to Washington state. The transfer was granted and Wiggins moved to Seattle, where he worked as a personal trainer and bodybuilder.

Wiggins apparently has a bit of an anger problem. Back in May 2011 he was arrested after he verbally attacked one of his parole officers. After cops searched his home they found a large quantity of anabolic steroids. Washington attempted to extradite Wiggins back to Georgia but my home state wasn’t having any of that shit. While his parole transfer was rescinded and he had to report to a parole officer in Cobb County, Georgia back in August they refused to spend the money required to bring him back here. After his visit in August he remained an unsupervised parolee and was required to report any address change or trip to the parole officer in Cobb County. He went back to Seattle illegally without doing so.

Anyway Wiggins, also a competitive body builder, had a girlfriend up in Seattle. According to her family members the 48-year-old man was jealous, controlling and short-tempered, allegedly suffering from “roid rage.”

29-Year-Old Christian Ruiz

Police in Paulding County, Georgia arrested 29-year-old Christian Mejia Ruiz of Ohio on Tuesday for the alleged kidnapping and rape of a local Hiram woman.

Paulding County deputies responded to a report of a rape Monday night at the Columns Apartments near Hiram, Georgia. The victim was able to give law enforcement a good description of her attacker along with the fact that he was driving a burgundy minivan (pussy) and pulled a knife.

Ruiz, who was visiting family members for the holidays allegedly sexually assaulted the woman in the apartment where he was staying. He is currently lodged in the Paulding County Jail with no bond on charges of Sodomy, Aggravated Sodomy and Kidnapping.

Angela Davies

Early Saturday morning 43-year-old Angela Marie Davies and her husband were at home in Hamilton County, Tennessee when she spilled her drink in the bed. The two started arguing after her husband refused to let her have anything else to drink. I don’t know what they were drinking but considering the argument am assuming it contained a bit of Christmas cheer and thus led to the argument.

The husband left the bedroom and went downstairs and Davies followed him down into the basement where she stabbed him twice. Damn.

The husband was able to get to a neighbor’s home where he called 911 and was taken to a local hospital.

Davies was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder due to the severity of her husband’s wounds.

Kimberly Arnold

Shortly after midnight on Thursday morning police received a call from a security guard at an Apartment building on Glen Street in Atlanta. He had spotted two children locked in a Cadillac Escalade in the parking lot.

By the time that police got to the scene the two girls had been locked in the car for more than an hour. The children were sweaty and both had dirty diapers when they were removed from the car.

When the mother, Kimberly Arnold, was located she explained that she had just stepped away from the vehicle for a few minutes to make a payment (because I pay all my bills at 1am) but had obviously lied to them. The babies were treated at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta and released to Arnold’s sister, who also happens to be taking care of Arnold’s two older children.

Arnold was arrested and charged with Cruelty to Children and Reckless Conduct. The Reckless Conduct charge was dropped at her bail hearing and the judge let her out on bond with the condition that she not have any unsupervised contact with her children. Arnold, who has been arrested on two prior occasions, doesn’t go back to court until August 2012.

India Parker

35-year-old India Parker of Cleveland, Ohio has been arrested after her daughter hadn’t been seen since she was five-years-old, FIVE YEARS AGO.

WTF?

Parker allegedly told one of her family members that her daughter had been killed when a bookcase fell on top of her but there is no death certificate for the little girl. Her family hasn’t seen her since 2006. A missing person’s report was filed last Monday but very little is known since she hasn’t been seen in such a long time. Again, WTF? Why wouldn’t someone in the family step up before five years had passed? The father of one of Parker’s other children finally reported Kaliyah, the little girl, missing.

Parker was charged two days ago with Abuse of a Corpse. She is currently being held on $10,000 bond.

The little girl’s remains have not been found and the case is being investigated as a homicide. Parker reportedly confessed to police that she threw her daughter’s body out with the trash. She had previously been charged with Child Endangering back in 2000 and has had at least one child removed from her home (and subsequently returned) by social services.

As you can tell I’ve started writing again on a semi-regular basis. There most likely won’t be much new over the next few days though. Christmas is the busiest time at work for me all year culminating with the big day itself. I will end up working 18-20 hours on Christmas day some what little time I do have off will be spent with my family or sleeping. Angela Bell

Back on December 16th a Roswell, Georgia police officer was sitting on the side of Ga Highway 400 at Holcomb Bridge Rd with his radar gun when 38-year-old Angela Renee Bell of Flowood, Mississippi breezed by doing about 90mph. The speed limit on that part of the highway is about 65mph but that’s a pretty moot point considering that nowhere in the U.S. is the speed limit even approaching 90.

When the officer managed to pull Bell over he noticed two things. First he smelled a moderate odor of alcohol on Bell and second, she had a toddler in the back seat.

When he questioned the woman she told him she had consumed two beers about three hours earlier. The officer gave Bell a breathalyzer test and she blew an 0.164, twice the legal limit in Georgia.

Bell was arrested for DUI, speeding and Child Endangerment and the child, believed to be Bell’s son, was turned over to the passenger. The two of them took a taxi from the scene.

Here’s yet another story of another piece of crap watching kids while the mom works, except this one has a nasty twist that’s even worse than normal.

Gina Guenther of Wright County, Missouri was at work on December 7th, her two oldest children at school. 22-year-old “TJ” Terry Joe Volner was watching the two youngest children, one still in a crib along with four-year-old Dusty Guenther. Volner called his mother at some point that Wednesday morning and told her he had killed Gina Guenther along with her boyfriend and her four children. He confirmed it by then sending her a picture of Dusty Guenther with his throat cut and a stick holding his chin up.

When police investigated the mother and three of her children were obviously OK but they found little Dusty Guenther dead in an ice-covered sewage pond next the to home in Jerktail, Missouri.

Volner sent even more pictures possibly to more people than his mother. The news reports I’ve read don’t quite match. One of the pictures show Dusty in the same position but with an adult’s left arm held up in front of the camera. There’s a tattoo on the arm that matches one Volner has (it’s his name in cursive, I guess in case he forgets) and two pictures of what appeared to be a small leg in ice covered water.

The local sheriff also thinks that Volner then stabbed himself in the stomach but they aren’t sure why. Volner was treated at a local hospital for his injuries. According to one of the articles Volner confessed to a state trooper that he killed Dusty on Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning using a pocket knife to stab the child in the next and then put Dusty in the pond.

Police say they also found love letters in the home from Volner to Guenther but he is apparently NOT her boyfriend, at least not at the time her son was murdered. Guenther’s boyfriend apparently spent the night earlier in the week and the prosecutor said that Volner’s motive was jealousy. Oh and here’s a surprise for you (not). Besides being a homeless felon who was exchanging babysitting for a place to stay Volner is apparently a juggalo as well.

Volner, who has a previous convictions for stealing animals, burglary, auto theft and something to do with “knowingly burning” was charged with Murder, Armed Criminal Action and Abandonment of a Corpse.  He was just released from prison in March. He’s currently lodged in the Wright County Jail on $1 million bond.

The local sheriff also said that Volner is related to four other people who were convicted of a murder in 2008. The group of Volners apparently beat and killed Dustin Skaggs, a man they thought was sleeping with one of their wives, then dumped the body in a rock quarry. Allegedly T.J. is the one who bailed out Benny Volner (the husband) after they were arrested.

Penselyn Loyola

24-year-old Penselyn Loyola has been arrested by police in Clarksville, Tennessee and charged with Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect after she told police that she had dropped her one-month-old baby three times during the last month, once down a flight of stairs.

The child was admitted to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee Monday with a fractured skull and ribs as well as bleeding of the brain.

When police were called and questioned Loyola she admitted to dropping the child twice in the shower and once down the stairs. Loyola never sought medical attention for her baby and she didn’t bother to tell her husband about the incidents either.

The baby is listed in unstable condition at the hospital and according to the news story several tests are still pending.

Loyola currently sitting in jail with a $1 million bond.

44-year-old Steven Kenneth Helgason of Whiteford, Maryland has been arrested after he allegedly used a lighter and aerosol can to light his children’s hair on fire.

Police in Abingdon, MD were called after workers at the Sports Clips hair salon noticed that a boy there for a trim had hair that was noticeably burned.

During the investigation it was determined that the child along with at least three of his eight brothers and sisters had been injured by their father who used a rigged torch to burn them. Helgason allegedly used a lighter and an Axe deodorant spray to burn them. His victims range from 6-13 years old.

As well as being burned one of the children told police that his dad had stripped him and hung him upside down. Some of the children also reported that Helgason made their older brother burn them as well and that Helgason had burned them at least a hundred times/

According to court records Helgason has an Assault conviction from 2006 as well as Child Abuse from 1998. The child abuse incident was also the grounds with which Helgason’s ex-wife filed for divorce.

Helgason is charged with four counts of Child Abuse and is being held without bail.

Earlier this month deputies from the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Department along with the Vance PD responded to a report of a burglary and stabbing in Coaling, Alabama. They found 58-year-old Jane Weaver suffering from a stab wound.

The woman told police that she had heard a noise from the back of her house and saw a man wearing a mask in her kitchen who then stabbed her. She said she grabbed a gun from her bedroom and shot at him. The man ran away. Weaver was treated at DCH Hospital.

Sadly it was all a lie. After being interviewed police realized Weaver had been lying and on Monday she was arrested by the Coaling Police Department and charged with False Reporting to Law Enforcement.

Dwayne "Money" Pinestraw

Back in July of this year a drug deal gone bad in Pensacola, Florida ended with gunshots being fired into an apartment. Unfortunately those shots claimed the life of a 19-month-old child as well as injuring 23-year-old Vincent Dennis.

Police in Pensacola have been looking for 20-year-old Dwayne Cordell “Money” Pinestraw after he was identified as the shooter and up until this week haven’t had any luck. They spent many hours searching for the man, featuring him on Wanted posters as well as press releases. It started looking as if they would never be able to find him until America’s Most Wanted stepped in to help out.

Within 48 hours of being featured on the show this past weekend a viewer’s tip led U.S. Marshals to a house in Dallas, Texas where Pinestraw had been hiding. He has been arrested and lodged in the Dallas County Jail and it’s unknown when he’ll be extradited to Florida.

Pinestraw was wanted for Murder, Aggravated Battery and Firing a Missile into a Dwelling.

Back during the first week of December the Lagrange PD ICAC task force identified an IP address trading child pornography. After an investigation they located the property and served a search warrant on the home on December 16th.

The sole occupant of the home is 37-year-old Robert Lee Dean of Lagrange, Georgia. Police did find computer child pornography at the home and Dean was arrested and charged with multiple counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

Kenneth Dewayne Coleman

Monday afternoon 23-year-old Patricia Brewer and 21-year-old Kenneth Dewayne Coleman walked into the emergency room at Children’s Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee carrying Patricia’s two sons, four-year-old Tyreke and three-year-old Donamiche. Both boys were bruised and bleeding and unfortunately the four-year-old was already dead.

According to Chattanooga police both children were whipped with a belt. Had to be a pretty extensive beating to leave one child bleeding and broken and the other one lifeless. Damn.

Kenneth Coleman was arrested Tuesday morning and Brewer was arrested and charged later that afternoon. Both of them are facing charges of Murder, Attempted Murder and two counts of Felony Child Abuse.

Stephen L. Pebley

62-year-old Stephen L. Pebley, a former Campbell County, TN teacher for more than 30 years, was caught shooting up Roxy in a middle school parking lot earlier this week and arrested.

Pebley is currently facing charges of possession, possession of paraphernalia and violation of a drug-free school zone.

The Jacksboro Middle School resource officer walked up to Pebley’s car around 2:30pm Monday afternoon after he noticed the Buick Regal parked next to the football field. Pebley was in the driver’s seat with a tourniquet around his left arm while his buddy, 34-year-old Cory Clay Overton, was in the middle of shooting up.

Both men admitted to pulling in to the parking lot so they could cook up some Roxy.

Pebley was originally arrested in Claiborne County in 2007 when deputies raided a meth lab. Pebley pleaded guilty at that time to conspiracy to make meth and he just finished his three-year probation sentence earlier this month.

Updated 12/21/11 – The local newspaper here, the Time-Georgian, finally has an article up about Brittany Collins. According to the newspaper it definitely seems to be a runaway case and that when she was discovered missing she had left a note behind for her family.

Updated 12/24/11 – Brittany was found safe at a local home earlier this week. She is being charged as an Unruly Juvenile and a Runaway after the Villa Rica PD spent 37 man-hours on the case searching for her.

Angel Luis Santiago has been arrested and charged in the death of a five-month-old child he was babysitting in Ansonia, CT after he turned himself in to police. Law enforcement has been searching for Santiago seven months and up until he turned himself in they had obviously been unsuccessful in finding him.

Back in June Santiago was watching his girlfriend’s baby and allegedly shook the child so hard that it caused blunt-force trauma. The child, Kyle Robinson,  died the next day while in the hospital being treated for the injuries.

Santiago claims that he noticed the baby, who was lying on the couch, was unresponsive so he called 911 and tried to administer CPR.

Santiago has been charged with 1st-Degree Manslaughter, Risk of Injury to a Minor (ya think?) and Assault.

Earlier this week police in Gainesville, Ga responded to a report of a burglary in progress and found they were able to nab the suspects even easier than normal.

When deputies from the Hall County Sheriff’s Department entered the home they found 33-year-old Kenneth Dwayne Lee and 38-year-old April Lynn Morris asleep on a bed in the back of the house just like an old child’s tale.

The pair had apparently placed the stuff they were going to steal near the door and then decided to take a nap. They woke up to the sound of police in the house. I’ll bet they wish it was the three bears returning home. Damn sure April Morris is no Goldilocks.

Lee and Morris were arrested and charged with burglary. Both of them are currently lodged in the Hall County Jail without bond.

Police in Multnomah County, Oregon arrested a man after he assaulted several people inside the Hayden Island Toys R Us with a blue light saber.

While someone from the store was on the phone with police 33-year-old David Allen Canterbury left the toy store lightsaber in hand.

Arriving officers tried to arrest Canterbury but he kept swinging the lightsaber at them. One of the officers attempted to use his Taser on the man but the device malfunctioned. Another police officer then tried to use his Taser but Canterbury managed to knock one of the wires away with the toy lightsaber.

Police were finally able to arrest David Canterbury after grabbing him and pinning him to the ground. He was treated by EMTs at the scene and taken to a local hospital for a mental evaluation.

None of the victims of the light saber assault required medical attention. Heh. So far Canterbury has only been charged with Possession of Heroin.

The Atlanta PD has released a sketch of the man they believe to be involved in two rapes that occurred in South Fulton County this past Friday. A spokesperson for the police department says that the attacks happened in a vacant home off of Old National Highway.

The man is described as being 17-19 years of age, black, 5’8″ with a medium build. The victims described him as having a slightly musty odor and he has flat lips. Police also say that it’s possible that he has lazy eye in his left eye.

Saturday afternoon 32-year-old Katrena Elaine Evans decided to head out for a little afternoon of shopping…er…shoplifting at the local WalMart in Cartersville, GA. Things quickly got ugly when one of the employees noticed she was sticking things in more than just her shopping cart.

Wayne Thacker identified himself as an employee and tried to detain Evans inside the store and got stabbed in the stomach for his efforts. After slashing the man Evans took off across the parking lot and jumped into the backseat of a silver car. Unfortunately for her it was driven by a man who didn’t know her. Heh.

Two off-duty police officers detained Evans, who is homeless, until local police could get there, Evans was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Obstruction and Shoplifting and has been lodged in the Bartow County Jail.

The employee was treated for his wound at the Cartersville Medical Center and released and Evans will have three hots and a cot and a warm place to spend Christmas this year.

Nine days ago 7-year-old Jorelys Rivera was last seen around 5pm on a playground in the River Ridge apartment complex in Canton, GA where she lived with her mother, Jocelyn Rivera. Her body was found three days later, duct-tape covering her mouth and her hands and feet bound with zip ties. Her fragile body was found in a dumpster and had been compacted by what turned out to be the mechanical dumpster at their apartment complex. After an autopsy and investigation it was determined that Jorelys was kidnapped and held in an empty apartment and had been raped, beaten and then stabbed to death.

It didn’t take the GBI very long to start focusing on a suspect. After several tips about his weird behavior police started questioning 20-year-old Ryan Brunn, a maintenance man at River Ridge who also happens to live there. He had just moved into the complex after taking the job a month ago.

During questioning Brunn reportedly told police that he was at Wal-Mart at the time the little girl was murdered. Security video from the store doesn’t bear out his story.

Ryan has no criminal record up until now.

Brunn is currently being held in the Cherokee County Jail in isolation to protect him and was denied bond last Thursday. He is charged with Murder and Making False Statements to investigators.

Walmart security at the store on 81st and Lewis in Tulsa, Oklahoma called police around 6 p.m. Thursday night after spotting 45-year-old Alisha Halfmoon acting suspiciously. They told Tulsa Police that Halfmoon had been in the store for more than six hours. Apparently she had gathered all of the ingredients for her portable meth lab throughout the store.

According to an arrest report, police observed Halfmoon on security tape mixing the chemicals. When Halfmoon was arrested, she had already mixed two containers of sulfuric acid.

Police removed the lab from the store and a team from the Special Investigation Unit disposed of the chemicals. No one was injured.

Halfmoon is now in jail, being held without bond. At the time Alisha was arrested she was out on bond from another drug-related arrest.

Shawn Batie

At 4:00 am on Friday, April 23^rd Lodi, CA police found themselves faced with a man wearing only an Oakland Raiders jacket, lacey g-string panties, socks and scrunchie around his genitals.  The man, Shawn Batie (42) appeared to be under the influence of methamphetamines.  I certainly hope he was under the influence of something… and doesn’t make a habit of running around half naked and talking to himself, but these days you just never know.

 
Anyhow, when officers arrived Batie was standing in the dirt next to a cemetery with a flashlight and yelling into the dark, wearing the above mentioned attire.  The officers said Batie was very jittery and his pupils were dilated.  He was taken in under suspicion of being under the influence, which was confirmed at the jail.  He was also found to be a parolee at large.

When questioned regarding the where-a-bouts of his pants, he said “they must have been taken.”  Really…. surely that was the case!  How these officers remained composed dealing with this asswipe is beyond me, they are better people than me.

Once in his cell, he promptly defecated and painted a self portrait on the walls, using his shit.  When given towels to clean up his artwork, he instead opted to clog the toilet.  He was then moved to a safety cell.

Batie was arrested for being under the influence of narcotics and being a parolee at large.

Arlina Romero

Deputies woman hid crack pipe in vagina

On April 19^th, undercover narcotics agents working a sting in Punta Gorda, FL arrested Arlina Romero (28).  According to reports Romero, recognized from previous drug dealings, walked out of a known drug house.  As she was approached by deputies she turned and began to take off, in an attempt to run.

She appeared to be trying to hide something in the crotch area of her pants.  The report states she had her hands deep inside the front of her jeans and was clearly trying to hide something.  When the deputy called out to her she removed her hands from her pants and turned around.

 
Romero consented to a search found, was a credit card, that belonged to someone else, she claimed she found and nothing else.  Not knowing whether she had found the card or it was stolen; Romero was escorted to the police station.  There she was asked if there was anything else hidden on her.

 
Romero confessed she had a crack pipe hidden in her vagina.  Yuck!  After the confession she was taken, by female deputies, into a private room where a 6-inch glass pipe was removed from her vagina.  The pipe later tested positive for cocaine.

 
While having the crack pipe removed from her va-jay-jay, the police contacted the owner of the credit card, who informed them, the card had been lost and Romero should not have it.  I bet you didn’t see that comin’ did ya?  Sure you did this is a woman who hides shit in her snatch of course she had a “lost” credit card.

 
Romero was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia.  She is being held without bond, as she was already out on bond from prior drug charge and she is a convicted felon.

39-year-old Kristen Hammonds, an administrative assistant at Villa Rica High School in Villa Rica, Georgia,  has been accused of having sex with at least three male students. Detectives from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office stated that the kids were coming over to her house under the guise of having them meet her children. The alleged sexual assault was reported to the county office, who in turn informed the Villa Rica PD, who then turned it over to the county sheriff.

According to police the sex was consensual and the kids were all over the age of 17 (one of the students was 19) which would have made it legal except for her position of authority over them which under state law makes it sexual assault.

Kristie Hammonds was denied bond earlier today after police told the court that she had made contact with one of the alleged victims Monday night and Tuesday morning.

Hammonds’ lawyer, Mac Pilgrim, told reporters that her husband kicked her out after the allegations surfaced. He also stated that she had been improperly charged. “Mrs. Hammons was a secretary. She never had a position of authority. She was not in a position to do any sort of disciplinary action. Her job description for the school has no disciplinary or authoritative responsibility.” Legal mumbo-jumbo as far as I am concerned but he does have a valid point. Regardless of the fact that she meted out discipline even though her official job description doesn’t call for it, Kristie Hammonds was also a cheerleading coach. COACH, which means that she was in charge of at least a segment of the student population. Hell, sleeping with your students is just poor fucking decision making anyway, regardless their ages.

Newstalk 1160 reports that she admitted to having had sex with at least one of the students to the county office. Hammonds has resigned from the county.

Hammonds Facebook account has been deleted and her MySpace set to private.

Father and son charged in alleged gang rape

Nothing says father and son bonding like a little drinking and sexual assault. Meet Clinton Johnson Sr. (53) and Clinton “Bubba” Johnson Jr. (17), two of six “men” accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl at a party at their home on March 5th.

According to reports the victim was attending a party at the Johnson home on March 5th. She admits that she had been drinking and was told by Bubba Johnson to lay down on a mattress in the back yard. Well shit, how convenient there just happened to be a mattress right there in the backyard, just incase a female comes by, drinks to much and needs a rest. Anyhow, she took Bubba’s caring advise and opted to lay down, but all he was caring about was the fact he had himself a drunk girlie and needed to get his rocks off. He reportedly began to sexually assault her, along with his younger brother and another male, wait… his younger brother got in on the action too. She asked the men to stop but they continued the assault not only with their own tiny weenie pee-pees, but a bottle as well. When Bubba and brother Johnson were done they apparently decided to share her with others in attendance and good ole’ dad. WTF?? The whole nasty thing was brought to light on March 25th, when the girl cried out to a counselor at her high school.

Johnson Sr. and Jr. are the only two currently charged. According to police they expect other arrests, although the others involved are likely juveniles.

As of April 12th, Johnson Jr. was being held on $100,000 bond and Sr. was being held on $150,000 bond. Both face life in prison if convicted of the first-degree felony.

55-year-old Samuel Curtis Johnson III, heir to SC Johnson (at least in name) and the former chairman of Diversey Inc., was charged last week in Racine, Wisconsin with Sexual Assault of a Child.

Johnson, who was given and $500,000 cash bond and was never actually taken into custody, was formally charged last week and ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, a 15-year-old girl, or any other minor female children unless in the presence of another adult. He was also ordered to surrender his passport and told not to leave the state.

Johnson allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with the girl 15 to 20 times starting when she was 12 or 13. The last incident occurred in November 2010.

Law enforcement in La Mesa, California arrested 50-year-old Domingos Oliveira yesterday morning for trying to hire someone to kill the boyfriend of his 19-year-old daughter.

Over the last couple of weeks posters have been put up on the campus of Grossmont College offering $3k for the boyfriend’s body, dead or alive. The posters included a picture of the boyfriend, his name and claimed that he was a convicted sex offender.

Said daughter and boyfriend contacted the police after they found out about the posters.

According to the police the boyfriend is 33-years-old and is a convicted sex offender, which makes it real easy for me to relate to Mr. Oliveira considering the fact that I have two daughters of my own. Regardless of that fact, if Oliveira did put up the posters he was breaking the law.

On March 8^th, the man you see above Terrance Lee Goodman (37) violently attacked a girl under the age of 12 in a wooded area behind his home near Leesburg, FL.  Goodman was apparently watching the little girl for her parents when the sexual assault occurred. 

According to the victim, Goodman coaxed her into the woods, grabbed her, bound her ankles with zip ties and put her in a sleeper hold, telling her is she didn’t cooperate he would “put her to sleep forever.”   After the attack, Goodman told her, he was a jerk and was going to kill himself and promptly went on the run.  He ran?? What happened to killing himself?? Dang it to freakin bad he didn’t follow through with that promise. 

Deputies searched the wooded area behind home and located nothing.

Flash Forward to March 12^th and to the lovely state of Virginia.  VSP got a 911 call reporting a pedestrian attempting to cross the interstate.  A deputy reported to the scene and found the man walking up the exit ramp.  When asked for identification he gave the officer his name, date of birth and social security number.  Of course the deputy checked the information and discovered is wanderer was Terrance Goodman and that he was wanted out of Florida on a felony fugitive warrant.  Goodman was taken into custody without incident.

He is being held in Fairfax County Jail on a $3 million bond.

21-year-old David Davis of New Haven, Connecticut was getting a haircut at an apartment in Stamford, Connecticut when he grabbed a pair of scissors and slashed another guy in the back after the man (according to Davis) approached him in “an aggressive manner.”

After cutting the other man Davis fled and police found him in an apartment nearby a while later.

Davis claims to have cut the other man in self-defense.

Davis is currently in jail on $5,000 bond. Maybe he can get the other half of his haircut while he’s a guest in the local pokey.

Last week three-year-old Edna Figueroa was brought into the emergency room at Rockdale Medical Center in Conyers, Georgia by her birth vessel Yaneth DeLaCruz Alvarez and her live-in penis Raul Solis. The girl was unconscious, unresponsive and having a hard time breathing. She was also suffering from an extensive brain hemorrhage and neither her mother or the boyfriend could offer up any kind of explanation as to how the injuries occurred.

Edna was transferred to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and put on life support. She died on Sunday.

Doctors say that her injuries came from being shaken as well as “impacts to the head.”

During questioning Solis admitted to having shaken the little girl after she “misbehaved”. Apparently the child went into Solis’ room and it made him angry.

Raul Solis has been charged with Murder and Cruelty to children and the mother has also been charged with Cruelty to Children for failing to supervise her children which led directly to the death of her child.

Solis has a criminal history which includes human trafficking and social security fraud. Alvarez is reportedly an illegal alien. Her other three children have been living with her here in Georgia on a probationary  basis for the last few months. They are being sent to Texas to be put into the custody of child protective services there, which is where three of the children were born. She has lost them in Texas before when she tested positive for cocaine. As a matter of fact when Edna was born both she and her mother tested positive for coke.

Over the weekend police in Hialeah, Florida discovered a special needs child who weighed only 15 pounds surrounded by shit and filth in a hotel room.

A call came into 911 Saturday afternoon from 21-year-old Savannah Sholter who told the operator “My son’s not breathing. He’s a special needs baby.” The 911 technician walked Sholter through giving her 2 1/2 year-old son mouth to mouth resuscitation until officers arrived.

When police did get to the hotel room they found the child surrounded by trash, animal and human crap which covered everything in the room, soiled diapers piled three feet high and rotten formula. Hell, they even found a frigging dead cat in the room at the Rainbow motel.

Elijah Collins was resuscitated in the hotel room and then taken to a local hospital and later transferred to Miami Children’s Hospital where he is in critical but stable condition. He is suffering from severe neglect. Covered with bed sores the boy is malnourished and dehydrated. His toe nails looked as if they had never been cut. In Two Years. Ugh. The child weighed about half or less than what he should at 30 months.

Later on Saturday night police arrested Savannah Sholter as well as her baby-daddy 25-year-old Vincent Collins, an active member of the United States Coast Guard stationed in Miami where he works as a machinery technician.

The family had been living in the hotel for about three months. The parents shared a room with their one-year-old son while the toddler stayed alone in another room. According to Savannah’s MySpace page “I love my boys.” She has a real funny fucking way of showing it.

Florida CPS has taken custody of both children (the younger child was healthy) and providing care for them. Both Savannah Sholter and Vincent Collins have been arrested and charged with Child Neglect. Their bond is $7,500. A custody hearing was held yesterday and the parents were denied any contact with their children/

I came across this story on a couple of outlets over the weekend and the more I hear about this story the angrier I get. Apparently the attorney for convicted child molester Patrick David Rojas has filed a lawsuit against the victim’s mother, Danielle Schneider of Tacoma, for defamation, defamation by implication,and invasion of privacy because she has been posting about Patrick and his dysfunctional family on her blog. Jairus and Patrick Rojas are claiming that the blog has caused “loss of employment and that they have suffered other financial and professional harm.” Apparently the Rojas family doesn’t consider the fact that their pedophile son might have caused them harm in any way. Of course they raised him to be that way so I guess they see nothing wrong with the behavior.

Here’s a recap of the who story, as I understand it (all of the details may not be 100% correct but you can check out the links at the end of the story for more info.

In January of 2007 the family of the victim, an 11-year-old girl, discovered that she had been sexually violated by their pastor’s adult son, 22-year-old Patrick David Rojas. They reported the crime and after an investigation and subsequent arrest Rojas took a plea deal. He ended up serving only 10 days in jail along with two years of probation.

Here’s part of the problem. The offender’s parent’s, Kathy and Eddie Rojas, both knew about Patrick’s sick needs, as did his brother Jairus Rojas. A couple of elders at the Peninsula Household of Faith Community Church in Port Orchard, Washington also knew about the details of the crimes but they never bothered to report any of the information they knew to detectives until AFTER the plea deal was in place. One of these so-called Christian hypocrites actually allegedly suggested to the sheriff that Patrick’s behavior were innocent and “just the wrong age and wrong place”. Again, the little girl was 11 and Patrick Rojas was 22. Wrong age and place? As far as I am concerned that makes Jim Cameron (the elder who made that statement to the sheriff) just another fucking douchebag who supports a church which overlooks child molesting bastards.

From a post back in 2009 at the blog of the victim’s parents,

Patrick D. Rojas is a convicted level 2 sex offender living in Port Orchard, Washington with his brother Jairus. Patrick has a total of 6 minor victims that we know of (age ranging from 18mo. -11yrs old), he has admitted to sexual acts with dogs, peeping in on women and children in bathrooms, pornography, consensual incest with another adult sibling. He is a danger to all adolescent children and a sexual predator of convenience.

In August of 2007 Eddie and Kathy Rojas, the parents of the pedophile, disappeared and took ten of their children with them, ostensibly to avoid having their children questions by the state about alleged sex crimes perpetrated on them by their brother Patrick.

In 2008 a warrant was issued for the arrest of Francis Edward (Eddie) Rojas for witness tampering. The family lived in Israel for a while and now apparently they are somewhere in the UK.

The lawsuit continues. Schneider offered to take the site down if Rojas would drop the lawsuit but he refused to drop the case. 21-year-old Terry Allen Guillory of Rome, Georgia was arrested Saturday night and charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery and Arson after he attempted to show his fiancé just how much he really loves her.

The assclown used gasoline to light the woman on fire and then took her to the emergency room when he was through.

True love just has a way of getting to me.

Guillory is currently lodged in the Floyd County Jail.

26-year-old Shane Hale was at a hospital in Hazard County, Kentucky and apparently needed a ride home.

Rather than, you know, calling for a ride from a friend or calling a cab the man decided he would just find his own way. Hale managed to get inside an ambulance while the crew was inside the hospital, and drive off in it.

An off-duty detective with the Kentucky State Police happened to come across the ambulance which was being driven erratically and pulled Hale over. When asked why he stole the ambulance Shane explained to the officer that he had needed a ride home and was going to call the ambulance service the next day.

Hale was arrested on DUI as well as Theft by Taking, Driving DUI on a Suspended License and Criminal Mischief. He is currently lodged at the Kentucky River Regional Jail on $40,000 bond.

32-year-old Adam Thomas Johnson of Knoxville, Tennessee has been arrested and arraigned for Murder in the deaths of both his parents, who he lived with. Johnson allegedly killed both his mother and father and then went on a crime spree across three counties in Tennessee.

Tom and Sharon Johnson were found dead Saturday morning at their home in Knox County after deputies made a welfare check on the couple when their car was discovered in the parking lot of the Lowe’s in Jefferson City.

Adam Johnson allegedly killed both of his parents and then stole their jeep, leaving it at the Lowe’s and stealing a ‘92 Saturn. He then ditched that and forced his way into a home in Hamblen County, stealing an ‘01 Civic from the woman who lived there. He got rid of that car and stole a Chevy Tahoe from Old Doogie’s Store in Hawkins County.

Johnson was arrested in Hawkins County and charged with Theft, Reckless Endangerment and Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was transferred to Knox County on Saturday night. Johnson will also be facing charges in Hamblen and Jefferson counties but what they are has not been announced.

Johnson has prior convictions for Theft and Burglary in Knox County. He is currently lodged in the Knox County jail on $2 million bond.

Two Atlanta men were arrested Friday in Bartow County, Georgia after witnesses saw them loading boxes from the back of a tractor trailer at the TA Truckstop on Cass White Road into their U-Haul.

When Bartow County deputies arrived on the scene around 3 a.m. the two men were driving away in their rental truck. They ran from deputies who tried to stop them but they were both later found and arrested.

The two men had almost gotten away with 52 cases of beer. Probably something shitty like Colt 45 anyway. 45-year-old Richard Lee Matthews and 45-year-old Jan Keith Glass were arrested and face several charges. I don’t have a mug shot for Matthews but since Glass has been incarcerated several times on varying drug and burglary charges, his was available on the Georgia DOC site.

This story should prove familiar to those of you who have been hanging out here or any other crime site. Boyfriend, “friend of the family”, dead child, etc… Seems like we finally turned the page on one frigging douchebag and here comes another assclown to join the ranks of the fucking child-murdering morons.

The so-called person I am referring to would be 22-year-old Steven Anthony Haire of Franklin, Georgia. Haire was arrested on February 25th in connection with the death of 5-month-old Zachary Freeman in Fayette County, Georgia.

According to the Fayette County Police Haire was a friend of the family and had been babysitting the child at the time of the “accident”.

On February 21st EMTs responded to a 911 report of a child not breathing along with Fayette County deputies. Emergency personnel administered CPR and then Zachary was transported to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where he was placed on life support. Zachary died on February 25th after being taken off of life support.

Haire was initially charged with Cruelty to Children based on the fact that he made statements to investigators that were inconsistent with the baby’s injuries. Those charges were upgraded this week to murder. Haire claims that he laid the boy down with a bottle for a nap and that the boy just stopped breathing. The Fayette Citizen has reported that Zachary died from being shaken.

Two other children living at the home at the time of the accident have been placed in the custody of DFACS.

Haire is currently lodged in the Fayette County Jail.

Of course it’s just hearsay but according to one comment over at WSB Radio Zachary’s mother hardly knew Steven Haire. That makes sense because at least according to what I have been able to find on his MySpace and Facebook profiles it looks like he just recently got together with his fiancé. Bad judgment if that really is the case.

Out of respect for the baby’s mother I won’t be posting links to any of the profiles. I think I may be acquainted with her parents from about 20 years ago anyway.

Deputies in Bradford County, Florida arrested 59-year-old Rymer Howell Monday at his home in Starke, Fl. after being accused of asking a boy to send him nude photos via cell phone.

When Howell was arrested police seized two cell phones, one of which contained more than 200 illegal images. Police are still analyzing the phones to see if there are other victims.

The boy involved in this case had gone to a cell phone chat room and eventually started chatting with Howell.

Rymer Howell is lodged in the Bradford County Jail on $100,000 bond. He has previously been convicted of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with a 13-year-old.

Saturday morning the alarm at Cousins Middle School in Newton County, Georgia went off. Police searched for more than two hours before they finally found 21-year-old Reginald Stephens of Conyers, Georgia, naked and hiding in the ceiling. His pants, socks and shoes were found on the roof of the school, which is located in Covington, Georgia

Stephens, who is already on probation for a conviction on Burglary and Forgery charges, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespassing and Burglary. Extreme Stupidity is not yet a crime and therefore they haven’t charged him with that. Stephens is being held without bond.

Obviously from this arrest and his prior conviction Stephens isn’t exactly a very good burglar. Perhaps it’s time to change jobs Reginald. I hear McDonald’s is hiring.

What exactly would drive some dumb son of a bitch to strip in order to get through the air vent? Chances are that if you can’t fit through with your fucking pants on that’s a really good indication that you might want to find someplace else to rob because it leaves little chance of escaping should the alarm go off (obviously)

63-year-old Jerry Gilstrap, the owner of a convenience store in East Ridge, Tennessee was arrested back at the beginning of February and accused of raping, sodomizing and molesting a 15-year-old girl.

It all started with Gilstrap being “nice” to the girl and her single mother. Giving them free snacks and grocery on credit from “Sunny’s” and even money for Christmas to the small family, Gilstrap worked his way into their lives as only an experienced and slimy predator can.

The mom, who had been completely taken in, completely trusted Gilstrap when he offered her daughter a job cleaning his house in Rossville.

The teen went to his house a couple of times in the last month but recently she went to her mother and told her she didn’t want to go back. When asked, the daughter told her what had been going on. In addition to having sex with the girl Gilstrap made her pose nude for pictures and she also saw nude photos of other girls on his computer.

Gilstrap threatened the girl if she told anyone what he had been doing. He told her he would come after her and that he had two guns. He even showed the girl where he kept them. According to her “He told me he liked me better than the other girls and that I was really pretty and he just wanted to see what I was like.” Fucking gross. He also threatened to shoot her if she didn’t have sex with him.

Gilstrap has been charged with Rape, Aggravated Sodomy, Aggravated Sexual Battery, Aggravated Child Molestation and Possession of a Firearm or Knife While Trying to Commit Crimes. The slimebucket is currently being held without bond in the Catoosa County Jail. Gilstrap actually lives in Rossville, which is just this side of the Tennessee-Georgia line and where the crimes were committed.

I love what one of the neighbors has to say about Gilstrap over at WRCB TV, “I don’t give a damn if they took him out and shot him—castrated him. Whatever is was that girl (referring to Lorena Bobbitt) done to that guy.”

Obviously the comments at WRCB aren’t any more reliable than those here or anywhere else when it comes to so-called first-hand information but one of the last ones that shows up refers to Gilstrap being “booted” from the Chattanooga Police Department (Ringgold and Rossville, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee are all fairly close).

Police in Port Penn, Delaware arrested 23-year-old Joshua Jones late last week after his girlfriend discovered evidence that he had been sexually assaulting her eight-year-old daughter.

The woman discovered two videos on a computer the day prior of her daughter performing oral sex on on Jones. She she confronted the douchebag with the evidence he ran away.

Jones was arrested Thursday without incident just north of Odessa after a report of a suspicious person. He was taken to the Wilmington Hospital for an evaluation and then lodged in the Howard Young Correctional Institute on $55,000 bond, charged with Rape and Unlawful Sexual Contact.

This is an update to a story I told you about two years ago and unfortunately a familiar one to many folks who stop in here. This stuff seems to stick to a script. Mother leaves child in the care of boyfriend while they go to work/get stoned/go shopping and boyfriend beats child to death. This one is no different.

While there has been much vehement denying of Barker’s guilt by those who have been defending him I never doubted that a jury of his peers would find him guilty and that is exactly what happened in Cass County, Missouri this week. His lawyer, as well as his friends and relatives, claim he could never do anything like this, but the wounds on his little body that match the bottle of whiskey he had been drinking the night before cry foul.

Javier Barker was found guilty of second-degree murder and first-degree child abuse. All that remains is his sentencing.
