Penselyn Loyola

24-year-old Penselyn Loyola has been arrested by police in Clarksville, Tennessee and charged with Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect after she told police that she had dropped her one-month-old baby three times during the last month, once down a flight of stairs.

The child was admitted to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee Monday with a fractured skull and ribs as well as bleeding of the brain.

When police were called and questioned Loyola she admitted to dropping the child twice in the shower and once down the stairs. Loyola never sought medical attention for her baby and she didn’t bother to tell her husband about the incidents either.

The baby is listed in unstable condition at the hospital and according to the news story several tests are still pending.

Loyola currently sitting in jail with a $1 million bond.

Kenneth Dewayne Coleman

Monday afternoon 23-year-old Patricia Brewer and 21-year-old Kenneth Dewayne Coleman walked into the emergency room at Children’s Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee carrying Patricia’s two sons, four-year-old Tyreke and three-year-old Donamiche. Both boys were bruised and bleeding and unfortunately the four-year-old was already dead.

According to Chattanooga police both children were whipped with a belt. Had to be a pretty extensive beating to leave one child bleeding and broken and the other one lifeless. Damn.

Kenneth Coleman was arrested Tuesday morning and Brewer was arrested and charged later that afternoon. Both of them are facing charges of Murder, Attempted Murder and two counts of Felony Child Abuse.

Police in Florence, Alabama have arrested a man who they say used his six-year-old son during a scheme to shoplift electronics.

33-year-old Gene Chadwick Beason was seen in the Florence Best Buy by a detective who happened to be there reviewing surveillance video for another case. Beason positioned his son in a way to hide what he happened to be doing, which was to shove electronics inside his shirt.

When he was detained police found two laptops (I am assuming netbooks), a keyboard and a wireless mouse inside his shirt. The items were valued at around $900.

Beason was charged with theft and lodged in the Lauderdale County Jail. He was later released on $1,500 bond. They should have charged the asshole with child endangerment or something along with it.

This story disgusts me to no end.

According to the Evansville, Indiana Police Department 21-year-old Keresa Wilford has been arrested and charged with Child Neglect Causing Serious Injury. Her two-and-a-half year old daughter was admitted to Deaconess Gateway hospital and treated for severe dehydration and malnutrition. The child weighed only 18 pounds when she was admitted to the hospital and doctors say that if she hadn’t been admitted when she was it was likely she would have died.

The baby was unresponsive when she was brought in and one of the nurses initially thought she was deceased.

Wilford has been ordered to have no contact with the child and is currently lodged in the Vanderburgh County Jail. The Vanderburgh County prosecutor also said that they have reason to believe that Wilford had let the baby’s father have contact with the child despite a Georgia court order. It’s only been two months since the baby was released from the hospital from a severe head injury believed to have been inflicted by the father. He was jailed in that case in Fulton County, Georgia and released on $5,000 bond. The baby was in the hospital from October of last year until January 13th.

Wilford’s bond has been set at $50,000.

After setting off fireworks with other family members 23-year-old Xavier Dequan Thomas Sr. took his six-year-old son to the playground in the apartment complex and stabbed him more than 20 times, after which he threw his bloody son over a fence into the woods, leaving him for dead.

Thomas, who had recently been released from a mental hospital, had asked his sister if he could spend some time alone with his son who had been staying with her over the holidays. Thinking nothing about letting the crazy fucker go off alone with his child the family was oblivious to what was going on.

About a half hour after the two had wandered off together the sister walked toward the playground and noticed Xavier Sr walking by himself. When she asked where her nephew was Thomas answered “I gotta go, I gotta go” and took off running. She called 911 and the Sheriff’s office arrived and sent a helicopter up as well.

Before deputies could locate the boy he staggered up to them covered in blood. When asked who had hurt him he responded “My dad. With a knife.”

The little boy was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital where he is listed in serious but stable condition. Thomas was found wandering the streets a short while later and was taken into custody.

Xavier Thomas has been arrested by law enforcement in Florida 13 times with charges to include sale and possession of cocaine as well as other drugs as well as domestic violence battery. According to family members he has been committed into mental health facilities five times but they keep releasing him. Why the fuck they would allow him to be alone with a six-year-old child is just fucking beyond me considering his mental health and criminal history. Perhaps the police should charge whatever numbnuts doctor decided to release him from the nuthouse with attempted murder. That might get their attention.

Julius apparently wasn’t on the program’s list when he showed up Monday afternoon. So did they take him to the office or perhaps try and contact his mom? Fuck no. According to Julius “My name was not on the list and they told me to go.”

WTF?

Julius then walked home the entire mile from the school. At one point a man in a car stopped and tried to tell him how to get home safely. Imagine if it had been some child-murdering pedophile. Not a far stretch from reality considering some of the douchebags we write about here.

Whoever turned Julius away without insuring that he had some sort of adult supervision should be charged with Child Endangerment and fired as well. He’s in Kindergarten for Christ’s sake.

I know this really isn’t a crime story but it should be and I was so outraged when I heard about this that I needed to post it.

Here are a pair of mentally challenged breeders from Florida who hopefully will never procreate again. 25-year-old Justin Satterfield (MySpace) and 24-year-old Brandy Purvis (MySpace) were staying at the Super 8 Motel in Jacksonville, Florida with their 7-month-old child Tuesday night (nothing in the report indicates how long they had been living, errr… staying there.)

Around 3am Wednesday morning Satterfield and Purvis were arguing according to witnesses and one of them grabbed an AK-47 which they just happened to have with them and the two started fighting over the gun, which accidently went off and shot the 7-month-old boy in the arm.

Luckily a guest in the motel provided first-aid while another called 911. The baby was rushed to the hospital where he currently is staying with non-life threatening injuries. When he is released it will be to the Department of Children and Families.

Satterfield and Purvis were charged with Child Abuse and Satterfield was also charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon… didn’t see that one coming did you? They are lodged in the Duval County Jail, Satterfield on $400,000 bond and Purvis is being held on $250,000 bond.

Police in Gadsden, Alabama have arrested Steven Jamar Jackson and charged him with Aggravated Abuse of a Child after he inflicted injuries that doctors say are the equivalent of a stroke victim.

Five-year-old Iyana Spencer is in Children’s Hospital with injuries to the right side of her brain. They expect her to survive but the effects are expected to be extreme.

Jackson called 911 on November 19th after he said that Iyana, his step-daughter, had fallen off the bed and was bleeding and shaking. Iyana was life-flighted to Children’s Hospital and underwent surgery.

Jackson is lodged in the Etowah County Jail on $125,000 bond.

Nichole Hollingsworth aka Evil Godmother

Meet Nichole Hollingsworth aka “Evil Godmother”, this stupid piece of filth has a federal complaint issued against her  for sexually exploiting her 3 year-old goddaughter by sending pornographic pictures of her to a man in Missouri. 

According to the complaint, while the toddler was under the care of the Detroit resident, she was drugged with NyQuil and photographed.  I am so serious if this was my kid they would have to find her fucking body to prosecute her.   Among all the atrocities she put this little girl through, it is also reported she blew pot smoke in her face to get her high.  Are you ready to fuck her up yet?  Come on I know you want to, let’s do it together and since I live in Michigan it could happen for me! 

According to the complaint, dirty whore up there, sent both still pictures and videos to the Missouri man, who is currently sitting his fucking sick ass in jail for violating his probation following a child pornography conviction.  SHOCKING!!  These types of sick motherfuckers can not be fixed… rid the world of them permanently. 

The images were traced back to this stupid fucking cunt (can you feel my hatred for her coming through), when the other fucking pervert’s Blackberry was confiscated earlier this year.  Earlier this year WTF… she probably continued to hurt her after he was arrested, what the hell took so long to get her ass?  I don’t even want to think about it, this poor baby. 

Several messages exchanged between the the two fucking pieces of perverted garbage, indicated a romantic relationship and a desire to kidnap and sexually assault young children together.  Wait… and it still took since earlier this year to get her ass… how fucking much earlier was it?  It is the fucking end of October, how long was this little girl allowed to be used as some sort of sex toy for this bitch while authorities knew?  Are you disgusted yet?  Yeah, well you should be, this is an innocent baby, her and her mother trusted this fucking whore, obviously since she was the CHOSEN godparent.  

I have a 3 year-old daughter and the only image I can see as I type this is her beautiful, sweet innocent face, and it infuriates me.  The trust this woman abused is sickening… I am personally not sure how her mother has not beat the living dog shit out of her yet, but if she needs help I would happily volunteer.  I need to go throw up now.

Meet Noemi “I’m a skank” Ramos, 40, who is facing human trafficking and child abuse charges after deputies say she forced 4 children into servitude, including forcing one to prostitute herself for drugs and money.    What the fuck is wrong with the world today? 

A sheriff’s office investigation revealed that Ramos forced the children to purchase drugs on her behalf, if they refused they were beaten and emotionally abused.  Her choice of items to use while inflicting her physical abuse…. are you ready for it… broomsticks, hangers and in atleast one instance a hammer.  A FUCKING HAMMER… are you kidding me!  She went so far as to urinate on one of the children as a form of punishment as well… further proving she is a nasty fucking bitch! 

According to reports there were periods where the children had no food or were threatened to have food withheld if they misbehaved, sounds like just about anything in this bitch’s eyes was misbehaving.  She used the food money for drugs instead… well that’s just shocking.  She has been ordered to have no contact with the children… well thank the lord for that. 

Nothing in any of the articles or reports state her relationship to the children, as soon as I find out I will update.  All that really matters to em in this case is that some stupid skank thought that children were to be used as slaves and for her personal gain.  Stupid bitch… should rot!

Steven Demink aka Sexual Svengali

Here’s another one coming from my home state, Steve Demink aka “Sexual Svengali” from Redford, MI faces 3 child pornography charges that, if convicted on all of them, could land him in prison for 30 years.

According to the U.S. Attorney, Steve Demink, 41, posed as a father of 14 yr. old girl on a website for single parents and convinced 3 women to sexually assault their children.  WTF???

The mothers were located in Virginia, Florida and Idaho.  The women in Virginia and Florida have been arrested and the one in Idaho has been convicted on sex charges.  Demink used the pseudonym Dalton St. Clair on the website and said he had a doctorate in psychology, offering to help a woman and her 13 yr. old son who was suffering from “mental issues”.  Under the guise of helping mother and son, the mother was instructed to engage her son with cuddling, but then the orders escalated to nudity and eventually assault of the boy.  If the children resisted the abuse, which was photographed and sent or streamed over the internet to Demink, he would placate the children, all of whom were under 18, with promises of present or trips.

Magistrate Judge Majzoub has ordered Demink temporarily detained  and he has been described as a flight risk and danger to children.  You think?

What confuses me here is that 1 let alone more than 1 woman agreed to sexually assault their children, for this man.  I don’t know about anyone else but if some dude I met on line asked me to do anything to my children not only would our conversations end there but I would be promptly contacting the police to report his perverted ass.  It makes you wonder if there was something there before to make it so easy for them to be persuaded to commit such a heinous and unforgivable act against their child, under the guise of “helping” them.

Updated by Captain Obvious 2/28/2011 -This asshat pleaded guilty today in federal court and could get 15 to life in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for June.

Sick Bastard

The sick piece of shit above who looks proud of himself is, Timothy Montgomery, 52, of Evansville, IN.  Sick Bastard, as I like to call him,  has been arrested in a very disturbing case of child molestation.  Authorities say the investigation began after a 7-year-old girl was diagnosed with genital herpes.  WTF… I am truly at a loss for words here!  

Sick Bastard (I’m sorry I can not bring myself to call him by his name) faces 2 molestation charges, and although he’s never been charged in the past, according to police this is not the first time he’s been suspected of child abuse.  

Detectives say the parents of the little girl brought her to Holly House, a place for victims where they can get counseling etc., after she was diagnosed.  According to reports during her interview the little girl told police that Sick Bastard touched her sexually on many occasions at his residence.  So they called the piece of shit in for questioning.  He admitted to molesting the girl ONLY TWICE.  WHAT ONLY TWICE… once is to fucking much you disgusting fucker!  He makes it sound like what’s the big deal it was ONLY twice.  Detectives said “in talking to him, he prided himself on being able to show attention and affection to kids and he was talking about how they really ate that up.”  I seriously could throw up right now, not only does he act like what he did was NO big deal, but he brags about how much the kids like it… really?? I think he’s got that twisted!  

According to the police affidavit, his wife had her daycare shut down in the 90′s because Sick Bastard was suspected of abuse then but was never arrested.  Now that is some bull shit right there, had his sorry fucking ass been locked up then, this little girl’s life would not be forever altered in more than one way.  

The director of Holly House says, child molestation is a growing problem…”people who prey on children prey on more than 1 child.”  He says, “tell children it’s not a secret to keep.”  This poor little girl, not only will she deal with the mental scars from this motherfucker, but the physical ones as well she will deal with what he shared with her for the rest of her life, it is so sickening.  

In my opinion… since his attitude is so nonchalant regarding the damage he inflicted on this innocent little girl… what if we hit him ONLY TWICE with a freakin semi truck or a train.  What’s the big deal?? it would only be twice.

Serial Rapist - Child Molester

Meet Samuel Jillson, a pervert who likes to touch little children and mentally and/or handicapped children.  Nice Guy, huh??   Well guess what he lives near a park, so his hunting grounds are right in his backyard.  Mr. I’m a sick fuck, is reported to have used his Jack Russell to lure the children to his home.  Most recently being a 9-year-old little girl, he lured to his mobile home and then assaulted.  Since his arrest for the assault SEVERAL, yes you read that right,  more people have come forward to say they too were victims of sexual assaults.     

Police say it now appears they’ve had a serial rapist living next to a city park for years.  Pretty freakin scary if you ask me, one can only guess how many people this sick fuck has really had access to.  As of now, there are 4 confirmed victims but police suspect there are more… yeah so do I.     

The grand jury has indicted Jillson, in late July, on 2 counts of rape and 1 count of attempted rape, 2 counts of endangering children and 2 counts of gross sexual imposition.  His bond has been set at $450,000.  According to police the high bond made it easier for the other victims to come forward.  Some charges date back to the 1990′s with varying ages, the youngest being 4-years-old.   OMG… I imagine there are people in that community losing their minds right now!    

Neighbors say the police may not have found out about the incident that started the demise of this sick bastard had a brave little girl not written a note.  One neighbor, who’s porch is a hang out for the kids in the neighborhood, said one night in mid-July a little girl and her mother were on the porch when the child handed her mother a note.  It said in big letters “I didn’t want to do it.”  In shock the mother took it to the police immediately.  That is one brave little girl, give her a medal.  We can only guess the threats and coercion he has used on his victims to keep them quiet all these years.    

Jillson’s wife, who’s preparing for divorce, admitted children were in her house but had no idea what was going on.  She said regarding her husband, “It’s devastating, just devastating.  You don’t even know.”  and “I’m disgusted and pretty upset.  He is pretty much DEAD to me right now.”  Good Girl, I hope she doesn’t suffer any problems because of this piece of scum, she had the misfortune of falling for.  So many woman/men in her same situation either choose to live in denial or spend all their time defending some one they know is an abuser.  So I give her props for publicly, standing against him!

A 20 year-old, Warren, MI,  woman is expected to be charged Wednesday in the death of her 8 month-old son, George Wilburn.

George was on life support for a day after he was taken  to the hospital Monday afternoon with severe injuries, including a fractured skull, brain hemorrhaging, human bite marks fractured ribs and numerous bruises.  Oh My Gawd… what in the fuck is wrong with this bitch?

George’s grandfather said, ” he had bite markes on his back, his left wrist was bruised and he had symmetrical marks on his neck as if someone as big as you or I choked him.”  Before baby George died his father George Wilburn Jr. sobbed as he described how hard it was to see his son on life support, “it hurts me to see my son like that, if I even touch his abdomen area he cries.”  I’m ready to cry right now just thinking about his little beaten and bruised body.. poor baby.  What makes people do this shit?

The baby’s mother was immediately taken into custody, where she confessed to causing the injuries to Baby George.  She faces murder charges, good let her ass rot in prison.  I wish we had the death penalty here in Michigan for cases just like this one.

Reportedly the mother and father shared custody of the baby.  George Jr. had contacted CPS several months ago after he took Baby George to the hospital after noticing bruises on the child’s body.  The CPS agent at the hospital told him to return the child to his mother while an investigation was launched.  Oh hell to the No!!  There is no way in hell I would agree to that.  But CPS did not work fast enough to save his son.  Well that’s just shocking, do they ever anymore? 

The grandfather’s question… “Why didn’t CPS protect him?  They made my son send him home.  I want justice.”  I do too George and I hope like hell you get it. 

I am appalled, I live in Michigan and it makes me sick to know that CPS advised him to take a clearly abused child back to abuser.  The father probably had no choice or he’d have been arrested for kidnapping.  Here you have a father attempting to protect his son and it is being “investigated” until he is killed by his abuser, keep up the good work CPS.   My prayers go out George Wilburn Sr. and Jr. for their loss.  I’m going to follow this one and see what happens.  I can say if they need some sort of justice, I’d be willing to offer my assistance and maybe choke her sorry ass! 

R.I.P. Baby George, your daddy and grandpa loved you that is clear, watch over them and keep them safe!

Eva Flores, 18, was in a Boston court Tuesday, accused of throwing her newborn baby out the window into an alley.  Yes I said just that, she threw her newborn baby out the window, he fell 17 feet to the ground below and was found face down and naked between 2 apartment buildings.

According to prosecutors, she disclosed “after she birthed the baby in the bathtub she opened the window and threw the baby out.”  The baby appeared to be full term and healthy at the time of birth, but that is not the case now.  The baby boy, has multiple brain bleeds and seizures in the brain, his little brain swollen and suffering complications from the fall.  Well hell yes, who wouldn’t.  Eva needs to take a fall from the top of a very tall skyscraper, but that’s just my opinion.  The baby would have died had a neighbor, hearing the baby’s cries, not jumped out his window into the alley space.

Prosecutors say Eva Flores has been in the US illegally from El Salvador for just a few months, and wanted to hide the pregnancy from her mother.  She has since visited the baby in the hospital and named him Angel.  Why was she allowed to visit him, she tossed him out like a sack of garbage she doesn’t deserve to see him. 

She intially did not want to keep the baby… really I would never have guessed that from her tossing him out the FUCKING window!  She has now indicated to the hospital staff and DCFS that she does in fact want to keep the baby.  Well to FUCKING bad, she does not deserve to get him back, what happens to him the next time she doesn’t want him?  Pretty freakin scary thought if you ask me.

Baby Angel is severely injured with massive medical bills.  She has been charged with assault and battery and reckless endangerment of her own child.  Wait a freakin minute here… no attempted murder, why the fuck not?  If the neighbor had not heard his little cries she would have left him there to die.. is that or is that not attempted murder.  WTF!!!!  She is currently not allowed to see him without supervision, and it is unlikely she get to keep him.  If she does that is a travesty to this baby, I doubt he will ever be safe with her, if she can toss him out at birth “healthy” what is she going to do with a baby who will have physical and mental issues for the rest of his life?

Her bail… wanna take a guess… $1500.00!  WTF!!  That is just disgusting, she is here illegally, tries to kill her baby and all she gets is a $1500.00 bail.  BULLSHIT!

I am disgusted and horrified at this whole story, why is she allowed to see him and name him?  She gave up that right the second she opened that window.  Why is her bail so disgustingly low?  DISGUSTING!

Carol Lynn Schnuphase, 47, of Warren, MI told her 12 yr. old son Christopher that he has Leukemia, shaved his head and eyebrows, laced his food with opiates to make him look lethargic and held church fund-raisers that raised more tha $7000 from sympathsizers. 

Carol, I am not even sure what I want to call her, is expected to turn herself in for arraingment Friday and Christopher has been placed in foster care according to the new release from the prosecutor’s office.

Apparently there were people coming forward who said they thought the child was in good health and she was perpetrating fraud.  In the course of the investigation they were able to determine Christopher never had Leukemia. 

Schnuphase held funraisers at St. Thomas Lutheran Church, where she has been a parishoner for more than a decade, and posted entries on Facebook about her son’s illness and his bravery. One entry “Christopher now knows he’s dying.”  WTF.. I say, who even comes up with an idea like this it is deplorable.  She later told relatives he had succumed to the illness.  Family members said they genuinely thought Christopher had Leukemia.

Carol has been charged with 2 counts of accepting money under false pretenses each a 5 yr. felony and 2nd. degree child abuse and 4 yr. felony.

Christopher didnt know he was being used as part of scam.  This is one sick bitch, if you ask me, she convinces her child he is dying for monetary gain.  What the hell else would she have done to him and since she had told the family he had passed, what were her intentions with him?

I am truly disgusted by this story as person from Michigan and a person who’s close family friend just this week was diagnosed with Leukemia.  I can’t imagine what drives a person to do such a thing, there are people in the world who really are dying and need help and this could make people hesitate to help those people.  Let me say this as well, to be able to raise over $7000 from people in Michigan, which if you know anything is one of the hardest hit by this recession, says alot about the people here.  DISGUSTING!  I hope she gets the book thrown at here.

God Bless Christopher, he is going to need some serious therapy to work through this, thinking you’re dying at 12 yrs. old only to be told, “oh no your Mom just wanted some money.”  WTF!!! WTF!!!

Lauren Michell Sutherland, 20, of Roanoke Rapids, NC was arrested Tuesday on child neglect charges after authorities found two boys locked in a room filled with feces, according to police.

Lauren has been charged with two counts of contirbuting to the delinquency of a minor and is being held on a $5000 bond.

Roanoke Rapids officers received a tip about child neglect and found two boys ages 3 and 5 locked in a room in Sutherland’s apartment.  Fecal matter was on the floor and walls of the room.  YUK!!

Police Chief Bondarek said, “The entire residence was covered in filth.  The conditions were abhorrent.”

Social Services was called to assist with the investigation.  They are looking into Sutherland’s history to determine how long the neglect had been going on.  Bondarek said, “Her behavior in this particular incident… is not an isolated incident.”  Makes me wonder why she was not charged with neglect as well???

Her family members were at the apartment Wednesday and said it was clean of fecal matter and that she was innocent.  Ok so the police made it up… obviously some one was concerned since they were responding to a “tip” about child abuse. 

The boys are being cared for by Sutherland’s family.  Is this a good idea? These are the same people defending her.

Aiyden Davis, 2 yrs. old

Look at the beatiful little boy above, what could he do to deserve to be beaten to death… well he kept messing up his ABC.    Aiyden Davis, 2, was found strangled and beaten to death, his mother Theresa Davis, 27 and her “abusive” boyfriend Reginald Williams, 31, have now been charged in his death.  

Two year old Aiyden, who would have turned 3 this month was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital, his little body covered in old and new bruises.  According to police Davis, left her son in the care of her boyfriend while she was at work.  Pamela Davis, Theresa’s aunt and Aiyden’s regualr care giver, called 3x to check on things and make sure Aiyden was ok, by the 2nd call at 6:45 p.m., Williams told her he had spanked Aiyden and put him in the corner for “messing up his ABCs”.  WTF, he’s 2 yrs. old… I would have went over there then and put my foot in his ass, then but that’s just me.  When she called 2 hours later at 8:45 p.m., Williams said, “I’m sorry, P., I’m so sorry” but gave no reason for the apology.  Pamela reached out to her niece at work, but she brushed off her concerns and said everything was fine.  Aiyden was breathing but “not responsive” at 9:50 p.m., when Williams called 911 asking for help, when EMS arrived Aiyden was throwing up.  

TIME LINE:  

6:45 PM – Aunt Pamela calls and Aiyden has been spanked and put in the corner.  

8:45 PM – Aunt Pamela calls again and Williams apologizes for reasons unknown at the time.  

9:50 PM – 911 is called for an unresponsive child.  

10:38 PM – Aiyden is pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital  

4 hours between the 2nd check call and the hosptial, that is all it took to end his life.  A baby, an angel, a gift from god,  gone in 4 hours time.  

According to Aunt Pamela, Aiyden had told her “Reggie hit me and mama.”  When she question Aiyden’s mother, she said “no, no, everything is fine.”  

Williams admitted in a video tapped and written confession that he struck and body slammed Aiyden until his OWN hands hurt.  What kind of evil monster must this poor excuse for a human being be?  How could he do that, I can barely even type this, I am sick about it.  This poor baby, was left with a man rumored to be violent and abusive, and he was punished so severly for NOT knowing his ABCs, beaten so intensely the abuser hurt himself…. imagine that, if you can stomach the image.  Williams told prosecutors he had beat the child various times between Sept. 13 and Fri. Sept. 24, the day he died.  I’m sure his mother had NO idea this was going on… yeah Fucking right!   

Williams was charged with murder and manslaughter, and being held without bond.  I hope he rots there, Fucking piece of shit!  Theresa Davis, is charged with assault, weapons possession and endangering the welfare of a child.  If she had a weapon in the house why not use it on this Fucker… she probably LOVED him…. blah blah blah.  She’s being held on $150,000 bond.  

Poor baby Aiyden, died from blunt force injuries to the head and torso and internal bleeding.  One article stated he had lacerated liver, possibly caused from a belt.  I had a lacerated liver from a car seatbelt the  pain was unbearable, nothing and I mean nothing took the pain away,  I can not imagine being 2 yrs. old and dealing with that, as an adult I cried and cried.  

I HATE these 2 assholes with a passion, no one will ever change my opinion of the mother.  It appears the Aunt cared more about him than his mother did.

That steaming stack of shit you see up there is David Dalton of Madeira, OH and he likes to take his frustrations out on 2 yr. old little boys.  He is a living breathing coward and waste of oxygen right here on earth.    

David’s story starts Thursday, Sept. 16, when his nephew Zachary Prather came over to visit and play with his cousins.  Well as it happens everyday, bedtime rolled around and well Zachary, that lil’ booger, he would not go to sleep, he was probably wound up from playing all day was just not ready for the day to end. Davyboy’s solution to the problem,  grab the child’s arm several times until he heard and felt it “pop.”  I can see his reasoning here… I will dislocate the lil’ guys elbow and he’ll cry himself to sleep.. problem solved.  What a fucking asshole.    Well it appears Zachary’s aunt, his mother’s sister, questioned the injury the next day and he informed her Zachary must have slept on it wrong.  Well Duh, of course he did,  I know my 3 yr. old dislocates her elbow regularly by sleeping wrong.  Seems David (I’m a loser) Dalton and the wife got into a fight and what does this tough guy do to vent his frustrations over the spat with his wife?  Well what any of us would do… he takes his 2 yr. old nephew into the bathroom fills the the the bathtub with scalding HOT water and stuck lil’ Zachary’s right foot in, holding it there for brief period of time against the lil’ guys will.  Are you ready to hold his face down in scalding water yet?  He wasn’t done, instead of seeking treatment for his nephew, he peeled the burned skin off his foot and attmepted to treat the injury himself.   No medical treatment was sought for this poor baby until Sunday.  How many days is that 4 days with a dislocated elbow and 3 days with his right foot scalded, imagine the pain this poor baby was in and probably scared to death to cry or whine for fear of what else this fucking monster may do to him.   

When he was FINALLY taken to the E.R. for treatment the doctors reported to police they were treating a child with injuries, including a burned foot and possibly a broken arm.  The officials then contacted Zachary’s parents.   

According to the hospital Zachary suffered 3rd degree burns on the top of his foot and ankle and 2nd degree burns on the bottom of his foot.  These injuries will require specialized treatment.  Doctors inerted 3 pins into his elbow and noted he suffered bruises on his back and side, as well as cuts on his lip and above his right eye.  Oh My God, what the hell is wrong with this dude, he has children of his own as well, scary to think what they may go through.   

Zachary’s mother ,Terra Turner, was devesated to learn her son had suffered abuse at the hand of a family member.  I bet she was, if I was Zachary’s mom, Davyboy would not have to worry about the police and the courts, but instead what will happen when I got ahold of him.  So my props go out to Terra for not ending up in jail next to her brother-in-law and remaining composed, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt I would NOT have.  

Dalton reportedly confessed  to doing everything and has a bond set at $100,000.  His 2 children have been removed from the home and have been placed with family.  The Grand Jury is set for Sept. 29.    

Doctors are not sure when Zachary will be released from the hospital.   

God Bless… Zachary!  He was punished for being a baby and then took the punishment for someone else.

Now ask ask yourself… how does someone accused of beating a child to death not only go free without bond, but also leave the state?

That is exactly the case of the Monster above Melissa Bazilia.  Her son Brett Dillion Jr., died of head trauma just short of his 2nd birthday.  The egg donor is one of two people charged with murder in his death.  But now not only has a Tucson judge set her free without bond pending trial, he gave her permission to leave the state.  WHAT THE HELL???

The 911 call came in on Brett, late in July 2009, the claim…. (yep, you guessed it) he fell in the bathtub and hit his head.  He died 2 days later, soon Tucson police decided his death was NOT an accident, but child abuse, and murder. 

Melissa Bazilia, 20 and her boyfriend Ryan Sullivan, 32, were both arrested at the time and have been in jail (where they should ROT) waiting for trial for more than a year.  Their bond a cool… half million!

This week Judge Howard Fell agreed to let the female monster of the pair out of jail until her trial starts in February 2011, no bond just a promise to live with her father in Wisconsin. 

For Brett Dillion Sr. this just adds insult to injury.  When asked what he thought of her situation, he had this to say, ” I feel she should feel the same things he’s feeling right now.  Her being in jail right now is basically the same situation.  He’s not able to live free in the world and I don’t think she should either.”  Right on Brett… I could not agree more!

Bazilia’s attorney explained that she asked for her release when the prosecutors asked to push back the trial.  The delay was due to Sullivan’s attorneys addition of a new witness, that the prosecution needed to research.  Blah, Blah, Blah…  The Public Defender said the delay led to so many scheduling conflicts the trial slipped from this month to February.  That would lead to another 6 months in jail for Bazilia.  Well Boo-Fucking-Hoo for her!  So the judge, against the prosecutions objections and concerns Bazilia may be a flight risk, ordered her released anyway.  Way to go judge!

Her attorney says while she is with her father in Wisconsin, she will be required to check in several times a week, but will have no ankle bracelet or home visits from Wisconsin authorities.  What a freakin Joke… is this for real?  Now the court, the community and especially Brett Dillion Sr., can only hope she will keep her word and volunitarily come back to Arizona to face the charges that could (and hopefully will) put her in prison for a long time.

The face you see staring back at you up there is one of pure evil.  Yolanda  Jones, 35, dropped off the dead body of a 5 yr. old boy she is accused of beating to death at Midwest Regional Center before going into labor with her sixth child.  She has been charged with 2 counts of 1st degree murder and is custody at Lake County Jail with a bond of $3 million.

At 3:27 pm on Sept. 6, Jones -  the described “caregiver” of the child brought the 5 yr. old boy into the hospital.   He was pronounced dead on arrival and had been dead for “many hours” before arriving at the hospital.    As she dropped of the dead body of the child, she was in the late stages of her pregnancy and was going into contractions, a rescue squad took her to another hospital and she gave birth the same day.  The child identified as Tommy Davis III, was the son of Jones’ boyfriend and father of 3 of her six children, including the newborn.

Tommy was found with extensive and visible bruising from the top of his head to his knees, with recent bleeding from his nose and ears.  The autopsy revealed he died from blunt force trauma to the head and brain and the incident is classified as “non-accidental.”  Jones told the hospital that the child fell on a parking block while running in the parking lot of the Sheridan Motel,  where they had been living.  Surveillance video of the parking lot only showed footage of Jones leaving the motel holding the limp body of the boy.

The investigation was initally delayed because detectives could not immeditaley interview Jones due to her medical condition after delivering the baby.  when she was released from the hospital she told the detectives that the boy had wet his bed and she “snapped” beating Tommy over a 2 day period , hitting him with a belt and banging his head off the bathub and floor.  Detectives also interviewed older children involved with apparently rehearsed inital accounts of the incident. 

Illinois DCFS had a previous case invloving Jones, all 6 of her children are in the care of the state.

What kind of monster can repeatedly beat a child for an accident and wetting the bed is an accident.  Where was this little boys father while this was going on?  It is scary to think what she may have done with his little body had there not been other children in the room, she is clearly capable of pure evil.  I can not imagine repeatedly bashing a 5 yr. olds head into the floor or bathtub for wetting the bed.  I am sick over this I have a 3 yr. old potty training at this very moment and trust me I do not enjoy cleaning pee soaked panties, pants, socks and shoes day after day but she doesn’t do it on purpose, and as a civilized person I know that.  This woman does NOT deserve th title “mother” she has no idea what it means and she has 6 children… 6 children, what have they been through?

Tulsa Police have arrested 23 yr. old Janette Mickelboro in the homicide of her infant son Hunter, 3 mos.

Hunter was pronounced dead after his father discovered him in his bassinet, not breathing.  Janette told police she had tied a receiving blanket around his face to hold his pacifier in place (WTF) then put him in a “bouncy” seat” on the morning of August 20.  When she checked on the baby several hours later (WTF x2), she discovered him to be “cold and stiff.”   She then untied and removed the blanket, took him from the bouncy seat and placed him in his bassinet where his father found him later.  I supposed it never occured to her to:

 1. hold her son and help him with the pacifer.

2. check on her infant atleast once in a “several” hour period.

3. call 911 when she found him “cold and stiff.”

Janette has been arrested on first degree murder and is being held on bond of $250,000, according to the arrest report.

As a mother, I have to say WTF, who does this shit?  What in the hell made this woman think wrapping a receiving blanket around an infant’s head was the solution to keeping his pacifier in place and then “several” hours later she finds him deceased.  What the hell was she doing for those several hours, my goodness, I could barely put my kids down at that age, shit they can barely escape my hugs and kisses now at 3 and 6.

WARNER ROBINS, GA – Sade Shamon King, 23, and William Thomas Davis III, 25, are charged with felony murder and cruelty to children in the death of their son D’Shawn Davis,2, according to the Houston County Sherriff .  The sheriff said “it really turned my stomach the way the child had been treated”, he called the news conferenceTuesday, to highlight the seriousness of the case, showing photographs of the emaciated body of the boy, under the condition the photos would not be duplicated or published.

D’Shawn weighed only 12 lbs. and 6 ozs. at the time of his death and his rectum showed signs of having been left in his own urine and feces.  The boy’s body has been decribed as not more than a skeleton, this poor baby my heart breaks for him.  The autospy ruled the cause of death malnutriton, bet they didn’t miss a meal though.. MONSTERS.

Davis called 911 on Saturday and reported the child was not breathing, arriving Houston Healthcare workers found the body of D’Shawn on the floor of the mother’s bedroom.  Why the parents, who are not married but are the biological parents, neglected the boy is not known yet.  Davis told authorities that he was away during the day often working 12 hr. shifts and had not noticed the boy deteriorating conditon.  Yeah right, I believe that would be impossible, a 2 yr old who barely weighs more than some newborns, try again daddy!

Mommy dearest had isolated the boy, relatives indicated it had been weeks since they had seen him and he had not received any medical care for 10 months prior to his death.  Every minute I spend typing this makes me want to freakin beat these 2 senseless,I am so ill right now.  A 5 yr. old female sibling, who only lived in the home for 6 weeks, is now staying with a grandmother.  No information has been released as to why she did not previously reside in the home. 

Nearly 3 yrs. ago Houston County Sheriff’s office investigated the death of 2 mo. old K’Ron Jarrell Davis, the son of the same couple.  Do we see a pattern here???  The infant died Oct. 25, 2007, the autopsy found that the baby died from “sudden unexplained infant death associated bed sharing”  the baby was sleeping with the mother.  The manner of death has been listed as “undetermined.”   Unless other information comes to light, investigators believe that death to be an accident.

The couple could face life in prison on the felony murder charge, and it was to early to determine whether the death penalty would be sought.

King and Davis showed NO emotion when arrested Monday night and both are being held without bond at the Houston County Jail.  Does this shock you?? They are cold hearted evil wastes of oxygen.

This poor baby we can only imagine what it was like for him to die this way, we all know how we feel just to be a little hungry, but to die of starvation and have the people who were supposed to care and love you be responsible.  He wasn’t old enough to even tell anyone what was happening even if the monster who calls herself his mother had let him see family members.  I need to go cry now!!

Meth face up there is Samantha Jackson a 23 yr, old mother of 3, from Auburn, CA  who was busy shooting Meth while her her young children were unsupervised and living in filth.  An anonymous caller on Saturday told deputies that while her children played outside Jackson was in her apartment shooting drugs.  Once inside the apartment they saw “extremely dirty” conditions, that included a floor covered in old food, clothes and garbage.  A 4 mo. old girl was found strapped in a car seat in front of a television, her crib was full of garbage, clothes and a lawn chair.  Her other 2 children are a 2 yr. old girl and a malnourished 4 yr. old son, who has been hospitalized for sores on his legs.

Along with 2 men the deputies, found in Jackson’s room a kit containing syringes and spoon that had meth residue on it.  Jackson has been arrest on felony child abuse, felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic needle, said Dena Erwin spokeswoman for the Placer County Sheriff’s Office.  The 3 children were placed in foster care by Social Workers and the Lovely Ms. Jackson sits in Placer County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

“The anonymous caller who reported this situation is a true hero,” said Lt. Jeff Ausnow.  “Their actions may have save the lives of these small children, I would engourage more people to get involved and do the right thing.”

Now ladies if you don’t want to have or take care of your kids and your first love is drugs, then give them up to people who will love them and/or use protection.

The P.O.S. up there aka “Kenneth Skinner” has a history of abuse on his girlfriend and children… well that abuse resulted in the death of his 7 month old son Triumph Skinner over the weekend.  The death was ruled as a homicide by the Orange-Osceola Medical Examiner based on a preliminary autopsy, but no results were released because the case remains under investigation.  Judge Kenneth Barlow stated Tuesday, “I find probable cause for first degree murder and the bond is set at NONE”  way to go Judge Barlow, I could kiss you!!!

Skinner 30, was arrested on 1 count of aggravated child abuse, but now faces a first-degree murder charge, during the hearing he stood in front of the judge with his hand over his face.  Funny he was man enough to beat his infant son but NOT man enough to look the judge in the face… FUCKING COWARD!

Triumph, was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital, where doctors discovered a perforated bowel, a severly fractured skull and numerous fractured ribs which were in various stages of healing.  Are you pissed yet? well I am not done!  The poor lil guy was rushed into surgery but died.

During an interview with the mother she intially said she was in the bathroom getting ready for work when the baby fell from his bed and hit his head on something.  She later changed her story and stated Skinner, her boyfriend and father of her 2 children – a 7 yr. old girl and Triumph was caring for the children while she was at work.

The problems started Saturday evening when the mother arrived home from work she stated Triumph was very “lethergic and moaning” and when she tried to feed him he threw up, and Skinner had told her, he “roughed” him up.  WAIT! WHAT… he roughed him up, and he was still standing there breathing after making that comment… not if it was my kid.  Oh and the baby was NOT taken to the hospital at that very momment, instead everyone went to bed and mom went to work at 7 am the next day.  At around 11am the P.O.S. called mom and told her she needed to come home immediately because he he had “hurt” the baby on accident,  really???  When she arrived home the baby was on the bed not breathing and Skinner had said he “slammed” the lil guys head against the couch, and that is an “accident” how???

P.O.S. told his 7 yr old daughter to tell the police he was not at home and she was asleep when lil Triumph was injured… COWARD, COWARD, COWARD, and oh yeah he also asked the girlfriend to lie as well, instead of knocking his freakin teeth out she tells him to leave and she will call 911… excuse me! WTF?  Mom’s excuse she was abused by him in the past and was afraid of him, apparently she had bruises on her face and neck.  Now I don’t know how anyone else feels but if I want to stay and take a beating from you then that’s my business but you hurt my kids and we have a real problem, I can not wrap my mind around that.  Here she has the opportunity to protect herself and her kids and she covers for him, I don’t understand it.

Skinner, of course, denied knowing his child was hurt and went on to say he came home drunk Friday and stepped on his son and “could” have caused the injuries.  He had NO idea how the baby’s skull was got fractured, but he regularly tosses the baby in the air and dropped him on accident once and that may have caused the skull fracture and rib fractures.

The family has been under DCF’s radar for some years, there was a report of child abuse in 2004.  In that case Skinner told deputies he has used a belt on his then 2 yr old daughter and plead guilty to child abuse, a 3rd degree felony.

The 7 yr old child has been placed in foster care.

This poor baby was failed in so many ways and never had a chance with monster like that for a father.  Why, Why, Why?

 Triumph’s mother Michelle Marie Ford has been arrested and charged with child neglect.  She is being held without bond in the Orange County Jail.

Their 7 yr. old daughter now identified as Brittany Ford, was interviewed by Florida DCF where she told them that she is afraid of “daddy, he “scares” her.  She also told them the Skinner will choke her baby brother until he “can’t breath” when he cries everyday.  Brittany told DCF, “Daddy doesn’t understand that Triumph is just a baby.”  Sounds like Brittany is smarter than both her parents combined and a very brave little girl.  Good Girl Brittany!

The tear streaked face above is that of Jessica Gamble who is defintely NOT the mother of the year.  The 21 year old is accused of forcing her 2 yr. old (yes that is what I said 2 yrs. old) to smoke marijuana.  Jessica is being held at the Hamilton County jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond and she faces 1 count of corrupting another with drugs.

Mommy dearest apparently forced the baby to smoke the drug on June 12th and video taped it with her cell phone… umm, stupid much???  Well the video made it into the hands of the Hamilton County Dept. of Job & Family Services, who then turned it over to the police.

The prosecutor’s office stated in a news release, ” It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching a 2-year-old child how to smoke a joint, there are just some people who should never have children.”  Well you got that right!

The baby has been placed with another relative while a caseworker investigates.  A second person may also be charged.  Now ask yourself is it not bad enough that the baby’s “mother” doesn’t have enough sense to NOT do this but that there was yet another individual there that thought it was a good idea as well…. WTF!

Police in Liberty County, Georgia have arrested 29-year-old Christian Ballard and charged him with Cruelty to a Child.

Monday morning 911 was called and officers found a toddler unresponsive with serious head injuries. The child was taken to Memorial University Medical Center and had immediate surgery to relieve the pressure on his brain. The little boy is now in critical but apparently stable condition.

During questioning Ballard admitted to having dropped the child on his head, supposedly by accident. The boy’s mother was at work and Ballard was watching the child at the time. He is the boyfriend of the boy’s aunt. Both Ballard and the aunt live with the mother and child.

Child Support arrests and related domestic bullshit aren’t something I write about very often here but I came across this story over at WSB this evening and it struck a chord with me. See, I have a large amount of single mothers who work for me and dealing with this crap is unfortunately part of my daily life. I abhor deadbeat dads. Ideally I like seeing a “complete” family but let’s face it, some assholes just shouldn’t be around their children, at least without proper supervision. That certainly doesn’t mean they need to shirk responsibility. If you are willing to blow your load you had better be willing to deal with the responsibilities that may come out of that act.

44-year-old Tyler Craig, a comedian who has performed on BET’s Comic View, was arrested in Atlanta on a child support warrant Wednesday. Craig owes $13,032 in back child support that he hasn’t been paying, so fuck you Tyler Craig and all the other douchebag dads (and moms) that are out there not taking care of their children.

Yet another unfortunate story of a mother who desperately felt the need to keep her penis overweighed that of the safety of her child.

22-year-old Gabrielle Silcott of Weatherford Oklahoma allowed her 22-month old daughter to be brutally tortured by her boyfriend, 28-year-old Jason Ferguson (Facebook), for at least the last three weeks. The toddler was bleeding from the brain and has bruising from head to toe.

Early Friday morning it got to the point where the child stopped breathing and Ferguson had to stop beating the kid long enough to perform CPR on the child. That’s what finally got Silcott’s attention. She called her family and asked for help and they in turn called the police.

When officers arrive Gabrielle answered the door and told them “He’s in there. Get him.” Ferguson was found hiding in the little girl’s closet. Ferguson has been charged with several different abuse charges and lodged in jail.

After questioning Gabrielle Silcott, who told police that she allowed the beating to continue because she didn’t want her boyfriend to leave, they arrested her as well. Back on July 18th she posted to Facebook from her cell phone ‘Just sittin here watching george lopez an cuddlin with the great bf.’ Great boyfriend. Right. Was that during a break in the beatings?

Both of these mouth breathers are currently lodged in the Custer County jail.

Back in April of 2009 police in Washington began an investigation into a juvenile runaway from Seattle who was posting ads that said she was a prostitute. She was located as well as another girl.

Turns out that U.S. Army Sergeant Sterling Terrance Hospedales of Florida set her up in his apartment so that she could work for him as a prostitute and he flew in another girl from Wyoming so she would do the same. Guess he wasn’t counting on that army pension being enough for him.

When Hospedales was arrested leaving his apartment he was carrying an envelope with $882 and a birth certificate which belonged to one of the girls.

Sterling has pleaded guilty to Sex Trafficking of a Child and Attempted Sex Trafficking of a Child. Prosecutors agreed to seek a sentence of 10-15 years in exchange for his plea but it’s possible he could get life. The Army is also dishonorably discharging this filth.

25-year-old John McNeal of Pooler, Georgia is currently behind bars in the Chatham County Jail charged with Aggravated Battery and Cruelty to Children. He was indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday.

Back on the 21st of May EMTs responded to McNeal’s apartment when his eight-month-old son was reportedly unresponsive. The child was taken to Memorial University Hospital in Savannah where doctors treated him. It became apparent that the baby’s injuries were consistent with being shaken and they contacted the police on June 5th.

According to police the baby wouldn’t stop crying so McNeal lost it and started shaking the infant. Doctors say that the injuries to the child are very substantial and can be permanent. The baby is blind, most likely permanently, because this piece of crap wanted to stop him from crying.

They also say that they found dried blood on the brain which means that this wasn’t the first time he had been abused.

25-year-old Jason Narvaez of Las Cruces, New Mexico was babysitting his girlfriend’s two-year-old son Thursday night while the mother was at work. Around 3:30 Friday morning police were called to Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces where the boy was being treated for a head injury. Shortly afterward he was airlifted to El Paso.

According to police Narvaez got angry at some point while he was watching the boy, picked him up and threw him down the hallway. All because the kid wouldn’t allow himself to be dressed.

It was the mother who called 911 after she got home from work. Narvaez never sought any type of medical attention after he hurt the kid, who is listed in stable condition at University Medical Center in El Paso.

Narvaez is lodged in the Doña Ana County Jail on $25,000 bond on charges of Intentional Child Abuse Resulting in Great Bodily Harm. The asshole has a short record which includes a DUI conviction last year.

Back in April 22-year-old Nichole Turner of Austin, Texas called 911 to report her boyfriend’s five-year-old son was missing. Julian Salazar Soliz’s body was found later that day in a grassy area in Wells Branch, about a mile from his home, beaten to death.

According to the medical examiner Julian had at least 59 bruises covering his body and bleeding on his brain. He died from blunt force trauma to the abdomen.

When questioned Turner admitted to beating Julian with a belt and said she may have hit him in the stomach and head. She also told detectives she had lost control. Turner had been taking care of Julian and his siblings while their father Julian Soliz was in jail for violating his probation.

Turner was finally arrested and charged last Friday. She was arrested for Injury to a Child and lodged in the Travis County Jail on $100,000 bond. She was released later that same night. Two other children in the home have been removed since the murder and placed with CPS.

I just came across this story earlier today and am not familiar with the circumstances but just on the face of things I’m still not clear why they didn’t at least charge her with manslaughter at the very least.

12-year-old Jay’Tavious Mahone spent a week at his sister Sabrina’s apartment in College Park, Georgia as part of his summer vacation. Sabrina Powell and her boyfriend Omar Pitts were supposed to be caring for Sabrina’s little brother last week and he would have returned home to his mother this past Thursday. Jay’Tavious will never be coming home now thanks to this pair of cretins.

Powell and Pitts were allegedly angry because Jay’Tavious was swearing and using sexual language. As punishment the two asshats forced the boy to stand outside holding a paint can from 10a.m. until noon last Wednesday. Keep in mind that for the last week or so it’s been in the frigging 90s down here. When I went to bed last night at 11 it was still 80 degrees so even at 10am standing in one place holding a paint can would be unbearable.

At some point during the “punishment” Powell left for work and left Jay’Tavious in the care of boyfriend Omar Pitts. I guess we all know where this is headed next.

A neighbor caught what happened next on their cell phone video. Why they allowed it to continue I have no fucking clue but they did call 911 3:40pm reporting the boy had collapsed from heat stroke. According to the police the video shows Pitts repeatedly kicking Mahone in the head after he collapsed from exhaustion in the heat. Mahone was taken to the hospital where he died from blunt force trauma.

Both Pitts and Powell have been arrested and charged with Homicide and Cruelty to Children. Jay’Tavious and Sabrina’s mother now is taking care of Sabrina’s three children.

Too bad we can’t force Pitts and Powell to hold paint cans in their outstretched arms in the summer heat while we beat them about the heads with 2x4s. Oh, and to the person who took the cell phone video but couldn’t be bothered to call the police, FUCK YOU, you are almost as bad as the two who perpetrated the vile death upon this child.

Back in July of last year 41-year-old Tammy Denise Truitt of Carrollton, Georgia was babysitting four children including a 9-month-old child while their mom drove to Atlanta for a family emergency. When the kid’s grandmother arrived to pick the children up she found the baby unresponsive. He was immediately taken to the hospital where blood tests revealed an alcohol level of .33, well over the legal limit for adults.

The child ended up being treated in the hospital in Carrollton and was transferred to Atlanta before he was sent home with a clean bill of health.

Tammy ended up admitting to giving the baby wine in his sippy cup in order to get him to sleep and was arrested on charges of aggravated battery. She ended up pleading guilty recently to the charges. Truitt was sentenced to eight years in prison for her stupidity.

It’s pretty rare for someone to actually be featured here more than once. I can only think of one person off the top of my head (aside from MAJOR crime stories) and now dumbass Gordon Kent Nelson gets to join that rare breed of assholes who get written about more than one time.

A couple of folks clued me in to this information earlier today via email as well as in the comments on the original story from back at the beginning of May. At that point in time Nelson had been charged with misdemeanor Battery for biting two different children. Yes, biting.

So what’s Nelson done this time around? Apparently Nelson ran into one of the little girls he had bitten along with her family, in the checkout line at the Wal-Mart in Alpharetta, Georgia.

After the family exited the Wal-Mart and attempted to leave Nelson followed them in his car and started blowing kisses. Nelson and the father started arguing and Nelson beat feet when the father told him they were calling the cops.

Part of Nelson’s bond from May was that he have no contact with either of the victims or their families so this time the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office has arrested him and charged him with Stalking, which is a felony. He’s currently lodged in the Forsyth County Jail waiting for a bond hearing.

Meet 29-year-old Michael A. Garris. Michael is an eligible bachelor from Vincennes, Indiana who likes long walks in the park, generally looking like a cry baby and enjoys babysitting children, Ladies, if you pick Michael you’ll not only get a douchebag penis to watch your kids but you won’t even have to supply them with food when you callously leave your children with him with no regard to their safety. He’ll just make them eat their own vomit, free of charge!

Michael Garris was watching his girlfriend’s four-year-old son while she was out someplace else and allegedly prepared the boy something to eat. The kid apparently didn’t like it very much and after Garris forced him to eat it, threw up on his plate. Damn, that must have been some nasty shit for the kid to actually throw up. Anyway, Garris wasn’t very happy with his reaction and for the kid to eat his own vomit, then hit the child several times just to make his point.

When the little boy’s father picked his son up later in the day he noticed the bruising on his son’s backside and called the police.

Michael Garris was arrested on June 9th and charged with Battery. He’s lodged in the Knox County Jail.

Police in Greenwood, Indiana were called to an apartment complex last week after neighbors called to reports 23-year-old Kayla Neighbors screaming about dropping her baby. Right after the first call police received another 911 call reporting that the woman had thrown her daughter down on the concrete.

According to the police report several of Neighbor’s neighbors responded to her screams and once they figured out the baby was OK they handed the child back to Kayla, which is when she got a “cracked-out” look on her face and slammed the child head-first onto the pavement. The probable cause statement reports several of the witnesses hearing the horrendous sound of her head hitting the concrete.

Aryana Neighbors was rushed to the hospital with a skull fracture. She was released from the hospital last Saturday and is doing fine, living with her grandparents. Neighbors, who admitted to using meth right before the incident, was charged with battery and is lodged in the Johnson County Jail. Oh, by the way, this piece of crap meth head is six-months pregnant.

Yet another asshat from my side of the country, 39-year-old Jeffery Deon Hickson of Augusta, Georgia was arrested last Wednesday night after he allegedly forced his 9-year-old daughter to get drunk on beer, threatening to kill her if she refused.

The little girl’s mother called the police after her daughter called her crying and begging to come home. When the mother and law enforcement arrived at Hickson’s home Hickson and his daughter were just returning home along with another of Hickson’s children from a different mother. Hickson, along with the 9-year-old, were drunk.

According to police, prior to returning home Hickson had walked his daughter into a secluded wooded spot. It’s not been released if anything untoward happened or not. The girl was treated at Medical College of Georgia Hospital and released to the custody of her mother.

Hickson is lodged in the Richmond County Jail on charges of Child Cruelty, Child Endangerment, DUI and Marijuana Possession. He was also driving on a suspended license, suspended registration and had no insurance.

24-year-old Chance Kjoberg of Big Lake, Minnesota has been accused of Assault after his four-month-old infant daughter was hospitalized with a head injury.

The little girl was treated at Minneapolis Children’s Hospital for her injury and the staff reported the suspected child abuse to the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office. The infant’s status is currently unknown. During the investigation police determined that Kjoberg had spent several hours alone with his daughter prior to her being hospitalized so they decided to question him, which was relatively easy since he’s already lodged in the Wright County Jail on unrelated charges.

Kjoberg gave police several different versions of what happened and his last story was that he “had anger issues” and dropped his daughter on her head on the carpet when he lost his footing. According to doctors her injuries were inconsistent with being dropped on a carpeted floor but were consistent with abusive head trauma.

Kjoberg, originally from Mesa, Arizona, has been charged with 1st and 2nd degree Assault.

This is pretty darned sad. 41-year-old Michael Fredrick Schmidt and his wife were babysitting their 9-month-old niece during the last week of April when he allegedly raped the little girl.

Schmidt’s wife drove the baby to the emergency room in Hastings, Minnesota where it was discovered that she had extensive tearing to her vagina. The doctors there felt that it was bad enough so that she was taken to St. Paul Children’s Hospital in order to have surgery.

Schmidt, who was arrested and lodged in the Dakota County Jail, claims that he was changing the baby’s diaper when she started to roll off the couch. He says that when he caught her he must have cut the curl with a hang nail he had. Must have been a pretty big damned hang nail if you ask me.

Doctors told the girls father, along with law enforcement, that the tears were not consistent with his explanation and he has been charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct. His bond has been set at $200,000 with no conditions or $100,000 with conditions which include no contact with his own children without supervision.

Schmidt, who definitely won’t win Uncle of the Year, has had run-ins with the law before, having been convicted previously for Domestic Assault, Interfering With a 911 Call, Child Endangerment and Fleeing a Police Officer.

I’ve been a bit remiss this week in posting. I’ve been pretty busy at work as well as at home and obviously the site has suffered a bit for it. I’m off tomorrow and will therefore try and get a few posts up.

As far as freaks and creeps go we’ve had our share here at Sick Crimes and as far as they go Gordon Kent Nelson is small potatoes but I figured he deserved to be up here anyway.

Back in August of 2009 one of the friend’s of Nelson’s daughter spent the night at their home and at some point bit his daughter’s eight-year-old friend. His proclivities to biting didn’t cease there as he has been accused of biting another eight-year-old girl back at the end of March. This girl was the daughter of a friend of Nelson and happened at his friend’s house when he was alone with the little girl.

One of the girl’s was bitten on the hip and the other on her left calf, neither girl required major medical treatment and Nelson is facing misdemeanor battery charges. He turned himself in to the Forsyth Sheriff’s Office this morning.

20-year-old Dustin Henry Roberts has been arrested by Pasco County, Florida deputies and accused of abusing and molesting a two-year-old boy.

Roberts was arrested this past Monday and charged with Sexual Battery and Child Abuse.

According to police the incidents occurred between April 12th and the 18th while Roberts was taking care of the toddler. The child suffered bruises on his forehead, cheeks, chin, abdomen, buttocks, legs and genitals and he may also be suffering internal injuries as well. He is currently recovering at All Children’s Hospital.

When questioned Roberts admitted to spanking the child on the butt and back of his legs and also to punching his penis. He has also been accused of molesting the little boy as well.

Roberts, from New Port Richey, Florida, is currently lodged in the Pasco County Jail on $105,000 bond. This isn’t his first run-in with Pasco County deputies either. He was arrested in October of 2008 and charged with Burglary.

36-year-old Marci Stimpson and her 39-year-old husband Merle Stimpson of Watertown, Connecticut have both been arrested after it was found that these two breeders had been abusing their four-month-old daughter.

A nurse who was visiting the child last week noticed bruises and swelling on the child and forced one of the parents to call 911, a move which just might have saved the baby’s life. She had broken ribs, a fractured skull, a black eye and multiple bruises covering her body.

Originally Merle tried to tell authorities that the baby was bruised because the cat jumped on her back and then he blamed medication the child is taking, saying that it was known to cause bruising. Confronted with the fact that the girl had 12 fractured ribs and a fractured skull he finally admitted to having “lost it when the baby kept spitting out the bottle”. He shook the baby to the point where he heard the ribs crack and not once did either parent seek medical attention for the poor child. He also admits to having dropped the baby several times. Marci admitted to police that she had hit the girl four times for peeing on the bed.

Both of theses so-called “parents” have been charged with Assault and Child Endangerment. They are both still in jail on $150,000 bond each and the baby is in the custody of the Department of Children and Families. One of the reasons that Merle allegedly didn’t seek medical attention is that he knew he would get in trouble and didn’t want to go back to jail.

Merle hasn’t logged into his MySpace account since January but what little information he offers on his page shows exactly what kind of person he is, stating “I DONOT LIKE THE MAJORITY OF THE FUCKIN’ WORLD………………..I ONLY TOLORATE YOU BUNCH OF DICKHEADS AND MISERABLE PRICKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” and under “Who I’d Like to Meet: NO ONE,I DONOT L;IKE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

What an asshole.

27-year-old William Dyce from Kansas City, Missouri has been arrested after he slammed his three-month-old baby’s head on the arm of the couch in order to make the child stop crying. Hell, I could have told him that doesn’t work. Try duct tape next time dude.

Dyce initially called 911 to report that the child had fallen off the couch and hurt his head. He was taken to the hospital and after doctors examined the baby they determined that the severe head trauma and broken rib he was suffering couldn’t have happened the way that Dyce claimed it did.

When investigators confronted Dyce with the new information he changed his story and admitted to the abuse, telling police that after his three-month-old son wouldn’t stop crying he picked the baby up by the arms and slammed his head on the arm of the couch. Nobody else was home at the time the baby was injured.

Dyce is currently being held on $250,000 bond and lodged in the Jackson County Jail. He has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Assault. The child is recovering and I don’t have any more information as to how he is doing.

49-year-old Jimmy Burns McKinney of East Florence, Alabama has been arrested and lodged in the Lauderdale County Jail on charges of Child Abuse after police investigated a claim that he punched a 12-year-old girl in the face.

McKinney had reportedly been asking the girl questions about her mother and when she refused to answer he allegedly punched her.

Updated 4/10/10 – After having spent a week in jail for a crime he never committed, the 12-year-old girl has admitted that she made up the report. She has now been charged with Filing a False Report. We deal with a lot of douchebags here but it’s unconscionable for someone to accuse an innocent person of having done something like this.

The girl hasn’t said why she made up the allegations.

After Leslie Erickson and her husband Gary brought their five-year-old adopted daughter to the hospital Sunday morning doctors weren’t sure she was going to even make it through the night. They had to remove a portion of her skull in order to relieve pressure from the swelling on her brain.

It started out when the Ericksons took their daughter to the Eagle Mountain, Utah Fire Department telling them that their daughter had fallen and hurt herself. It didn’t take doctors long to figure out the couple was full of shit and had abused their daughter. In addition to sustaining blunt force trauma to the head there were also injuries consistent with strangulation.

After police went to their home they determined that two of the other seven children also displayed signs of child abuse and they removed all seven of the children still at home and turned them over to the care of DFCS.

The little girl is still in critical condition at Primary Children’s Medical Center.

23-year-old Anthony Blaylock of Acworth, Georgia has been arrested and is facing a Child Cruelty charge for striking his infant son in the head.

911 was called and police found the injured three-month-old at home with his father, Anthony, on Tuesday. The baby is in stable condition at Egleston Hospital after being life-flighted from Kennestone Hospital with head trauma. Doctors determined that it the injury was caused by being struck.

Blaylock turned himself in to the Acworth police Wednesday night and he is currently being held at the Cobb County jail with no bond. His first court appearance is pending.

35-year-old Melody Onyonyor of Lagrange, Georgia has been arrested and charged with Cruelty to Children and Female Genital Mutilation after she circumcised her 10-month-old daughter.

A relative of the baby daddy noticed that the little girl had been circumcised and reported the abuse. The little girl was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to be examined and doctors determined that the baby’s clitoris had been removed.

Onyonyor is lodged in the Troup County Jail.

25-year-old Javier Junior Delgado has been arrested on charges of Reckless Child Abuse With Serious Injury after shaking his one-month-old son to the point where the baby is now in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.

Delgado called 911 yesterday morning and reported his baby was having difficulty breathing. He initially told investigators that he had lost his grip on the child when he unwrapped him from a blanket but doctors said that the injuries were consistent with being shaken extensively.

When Delgado was questioned again by police he admitted to having shaken the child. Delgado is currently lodged in the Utah County Jail and his son is in the ICU at Primary.
