On December 27th 23-year-old Tamea Gibbs might have had a few too many and unfortunately she got behind the wheel of her car and took a child with her.

Last Tuesday evening around 8pm Tamea hit a Toyota Camry at an intersection in Austell, Georgia forcing the other car to hit another one. At that point she backed into yet another car, driven by an off-duty police officer. The officer jumped out of her car and walked up to the driver’s window knocking on it to get Gibbs’ attention. Gibbs just looked at her and took off.

A couple of miles away Gibbs backed into yet another car and took off from there as well. Fortunately witnesses were able to get the tag number at that location. When officers arrived at Gibbs home she fought with police, biting one of them in the leg in the process and kicking another officer in the chest. At one point she was actually able to manage getting out of her handcuffs.

Gibbs was taken to WellStar Cobb Hospital to be treated and was arrested there. She was finally transported to the Cobb County Jail the next morning and bonded out a short time later. Tamea Nicole Gibbs is charged with DUI, DUI Child Endangerment, several counts of Hit and Run, Improper Backing, Following Too Closely, two counts of Felony Obstruction and Escape.

Kimberly Arnold

Shortly after midnight on Thursday morning police received a call from a security guard at an Apartment building on Glen Street in Atlanta. He had spotted two children locked in a Cadillac Escalade in the parking lot.

By the time that police got to the scene the two girls had been locked in the car for more than an hour. The children were sweaty and both had dirty diapers when they were removed from the car.

When the mother, Kimberly Arnold, was located she explained that she had just stepped away from the vehicle for a few minutes to make a payment (because I pay all my bills at 1am) but had obviously lied to them. The babies were treated at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta and released to Arnold’s sister, who also happens to be taking care of Arnold’s two older children.

Arnold was arrested and charged with Cruelty to Children and Reckless Conduct. The Reckless Conduct charge was dropped at her bail hearing and the judge let her out on bond with the condition that she not have any unsupervised contact with her children. Arnold, who has been arrested on two prior occasions, doesn’t go back to court until August 2012.

India Parker

35-year-old India Parker of Cleveland, Ohio has been arrested after her daughter hadn’t been seen since she was five-years-old, FIVE YEARS AGO.

WTF?

Parker allegedly told one of her family members that her daughter had been killed when a bookcase fell on top of her but there is no death certificate for the little girl. Her family hasn’t seen her since 2006. A missing person’s report was filed last Monday but very little is known since she hasn’t been seen in such a long time. Again, WTF? Why wouldn’t someone in the family step up before five years had passed? The father of one of Parker’s other children finally reported Kaliyah, the little girl, missing.

Parker was charged two days ago with Abuse of a Corpse. She is currently being held on $10,000 bond.

The little girl’s remains have not been found and the case is being investigated as a homicide. Parker reportedly confessed to police that she threw her daughter’s body out with the trash. She had previously been charged with Child Endangering back in 2000 and has had at least one child removed from her home (and subsequently returned) by social services.

Angela Bell

Back on December 16th a Roswell, Georgia police officer was sitting on the side of Ga Highway 400 at Holcomb Bridge Rd with his radar gun when 38-year-old Angela Renee Bell of Flowood, Mississippi breezed by doing about 90mph. The speed limit on that part of the highway is about 65mph but that’s a pretty moot point considering that nowhere in the U.S. is the speed limit even approaching 90.

When the officer managed to pull Bell over he noticed two things. First he smelled a moderate odor of alcohol on Bell and second, she had a toddler in the back seat.

When he questioned the woman she told him she had consumed two beers about three hours earlier. The officer gave Bell a breathalyzer test and she blew an 0.164, twice the legal limit in Georgia.

Bell was arrested for DUI, speeding and Child Endangerment and the child, believed to be Bell’s son, was turned over to the passenger. The two of them took a taxi from the scene.

Penselyn Loyola

24-year-old Penselyn Loyola has been arrested by police in Clarksville, Tennessee and charged with Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect after she told police that she had dropped her one-month-old baby three times during the last month, once down a flight of stairs.

The child was admitted to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee Monday with a fractured skull and ribs as well as bleeding of the brain.

When police were called and questioned Loyola she admitted to dropping the child twice in the shower and once down the stairs. Loyola never sought medical attention for her baby and she didn’t bother to tell her husband about the incidents either.

The baby is listed in unstable condition at the hospital and according to the news story several tests are still pending.

Loyola currently sitting in jail with a $1 million bond.

44-year-old Steven Kenneth Helgason of Whiteford, Maryland has been arrested after he allegedly used a lighter and aerosol can to light his children’s hair on fire.

Police in Abingdon, MD were called after workers at the Sports Clips hair salon noticed that a boy there for a trim had hair that was noticeably burned.

During the investigation it was determined that the child along with at least three of his eight brothers and sisters had been injured by their father who used a rigged torch to burn them. Helgason allegedly used a lighter and an Axe deodorant spray to burn them. His victims range from 6-13 years old.

As well as being burned one of the children told police that his dad had stripped him and hung him upside down. Some of the children also reported that Helgason made their older brother burn them as well and that Helgason had burned them at least a hundred times/

According to court records Helgason has an Assault conviction from 2006 as well as Child Abuse from 1998. The child abuse incident was also the grounds with which Helgason’s ex-wife filed for divorce.

Helgason is charged with four counts of Child Abuse and is being held without bail.

Father and son charged in alleged gang rape

Nothing says father and son bonding like a little drinking and sexual assault. Meet Clinton Johnson Sr. (53) and Clinton “Bubba” Johnson Jr. (17), two of six “men” accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl at a party at their home on March 5th.

According to reports the victim was attending a party at the Johnson home on March 5th. She admits that she had been drinking and was told by Bubba Johnson to lay down on a mattress in the back yard. Well shit, how convenient there just happened to be a mattress right there in the backyard, just incase a female comes by, drinks to much and needs a rest. Anyhow, she took Bubba’s caring advise and opted to lay down, but all he was caring about was the fact he had himself a drunk girlie and needed to get his rocks off. He reportedly began to sexually assault her, along with his younger brother and another male, wait… his younger brother got in on the action too. She asked the men to stop but they continued the assault not only with their own tiny weenie pee-pees, but a bottle as well. When Bubba and brother Johnson were done they apparently decided to share her with others in attendance and good ole’ dad. WTF?? The whole nasty thing was brought to light on March 25th, when the girl cried out to a counselor at her high school.

Johnson Sr. and Jr. are the only two currently charged. According to police they expect other arrests, although the others involved are likely juveniles.

As of April 12th, Johnson Jr. was being held on $100,000 bond and Sr. was being held on $150,000 bond. Both face life in prison if convicted of the first-degree felony.

Last week three-year-old Edna Figueroa was brought into the emergency room at Rockdale Medical Center in Conyers, Georgia by her birth vessel Yaneth DeLaCruz Alvarez and her live-in penis Raul Solis. The girl was unconscious, unresponsive and having a hard time breathing. She was also suffering from an extensive brain hemorrhage and neither her mother or the boyfriend could offer up any kind of explanation as to how the injuries occurred.

Edna was transferred to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and put on life support. She died on Sunday.

Doctors say that her injuries came from being shaken as well as “impacts to the head.”

During questioning Solis admitted to having shaken the little girl after she “misbehaved”. Apparently the child went into Solis’ room and it made him angry.

Raul Solis has been charged with Murder and Cruelty to children and the mother has also been charged with Cruelty to Children for failing to supervise her children which led directly to the death of her child.

Solis has a criminal history which includes human trafficking and social security fraud. Alvarez is reportedly an illegal alien. Her other three children have been living with her here in Georgia on a probationary  basis for the last few months. They are being sent to Texas to be put into the custody of child protective services there, which is where three of the children were born. She has lost them in Texas before when she tested positive for cocaine. As a matter of fact when Edna was born both she and her mother tested positive for coke.

Over the weekend police in Hialeah, Florida discovered a special needs child who weighed only 15 pounds surrounded by shit and filth in a hotel room.

A call came into 911 Saturday afternoon from 21-year-old Savannah Sholter who told the operator “My son’s not breathing. He’s a special needs baby.” The 911 technician walked Sholter through giving her 2 1/2 year-old son mouth to mouth resuscitation until officers arrived.

When police did get to the hotel room they found the child surrounded by trash, animal and human crap which covered everything in the room, soiled diapers piled three feet high and rotten formula. Hell, they even found a frigging dead cat in the room at the Rainbow motel.

Elijah Collins was resuscitated in the hotel room and then taken to a local hospital and later transferred to Miami Children’s Hospital where he is in critical but stable condition. He is suffering from severe neglect. Covered with bed sores the boy is malnourished and dehydrated. His toe nails looked as if they had never been cut. In Two Years. Ugh. The child weighed about half or less than what he should at 30 months.

Later on Saturday night police arrested Savannah Sholter as well as her baby-daddy 25-year-old Vincent Collins, an active member of the United States Coast Guard stationed in Miami where he works as a machinery technician.

The family had been living in the hotel for about three months. The parents shared a room with their one-year-old son while the toddler stayed alone in another room. According to Savannah’s MySpace page “I love my boys.” She has a real funny fucking way of showing it.

Florida CPS has taken custody of both children (the younger child was healthy) and providing care for them. Both Savannah Sholter and Vincent Collins have been arrested and charged with Child Neglect. Their bond is $7,500. A custody hearing was held yesterday and the parents were denied any contact with their children/

51-year-old Tina Marie Camacaro of Waycross, Georgia has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping the 18-month-old son of her estranged husband’s new girlfriend in Villa Rica, Georgia.

According to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department the child’s mother, her boyfriend and another child went to a store Monday morning to pick up medicine around 2:30am (the CVS here is open 24 hours), leaving the toddler in the care of a teenager. When they got home the child was missing.

Camacaro allegedly used her keycard to get into Fairfield Plantation, the gated community where her husband lives, kidnapped the child and later released him in a wooded area nearby where a neighbor discovered him five hours later.

CBS says that police were able to track the crime to Camacaro through her use of the keycard. The only motive police can think of right now is that the crazy bitch was angry at her husband.

Camacaro has been charged with Kidnapping and may also face Stalking charges as well. She is currently being held  in the Carroll County Jail without bond until an attorney can be assigned.

32-year-old Tracy Leigh Delozier of Hendersonville, North Carolina has been arrested after she was alleged to be a stupid bitch who forced her two children to ingest drugs.

Delozier has been charged with Felony Child Abuse as well as Misdemeanor Child Abuse. She has also been charged with Possession with Intent to See and or Deliver Marijuana, Maintaining a Vehicle or Dwelling to Keep or Sell Controlled Substances and Felony Possession of Marijuana.

According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Delozier forced her kids, ages two and nine, to take cocaine, marijuana and other drugs.

Tracy Delozier is currently lodged in the Henderson County Jail on $59,000 bond.

Tracy has three MySpace accounts I haven’t linked, there is nothing of particular interest on them and none of them have been updated in quite some time.

22-year-old Jesus Belmares and his friend Lazaro Lopez were out and about in Gainesville, Georgia on Tuesday when they decided it would be a good time to burglarize someone’s home. Problem is that Belmares took his three-year-old daughter with him.

The homeowner’s neighbor called the police while they were inside the house to report strange men removing items from the home. By the time Oakwood Police arrived in the area Belmares and Lopez had already left the scene but their car was spotted in the area. They attempted to pull the car over but Belmares attempted to get away.

After a short chase the car crashed. One of them men tried to run away and was apprehended after a brief chase. The driver (I don’t know who was driving) was captured at the site of the accident.

Luckily the toddler wasn’t hurt and she was turned over to DFCS. Lopez and Belmares were charged with Burglary and Belmares also faces a charge of Cruelty to Children.

Here are a pair of mentally challenged breeders from Florida who hopefully will never procreate again. 25-year-old Justin Satterfield (MySpace) and 24-year-old Brandy Purvis (MySpace) were staying at the Super 8 Motel in Jacksonville, Florida with their 7-month-old child Tuesday night (nothing in the report indicates how long they had been living, errr… staying there.)

Around 3am Wednesday morning Satterfield and Purvis were arguing according to witnesses and one of them grabbed an AK-47 which they just happened to have with them and the two started fighting over the gun, which accidently went off and shot the 7-month-old boy in the arm.

Luckily a guest in the motel provided first-aid while another called 911. The baby was rushed to the hospital where he currently is staying with non-life threatening injuries. When he is released it will be to the Department of Children and Families.

Satterfield and Purvis were charged with Child Abuse and Satterfield was also charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon… didn’t see that one coming did you? They are lodged in the Duval County Jail, Satterfield on $400,000 bond and Purvis is being held on $250,000 bond.

Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, is usually a pretty hectic day for retailers. It’s hard enough to watch out for the safety of customers and keep things from being broken much less keep an eye out for shoplifters but Sonya Carter and her Uncle Jerry Martin have allegedly hit the Target in Atlanta before and security was keeping an eye out for them this time.

Carter was allegedly using her 11-year-old son as a decoy while she and Martin would stash items in his wheelchair. The last time they were in this particular Target location the pair allegedly got away with two Nintendo Wii consoles. The ill-gotten booty this time around? Three Nintendo games for the Wii they claim they never stole, an electric razor and batteries.

This time around Sonya Carter and Jerry Martin were carted off to the Graybar motel while her son watched. A family member later picked up and took custody of her son.

Carter is charged with two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Disorderly Conduct, Conspiracy to Commit Shoplifting and Theft by Shoplifting and is lodged in the Fulton County Jail on $3,500 bond. Martin, who has been locked up in the Fulton County Jail at least three prior times on similar charges, is charged with three counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Criminal Trespass and four felony Shoplifting charges. He’s being held on $1,000 bond.

As a child I received my share of whippings but they were all deserved, that’s for damn sure. That’s a hell of a lot more than I can say for today’s bad dad of the day, Terry Taulbee of Cincinnati, Ohio.

The 50-year-old man was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence after he spanked his six-year-old son hard enough to leave red handprints on his lower back and buttocks. So what did the tyke do to deserve his spanking? Apparently he “performed poorly” in a video game according to the link I received earlier from the Queen of Night.

WTF?

Perhaps Taulbee received his share of undeserved beatings as a child or perhaps he’s just a serious asshole. Either way the cops obviously don’t think much more of his behavior than I do.

Richard and Sabrina Garcia

The lovely looking duo above are Richard and Sabrina Garcia and they have been arrested for child abuse after police encountered six children living in a deplorable and unhealthy cockroach-infested house.  

On Sunday night officers were dispatched to their home for a verbal altercation and reports of threats.  Officers contacted Sabrina, who told them she and her husband Richard had a verbal argument.  When asked to allow the officers to check on the welfare of the children Sabrina opened the door and the officers “were hit by the smell of rotting food and trash.”  Fucking Nasty Asses! 

Police entered the home and encountered six children ranging in age from 4 to 12 years-old.  There were hundreds of cockroaches crawling out of dishes on the countertops and kitchen cabinets — one of the small children had cockroaches crawling on his leg.  WTF… I am getting the heeby jeebies just thinking about it.  The carpet was black in color from dirt, food, garbage and cockroaches and there was rotting food inside the refrigerator.  Again….  Fucking Nasty Asses! 

There were cockroach nests in every corner of the residence and they were crawling all over from floor to ceiling.  What kind of person thinks this is a suitable home for themself let alone their 6 CHILDREN.   

Police also found a glass marijuana bong in one of the bedroom closets.  Well hopefully they atleast kept their drug shit in their own closet and not the kids.  The article doesn’t specify which closet. 

When asked about the condition of their house….Sabrina and Richard…. wait for it… yep you guessed it… blamed the their children for not cleaning up after themselves.   Oh my Fucking Gawd… please people, my kids don’t always pick up after themselves either, but I do.  I personally find it hard to believe the children are responsible for the rotting food in the fridge.  BTW “parents”  these are your children and they learn what they live, take a look in mirror you filthy pigs. 

CPS took custody of the children and placed them with a family member.  The less than stellar parents, have both been charged with 6 counts of child abuse each.  I hope these kids are in a clean and healthy home now.  I would guess… this is just speculation… that there was other sorts of abuse that went on as well.. clearly the parents relationship was volatile.

Steven Demink aka Sexual Svengali

Here’s another one coming from my home state, Steve Demink aka “Sexual Svengali” from Redford, MI faces 3 child pornography charges that, if convicted on all of them, could land him in prison for 30 years.

According to the U.S. Attorney, Steve Demink, 41, posed as a father of 14 yr. old girl on a website for single parents and convinced 3 women to sexually assault their children.  WTF???

The mothers were located in Virginia, Florida and Idaho.  The women in Virginia and Florida have been arrested and the one in Idaho has been convicted on sex charges.  Demink used the pseudonym Dalton St. Clair on the website and said he had a doctorate in psychology, offering to help a woman and her 13 yr. old son who was suffering from “mental issues”.  Under the guise of helping mother and son, the mother was instructed to engage her son with cuddling, but then the orders escalated to nudity and eventually assault of the boy.  If the children resisted the abuse, which was photographed and sent or streamed over the internet to Demink, he would placate the children, all of whom were under 18, with promises of present or trips.

Magistrate Judge Majzoub has ordered Demink temporarily detained  and he has been described as a flight risk and danger to children.  You think?

What confuses me here is that 1 let alone more than 1 woman agreed to sexually assault their children, for this man.  I don’t know about anyone else but if some dude I met on line asked me to do anything to my children not only would our conversations end there but I would be promptly contacting the police to report his perverted ass.  It makes you wonder if there was something there before to make it so easy for them to be persuaded to commit such a heinous and unforgivable act against their child, under the guise of “helping” them.

Updated by Captain Obvious 2/28/2011 -This asshat pleaded guilty today in federal court and could get 15 to life in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for June.

A 20 year-old, Warren, MI,  woman is expected to be charged Wednesday in the death of her 8 month-old son, George Wilburn.

George was on life support for a day after he was taken  to the hospital Monday afternoon with severe injuries, including a fractured skull, brain hemorrhaging, human bite marks fractured ribs and numerous bruises.  Oh My Gawd… what in the fuck is wrong with this bitch?

George’s grandfather said, ” he had bite markes on his back, his left wrist was bruised and he had symmetrical marks on his neck as if someone as big as you or I choked him.”  Before baby George died his father George Wilburn Jr. sobbed as he described how hard it was to see his son on life support, “it hurts me to see my son like that, if I even touch his abdomen area he cries.”  I’m ready to cry right now just thinking about his little beaten and bruised body.. poor baby.  What makes people do this shit?

The baby’s mother was immediately taken into custody, where she confessed to causing the injuries to Baby George.  She faces murder charges, good let her ass rot in prison.  I wish we had the death penalty here in Michigan for cases just like this one.

Reportedly the mother and father shared custody of the baby.  George Jr. had contacted CPS several months ago after he took Baby George to the hospital after noticing bruises on the child’s body.  The CPS agent at the hospital told him to return the child to his mother while an investigation was launched.  Oh hell to the No!!  There is no way in hell I would agree to that.  But CPS did not work fast enough to save his son.  Well that’s just shocking, do they ever anymore? 

The grandfather’s question… “Why didn’t CPS protect him?  They made my son send him home.  I want justice.”  I do too George and I hope like hell you get it. 

I am appalled, I live in Michigan and it makes me sick to know that CPS advised him to take a clearly abused child back to abuser.  The father probably had no choice or he’d have been arrested for kidnapping.  Here you have a father attempting to protect his son and it is being “investigated” until he is killed by his abuser, keep up the good work CPS.   My prayers go out George Wilburn Sr. and Jr. for their loss.  I’m going to follow this one and see what happens.  I can say if they need some sort of justice, I’d be willing to offer my assistance and maybe choke her sorry ass! 

R.I.P. Baby George, your daddy and grandpa loved you that is clear, watch over them and keep them safe!

Eva Flores, 18, was in a Boston court Tuesday, accused of throwing her newborn baby out the window into an alley.  Yes I said just that, she threw her newborn baby out the window, he fell 17 feet to the ground below and was found face down and naked between 2 apartment buildings.

According to prosecutors, she disclosed “after she birthed the baby in the bathtub she opened the window and threw the baby out.”  The baby appeared to be full term and healthy at the time of birth, but that is not the case now.  The baby boy, has multiple brain bleeds and seizures in the brain, his little brain swollen and suffering complications from the fall.  Well hell yes, who wouldn’t.  Eva needs to take a fall from the top of a very tall skyscraper, but that’s just my opinion.  The baby would have died had a neighbor, hearing the baby’s cries, not jumped out his window into the alley space.

Prosecutors say Eva Flores has been in the US illegally from El Salvador for just a few months, and wanted to hide the pregnancy from her mother.  She has since visited the baby in the hospital and named him Angel.  Why was she allowed to visit him, she tossed him out like a sack of garbage she doesn’t deserve to see him. 

She intially did not want to keep the baby… really I would never have guessed that from her tossing him out the FUCKING window!  She has now indicated to the hospital staff and DCFS that she does in fact want to keep the baby.  Well to FUCKING bad, she does not deserve to get him back, what happens to him the next time she doesn’t want him?  Pretty freakin scary thought if you ask me.

Baby Angel is severely injured with massive medical bills.  She has been charged with assault and battery and reckless endangerment of her own child.  Wait a freakin minute here… no attempted murder, why the fuck not?  If the neighbor had not heard his little cries she would have left him there to die.. is that or is that not attempted murder.  WTF!!!!  She is currently not allowed to see him without supervision, and it is unlikely she get to keep him.  If she does that is a travesty to this baby, I doubt he will ever be safe with her, if she can toss him out at birth “healthy” what is she going to do with a baby who will have physical and mental issues for the rest of his life?

Her bail… wanna take a guess… $1500.00!  WTF!!  That is just disgusting, she is here illegally, tries to kill her baby and all she gets is a $1500.00 bail.  BULLSHIT!

I am disgusted and horrified at this whole story, why is she allowed to see him and name him?  She gave up that right the second she opened that window.  Why is her bail so disgustingly low?  DISGUSTING!

Alayna and Anthony

October 9, 2009, is a day that will haunt me forever.  That is the day that Sharon Hinojosa, so in need of the love of a man who did not want her children, made the choice to light the trailer they shared on fire and walked out leaving behind her 4 yr. old son Anthony and his 3 yr. old sister Alayna.

This story brought me to websites like this one and has forever changed me.  These babies lived about a mile from my home, they were so close in age to my children that I became somewhat obsessed with the case and what this monster was able to do to her own flesh and blood.

Sharon and her boyfriend Justin, had a child together 1 yr. old Aiden and Sharon had and 3 children from previous relationships, Erin (I believe she lives with her father) Anthony and Alayna.  According to reports Justin and Sharon had volatile relationship and there was alot of issues surrounding her children, and Justin was rumored to not want them.  How anyone could not love those beautiful faces is beyond me, but I guess he didn’t.  Sometime prior to the fire Justin had broken up with Sharon, moved out, met some one else and began evicting Sharon and the children from trailer (he owned the trailer).

On October 9, 2009 the neighbors of Sharon and the children in the trailer park, were awakened to Sharon beating on the door.  They then realized her trailer was on fire, these brave and caring neighbors asked her repeatedly where the children were in the house so that they could attempt to get them out.  She purposely gave them the wrong information.  The neighbor said he called to the children through the wrong window asking them to come to him, they were actually on the other side of the trailer.  He could hear them screaming… then silence.  Imagine a mother, and I use that term loosely, standing outside her home watching people trying to rescue her children and listening to their screams as they burned to death.  There are reports they found the children holding hands, when they recovered their little bodies.  Are you ready to FUCK her up… join the club, I have been aching for an opportunity since that day.  Well of course she did the usual things lied to cover her sorry ass, blaming a fire bomb and her ex-boyfriend Justin.  After being questioned by police Justin was released and Sharon confessed, then tried to kill herself by drinking rubbing alcohol.  This cowardly beast of a woman, kills her children in one of the most horrific ways imaginable and doesn’t have the balls to face the consequences.

I have followed the case as it has moved through the courts and she has been found competent to stand trial and a the judge ruled against her attempts to get the confession thrown out.  Her trial starts Oct. 17th at 9 am.  I am hoping I can follow it and update the story here, as I feel like it is therapy for me to write about here.

I go and see Anthony and Alayna, every holiday and I will go see them tonight to pay my respects to 2 angels taken too soon.  These two babies of no relationship to me have touched my heart in ways I would never have thought possible.  Please say a prayer for them tomorrow, keep them in your thoughts, and maybe throw them alittle kiss up to heaven.

Here is another story from my home state, this one disgusts me to NO END,  here we go…..

Carol Lynn Schnuphase, 47, of Warren, MI told her 12 yr. old son Christopher that he has Leukemia, shaved his head and eyebrows, laced his food with opiates to make him look lethargic and held church fund-raisers that raised more tha $7000 from sympathsizers. 

Carol, I am not even sure what I want to call her, is expected to turn herself in for arraingment Friday and Christopher has been placed in foster care according to the new release from the prosecutor’s office.

Apparently there were people coming forward who said they thought the child was in good health and she was perpetrating fraud.  In the course of the investigation they were able to determine Christopher never had Leukemia. 

Schnuphase held funraisers at St. Thomas Lutheran Church, where she has been a parishoner for more than a decade, and posted entries on Facebook about her son’s illness and his bravery. One entry “Christopher now knows he’s dying.”  WTF.. I say, who even comes up with an idea like this it is deplorable.  She later told relatives he had succumed to the illness.  Family members said they genuinely thought Christopher had Leukemia.

Carol has been charged with 2 counts of accepting money under false pretenses each a 5 yr. felony and 2nd. degree child abuse and 4 yr. felony.

Christopher didnt know he was being used as part of scam.  This is one sick bitch, if you ask me, she convinces her child he is dying for monetary gain.  What the hell else would she have done to him and since she had told the family he had passed, what were her intentions with him?

I am truly disgusted by this story as person from Michigan and a person who’s close family friend just this week was diagnosed with Leukemia.  I can’t imagine what drives a person to do such a thing, there are people in the world who really are dying and need help and this could make people hesitate to help those people.  Let me say this as well, to be able to raise over $7000 from people in Michigan, which if you know anything is one of the hardest hit by this recession, says alot about the people here.  DISGUSTING!  I hope she gets the book thrown at here.

God Bless Christopher, he is going to need some serious therapy to work through this, thinking you’re dying at 12 yrs. old only to be told, “oh no your Mom just wanted some money.”  WTF!!! WTF!!!

Lauren Michell Sutherland, 20, of Roanoke Rapids, NC was arrested Tuesday on child neglect charges after authorities found two boys locked in a room filled with feces, according to police.

Lauren has been charged with two counts of contirbuting to the delinquency of a minor and is being held on a $5000 bond.

Roanoke Rapids officers received a tip about child neglect and found two boys ages 3 and 5 locked in a room in Sutherland’s apartment.  Fecal matter was on the floor and walls of the room.  YUK!!

Police Chief Bondarek said, “The entire residence was covered in filth.  The conditions were abhorrent.”

Social Services was called to assist with the investigation.  They are looking into Sutherland’s history to determine how long the neglect had been going on.  Bondarek said, “Her behavior in this particular incident… is not an isolated incident.”  Makes me wonder why she was not charged with neglect as well???

Her family members were at the apartment Wednesday and said it was clean of fecal matter and that she was innocent.  Ok so the police made it up… obviously some one was concerned since they were responding to a “tip” about child abuse. 

The boys are being cared for by Sutherland’s family.  Is this a good idea? These are the same people defending her.

Look at the beatiful little boy above, what could he do to deserve to be beaten to death… well he kept messing up his ABC.    Aiyden Davis, 2, was found strangled and beaten to death, his mother Theresa Davis, 27 and her “abusive” boyfriend Reginald Williams, 31, have now been charged in his death.  

Two year old Aiyden, who would have turned 3 this month was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital, his little body covered in old and new bruises.  According to police Davis, left her son in the care of her boyfriend while she was at work.  Pamela Davis, Theresa’s aunt and Aiyden’s regualr care giver, called 3x to check on things and make sure Aiyden was ok, by the 2nd call at 6:45 p.m., Williams told her he had spanked Aiyden and put him in the corner for “messing up his ABCs”.  WTF, he’s 2 yrs. old… I would have went over there then and put my foot in his ass, then but that’s just me.  When she called 2 hours later at 8:45 p.m., Williams said, “I’m sorry, P., I’m so sorry” but gave no reason for the apology.  Pamela reached out to her niece at work, but she brushed off her concerns and said everything was fine.  Aiyden was breathing but “not responsive” at 9:50 p.m., when Williams called 911 asking for help, when EMS arrived Aiyden was throwing up.  

TIME LINE:  

6:45 PM – Aunt Pamela calls and Aiyden has been spanked and put in the corner.  

8:45 PM – Aunt Pamela calls again and Williams apologizes for reasons unknown at the time.  

9:50 PM – 911 is called for an unresponsive child.  

10:38 PM – Aiyden is pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital  

4 hours between the 2nd check call and the hosptial, that is all it took to end his life.  A baby, an angel, a gift from god,  gone in 4 hours time.  

According to Aunt Pamela, Aiyden had told her “Reggie hit me and mama.”  When she question Aiyden’s mother, she said “no, no, everything is fine.”  

Williams admitted in a video tapped and written confession that he struck and body slammed Aiyden until his OWN hands hurt.  What kind of evil monster must this poor excuse for a human being be?  How could he do that, I can barely even type this, I am sick about it.  This poor baby, was left with a man rumored to be violent and abusive, and he was punished so severly for NOT knowing his ABCs, beaten so intensely the abuser hurt himself…. imagine that, if you can stomach the image.  Williams told prosecutors he had beat the child various times between Sept. 13 and Fri. Sept. 24, the day he died.  I’m sure his mother had NO idea this was going on… yeah Fucking right!   

Williams was charged with murder and manslaughter, and being held without bond.  I hope he rots there, Fucking piece of shit!  Theresa Davis, is charged with assault, weapons possession and endangering the welfare of a child.  If she had a weapon in the house why not use it on this Fucker… she probably LOVED him…. blah blah blah.  She’s being held on $150,000 bond.  

Poor baby Aiyden, died from blunt force injuries to the head and torso and internal bleeding.  One article stated he had lacerated liver, possibly caused from a belt.  I had a lacerated liver from a car seatbelt the  pain was unbearable, nothing and I mean nothing took the pain away,  I can not imagine being 2 yrs. old and dealing with that, as an adult I cried and cried.  

I HATE these 2 assholes with a passion, no one will ever change my opinion of the mother.  It appears the Aunt cared more about him than his mother did.

Now ask ask yourself… how does someone accused of beating a child to death not only go free without bond, but also leave the state?

That is exactly the case of the Monster above Melissa Bazilia.  Her son Brett Dillion Jr., died of head trauma just short of his 2nd birthday.  The egg donor is one of two people charged with murder in his death.  But now not only has a Tucson judge set her free without bond pending trial, he gave her permission to leave the state.  WHAT THE HELL???

The 911 call came in on Brett, late in July 2009, the claim…. (yep, you guessed it) he fell in the bathtub and hit his head.  He died 2 days later, soon Tucson police decided his death was NOT an accident, but child abuse, and murder. 

Melissa Bazilia, 20 and her boyfriend Ryan Sullivan, 32, were both arrested at the time and have been in jail (where they should ROT) waiting for trial for more than a year.  Their bond a cool… half million!

This week Judge Howard Fell agreed to let the female monster of the pair out of jail until her trial starts in February 2011, no bond just a promise to live with her father in Wisconsin. 

For Brett Dillion Sr. this just adds insult to injury.  When asked what he thought of her situation, he had this to say, ” I feel she should feel the same things he’s feeling right now.  Her being in jail right now is basically the same situation.  He’s not able to live free in the world and I don’t think she should either.”  Right on Brett… I could not agree more!

Bazilia’s attorney explained that she asked for her release when the prosecutors asked to push back the trial.  The delay was due to Sullivan’s attorneys addition of a new witness, that the prosecution needed to research.  Blah, Blah, Blah…  The Public Defender said the delay led to so many scheduling conflicts the trial slipped from this month to February.  That would lead to another 6 months in jail for Bazilia.  Well Boo-Fucking-Hoo for her!  So the judge, against the prosecutions objections and concerns Bazilia may be a flight risk, ordered her released anyway.  Way to go judge!

Her attorney says while she is with her father in Wisconsin, she will be required to check in several times a week, but will have no ankle bracelet or home visits from Wisconsin authorities.  What a freakin Joke… is this for real?  Now the court, the community and especially Brett Dillion Sr., can only hope she will keep her word and volunitarily come back to Arizona to face the charges that could (and hopefully will) put her in prison for a long time.

The face you see staring back at you up there is one of pure evil.  Yolanda  Jones, 35, dropped off the dead body of a 5 yr. old boy she is accused of beating to death at Midwest Regional Center before going into labor with her sixth child.  She has been charged with 2 counts of 1st degree murder and is custody at Lake County Jail with a bond of $3 million.

At 3:27 pm on Sept. 6, Jones -  the described “caregiver” of the child brought the 5 yr. old boy into the hospital.   He was pronounced dead on arrival and had been dead for “many hours” before arriving at the hospital.    As she dropped of the dead body of the child, she was in the late stages of her pregnancy and was going into contractions, a rescue squad took her to another hospital and she gave birth the same day.  The child identified as Tommy Davis III, was the son of Jones’ boyfriend and father of 3 of her six children, including the newborn.

Tommy was found with extensive and visible bruising from the top of his head to his knees, with recent bleeding from his nose and ears.  The autopsy revealed he died from blunt force trauma to the head and brain and the incident is classified as “non-accidental.”  Jones told the hospital that the child fell on a parking block while running in the parking lot of the Sheridan Motel,  where they had been living.  Surveillance video of the parking lot only showed footage of Jones leaving the motel holding the limp body of the boy.

The investigation was initally delayed because detectives could not immeditaley interview Jones due to her medical condition after delivering the baby.  when she was released from the hospital she told the detectives that the boy had wet his bed and she “snapped” beating Tommy over a 2 day period , hitting him with a belt and banging his head off the bathub and floor.  Detectives also interviewed older children involved with apparently rehearsed inital accounts of the incident. 

Illinois DCFS had a previous case invloving Jones, all 6 of her children are in the care of the state.

What kind of monster can repeatedly beat a child for an accident and wetting the bed is an accident.  Where was this little boys father while this was going on?  It is scary to think what she may have done with his little body had there not been other children in the room, she is clearly capable of pure evil.  I can not imagine repeatedly bashing a 5 yr. olds head into the floor or bathtub for wetting the bed.  I am sick over this I have a 3 yr. old potty training at this very moment and trust me I do not enjoy cleaning pee soaked panties, pants, socks and shoes day after day but she doesn’t do it on purpose, and as a civilized person I know that.  This woman does NOT deserve th title “mother” she has no idea what it means and she has 6 children… 6 children, what have they been through?

Rest in Peace, Tommy, you did not deserve what you got but you are safe with the angels now!  :  (

Tulsa Police have arrested 23 yr. old Janette Mickelboro in the homicide of her infant son Hunter, 3 mos.

Hunter was pronounced dead after his father discovered him in his bassinet, not breathing.  Janette told police she had tied a receiving blanket around his face to hold his pacifier in place (WTF) then put him in a “bouncy” seat” on the morning of August 20.  When she checked on the baby several hours later (WTF x2), she discovered him to be “cold and stiff.”   She then untied and removed the blanket, took him from the bouncy seat and placed him in his bassinet where his father found him later.  I supposed it never occured to her to:

 1. hold her son and help him with the pacifer.

2. check on her infant atleast once in a “several” hour period.

3. call 911 when she found him “cold and stiff.”

Janette has been arrested on first degree murder and is being held on bond of $250,000, according to the arrest report.

As a mother, I have to say WTF, who does this shit?  What in the hell made this woman think wrapping a receiving blanket around an infant’s head was the solution to keeping his pacifier in place and then “several” hours later she finds him deceased.  What the hell was she doing for those several hours, my goodness, I could barely put my kids down at that age, shit they can barely escape my hugs and kisses now at 3 and 6.

WARNER ROBINS, GA – Sade Shamon King, 23, and William Thomas Davis III, 25, are charged with felony murder and cruelty to children in the death of their son D’Shawn Davis,2, according to the Houston County Sherriff .  The sheriff said “it really turned my stomach the way the child had been treated”, he called the news conferenceTuesday, to highlight the seriousness of the case, showing photographs of the emaciated body of the boy, under the condition the photos would not be duplicated or published.

D’Shawn weighed only 12 lbs. and 6 ozs. at the time of his death and his rectum showed signs of having been left in his own urine and feces.  The boy’s body has been decribed as not more than a skeleton, this poor baby my heart breaks for him.  The autospy ruled the cause of death malnutriton, bet they didn’t miss a meal though.. MONSTERS.

Davis called 911 on Saturday and reported the child was not breathing, arriving Houston Healthcare workers found the body of D’Shawn on the floor of the mother’s bedroom.  Why the parents, who are not married but are the biological parents, neglected the boy is not known yet.  Davis told authorities that he was away during the day often working 12 hr. shifts and had not noticed the boy deteriorating conditon.  Yeah right, I believe that would be impossible, a 2 yr old who barely weighs more than some newborns, try again daddy!

Mommy dearest had isolated the boy, relatives indicated it had been weeks since they had seen him and he had not received any medical care for 10 months prior to his death.  Every minute I spend typing this makes me want to freakin beat these 2 senseless,I am so ill right now.  A 5 yr. old female sibling, who only lived in the home for 6 weeks, is now staying with a grandmother.  No information has been released as to why she did not previously reside in the home. 

Nearly 3 yrs. ago Houston County Sheriff’s office investigated the death of 2 mo. old K’Ron Jarrell Davis, the son of the same couple.  Do we see a pattern here???  The infant died Oct. 25, 2007, the autopsy found that the baby died from “sudden unexplained infant death associated bed sharing”  the baby was sleeping with the mother.  The manner of death has been listed as “undetermined.”   Unless other information comes to light, investigators believe that death to be an accident.

The couple could face life in prison on the felony murder charge, and it was to early to determine whether the death penalty would be sought.

King and Davis showed NO emotion when arrested Monday night and both are being held without bond at the Houston County Jail.  Does this shock you?? They are cold hearted evil wastes of oxygen.

This poor baby we can only imagine what it was like for him to die this way, we all know how we feel just to be a little hungry, but to die of starvation and have the people who were supposed to care and love you be responsible.  He wasn’t old enough to even tell anyone what was happening even if the monster who calls herself his mother had let him see family members.  I need to go cry now!!

Meth face up there is Samantha Jackson a 23 yr, old mother of 3, from Auburn, CA  who was busy shooting Meth while her her young children were unsupervised and living in filth.  An anonymous caller on Saturday told deputies that while her children played outside Jackson was in her apartment shooting drugs.  Once inside the apartment they saw “extremely dirty” conditions, that included a floor covered in old food, clothes and garbage.  A 4 mo. old girl was found strapped in a car seat in front of a television, her crib was full of garbage, clothes and a lawn chair.  Her other 2 children are a 2 yr. old girl and a malnourished 4 yr. old son, who has been hospitalized for sores on his legs.

Along with 2 men the deputies, found in Jackson’s room a kit containing syringes and spoon that had meth residue on it.  Jackson has been arrest on felony child abuse, felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic needle, said Dena Erwin spokeswoman for the Placer County Sheriff’s Office.  The 3 children were placed in foster care by Social Workers and the Lovely Ms. Jackson sits in Placer County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

“The anonymous caller who reported this situation is a true hero,” said Lt. Jeff Ausnow.  “Their actions may have save the lives of these small children, I would engourage more people to get involved and do the right thing.”

Now ladies if you don’t want to have or take care of your kids and your first love is drugs, then give them up to people who will love them and/or use protection.

The P.O.S. up there aka “Kenneth Skinner” has a history of abuse on his girlfriend and children… well that abuse resulted in the death of his 7 month old son Triumph Skinner over the weekend.  The death was ruled as a homicide by the Orange-Osceola Medical Examiner based on a preliminary autopsy, but no results were released because the case remains under investigation.  Judge Kenneth Barlow stated Tuesday, “I find probable cause for first degree murder and the bond is set at NONE”  way to go Judge Barlow, I could kiss you!!!

Skinner 30, was arrested on 1 count of aggravated child abuse, but now faces a first-degree murder charge, during the hearing he stood in front of the judge with his hand over his face.  Funny he was man enough to beat his infant son but NOT man enough to look the judge in the face… FUCKING COWARD!

Triumph, was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital, where doctors discovered a perforated bowel, a severly fractured skull and numerous fractured ribs which were in various stages of healing.  Are you pissed yet? well I am not done!  The poor lil guy was rushed into surgery but died.

During an interview with the mother she intially said she was in the bathroom getting ready for work when the baby fell from his bed and hit his head on something.  She later changed her story and stated Skinner, her boyfriend and father of her 2 children – a 7 yr. old girl and Triumph was caring for the children while she was at work.

The problems started Saturday evening when the mother arrived home from work she stated Triumph was very “lethergic and moaning” and when she tried to feed him he threw up, and Skinner had told her, he “roughed” him up.  WAIT! WHAT… he roughed him up, and he was still standing there breathing after making that comment… not if it was my kid.  Oh and the baby was NOT taken to the hospital at that very momment, instead everyone went to bed and mom went to work at 7 am the next day.  At around 11am the P.O.S. called mom and told her she needed to come home immediately because he he had “hurt” the baby on accident,  really???  When she arrived home the baby was on the bed not breathing and Skinner had said he “slammed” the lil guys head against the couch, and that is an “accident” how???

P.O.S. told his 7 yr old daughter to tell the police he was not at home and she was asleep when lil Triumph was injured… COWARD, COWARD, COWARD, and oh yeah he also asked the girlfriend to lie as well, instead of knocking his freakin teeth out she tells him to leave and she will call 911… excuse me! WTF?  Mom’s excuse she was abused by him in the past and was afraid of him, apparently she had bruises on her face and neck.  Now I don’t know how anyone else feels but if I want to stay and take a beating from you then that’s my business but you hurt my kids and we have a real problem, I can not wrap my mind around that.  Here she has the opportunity to protect herself and her kids and she covers for him, I don’t understand it.

Skinner, of course, denied knowing his child was hurt and went on to say he came home drunk Friday and stepped on his son and “could” have caused the injuries.  He had NO idea how the baby’s skull was got fractured, but he regularly tosses the baby in the air and dropped him on accident once and that may have caused the skull fracture and rib fractures.

The family has been under DCF’s radar for some years, there was a report of child abuse in 2004.  In that case Skinner told deputies he has used a belt on his then 2 yr old daughter and plead guilty to child abuse, a 3rd degree felony.

The 7 yr old child has been placed in foster care.

This poor baby was failed in so many ways and never had a chance with monster like that for a father.  Why, Why, Why?

 Triumph’s mother Michelle Marie Ford has been arrested and charged with child neglect.  She is being held without bond in the Orange County Jail.

Their 7 yr. old daughter now identified as Brittany Ford, was interviewed by Florida DCF where she told them that she is afraid of “daddy, he “scares” her.  She also told them the Skinner will choke her baby brother until he “can’t breath” when he cries everyday.  Brittany told DCF, “Daddy doesn’t understand that Triumph is just a baby.”  Sounds like Brittany is smarter than both her parents combined and a very brave little girl.  Good Girl Brittany!

The tear streaked face above is that of Jessica Gamble who is defintely NOT the mother of the year.  The 21 year old is accused of forcing her 2 yr. old (yes that is what I said 2 yrs. old) to smoke marijuana.  Jessica is being held at the Hamilton County jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond and she faces 1 count of corrupting another with drugs.

Mommy dearest apparently forced the baby to smoke the drug on June 12th and video taped it with her cell phone… umm, stupid much???  Well the video made it into the hands of the Hamilton County Dept. of Job & Family Services, who then turned it over to the police.

The prosecutor’s office stated in a news release, ” It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching a 2-year-old child how to smoke a joint, there are just some people who should never have children.”  Well you got that right!

The baby has been placed with another relative while a caseworker investigates.  A second person may also be charged.  Now ask yourself is it not bad enough that the baby’s “mother” doesn’t have enough sense to NOT do this but that there was yet another individual there that thought it was a good idea as well…. WTF!

20-year-old Crystal Ann Williams of Crestview, Florida was arrested last week and charged with Child Abuse Causing Great Bodily Harm related to an incident back in March.

At that time Williams brought her one-year-old son to the ER at North Okaloosa Medical Center telling doctors that her son wouldn’t move his left arm. When a doctor questioned her as to what caused the injury she said she didn’t know.

Doctors found a lemon-sized bruise on his right shoulder and multiple fractures in his left arm that were all at various stages of healing. After interviewing doctors and witnesses to William’s serial abuse they discovered that Williams would snatch the boy up off the floor by his arm.

Here’s yet another story about a parent showing their child how NOT to be a responsible member of society. If you can’t get your way beat the hell out of someone, right?

33-year-old Gina Hinkle of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was arrested last week along with her nine-year-old daughter after they crashed a birthday party uninvited and assaulted the birthday girl who was all of 12-years-old.

According to police Hinkle’s daughter was not invited to the birthday party but a friend of her’s was, which is apparently what pissed them off in the first place. Hinkle and her daughter allegedly stormed into the home of the victims and started yelling at the other girl who had been invited.

Hinkle was told to leave by the parents and she refused, yelling at her daughter to “stand up for yourself and do something.” That’s when her daughter walked up to the 12-year-old and punched her in the eye. Hinkle and her daughter left and the police were called. She has since been arrested and charged with burglary and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Her daughter was cited with assault.

The parents of the girl who was punched have apparently had ongoing problems with Hinkle and her daughter, even moving to a different neighborhood to get away from Hinkle.

Hinkle was lodged in the Oklahoma City Jail, posting bond about eight hours later. The state has since declined to press charges but she still faces them locally.

Tracey Byrd and Michael Sparks of Lawrenceville, Georgia were arrested earlier this week after a complaint from one of their children’s schools was made to police about their conditions. The Lawrenceville PD paid a visit to their home earlier this week and ended up staying for several hours searching the filthy place.

Police found garbage all through the home as well as the skeletal remains of four dogs. An animal control officer estimated that they had died from starvation. The dogs may have starved but it’s for damn sure judging by the mug shots that Byrd and Sparks didn’t miss too many meals.

The couple’s children have been removed from the home and both Byrd and Sparks were lodged in the Gwinnett County Jail on two charges each of animal cruelty. Their bond is $11,200 each.

23-year-old Whitney Wilson of Indiana was originally facing a child abuse charge related to the death of her daughter Cadence Davidson.

The baby suffered a skull fracture, fractured femur and broken ribs. Wilson claims she doesn’t know what happened to the baby.

Whitney and her daughter drove to Bessemer, Alabama Sunday and shortly after she arrived the baby was taken to Children’s Hospital in Birmingham where she died Monday morning after being taken off of life support.

Wilson denies harming the child but her two other children are now in protective custody. Wilson was charged with Murder on Monday.

Back on March 7th the Fayetteville, Georgia PD received a 911 call concerning a two-month-old boy who wasn’t breathing. Emergency responders pronounced the baby dead at the scene.

An autopsy done at the GBI lab showed that the child died from meth intoxication. Poulson was allegedly smoking meth and breast feeding the baby, which passed it on to her son Jack.

After an investigation police arrested the mother, Kaisha Poulson, and have charged her with Murder, Cruelty to Children and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. She also allegedly showed a 14-year-old child how to use Oxycodone. Poulson was originally arrested in June on charges of possession of GHB, Meth and Morphine

Poulson is lodged in the Fayette County jail without bond.

Starla and William Robertson of Lexington, South Carolina have been arrested after investigators found their three children aged 2-5 living in ‘deplorable’ conditions.

When investigators entered the home they found cockroaches crawling on the furniture, piles of clothing, bags of garbage and empty food containers. Normally if you have roaches they’ll scurry off to hide in a dark corner or won’t come out during the day but the infestations was so bad it didn’t matter.

Animal feces and urine had soaked the floor and investigators even found a rat’s nest in the house.

The Robertson’s were charged with Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child.

Yet another unfortunate story of a mother who desperately felt the need to keep her penis overweighed that of the safety of her child.

22-year-old Gabrielle Silcott of Weatherford Oklahoma allowed her 22-month old daughter to be brutally tortured by her boyfriend, 28-year-old Jason Ferguson (Facebook), for at least the last three weeks. The toddler was bleeding from the brain and has bruising from head to toe.

Early Friday morning it got to the point where the child stopped breathing and Ferguson had to stop beating the kid long enough to perform CPR on the child. That’s what finally got Silcott’s attention. She called her family and asked for help and they in turn called the police.

When officers arrive Gabrielle answered the door and told them “He’s in there. Get him.” Ferguson was found hiding in the little girl’s closet. Ferguson has been charged with several different abuse charges and lodged in jail.

After questioning Gabrielle Silcott, who told police that she allowed the beating to continue because she didn’t want her boyfriend to leave, they arrested her as well. Back on July 18th she posted to Facebook from her cell phone ‘Just sittin here watching george lopez an cuddlin with the great bf.’ Great boyfriend. Right. Was that during a break in the beatings?

Both of these mouth breathers are currently lodged in the Custer County jail.

27-year-old James Derrick Hansen and 25-year-old Brandy Nicole Hansen (MySpace) decided Wednesday that they needed a night out on the town. There isn’t a hell of a lot to do in Odenville, Alabama so they went to the bowling alley in Talladega instead and proceeded to get drunk and messed up on pills. Oh, and they took their one-year-old with them.

Staff members and other customers at the bowling alley called police around 10 p.m. Wednesday night to report that they were drunk and ignoring their baby who was hungry and crying. Hell, in all the excitement of getting out on the town they forgot the baby’s milk.

When police arrived they discovered that James was already wanted for a probation violation and his lovely wife Brandy was in possession of Hydrocodone. He was arrested on the outstanding warrant and Brandy was charged with public intoxication and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The baby was eventually given into the custody of the grandmother.

I’ve got to tell you, it’s been hot in the southeast this summer. The heat index here in Georgia got up to 110 earlier today. That’s fucking hot. I work on a grill all day and sweat my ass off and then have to go outside where it’s even hotter. Thing is, I get paid for it. It’s my choice to swelter because I like to pay my bills, unlike Starkiya Jones’ two-month-old baby.

Starkiya, who lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, decided to go to the Walmart Saturday afternoon and she took her baby with her. Thing is, rather than dragging the pesky whining thing around the store she decided to leave her baby in the car. For 45 minutes. When it was 98 degrees outside.

Police found the baby in the car shortly before 4pm after a concerned by-passer noticed the child in the car. The baby was taken to CMC University Hospital to be checked out. I don’t have any further info as to how the baby is faring but since Jones has only been charged with misdemeanor Child Abuse I think it’s safe to assume the child is OK now. Jones was held on $2,500 bond.

Meet 22-year-old Tiffany Tommaseo from Chalmette, Louisiana. Tiffany has a two-year-old daughter. She also has a serious drug problem as well. As we all know the two don’t make for a very good mix and Tiffany is no different.

Tiffany dropped her daughter off at the day-care on Tuesday but after workers found the child to be lethargic and non-responsive they called Tiffany to come and get her. Tiffany told them that she was unable to come get her daughter so the grandmother showed up to get her and immediately took her to the St. Bernard Health Clinic. After discovering the little girl had overdosed she was transferred to Children’s Hospital in New Orleans.

Based on reports from physicians a judge issued a warrant for Tommaseo’s arrest. When police showed up at her house they found her in possession of Soma, Vicodin and Suboxin. Oh yeah, and she had overdosed as well, the stupid bitch. She was treated and released from University Hospital in New Orleans and arrested Wednesday. She is currently lodged in the St. Bernard Parish jail.

31-year-old Timothy Hausaman of Indianapolis, Indiana is in the Marion County, Illinois jail on $2,500 bond after his children were found wandering around an apartment complex naked while he was busy getting his game on.

A good Samaritan who drove into the apartment complex where the Hausaman’s live noticed a naked two-year-old girl playing right beside the road. She stopped and got out and that’s when she noticed a one-year-old boy wearing nothing but a diaper playing in the grass near the curb.

After waiting 20 minutes or so for someone to get the kids she called the Indianapolis cops. When they arrived and started searching they found an open apartment door. They knocked several times and even shouted into the apartment before entering, figuring someone must be hurt.

When they walked up the stairs they found the fucktard playing games on his laptop. He told them he had left his kids downstairs to play and had no idea how they got out. He also told the arresting officers ‘I am obviously not very good at watching children’. When they asked him why his wife would leave him alone with the children he told them that she thought he could handle it this time. Obviously fucking not.

Hausaman was charged with Child Neglect of a Dependent and DCS stayed with his children until his wife returned home from an out of town trip. An aunt is also at the home now helping to supervise the children. According to FOX 59 the aunt told them that ‘Kids get out all the time you know. Everybody makes a mistake. That’s the way I look at it’. She also called it a misunderstanding.

Sounds like a bunch of horse crap to me. Of course kids do get out all the time but it sounds like at least 30 minutes passed and Hausaman never once went downstairs to see what his fucking children were up to, the asshole.

A little over a week ago I told you about Gary DeToma, the Decatur man who murdered one of his young sons and tried to kill the other.

42-year-old DeToma was indicted on charges of Murder yesterday by a DeKalb County Grand Jury and the DA is going to be seeking the death penalty in the case.

I’ve run across this story a couple of times over the last week and Me ToSee also sent it to me a few days ago as well. It was a fairly busy weekend at work so I haven’t had time to do a whole heck of a lot until today.

40-year-old Cathleen M. Miller of Chicago Ridge, Illinois has been arrested for allegedly holding parties at her home and providing four teenage boys with alcohol and marijuana and then sexually molesting them.

After an investigation by local police as well as the State Attorney’s Office Hall, a secretary for the Chicago Ridge Village Hall, was arrested and charged with Criminal Sexual Assault and Criminal Sexual Abuse. She was lodged in the Cook County Jail on $900,000 bond.

The victims, who were friends with her teenage daughter, were between the ages of 14 and 15. Miller was finally caught after her daughter walked in on her and one of the children having sex. The boy felt so bad enough about it that he posted an apology to her daughter on Facebook. His parents were obviously not very pleased about what was going on and called the police.

Miller has a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 2nd.

In August of last year we told you about Aimee L. Sword, the woman arrested after she tracked her birth son she had given up for adoption through Facebook and ended up having sex with him.

In a plea deal with prosecutors Sword pled guilty to one count of 1st-degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in that deal which gives her up to nine years in prison. Judging from another story I wrote yesterday about a guy in Detroit convicted of six counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct, she’ll be out in 12 months or less.

Police visited the home of 41-year-old Gary DeToma, Sr. early Monday on a report that he hadn’t returned his two children to their mother after a weekend visit. Nobody answered the door when they knocked so the police left.

Later in the day a co-worker of DeToma paid a visit to the home, wondering why he hadn’t shown up for work on Monday. He also called police. Apparently that was finally enough for them and they entered the home. Officers found DeToma and both children, the five-year-old lying dead on the bed. What sucks (aside from the fact that a child has been brutally murdered) is that law enforcement had no legal grounds to enter the home. This may come into play later when it goes to trial.

An autopsy is scheduled for today and while police won’t release a cause of death at the current time they are saying that he was most likely suffocated and that DeToma may have tried to kill his younger son as well.

DeToma has been lodged without bond (until a hearing) on charges of Murder and Aggravated Assault. He is currently in the Dekalb County Jail. They have not yet posted a mug shot but I’ll get one online as soon as they do.

According to Gary’s MySpace he is originally from the Bronx.

Saturday morning a good Samaritan found a three-year-old boy wandering the parking lot at the Boomtown Casino in Harvey, Louisiana. He was overheated and had been outside long enough to piss himself. Security at the casino alerted the police, who showed up to help find the parents.

Shortly before noon 27-year-old Erica Williams from Baton Rouge showed up at the security office to report her son missing. When police talked with her Erica admitted to having left her son in the car for at least two hours so she could gamble. When she checked on him at 11:30 he was, of course, missing. Not only did she leave him in the car but she also left the keys in the ignition with the air supposedly running.

After being examined by EMTs the child was turned over to his grandmother and Erica Williams was arrested and charged with Child Abandonment.

The pair of shitheels pictured above are 19-year-olds Adoniyah Israel and Donna Sweet of Ocala, Florida. Since they are being featured here you know damn sure they haven’t been picked as parents of the week. Oh hell no, not by a long shot.

Police in Gainesville, Florida came across the couple last Sunday night in the street after responding to calls about a street fight. By the time they arrived a small crowd had gathered and the two were in the middle of a shouting match. Israel was waving his fists in the air and shouting at his baby mama.

When officers attempted to calm the two down Sweet ran up to an officer and tried to push him down. He took her down instead and Israel started to come after them, at least until one of the officers pulled out his taser to hold the man at bay. As they were trying to cuff Israel his girlfriend broke free and tried to pull an officer off of Israel. Both were eventually subdued.

Turns out that the infant child of the couple was in the neo-natal ICU at Shand’s Children’s Hospital and the two were so stressed out about the situation that they decided to get their party on and drop some acid. They were both charged with Brawling and Resisting Arrest With Violence and lodged in the Alachua County Jail.

My 12-year-old daughter spent her first 40 days in ICU at Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital. Either my wife or I spent most of our time there watching over her or just sitting and waiting. At no point in that month and a half do I ever recall feeling the need to do a bit of acid and beat the crap out of my wife. Maybe we’re just strange but somehow I doubt it.

The lovely couple above with the meth sores are 20-year-old Samantha Tomasini and 38-year-old Patrick Fousek. Both of them are sitting in the pokey now and it’s not for ugliness either.

Fousek walked up to two women outside the Wal-Mart (of course…) in Salinas, California early Wednesday morning and asked them if they wanted to buy his daughter for $25. Initially the ladies thought Fousek was joking but after he persisted and even put his daughter Rose in the arms of one of the women, she called the police.

At that point Patrick ran over to a car nearby, where his baby mama was waiting, and the two of them took off. Luckily the women managed to write down the tag number before they got away.

When police showed up at the apartment where Samantha and Patrick were living they found the family living in a dirty apartment with no food. Oh yeah, and they were high on meth. As if you didn’t see that part coming… According to CPS Tomasini breast-fed the child while she was messed up.

The little girl was taken into custody and both parents arrested for Child Endangerment, Being under the Influence and Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. Fousek has also been charged with violating his probation from a charge in 2006 when he and his twin brother were convicted of running a meth lab. Tomasini has an addition charge of Dissuading a Witness.

It does get slightly better though. Both of the parents are sitting in the Monterey County Jail in segregated cells but Thursday they were still in general population. When the 10p.m. news reported the charges several inmates in the open dorm jumped Fousek and beat his ass. He ended up being taken to the hospital to be treated for cracked ribs. He also has stitches on his lip, a cut on his nose and a swollen right eye. An officer with the sheriff’s department called the attack a “freak of timing”. I call it fortuitous.

Both of them are being held on $25,000 bond and they have a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 9th.

In addition to the violation of probation the two have even more legal history. Fousek has a son as well, who was removed from his home in 2006 after police found the meth lab. He has also done time for domestic violence charges and violating restraining orders involving his ex-wife. Tomasini served three months in 2009 after a 2008 arrest for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

That picture up there? That’s her last mug shot. I shit you not. She’s served three different stints in prison in the state of Georgia for Kidnapping, Robbery and Aggravated Assault to name a few. As a matter of fact she has spent the greater part of the last 20 years in prison and was just released last year and it’s looking like she’ll be going back real soon.

Kirk has been living in an apartment complex in Athens, Georgia. Thursday a little girl was playing outside (apparently unsupervised, which I have pretty damned strong opinions on but that’s an entirely different subject) when she grew fearful of a group of dogs so she ran into a breezeway where she was found by 42-year-old Serena Kirk.

Kirk pretended to protect the girl from the dogs all the while she was unhooking a $350 gold necklace from the five-year-old’s neck (another wtf?)

When the girl’s father got home from work Thursday night he reported the robbery but since he speaks Spanish it took until Friday when a deputy who is fluent in Spanish could get the details. A judge signed a warrant for Kirk’s arrest early Friday afternoon and she was picked up short while later.

Police think that Kirk possibly stole the necklace in order to buy drugs. She has been charged with Robbery, Theft by Deception and Child Cruelty.

So that brings me to the other part that disturbs me. Perhaps I am just overly protective but what the fuck was a five-year-old child doing playing outside by herself in an apartment complex. Where was her mother or caregiver and WHO THE FUCK IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would let a small child run around unsupervised wearing an expensive piece of jewelry. It just seems to me that the entire incident is riddled with fucking stupidity.

38-year-old James “Jamie” Frank Jordan of Moreland, Georgia has been arrested and Coweta County Deputies are accusing him of forcing his 11-year-old child to accompany him on burglaries and help him steal things.

Jordan has been charged with 15 counts of Burglary, four counts of Theft, four counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, 15 counts of Cruelty to Children and one count of Cruelty to Animals.

Jordan is alleged to have forced his 11-year-old to help him with burglaries for the last four years. They also say that the 11-year-old has also not received ANY formal education.

The 11-year-old and three other children have been placed with family members and Jordan is cooling his heels in the Coweta County Jail.
