21-year-old Terry Allen Guillory of Rome, Georgia was arrested Saturday night and charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery and Arson after he attempted to show his fiancé just how much he really loves her.

The assclown used gasoline to light the woman on fire and then took her to the emergency room when he was through.

True love just has a way of getting to me.

Guillory is currently lodged in the Floyd County Jail.

28-year-old Calixto Cleto Tibusio of Oak Ridge, Tennessee has been arrested and is lodged in the Anderson County Jail on charges of Aggravated Kidnapping and Domestic Assault.

Tibusio has been accused of pushing his fiancée down during an argument, grabbing her hair and them slamming her head against the front steps and then standing on her legs for an hour to keep her from leaving their home. What a real man. Not.

The fiancée, who reported the assault at the police department, also told them that Tibusio has threatened to kill her. According to the arrest warrant the woman had a large bruised knot on her forehead.

Tibusio was arrested at his job on Monday afternoon.

Back in the middle of December 30-year-old Adam Ray Dunn was arrested after he allegedly kidnapped and raped his ex-wife after she went to his home to see her children. She managed to call the police after he dropped her off at work in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. When officers showed up Dunn, who was in the parking lot with several weapons, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and held while the wife was being interviewed. The Ocean Springs PD contacted Harrison County law enforcement (where they lived) in order to investigate the kidnapping and rape claims.

Dunn ended up being charged with Kidnapping and Rape and was let out on a reduced bond of $75,000 after it was initially set at $200,000. Part of his release was that he had a no contact order filed against him. Dunn was again arrested on Christmas Eve on a charge of misdemeanor assault by threat in Jackson County after his ex-wife refused to drop the initial charges. At that point in time his bond should have been revoked but apparently it wasn’t. Dunn even offered the woman money to drop the charges and she refused.

Last week investigators gained information that Dunn had hired someone to killed his ex-wife since she wasn’t going to drop the charges. He apparently learned that he was going to be arrested on an attempted murder charge and allegedly tried to OD on a bottle of pills. Along with the attempted murder charge Dunn will end up facing several more charges and while police haven’t released any more information they say that more arrests will be coming as well.

Melissa Williams

Meet Melissa L. Williams, she’s a beauty isn’t she?  Would you kick her out of your home, if she were offering it up and sitting there nekkid from the waist down? 

Well as appears, she has been arrested charged with domestic assault and brandishing a weapon.  Who did she assault?  She didn’t, actually, assault anyone that is unless you call sitting with pants off and emanating a horrible vaginal odor assault. 

A deputy reporting to a domestic dispute on Fri. Oct. 29, found a pant less Melissa L. Williams, her ex-husband Danny and his friend James Watson, all intoxicated.  Why was she pant less and what was the dispute about you ask?  Hold on to your pants (lol I crack myself up) I’m about to tell you….  

Danny and James told the officer that Melissa came into the apartment intoxicated, asked each of them to perform a sexual act on her and removed her pants and underwear.  Danny declined her invitation, but James said “what the hey, I’m game” and was going to go for it.  As James approached the lovely Melissa, he was overwhelmed…. by a horrible vaginal odor and promptly declined to proceed any further.  Yuck! 

At this point Melissa, ready to get her needs met, grabbed a lock-back folding knife off the table, pointed it at Danny and said, “somebody is going to eat my pussy, or I am going to cut your fucking throat.”  Now come guys, you know, nothing turns you on more than a drunken woman with a stinky snatch wielding a weapon demanding you chow down.

Luzbenet Ramirez

 17-year-old Luzbenet Ramirez was brutally stabbed and stuffed in a closet by a jealous rival in a love triangle. 

Luzbenet’s body was found in a flat belonging to the girlfriend of Jose Mendez, 40, in New York’s Bronx district, Tues. Oct. 26^th. 

Mendez believed the victim and his 25-year-old girlfriend were having a lesbian affair.  Police allege, Mendez stabbed the teenager inside his girlfriend’s apartment then wrapped her body in plastic and stuffed it into a cupboard.  WTF??  Most men I know would have been thrilled to hear their girlfriend had a girl on the side.  But in all seriousness this is nothing to kid about this was teenager who was brutally murdered. 

Luzbenet met Mendez’s girlfriend shortly after the passing of her father in May. 

Luzbenet went missing earlier in the week and was reported to be staying with the girlfriend at her apartment, when the two got into a fight about a possible tryst between the women.  He allegedly stabbed the teen multiple times in her torso.  Jeez… that is a violent attack. 

Mendez was arrested Wed. Oct. 27^th and charged with first-degree murder.

Meet Noemi “I’m a skank” Ramos, 40, who is facing human trafficking and child abuse charges after deputies say she forced 4 children into servitude, including forcing one to prostitute herself for drugs and money.    What the fuck is wrong with the world today? 

A sheriff’s office investigation revealed that Ramos forced the children to purchase drugs on her behalf, if they refused they were beaten and emotionally abused.  Her choice of items to use while inflicting her physical abuse…. are you ready for it… broomsticks, hangers and in atleast one instance a hammer.  A FUCKING HAMMER… are you kidding me!  She went so far as to urinate on one of the children as a form of punishment as well… further proving she is a nasty fucking bitch! 

According to reports there were periods where the children had no food or were threatened to have food withheld if they misbehaved, sounds like just about anything in this bitch’s eyes was misbehaving.  She used the food money for drugs instead… well that’s just shocking.  She has been ordered to have no contact with the children… well thank the lord for that. 

Nothing in any of the articles or reports state her relationship to the children, as soon as I find out I will update.  All that really matters to em in this case is that some stupid skank thought that children were to be used as slaves and for her personal gain.  Stupid bitch… should rot!

Look at the beatiful little boy above, what could he do to deserve to be beaten to death… well he kept messing up his ABC.    Aiyden Davis, 2, was found strangled and beaten to death, his mother Theresa Davis, 27 and her “abusive” boyfriend Reginald Williams, 31, have now been charged in his death.  

Two year old Aiyden, who would have turned 3 this month was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital, his little body covered in old and new bruises.  According to police Davis, left her son in the care of her boyfriend while she was at work.  Pamela Davis, Theresa’s aunt and Aiyden’s regualr care giver, called 3x to check on things and make sure Aiyden was ok, by the 2nd call at 6:45 p.m., Williams told her he had spanked Aiyden and put him in the corner for “messing up his ABCs”.  WTF, he’s 2 yrs. old… I would have went over there then and put my foot in his ass, then but that’s just me.  When she called 2 hours later at 8:45 p.m., Williams said, “I’m sorry, P., I’m so sorry” but gave no reason for the apology.  Pamela reached out to her niece at work, but she brushed off her concerns and said everything was fine.  Aiyden was breathing but “not responsive” at 9:50 p.m., when Williams called 911 asking for help, when EMS arrived Aiyden was throwing up.  

TIME LINE:  

6:45 PM – Aunt Pamela calls and Aiyden has been spanked and put in the corner.  

8:45 PM – Aunt Pamela calls again and Williams apologizes for reasons unknown at the time.  

9:50 PM – 911 is called for an unresponsive child.  

10:38 PM – Aiyden is pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital  

4 hours between the 2nd check call and the hosptial, that is all it took to end his life.  A baby, an angel, a gift from god,  gone in 4 hours time.  

According to Aunt Pamela, Aiyden had told her “Reggie hit me and mama.”  When she question Aiyden’s mother, she said “no, no, everything is fine.”  

Williams admitted in a video tapped and written confession that he struck and body slammed Aiyden until his OWN hands hurt.  What kind of evil monster must this poor excuse for a human being be?  How could he do that, I can barely even type this, I am sick about it.  This poor baby, was left with a man rumored to be violent and abusive, and he was punished so severly for NOT knowing his ABCs, beaten so intensely the abuser hurt himself…. imagine that, if you can stomach the image.  Williams told prosecutors he had beat the child various times between Sept. 13 and Fri. Sept. 24, the day he died.  I’m sure his mother had NO idea this was going on… yeah Fucking right!   

Williams was charged with murder and manslaughter, and being held without bond.  I hope he rots there, Fucking piece of shit!  Theresa Davis, is charged with assault, weapons possession and endangering the welfare of a child.  If she had a weapon in the house why not use it on this Fucker… she probably LOVED him…. blah blah blah.  She’s being held on $150,000 bond.  

Poor baby Aiyden, died from blunt force injuries to the head and torso and internal bleeding.  One article stated he had lacerated liver, possibly caused from a belt.  I had a lacerated liver from a car seatbelt the  pain was unbearable, nothing and I mean nothing took the pain away,  I can not imagine being 2 yrs. old and dealing with that, as an adult I cried and cried.  

I HATE these 2 assholes with a passion, no one will ever change my opinion of the mother.  It appears the Aunt cared more about him than his mother did.

That steaming stack of shit you see up there is David Dalton of Madeira, OH and he likes to take his frustrations out on 2 yr. old little boys.  He is a living breathing coward and waste of oxygen right here on earth.    

David’s story starts Thursday, Sept. 16, when his nephew Zachary Prather came over to visit and play with his cousins.  Well as it happens everyday, bedtime rolled around and well Zachary, that lil’ booger, he would not go to sleep, he was probably wound up from playing all day was just not ready for the day to end. Davyboy’s solution to the problem,  grab the child’s arm several times until he heard and felt it “pop.”  I can see his reasoning here… I will dislocate the lil’ guys elbow and he’ll cry himself to sleep.. problem solved.  What a fucking asshole.    Well it appears Zachary’s aunt, his mother’s sister, questioned the injury the next day and he informed her Zachary must have slept on it wrong.  Well Duh, of course he did,  I know my 3 yr. old dislocates her elbow regularly by sleeping wrong.  Seems David (I’m a loser) Dalton and the wife got into a fight and what does this tough guy do to vent his frustrations over the spat with his wife?  Well what any of us would do… he takes his 2 yr. old nephew into the bathroom fills the the the bathtub with scalding HOT water and stuck lil’ Zachary’s right foot in, holding it there for brief period of time against the lil’ guys will.  Are you ready to hold his face down in scalding water yet?  He wasn’t done, instead of seeking treatment for his nephew, he peeled the burned skin off his foot and attmepted to treat the injury himself.   No medical treatment was sought for this poor baby until Sunday.  How many days is that 4 days with a dislocated elbow and 3 days with his right foot scalded, imagine the pain this poor baby was in and probably scared to death to cry or whine for fear of what else this fucking monster may do to him.   

When he was FINALLY taken to the E.R. for treatment the doctors reported to police they were treating a child with injuries, including a burned foot and possibly a broken arm.  The officials then contacted Zachary’s parents.   

According to the hospital Zachary suffered 3rd degree burns on the top of his foot and ankle and 2nd degree burns on the bottom of his foot.  These injuries will require specialized treatment.  Doctors inerted 3 pins into his elbow and noted he suffered bruises on his back and side, as well as cuts on his lip and above his right eye.  Oh My God, what the hell is wrong with this dude, he has children of his own as well, scary to think what they may go through.   

Zachary’s mother ,Terra Turner, was devesated to learn her son had suffered abuse at the hand of a family member.  I bet she was, if I was Zachary’s mom, Davyboy would not have to worry about the police and the courts, but instead what will happen when I got ahold of him.  So my props go out to Terra for not ending up in jail next to her brother-in-law and remaining composed, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt I would NOT have.  

Dalton reportedly confessed  to doing everything and has a bond set at $100,000.  His 2 children have been removed from the home and have been placed with family.  The Grand Jury is set for Sept. 29.    

Doctors are not sure when Zachary will be released from the hospital.   

God Bless… Zachary!  He was punished for being a baby and then took the punishment for someone else.

Now ask ask yourself… how does someone accused of beating a child to death not only go free without bond, but also leave the state?

That is exactly the case of the Monster above Melissa Bazilia.  Her son Brett Dillion Jr., died of head trauma just short of his 2nd birthday.  The egg donor is one of two people charged with murder in his death.  But now not only has a Tucson judge set her free without bond pending trial, he gave her permission to leave the state.  WHAT THE HELL???

The 911 call came in on Brett, late in July 2009, the claim…. (yep, you guessed it) he fell in the bathtub and hit his head.  He died 2 days later, soon Tucson police decided his death was NOT an accident, but child abuse, and murder. 

Melissa Bazilia, 20 and her boyfriend Ryan Sullivan, 32, were both arrested at the time and have been in jail (where they should ROT) waiting for trial for more than a year.  Their bond a cool… half million!

This week Judge Howard Fell agreed to let the female monster of the pair out of jail until her trial starts in February 2011, no bond just a promise to live with her father in Wisconsin. 

For Brett Dillion Sr. this just adds insult to injury.  When asked what he thought of her situation, he had this to say, ” I feel she should feel the same things he’s feeling right now.  Her being in jail right now is basically the same situation.  He’s not able to live free in the world and I don’t think she should either.”  Right on Brett… I could not agree more!

Bazilia’s attorney explained that she asked for her release when the prosecutors asked to push back the trial.  The delay was due to Sullivan’s attorneys addition of a new witness, that the prosecution needed to research.  Blah, Blah, Blah…  The Public Defender said the delay led to so many scheduling conflicts the trial slipped from this month to February.  That would lead to another 6 months in jail for Bazilia.  Well Boo-Fucking-Hoo for her!  So the judge, against the prosecutions objections and concerns Bazilia may be a flight risk, ordered her released anyway.  Way to go judge!

Her attorney says while she is with her father in Wisconsin, she will be required to check in several times a week, but will have no ankle bracelet or home visits from Wisconsin authorities.  What a freakin Joke… is this for real?  Now the court, the community and especially Brett Dillion Sr., can only hope she will keep her word and volunitarily come back to Arizona to face the charges that could (and hopefully will) put her in prison for a long time.

The face you see staring back at you up there is one of pure evil.  Yolanda  Jones, 35, dropped off the dead body of a 5 yr. old boy she is accused of beating to death at Midwest Regional Center before going into labor with her sixth child.  She has been charged with 2 counts of 1st degree murder and is custody at Lake County Jail with a bond of $3 million.

At 3:27 pm on Sept. 6, Jones -  the described “caregiver” of the child brought the 5 yr. old boy into the hospital.   He was pronounced dead on arrival and had been dead for “many hours” before arriving at the hospital.    As she dropped of the dead body of the child, she was in the late stages of her pregnancy and was going into contractions, a rescue squad took her to another hospital and she gave birth the same day.  The child identified as Tommy Davis III, was the son of Jones’ boyfriend and father of 3 of her six children, including the newborn.

Tommy was found with extensive and visible bruising from the top of his head to his knees, with recent bleeding from his nose and ears.  The autopsy revealed he died from blunt force trauma to the head and brain and the incident is classified as “non-accidental.”  Jones told the hospital that the child fell on a parking block while running in the parking lot of the Sheridan Motel,  where they had been living.  Surveillance video of the parking lot only showed footage of Jones leaving the motel holding the limp body of the boy.

The investigation was initally delayed because detectives could not immeditaley interview Jones due to her medical condition after delivering the baby.  when she was released from the hospital she told the detectives that the boy had wet his bed and she “snapped” beating Tommy over a 2 day period , hitting him with a belt and banging his head off the bathub and floor.  Detectives also interviewed older children involved with apparently rehearsed inital accounts of the incident. 

Illinois DCFS had a previous case invloving Jones, all 6 of her children are in the care of the state.

What kind of monster can repeatedly beat a child for an accident and wetting the bed is an accident.  Where was this little boys father while this was going on?  It is scary to think what she may have done with his little body had there not been other children in the room, she is clearly capable of pure evil.  I can not imagine repeatedly bashing a 5 yr. olds head into the floor or bathtub for wetting the bed.  I am sick over this I have a 3 yr. old potty training at this very moment and trust me I do not enjoy cleaning pee soaked panties, pants, socks and shoes day after day but she doesn’t do it on purpose, and as a civilized person I know that.  This woman does NOT deserve th title “mother” she has no idea what it means and she has 6 children… 6 children, what have they been through?

The P.O.S. up there aka “Kenneth Skinner” has a history of abuse on his girlfriend and children… well that abuse resulted in the death of his 7 month old son Triumph Skinner over the weekend.  The death was ruled as a homicide by the Orange-Osceola Medical Examiner based on a preliminary autopsy, but no results were released because the case remains under investigation.  Judge Kenneth Barlow stated Tuesday, “I find probable cause for first degree murder and the bond is set at NONE”  way to go Judge Barlow, I could kiss you!!!

Skinner 30, was arrested on 1 count of aggravated child abuse, but now faces a first-degree murder charge, during the hearing he stood in front of the judge with his hand over his face.  Funny he was man enough to beat his infant son but NOT man enough to look the judge in the face… FUCKING COWARD!

Triumph, was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital, where doctors discovered a perforated bowel, a severly fractured skull and numerous fractured ribs which were in various stages of healing.  Are you pissed yet? well I am not done!  The poor lil guy was rushed into surgery but died.

During an interview with the mother she intially said she was in the bathroom getting ready for work when the baby fell from his bed and hit his head on something.  She later changed her story and stated Skinner, her boyfriend and father of her 2 children – a 7 yr. old girl and Triumph was caring for the children while she was at work.

The problems started Saturday evening when the mother arrived home from work she stated Triumph was very “lethergic and moaning” and when she tried to feed him he threw up, and Skinner had told her, he “roughed” him up.  WAIT! WHAT… he roughed him up, and he was still standing there breathing after making that comment… not if it was my kid.  Oh and the baby was NOT taken to the hospital at that very momment, instead everyone went to bed and mom went to work at 7 am the next day.  At around 11am the P.O.S. called mom and told her she needed to come home immediately because he he had “hurt” the baby on accident,  really???  When she arrived home the baby was on the bed not breathing and Skinner had said he “slammed” the lil guys head against the couch, and that is an “accident” how???

P.O.S. told his 7 yr old daughter to tell the police he was not at home and she was asleep when lil Triumph was injured… COWARD, COWARD, COWARD, and oh yeah he also asked the girlfriend to lie as well, instead of knocking his freakin teeth out she tells him to leave and she will call 911… excuse me! WTF?  Mom’s excuse she was abused by him in the past and was afraid of him, apparently she had bruises on her face and neck.  Now I don’t know how anyone else feels but if I want to stay and take a beating from you then that’s my business but you hurt my kids and we have a real problem, I can not wrap my mind around that.  Here she has the opportunity to protect herself and her kids and she covers for him, I don’t understand it.

Skinner, of course, denied knowing his child was hurt and went on to say he came home drunk Friday and stepped on his son and “could” have caused the injuries.  He had NO idea how the baby’s skull was got fractured, but he regularly tosses the baby in the air and dropped him on accident once and that may have caused the skull fracture and rib fractures.

The family has been under DCF’s radar for some years, there was a report of child abuse in 2004.  In that case Skinner told deputies he has used a belt on his then 2 yr old daughter and plead guilty to child abuse, a 3rd degree felony.

The 7 yr old child has been placed in foster care.

This poor baby was failed in so many ways and never had a chance with monster like that for a father.  Why, Why, Why?

 Triumph’s mother Michelle Marie Ford has been arrested and charged with child neglect.  She is being held without bond in the Orange County Jail.

Their 7 yr. old daughter now identified as Brittany Ford, was interviewed by Florida DCF where she told them that she is afraid of “daddy, he “scares” her.  She also told them the Skinner will choke her baby brother until he “can’t breath” when he cries everyday.  Brittany told DCF, “Daddy doesn’t understand that Triumph is just a baby.”  Sounds like Brittany is smarter than both her parents combined and a very brave little girl.  Good Girl Brittany!

A pregnant woman in Chattanooga, Tennessee ended up getting taken to the hospital Monday night after she was assaulted by her boyfriend.

Police were called shortly after midnight Sunday night to a home in Chattanooga. The woman who called 911 was a neighbor and told police that she and the woman’s boyfriend, Dereke Smartt, had gotten into a heated argument. After the argument the woman said she went to take a bath to calm down and that’s when the fight became physical.

Smartt allegedly came into the bathroom and punched his girlfriend in the face, causing her to fall down into the tub. When she got out and retreated to her bedroom he shoved her down on the bed. Luckily friends who were visiting the home at the time pulled Smartt off the woman. He took off before police arrived but they located him later close by.

9/8/10 Updated 5:27 p.m. – Dereke Smartt’s girlfriend has paid us a visit in the comments here as well as emailing me and threatening to have my site shut down. According to the woman who emailed me she provoked the fight. When I asked if she was saying that he never hit her or pushed her down she would not deny it but just said it was her that provoked the fight. I guess that makes it all OK then.

Had this woman been polite and simply asked me to pull down the post I might have considered it but I don’t take too kindly to threats so monkeys will fly out of my butt before I remove this.

63-year-old Eddie Lee Anthony of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was arrested earlier this week in Bradley, Illinois after he murdered the mother of his children in Milwaukee.

Anthony was arguing with 43-year-old Sabrina Junior at her home and the argument was loud and violent enough to force their three youngest daughters to hide in the closet. The oldest of the three, 11, saw her father walk into her mother’s bedroom with a 10-inch ice pick . She didn’t see what happened next but heard her mother scream and then it stopped.

Anthony walked out of the room and told the girls to stay in their room. He packed a suitcase and left through the back door. Just as he was leaving the oldest sister, 17, returned home. Her sisters came out of their closet crying right after she found her mother stabbed to death with the ice pick.

Anthony is in the Milwaukee County Jail charged with Murder.

911 was called Sunday night in Bartow, Florida after a man was stabbed by a relative through marriage.

42-year-old Mauricio Mendez Lopez was allegedly upset because Macario Cruz was having an affair with his brother’s wife, Lopez’s niece. Rather than just talk to the man or just suggest marriage counseling (or better yet, mind his own fucking business) Lopez entered the home and stabbed his niece’s husband in the back and then stabbed Cruz to death and then drank his blood in what has been termed a “strange ritual from their native Mexico”. Lopez, Cruz, his brother and his sister-in-law all shared the same home.

Lopez was captured Wednesday night. He is lodged in the Polk County jail with no bond on charged of Murder, Aggravated Battery With a Deadly Weapon, Battery and Aggravated Assault.`

Lopez initially confronted the lovers back on July 24th, hitting Cruz with a weight and threatening to kill them both if they didn’t stop, then chasing them with a knife.

Update – The version of the story above that I picked up over at FOX may not be entirely accurate. I’ve come across some other information that makes the relationships a bit clearer.

Cruz and his brother lived in the home along with the sister of Cruz’s wife, who lives in Mexico. The woman, Mariella Mendez, and her children all live in the home. Lopez is the uncle of both of the women.

Apoleinar Guerro is not a very nice guy.

The 31-year-old got into an argument with his girlfriend Cesilia Tello at a party in Lakeland, Florida Sunday and bit off her finger.

I don’t have any more details but I can just imagine her sticking her finger in his face and Guerro just chomping it off. Don’t know if that’s the case or not but it certainly fits.

Tello was taken to a local hospital to have the finger reattached and police located Guerro on Monday and arrested him on charges of Felony Battery. He’s being held on $5,000 bond but he also has a hold from ICE, meaning that he is most assuredly an illegal alien.

17-year-old Brittany Merrill of Portsmouth, New Hampshire was arrested Monday and charged with Reckless Conduct after she allegedly put Lysol in her mother’s Kool-Aid.

Brittany was allegedly pissed off at her mother over an argument she and her mother had gotten into a couple of days prior to the incident,

When the mother felt her throat burning she stopped drinking the Kool-Aid and called 911. EMT’s arrived at the home around 1:30 a.m. but she didn’t want to be hospitalized.

Brittany Merrill’s mother obtained a restraining order that bars her from having any contact with her mother which means that should Brittany post bond she can’t go home. Damn.

Mechanics always seem to have the worst cars. Landscapers always need their yards cut. Doctors (used to be) very heavy smokers and not always in the best of health. These are all generalizations but to a point they seem to ring true and I guess you can add another to the list now. Marriage Counselors can be in need of counseling themselves.

Tonya Hunter, a marriage counselor in Cleveland, Ohio, met Maurice Lyons in an anger management class where she was the teacher and he was the student. Right off that probably should have been a clue for her but it was obviously not enough. The two ended up getting married last December after Lyons got out of prison, where he had spent the last three years.

Lyons and Hunter have been separated and Lyons went to Chicago. Recently he threatened to drive down to Cleveland to kill Hunter, who  had filed for divorce. He made several threatening phone calls to her. She reported the threat to the Cleveland Police Department. She also had the locks changed at her office.

Lyons already had a warrant out for his arrest. Back in March Lyons punched Hunter at least one time in the back of the head during an argument and then followed Tonya and her son to a barber shop. Lyons threatened her, telling the woman that if he went to jail he was going to come back and kill her. He ended up leading no contest to domestic violence and put on probation. He was supposed to be wearing an ankle monitor and he had also tested positive for drugs. At the time he showed up and killed Tonya Hunter there was already a warrant out for his arrest.

Tonya Hunter was found stabbed to death in her garage Monday after a witness saw Lyons drop Hunter’s four-year-old son off about eight miles from the home. The witness called the police and the little boy told them his mother had been stabbed.

Maurice Lyons was located and arrested later on in the day and is lodged in the Cleveland jail. He has not yet been charged. The little boy was in custody of DFCS until family members can decided who is going to take care of him.

Lyons apparently had quite a record. He served a ten-year stint for carjacking and was arrested several times in Illinois and Missouri between 1989 and 1998.

I’m all for expressing yourself. Hell, my ears have so many damned closed up holes from earrings I don’t even remember how many I used to have. The oldest one is still open, I usually will jam something in there every year or two just to make sure of it. I used to have hair halfway down my back. My son died his hair several different shades of the rainbow until he got into high school as well.

What the fuck? Why would anyone want to walk around looking like a fucking reject from Star Wars? Kind of limits the ability to find a job later in life, dontcha think?

So here’s the deal. 28-year-old Jesse Thornhill of Tulsa, Oklahoma had been having some kind of a problem with his landlord and it turned into an argument this Tuesday that carried out into the front yard.

When the two men reached the roadway Thornhill allegedly hopped in his kicking Ford Windstar van (definitely a chick magnet) and tried to run the woman over with it. Luckily she was able to jump out of the way.

Thornhill was arrested and charged with Assault With a Dangerous Weapon and lodged into the Tulsa County Jail. He’s been released on $10,000 bond.

Domestic Violence is almost always messy but damn, it sure does take the mind off of child murderers and molesters for a few moments and occasionally is good for a laugh such as with this case.

The Mesa, Arizona police were called out Sunday afternoon on a report of a woman throwing something at a car, damaging it.

When officers got to the scene the owner of the car flagged them down and showed them what his girlfriend had done to the car. Both the front windshield and back window had been smashed to smithereens. Turns out she had continuously swung a dog leash into the windows until they broke and he had the pictures on his cell phone to prove it.

When officers knocked on the door 23-year-old Chandra Reed answered the door nude and holding a beer. She told the police that she had been skinny-dipping. They told her to put clothes on before coming outside to be questioned.

Reed appeared to be drunk and was belligerent, calling the officers ‘pigs’ and refused to answer their questions. When they attempted to handcuff her she head butted one of the officers and continued cursing them.

Reed denied damaging the car but the pictures say otherwise. She was arrested on charges of Aggravated Assault and Criminal Damage.

Back on June 30th 29-year-old Robert Edward Tyrell of Villa Rica, Georgia wanted his clothes ironed but being as how that kind of stuff is “woman’s work” he darn sure didn’t want to do it himself and asked his mother to do it (yeah, 29-year-old Robert is still living with his parents).

When asking wouldn’t work Tyrell and his mother started arguing and he told her to iron his clothes. That’s when he pulled out his handgun. Robert took his mother’s keys and cell phone and refused to let his dear old mom leave the house for at least six hours.

At some point Tyrell’s attention must have wavered because his 51-year-old mother managed to slip out of the house and drive to the police station, where she reported what had been going on. Carroll County deputies were sent out to the house where they eventually were able to get the fucktard to surrender.

The lovely couple above with the meth sores are 20-year-old Samantha Tomasini and 38-year-old Patrick Fousek. Both of them are sitting in the pokey now and it’s not for ugliness either.

Fousek walked up to two women outside the Wal-Mart (of course…) in Salinas, California early Wednesday morning and asked them if they wanted to buy his daughter for $25. Initially the ladies thought Fousek was joking but after he persisted and even put his daughter Rose in the arms of one of the women, she called the police.

At that point Patrick ran over to a car nearby, where his baby mama was waiting, and the two of them took off. Luckily the women managed to write down the tag number before they got away.

When police showed up at the apartment where Samantha and Patrick were living they found the family living in a dirty apartment with no food. Oh yeah, and they were high on meth. As if you didn’t see that part coming… According to CPS Tomasini breast-fed the child while she was messed up.

The little girl was taken into custody and both parents arrested for Child Endangerment, Being under the Influence and Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. Fousek has also been charged with violating his probation from a charge in 2006 when he and his twin brother were convicted of running a meth lab. Tomasini has an addition charge of Dissuading a Witness.

It does get slightly better though. Both of the parents are sitting in the Monterey County Jail in segregated cells but Thursday they were still in general population. When the 10p.m. news reported the charges several inmates in the open dorm jumped Fousek and beat his ass. He ended up being taken to the hospital to be treated for cracked ribs. He also has stitches on his lip, a cut on his nose and a swollen right eye. An officer with the sheriff’s department called the attack a “freak of timing”. I call it fortuitous.

Both of them are being held on $25,000 bond and they have a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 9th.

In addition to the violation of probation the two have even more legal history. Fousek has a son as well, who was removed from his home in 2006 after police found the meth lab. He has also done time for domestic violence charges and violating restraining orders involving his ex-wife. Tomasini served three months in 2009 after a 2008 arrest for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Back on June 10th 21-year-old Alexis Milton allegedly walked into his pregnant girlfriend’s home in Savannah, Georgia and ordered everyone in the house to leave. He then forced her to drink bleach or he was going to kill her. Milton then punched her several times and took off.

Milton and his girlfriend already have one child together and she is currently pregnant with their second.

Milton was arrested early Saturday morning in Savannah and charged with Aggravated Assault and False Imprisonment. The Savannah-Chatham Counter Narcotics Team and other members of the Savannah PD participated in the bust.

31-year-old Graydon Smith of Seattle, Washington has been arrested after he beat up his 19-year-old girlfriend and allegedly forced her to sign an illegal contract that would allow him to continue to beat her except around her belly. Because she’s pregnant. With his spawn I would assume. While I am personally not very abortion friendly I do feel that it is a woman’s right to make her own choice and damn if the girl is smart she’ll have one and run like hell.

Back in April the Seattle PD were called to Smith’s mother’s house after his girlfriend Ginger said he threatened to kill one. She told police that he had previously assaulted her and that he was going to continue the abuse because he had made her sign a contract that would permit him to abuse her on any part of her body except her pregnant belly. Law Enforcement was able to contact Smith by phone and he denied having abused her but he did admit to the contract.

I’m not sure why he wasn’t arrested at that point or if she took out any kind of TPO against Smith at that point but police were called again a month later, on May 24th after Smith’s stepfather called them. The stepfather told police that Smith had tried to punch him in the face but only landed a glancing blow. Then Smith allegedly choked his girlfriend for about 10 seconds.

While police were at the house Ginger was able to get out and told officers she had been beaten by Smith. She was bleeding from the face and had a bump on the back of her head. Smith was arrested on charges of Assault and Felony Harassment. He has been lodged in the King County Jail on $100,000 bond. Hopefully Smith will sign the “only fucked in the ass and mouth” contract when he’s convicted.

I get pissed when the kids drink my last Dr. Pepper. Not duct tape pissed but damn. Shawn L. Centeno and his girlfriend apparently feel the same way because the 41-year-old man and his girl got into a shouting match over a soft drink on Tuesday that accelerated way beyond what they most likely thought it would.

After the yelling match Centeno threw the drink at his girlfriend. She decided to take a shower to clean it off and while she was in the bathroom she called her sister to come pick her up.

After the woman came out of the bathroom she attempted to get dressed and Centeno allegedly continues the argument with her. Being fresh out of soda he hit her in the face with a remote control. She tried to leave the room but he pushed her and grabbed a wrench, beating her in the leg with it.

The woman was able to get away and get to her sister’s car. After police got to the home Centeno tried to escape by riding his bike. When he figured out that perhaps a bicycle wasn’t the best escape vehicle for him he ditched it and took off on foot. When Centeno wouldn’t stop Albuquerque police stopped him with their Taser.

Talk about an unlucky day. As Centeno was being cuffed three bags of marijuana, a scale and some cash fell out of his pocket. Following his escape trail they found two more bags of pot in the bed of a pickup truck.

Centeno, who has been arrested for domestic violence eight times since 1996 was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery, False Imprisonment, Possession With Intent to Distribute and Tampering With Evidence.

Back in June of last year 911 was called after someone saw a man an woman go into a port-a-potty together in a construction site in Portsmouth, Massachusetts late at night when the construction site was closed.

When police showed up the couple were back in their car and once police checked their ID they were discovered to be 26-year-old Beck Mackey of Braintree along with her “victim”, a man who already had a restraining order against Mackey due to the fact that she had hit him in the head with a telephone.

The case finally went to court this past week and Mackey was given a suspended sentence for Violating a Restraining Order pending her good behavior over the next two years and Mackey has also been ordered to go to a substance abuse evaluation. She also pleaded guilty to Simple Assault and all but four days of that jail sentence was also suspended.

I can certainly understand wanting to go somewhere to hide to get around the restraining order but damn, I can think of a lot more romantic places than a stinky port-a-potty…

24-year-old Andrew James Foster of Fort Walton Beach, Florida for some reason decided it would be a bright idea to hold his girlfriend captive for a while.

His girlfriend arrived home arrived home from work on January 22nd and as soon as she came in the house her boyfriend, Foster, grabbed her and wouldn’t let her go. At one point he allegedly held her down on the bed from an hour and wouldn’t let her go.

Somehow she was able to convince the moron to let her up so she could take him to Wal-Mart. Judging from the look on his face it may not have been too difficult. When they got to the Wal-Mart he wouldn’t let her out of his sight but she was finally able to tell an associate that she needed help and asked if they would call the police.

Foster took off from the store before Okaloosa County deputies arrived but they finally caught up to him and arrested him on February 12th. Foster is still lodged in the Okaloosa County Jail on charges of Battery and Kidnapping. He is also charged with not paying child support and driving with his license suspended or revoked.

It was a pretty busy weekend for 21-year-old Samuel Deleon and his mother, 41-year-old Dora Perez from Houston. Saturday, with the help of his mother, Samuel kidnapped and assaulted his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend from a parking lot at the Fiesta Mart.

Perez was tentatively meeting with the girl to discuss the two children that Deleon and his girlfriend had together. When the girl approached the SUV Perez was driving Deleon jumped out of the back, beat his girlfriend and then dragged her into the vehicle as it sped off.

Perez dropped the two off at another apartment where Deleon continued the mistreatment until the girl could escape while Deleon took a pee break.

Samuel Deleon is still on the loose but his mother has been arrested and is charged with Aggravated Kidnapping.

It’s unknown if Stanley Mumby beat his mom with the same ugly stick that was used on him as a child. Actually I don’t know why but the 52-year-old Sacramento man was arrested and is being held without bond on charges of Assault and Attempted Murder after he beat his mother with a wooden sword.

Mumby was arrested Saturday morning after he attacked his 83-year-old mother, who is bedridden. She was hospitalized with serious injuries but doctors expect her to survive, unlike her son’s youthful good looks.

In addition to the above Mumby faces charges of Mayhem, Torture, Domestic Violence, Causing Pain to a Dependent Adult and Resisting Arrest. He’s to be arraigned on all the charges tomorrow.

35-year-old Robin Michelle Watkins of Ocoee, Florida could give McGruff a run for his money taking a bite out of crime but instead she decided to bite her mother’s cheek off.

Robin was at her mother’s house Sunday morning, had misplaced her purse and keys and accused her mother of losing them. The two started arguing and as the fight escalated Watkins hit her mother several times with the telephone and threatened to strangle her with the cord. She also bit her on the left cheek taking a chunk of skin out.

Watkins was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery Resulting in Disfigurement, Tampering With a Witness and Simple Battery. She’s currently lodged in the Pinellas County Jail on $35,150 bond.

Anyway, this past Tuesday 45-year-old Nathan Stuckey of Atlanta was arrested earlier this week after he poured boiling water on his girlfriend.

Tuesday afternoon Stuckey held his girlfriend captive and physically assaulted her and then poured boiling water over her chest and groin area.

Stuckey is currently lodged in the Fulton County Jail on charges of Battery, Aggravated Battery and False Imprisonment. He is being held without bond.

While I enjoy a nice alcohol buzz as much as the next guy, getting drunk and having sharp objects around is just not a real good mix. Just ask Wilfredo Baltazar’s wife.

52-year-old Baltazar was at his Tampa, Florida home getting nice and hammered when his soon-to-be ex-wife got home from work. Not being one to waste a good drunk Wilfredo decided to start fighting with his wife. When the argument apparently didn’t go Baltazar’s way he grabbed his machete and started after his wife, who bolted from the home.

When police arrived Baltazar was still at the house and according to the police report the man indicated that he was too drunk to understand English or Spanish. Nevertheless he was arrested for Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon and lodged in the Hillsborough County Jail on $1,000 bond. He was released earlier today on said bond.

Judging from his DUI arrest in 2008 Baltazar must like his booze and I wonder if that is at least part of the reason for he and his wife’s estrangement.

Stephanie Elizabeth Joyce Noircent of Boise, Idaho has been a bad Wiccan. The self-styled so-called pagan got into a lover’s quarrel at the Ponderosa Trailer Park (of course) that ended pretty badly for both of them. After they got finished arguing Stephanie waited until the dude had turned his back and stabbed him with a pocket knife in the lower part of his back.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not making fun of pagans. I’ve been sort of on the outskirts of being a pagan for years, it’s about as close to any kind of spiritual belief as I get. What I don’t recall though is anything in the Wiccan Rede like An Ye Harm None Except to Stab Your Boyfriend in the Back. Hell, maybe I missed that part. Stephanie, who also goes by Night Skye, could probably tell us where that part is.

Anyway, both Stephanie and her friend were treated at the hospital for minor injuries and released and then Noircent was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Domestic Battery and lodged in the Ada County Jail.

Back when I was 16-20 and just pretty much bumming around I spent a lot of nights, weeks and in some cases months on other people’s couches. The thing is, when you are a guest in someone else’s home you have to behave and follow whatever kind of rules they have set in their house. 21-year-old Tashina Reid was living with a friend in Coarsegold, California but she apparently felt that she could do whatever she wanted.

Reid apparently brought a group of people home that the other woman though were shady. Actually she called them crack heads. Tashina Reid didn’t appreciate that very much. As a matter of fact she allegedly attacked the other woman and during the altercation she bit a chunk of flesh out of the woman’s face.

The woman was taken to the hospital where she was treated and released and Tashina was lodged in the Madera County Jail on charges of Felony Mayhem and Battery. Her bail is $100,000 (damn!). Reid insists she acted in self-defense.

I guess it’s better to be pissed off than pissed on, just ask Jeffery Terry’s victim from last Wednesday night.

The 25-year-old Shreveport, Louisiana man came home drunk last Wednesday night/Thursday morning and urinated on a child at the home. When a woman in the house, Kim Hutchins, confronted him about the incident Jeffery punched her.

Terry was lodged in the Shreveport Jail on $1,252 bond on charges of Domestic Abuse Battery as well as Resisting Arrest.

This past Sunday 20-year-old Nicholas Ryan Marks called the police in St. Petersburg claiming that his father’s girlfriend had beat him up and that his grandmother pushed him around.

Poor, poor Nick.That is until police noticed that the grandmother had injuries herself that were consistent with abuse. After interviewing Nicholas, his 83-year-old cancer-stricken grandmother and Nick’s father, police arrested Nicholas Marks and charged him with Aggravated Abuse of an Elderly Person and DUI. He’s currently lodged in the Pinellas County Jail on $5,500 bond.

Nick’s awful behavior seems to have been going on for quite some time, getting worse as he gets older. On his old MySpace page he says,

Im a craazzii boy, I love extreme sports. I have my GED, and Im 17 yrs old. I have brown hair n green eyes. I just got out of boot camp and i work at chick fil-a as a cook. I have a lovely girlfriend whos name is Brittney. My best friend is David, n my kitten’s name is SCARFACE!!!

His newer MySpace profile says that he’s “Comitted to the Lord”. Obviously not the lord of spelling but since Marks has spent so much time in the Pinellas County Jail I guess we have to give him a break for that.

In 2007 Marks was arrested for Loitering and Prowling. 2008, Driving With a Suspended or Revoked License. I don’t know the details of the revoked license, no arrests in Pinellas and I haven’t checked any of the state databases yet. In 2009 he was arrested for DUI, Violating a Driver’s License Restriction and Domestic Battery. His latest charge report can be found here.

According to TBO and the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Marks abused his grandmother by repeatedly screaming vulgar insults at her, repeatedly poked her in the arm, he kept changing the channels on her as she watched TV, he intentionally broke a glass bell just last week after she accidently broke a drinking glass and told her “Now we are even” and he pushed his grandmother after she accidently stepped on his foot last week forcing her to fall back and strike her head on the wall. Just this past Sunday, the day Marks was arrested, after an argument over the TV his grandmother went into another room. Nick followed her, yelling at his grandmother and when she tried to shut the door he pushed it back open cutting her on the arm in the process.

Nicholas Mark’s father told police that he had witnessed the abuse against his mother for the past year but was afraid that if he called the police his son might retaliate against him.

Shame on that spineless bastard and his alleged fucktard son!

In the arrest affidavit police also noted that although Marks is an unemployed piece of crap (not quite in those words though) his grandmother, all 83-years-of-age, works five days a week to support them.

Hopefully the ungrateful little fuck will stay in jail a bit longer this time, although since we are talking about Florida here, I somehow doubt it and will be looking for the news reports soon that the grandmother has died in a bizarre accident.

19-year-old Allison Myrick of Groton, Massachusetts was brutally stabbed to death Saturday night in what police in Shirley are referring to as a domestic violence murder.

The Fitchburg State College student was found slain by police responding to the report of a stabbing. When they arrived they also found Myrick’s ex-boyfriend 19-year-old Robert Gulla. Gulla had stab wounds and was also suffering from what is possibly a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He is currently in critical condition.

Gulla has not been charged with anything but is reportedly a suspect in the murder. Myrick had reportedly broken up with Gulla about a month ago because the two were in an abusive relationship.

Updated 1-27-10 – Robert Gulla has now been charged with Murder in the untimely death of Allison Myrick. It’s really sad that she had taken out a restraining order against Robert last month after he was arrested for Vandalism and Assault and Battery but she decided to visit him the night she was killed.

Gulla lives (bet you didn’t see this coming NOT) in his mother’s basement. I guess maybe Allison thought she would be safe with mom home but when Robert’s mother heard the two arguing she left the house for a few hours. When she came back later that evening she found Allison stabbed to death and Gulla in serious condition.

Gulla is still in the hospital but his condition has been upgraded.

There are very few things I can think of that make it right to hit a woman. Maybe it’s just because I am a guy but I don’t understand women like Zachary Baslington’s girlfriend. The 20-year-old man is on probation for an earlier assault on the same woman and part of that probation is that he is not allowed to come near her, yet the two of them have been living together. The first time you get hit and have the man arrested it’s his fault but when you continue living with him and expect things to be different, that’s called insanity as well as stupidity. It’s doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

Zachary apparently got mad at his girlfriend and dragged her by the hair from their home into the woods and started beating her. The woman managed to connect with 911 before Baslington took the phone away from her and by that time the police were on the way.

Washington County, Oregon deputies arrived and by using a K-9 unit they found the two. Baslington was arrested and charged with Kidnapping, Domestic Menacing, Strangulation, Assault, Interfering With Making a Report and a probation violation. He was lodged into the Washington County Jail on January 15th.

33-Year-Old Jonathan Ivan Bray of Clearwater, Florida allegedly choked his girlfriend until she passed out and then held her captive for two days before a neighbor who heard her crying for help knocked on the door and then called police.

Bray spend this past weekend beating his girlfriend, punching and strangling her. When she would try to get help he would attack her and he took the phone away so that she couldn’t call 911.

By the time police got there and arrested Bray the woman had suffered severe bruising all over her body including two severely black and swollen eyes.

Bray is no stranger to jail. In Pinellas County alone he was arrested five times over the last two years on Domestic Battery charges. In all of them the charges were dropped. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail back in October for violating a Domestic Violence injunction.

Bray is lodged in the Pinellas County Jail and charged with Kidnapping, Tampering With a Witness, Domestic Battery and Domestic Battery By Strangulation. His bond is $100,000

44-year-old Edward M. Henley, a veteran sergeant of 22 years with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, has been arrested and held without bond today following an argument with his wife that turned physical.

According to the accusations Henley and his wife attended a party on Friday night and started arguing with each other on the way home and once they got there it was on. Henley allegedly hit her several times during the fight. His wife called 911 shortly before 1 a.m. this morning and Escambia County deputies showed up. Based on whatever evidence they were able to get at the house along with interviews with the two Henley was arrested and charged.

Florida law says that domestic violence case don’t have to have bond set. Henley has been charged with Battery, Simple Assault and False Imprisonment. He has a bond hearing on Sunday morning where a judge will decide whether or not to grant bail.

19-year-old Quinton Conaway of Spring Hill, Florida went into his grandmother’s bedroom early Thursday morning and woke her up because he wanted to use her cell phone to call a friend (at 4 a.m.). His grandmother, 67-years-old, told Quinton that he couldn’t use the phone and Conaway decided that he wasn’t going to take “no” for an answer.

Quinton started throwing things around her room looking for the phone. At that point the woman grabbed a can of bug spray to defend herself and when Conaway started fighting with her it went off (hopefully in the asshole’s eyes). Good for the grandma. Apparently someone didn’t tell “tough guy” “Q” that it’s not very nice to beat up old ladies. Stupid fucker.

The lady called police who arrested Conaway for Assaulting a Person Over 65. Oh, by the way, he was arrested back in August 2009 for Domestic Battery. Quinton Rashad Conaway is currently lodged in the Hernando County Jail.

Torres, who also lives in the home, got drunk and mad last Tuesday night and got into an argument with his girlfriend, 49-year-old Sylvia Espinoza. When she got tired of his drunk bullshit she locked herself in the bedroom, at which point he doused the door with gasoline and lit it on fire.

Espinoza and the other roommate were able to get the fire out before police arrived and the home only suffered mild smoke and fire damage. When police talked to Torres, whose eyebrows and a hand were burned, he reeked of alcohol and gasoline. Amazingly enough he actually admitted to starting the fire.

Torres is currently lodged without bond in the Gwinnett County Jail.

Police in Panama City Beach arrested 31-year-old Kimberly Kay Pickvet (MySpace) and 19-year-old Eric James Jessie (MySpace) Sunday night after a domestic violence dispute.

There’s just so much wrong with this story I don’t know where to start. Pickvet and Jessie were out getting drunk Sunday and when they returned to the home they share with Jessie’s 37-year-old mother Shanna Farmer, who is pregnant, and another pregnant teenage girl they got into an argument with Farmer.

The yelling and cursing turned into a physical altercation between Pickvet and Jessie and his mother. That’s when the teenager stepped in to try and stop the fight, as she thought they might hurt the pregnant woman. Pickvet and Jessie allegedly threw the girl on the ground and started beating her, hitting her in the head. The police report said that the girl had swelling on her forehead when they arrived.

Both Pickvet, from P.C. Beach and Jessie, from Knoblick, Kentucky have been lodged in the Bay County Jail  and charged with Aggravated Battery.

This past Wednesday Atkinson, otherwise known as “fatcat”, and his wife Jeanette had apparently been arguing with each other and not being one to let his wife have the last word (bad move there Chuck…) he decided to end the argument and head-butted his wife.

At that point their son Kyle jumped into the fray, attempting to help his mother out. Atkinson began hitting him with a broomstick and cut him on the neck and elbow.

Having been ganged up on, Atkinson decided to go for the big guns and pulled out a pair of nunchaku, otherwise known in these parts as nun-chucks. He started out by swinging the nun-chucks at his son but at some point changed his mind and decided that he needed to become the victim in the deal and began hitting himself with the nun-chucks.

When police arrived at the residence and interviewed the household they arrested Charles Atkinson and charged him with Criminal Domestic Violence. He was still lodged in the Clarendon County Jail as of last night.

In addition to the fun and games Atkinson has at home he appears to be a menace to society in Manning as a whole. He’s been stopped for exceeding the speed limit by more than 25 mph four times in just the last month. He was also the driver in an August accident that killed 19-year-old pregnant Nikki Geddings. The woman ended up being airlifted to a hospital in Columbia where the baby was saved. Although Atkinson was speeding at the time of that accident they charged the driver of the truck he hit rather than Fatcat.

Fatcat was also arrested in November for Shoplifting as well as Illegal Possession of a Weapon after he stole a pair of boots. When police arrested him after his excursion at the local Wal-Mart (it could only have happened there…) he was carrying a .25 pistol.

Back in June of this year Atkinson was arrested for Unlawful Carrying of a Pistol and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The drug charge was dismissed due to insufficient evidence but the gun charge is still pending.

Want to know something really scary? Charles Atkinson is a former deputy sheriff. Doh.

27-year-old Donald Earl Fite III pleaded guilty to charges of animal abuse and assault this week for an attack on his girlfriend Sarah Harris and her pet fish back in July

It’s not listed as to when Donny and his girlfriend broke up buck back toward the end of July he decided he wanted to reconcile. She returned to her apartment to find Fite laying on her bed and begging her to get back together with him.

When the girlfriend told him to bugger off he shoved her up against the wall, pulled her hair and threw her against the bathtub. She managed to get out of the apartment before it could get any worse.

The woman came back to her apartment with the cops in tow and when they arrived Fite was gone but they made a grueling discovery. He pet fish, a purple Betta named DeLorean (apparently named after a band Donny belongs too, DeLorean Sunset) was lying on the apartment floor with a knife through it’s fishy little body. There was no hope for poor DeLorean. His watery life had been drained for good.

On a personal note, I think I would have eaten the little bastard. No evidence unless the cops wanna dig through some fishy poo. Nothing like a little butter on a betta…

When officers arrested Fite he admitted to killing the fish and allegedly told police, “If she can’t have me, then she can’t have the fish”

In court Fite’s attorney told the judge that this was a low point in Donald Fite’s life (ya think?) and that he was “absolutely mortified and ashamed about what he did to the fish”. Considering that his MySpace nickname is now “FishKiller Fite” I highly doubt he’s fucking mortified. As a matter of fact he seems to be enjoying his newly found fish fame. For his guilty plea he was sentenced to two years of probation, 80 hours of community service and also has to pay $617 in fines and court costs.

In other related news Harris told the judge that she was planning to get a memorial tattoo of the fish (where does a female get a fishy tattoo BTW?) and wanted Fite to pay for it. She also wanted the judge to order Fite to have no contact with any fish. The judge refused both requests, no doubt laughing manically for the entire evening once court was over.

Don’t think I’m taking the physical abuse lightly. Far from it but a memorial tattoo for a fish?

I think maybe I’ll be having fish sticks for lunch…mmmm goood.
