Daniel Moore of Sugar Hill, Georgia has been arrested on charges of Animal Cruelty by the Gwinnett County Police Department.

Moore has been accused of dumping a stray cat in a garbage can and then pouring bleach as well as other cleaning chemicals on it.  His roommate found the cat and transported it to a vet. According to Gwinnett County the roommate also told them that Moore had previously killed a cat.

Moore is out on bond.

In Los Angles, a 62-year-old man has been convicted of having sex with a dog he adopted from an animal shelter.

The Animal Cruelty Task Force arrested Wade Strickland on February 2^nd after he was seen sexually violating the female German shepherd mix beneath a freeway over pass.  Nasty Ass!

On Tuesday, Strickland pleaded guilty to animal cruelty and lewd conduct and was placed on three years probation.  Only probation?  Hmmm…

According to the City Attorney’s office Strickland has adopted shelter dogs in the past and was reported for mistreating them.  Ok he is a repeat offender. Again, he only gets probation? Hmmm…

Witnesses were willing to testify in the latest case.  Well finally gawd damn poor dogs.

When he was arrested he was in possession of 2 dogs, one being the dog he was seen assaulting. 

Along with probation, Strickland is prohibited from owning any animals, must submit to law enforcement searches at anytime and attend 24 animal care counseling sessions.

You think the counseling sessions will help out this depraved individual?  I am doubtful.

Chattanooga police were called to a home on Thanksgiving night after getting a report of a dog having bitten a child at the home. Apparently one of the dogs in the house had gotten off of it’s chain and but one of their kids on the hand. That in itself isn’t necessarily so troubling. There’s no report as to what type of dog it was or if the kid was teasing it. I got a nice bite on the side of my head when I was three or four because I was teasing my Aunt’s poodle after being told to leave it alone. Lesson learned.

Anyway, when police arrived, it was to deal with a drunken Cathleen Anne Juras, a friend of the homeowner’s sister who lives in the home along with him, his sister and his children. According to WRCBTV police say she was “severely intoxicated”.

Juras apparently decided she didn’t want to deal with police and along with being uncooperative with officers, she stomped on the head of a kitten right in front of the officer, killing it in the process.

Juras has been charged with Animal Cruelty, Assault, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. Child Protective Services will also be contacted as a matter of course, standard procedure for the animal center in Chattanooga if kids are in the home of someone charged with animal abuse.

Tracey Byrd and Michael Sparks of Lawrenceville, Georgia were arrested earlier this week after a complaint from one of their children’s schools was made to police about their conditions. The Lawrenceville PD paid a visit to their home earlier this week and ended up staying for several hours searching the filthy place.

Police found garbage all through the home as well as the skeletal remains of four dogs. An animal control officer estimated that they had died from starvation. The dogs may have starved but it’s for damn sure judging by the mug shots that Byrd and Sparks didn’t miss too many meals.

The couple’s children have been removed from the home and both Byrd and Sparks were lodged in the Gwinnett County Jail on two charges each of animal cruelty. Their bond is $11,200 each.

Jackie Burns has been arrested and charged with cruelty to animals after police in Dade County received a tip Thursday leading them to discover his secret Hammer Time.

According to investigators Burns hit the puppy several times in the head, killing it, and then buried the animal in a shallow grave on his property.

Reading about Jason Dewayne Finley of Sugar Hill, Georgia made me wonder if the 31-year-old man has children or not.

The Gwinnett County PD received a complaint about Finley last week and once they arrived at his home found four puppies buried in a shallow grave on his property on Suwanee Dam Road. The animals had been dead for about ten days.

Finley finally admitted to police that he had beaten the dogs to death with a shovel and then buried them there.

Finley was lodged in the Gwinnett County Jail on four counts of Animal Cruelty with an $11,200 bond last Tuesday. He bonded out last Wednesday night.

English Bulldogs are a mighty stubborn breed. They aren’t meant for people in a hurry or those that need an animal to obey their every command. It takes a special kind of person to care for a bulldog. On top of that you have to groom them pretty often as they get all kinds of nasty shit in the folds of their skin. Thus the fact that I will probably never own a bulldog. Hopefully 36-year-old Maria Aguilar of Queens, New York will ever have one again either.

Aguilar was arrested recently by the ASPCA and charged with animal cruelty for allegedly beating an 11-month-old English Bulldog named Spike with a shovel. The poor animal had been beaten and abused over and over again over the last few months. Crap, I hope this woman doesn’t have children. I say allegedly but considering a good Samaritan caught her dog-beating ass on video and turned her in, there is nothing alleged about the incident.

When the ASPCA showed up at Aguilar’s home she denied having beat the dog that had a hip fracture, broken leg, three broken teeth and injuries to his ears as well as being almost blind but when they showed her the video Aguilar fessed up to the crime. She has been charged with Aggravated Animal Cruelty and Criminal Possession of a Weapon and if you don’t think a shovel is a weapon you don’t know my friend Eric.

While this really isn’t a crime story, there is a bit of an element of crime here and it’s just weird enough for me to post.

Apparently a woman in Manitowoc, Wisconsin and her boyfriend went around barriers at the Lincoln Park Zoo enclosure there a bear was being held in order to get close enough to feed the thing.

You know those signs that say “Don’t feed the bears!”?

They are fucking-a serious as 47-year-old Tracy Weiler could tell you.

Tracy was allegedly trying to feed something to the bear out of a plastic bag and the bear apparently mistook Tracy’s fingers for whatever tasty treat she was trying to feed the damned thing. You FUCKTARD! Just because they are in the zoo doesn’t mean they are tame. That’s where the fucking cages come in. bwahaha.

Weiler lost her thumb and forefinger as well as a portion of her ring and middle fingers and her boyfriend, 51-year-old Lawrence Bosworth, was also bitten while he was trying to pry the bears jaws open to free his girlfriends fingers.

Free them he did. <snicker>

It’s been reported that alcohol might have played a factor in the incident. Say it isn’t so…

Down here in the deep south this kind of stuff usually follows some inebriated jackass saying “hey Jasper, watch this!…”

Of course, I may have been the inebriated jackass a time or two but thus far I have kept the hands from the mouths of bears.

21-year-old Danielle Graham of Los Angeles was so pissed off that she had been relegated to “dog watcher” while her boyfriend went to pick up his sisters from school that she dragged his dog by a chain out of a building and threw the puppy into oncoming traffic, killing the the dog after it landed on top of an oncoming car and then rolled under a car, crushing it’s life out.

Two police officers in Hawthorne, California were sitting in their cruiser less than a block away and witnessed the whole incident.

When they attempted to arrest Graham she fought with the officers and by that time her boyfriend 23-year-old Hakeem Funtuna had arrived and he fought with the officers as well. Even though the officers used pepper spray on the two they ended up having to call in backup to subdue the pair of morons.

Graham has been charged with Cruelty to an Animal and Felony Battery With Injury on a Peace Officer and is being held on $20,000 bond at the Hawthorne jail. Funtuna was charged with Assaulting a Peace Officer. I don’t know if he’s been bonded out or what his bail is.

49-year-old Dainley Dewayne Green of Lawrenceville, Georgia has been arrested after beating a little dachshund so badly that it suffered a fractured skull and other broken bones.

What’s even more disgusting is the fact that Green beat the dog in order to punish his two children. Damn, I wonder what he would do to them if he was really mad?

Green’s wife finally got scared enough of his erratic behavior to file a TPO against Green and when deputies showed up at the house to see what had happened the little dog was shaking and had a swollen eye and was still bleeding from being strangled.

Green has been arrested and charged with Animal Cruelty and lodged in the Gwinnett County Jail where hopefully someone will strangle him until he bleeds.

I’m a stickler for good grades. To me good grades are A’s. All of my kids have and still are involved in lots of extracurricular activities but they understand that their grades come first and if their education starts to suffer then they start to lose the extra stuff. I thought I was pretty damned mean until I came across Lynn Geter.

Geter has been arrested at her Meriwether County home and charged with Battery, Cruelty to Children and Cruelty to Animals.

So what did Geter do to land herself here on the front page?

Last Thursday Geter’s son came home from school with a bad report card. Rather than grounding him or making him give up some activity that was important to him, she allegedly gave her 12-year-old son a hammer and made him go kill his pet hamster as punishment for getting bad grades.

For a pretty quiet day in crime news this is damned sure an unsettling one to come across this evening. If you live anywhere near Chelsea or Revere, Massachusetts you’d better lock up your bunnies and keep a close eye on them because there’s a bunny fucker in your midst.

Back at the beginning of June, 2008 then 37-year-old Abel Aguirre of Chelsea waited until his roommate had left their home and then set out to have himself a little bit of fun with the wabbit.

When the woman arrived home she found blood and clumps of rabbit fur on their bathroom floor as well as a claw belonging to her pet bunny. When she went looking around the place she found a used condom with rabbit fur on it in Aguirre’s room and Aguirre had left the house. When she looked in on the poor creature she found that it was injured and bleeding.

Aguirre was arrested and charged with Animal Cruelty. I guess he must have figured that Elmer Fudd would be on the jury because rather than trying to plead out he took his chances with a jury trial and sure enough the douchebag was found guilty this past Thursday. His sentencing was yesterday and while I don’t yet know what the final sentence is he was facing up to two years in jail and a $2,500 fine. I don’t guess he took his lucky rabbit’s foot to the sentencing with him.

Luckily for Mr. Aguirre I haven’t been able to find a mug shot or positive online profile for him YET. I have come across several folks by that name in the immediate area but I can’t be sure if they are related

Back on December 31st someone in the Delray Beach, Florida area around 26-year-old Jason Lester Alkire’s home must have called the law because a police officer who showed up at the house found Jason in the back yard kneeling over his dead cat and holding a pocket knife.

Alkire gave law enforcement several different stories before he finally cut to the chase and told them the truth. First he told police that his cat had died and he wanted the fur for a memorial. The second story was that the cat had scratched him after he tried petting her and he threw her against a dresser, killing the cat. The truth came out as it sometimes will and in this case Alkire finally told police that he had just strangled the cat and it had done nothing wrong. He then threw the cat away but got it back out of the trash so he could skin her.

…and it rubs the lotion into it’s skin…

Alkire also told police that he had once owned a snake and that he had skinned it as well after it died.

With these mad skills Alkire could become a taxidermist…or maybe a future serial killer. Quite a few of them do start on small animals before working their way up the food chain.

Alkire, who has had prior arrests for DUI and drug possession was ordered to have a mental health evaluation and then ordered held on $3,000 bond with an alternative of supervised release.

He has been charged with Animal Cruelty and was released on bond last night.

My kids have always eschewed their clothing, particularly when they were small. It’s nothing for the entire crew here at the Miles Casa to be seen running around with nothing but t-shirts and underwear if anything at all. As they have gotten older we’ve all started keeping our damned clothes on simply because of the fact that sometimes unannounced company shows up. Also now that the girls are getting older it’s just sort of creepy but when they were two or three it just wasn’t an issue and personally I don’t think people should be so hung up about it. Hell, I can remember plenty of times when they were small and just out playing in the yard with nothing on but their birthday suits. The thing is though, we always monitored them, were always there and didn’t let them just wander wherever the fuck they wanted. 22-year-old Xiomara Enid Diaz and 24-year-old Rafael Viconte Ortiz must have missed that day in Parenting 101.

Hillsborough County Florida Deputies responded to a call on Sugar Creek Drive on Tuesday and found two little boys, two and three years old riding their big wheels around buck naked about a block from their home. When the officers took the children home they found the doors open. They knocked and yelled several times and finally the three-year-old went inside to wake up his parents, Xiomara and Rafael. Dumb shits.

When police entered the home they found it disgusting. Two pet chihuahuas were wandering around shitting all over the house, there were no beds for the children and no food in the house. Diaz and Ortiz were arrested and charged with child neglect and confinement of animals without food or water. Both of the boys as well as a 5-year-old who was in kindergarten at the time were removed by welfare workers and the dogs are with county Animal Services. The two adults are currently lodged in the Hillsborough County Jail on $7,000 bond.

Oh. Wait, he actually did…

Having smoked for the last 30 years I can tell you that it’s a real bitch when you are out and need a smoke. Nicotine is supposed to be one of the worst drugs you can be addicted to and I believe it. As many times as I’ve quit I can also tell you that withdrawals are even worse. It’s a craving that just doesn’t stop and the more you think about it the worse it is. That having been said, I don’t think I’ve ever entertained the thought of killing anything (for very long) when I am out of smokes. I can’t say the same for 22-year-old Darren Douglas Daniels though.

Darren apparently ran out of smokes this past Wednesday night/Thursday morning and started arguing with his wife over who had the last smoke. He got so angry that the picked up their pet white rat, smashed it’s head and then choked it to death just to make sure. He also assaulted his wife, 20-year-old Kaela Daniels. His wife was so scared that she ran from the home and hid outside for an hour.

I guess Daniels decided that leaving was the best thing so he took off from their apartment, driving recklessly. When Volusia County Deputies tried to pull him over he refused. They finally used Stop Sticks to flatten his tires and make him stop.

Daniels is currently lodged in the Volusia County Florida Jail on charges of Battery and Fleeing and Eluding on $3,000 bond.

32-Year-Old Daniel Warren Clark’s girlfriend was working on his computer around 8:30 on October 24th but apparently wasn’t able to fix it to his satisfaction because it ended up starting an argument between the two including accusations that he was cheating on her. He got so angry that she left. When she returned home around 2 a.m. she noticed that her dog and two of her cats were hiding in the living room looking scared.

When she went into the bedroom she found blood on the wall but when she asked what happened, scared that he might have hurt her cat, Clark told her it was his. She allegedly called him a ‘punk’ and Clark pushed her over a couch and then punched her in the face. She left again with the animals she could find and went to a neighbor’s house.

The girlfriend came home yet again around 4:30 in the morning and asked him what had happened to her cat. At that point Daniel Clark left. She ended up finding the cat in a kitchen cabinet with blood on it. After taking the cat to the vet it was discovered that Clark had poured bleach on it, which can be dangerous to anyone or anything, particularly in the eyes.

Daniel Warren Clark was arrested and charged with assault, harassment and animal abuse. He pleaded not guilty and is lodged in the Multnomah County Jail. Clark, who is unemployed, has been dating his girlfriend for about nine months.

In addition to his obvious anger problems Clark did time for assault and attempted rape on an ex-girlfriend in 1996 and had to complete anger management classes in jail.

A few months back I wrote about Brandon Vongthongthip in Gresham, Oregon. He was arrested for illegally having sex with the family pit bull for several years. He admitted it to police who had found video of it on the Internet and it was a pretty big deal for a while.

Anyway, Brandon pleaded guilty Friday to three counts of sexually assaulting an animal rather than have a trial and he was sentenced to one year of jail, five years of probation and has to pay a fine to the humane society as well as go through sex offender treatment.

It’s one thing being a common petty criminal and robbing someone of their hard-earned stuff but it’s quite another to kill someone or something in the process.

19-year-old Ty-Shawn Eric Bost of Highland Park, Florida broke into a house Monday and stole a laptop, a Wii and some cash they had around the house. Oh yeah, and he stuck the family cat in the washing machine and turned it on, killing the poor thing in the process.

The homeowners returned home late Monday night to discover the house ransacked and eventually found the cat dead in their front-loading washing machine. Not only did Bost throw the cat in, he had to go through the effort of throwing wet clothes out of it first.

When he confessed to the crime Bost allegedly said he did it because the cat was bothering him. Fucking douchebag. Here’s to hoping he doesn’t breed. You know how bothersome children can be at times…

Police are reporting that they think more than one person was involved as several other neighborhood homes have also been broken into. Bost has been charged with home invasion and killing or torturing an animal. He’s due to be arraigned in court tomorrow.

All the way back on June 18th of this year 22-year-old Andrew Blaine Shields allegedly sliced open a cat’s jugular vein and also cut it’s thigh. The cat, whose name is Bob, went through emergency cat surgery and somehow survived the ordeal, which is simply amazing to me. I’m a cat person so this was nice to hear (the part about it surviving).

Shields, who is from Braselton, Georgia turned himself in today to police and was lodged in the Gwinnett County Jail. He was released on bond shortly after seven this evening.

The warrant for Shields wasn’t obtained until the end of August and when Shields found out he had one he turned himself in to deputies.

Back in 2007 50-year-old Rodell Vereen of Conway, SC was convicted for buggering a horse named Sugar at the Lazy B Stables. Bad enough to be jailed for being a horse fucker, but twice? With the same horse?

Surveilance cameras caught someone doing the horse back on July 19th but Police weren’t able to identify the assailant. Barbara Kenley, who owns the horse and the stables, was pretty sure it had to be Vereen. She wanted to catch him red-handed and catch him she did.

Kenley has been keeping her eyes open and this time she made sure to bring her shotgun. When she caught him literally in the act he claimed to be looking for the bathroom and then apologized, saying he didn’t mean to hurt her.

Vereen has been charged with Buggery and Trespassing. He is already on South Carolina’s sex offender list and faces up to five years if he is convicted. He was already on probation when he pleaded guilty to buggery last year and now he has to sit in jail until he has a hearing on Monday to determine if he violated his probation.

Just when I think I am creeped out enough for the evening along comes So Jaded over at the Dreamin’ Demon with a really creepy dude like 21-year-old Laszlo Arsenio Horvath from Bithlo, Florida.

Last month Orange County deputies began their investigation of Laszlo (MySpace) after receiving a tip on the Crimeline about alleged animal abuse. This mouth breather apparently just couldn’t get a date with a real girl so the lonely fucktard gave his affections to his Whippet named Silvy.

Whippets are medium sized dogs and Horvath did so much damage to the poor creature that when deputies contacted him they found Silvy with her hind end all fixed up with a cloth pressed against her lower half and held in place with duct tape which was holding her legs closed. Excuse me while I throw up a little in my mouth.

I’ll repeat that. Silvy had her legs duct tape closed holding a cloth against her lower half. After investigators convinced Horvath the best thing to do would be to turn the dog over to animal services a veterinarian decided that she was in such bad shape that they needed to euthanize the 8-year-old dog. After she was put down they did a necropsy and found human male DNA inside the poor thing.

Deputies interviewed Horvath yesterday and he confessed to sodomizing the dog several times because he was so lonely. He was arrested and taken to the Orange County Jail and charged with animal abuse.

This is apparently an old story but I must have had my head stuck in the sand back at the beginning of June because until a friend on Facebook sent me a link to it I hadn’t seen it even though Cheyenne is also plastered at a couple of true crime sites I visit as well.

Anyhow, Cheyenne Cherry is only 17 but was identified by law enforcement anyway and charged as an adult, while her 14-year-old accomplice was not. I’m not sure the age cutoff there but I am assuming that it’s either 16 or 17.  So what did Cheyenne Cherry (MySpace 1 and MySpace 2) do that has gotten her into trouble? Well, believe it or not the sweet-looking high school girl is a repeat criminal.

Last year Cheyenne and her boyfriend used a BB gun to steal a Yorkie from a woman. A few days later they sent some friends to return the dog after the owner offered a $500 reward. She also robbed a man at gunpoint for his iPod as well. In both instances she told the police it was “just a joke”

Her peculiar brand of humor (not to mention her behavior) has degenerated into something even worse this year.

Cherry and her 14-year-old friend decided it would be real funny to break into her ex-roommate Valerie Hernandez’s apartment and vandalize it back on May 6th. They stole DVDs and food and then cut up the furniture, unscrewed the light bulbs and threw bleach all over the walls. In the midst of the damage Cherry’s 14-year-old friend took Valerie’s kitten Tiger Lily, threw it in the oven and cranked it up to 500-degrees, roasting the poor beast to death. The only reason the two didn’t stick around to do more damage is because they didn’t want to hear the helpless animal crying and scratching at the door.

A neighbor smelled the burning kitten and thinking that food was burning with no one home, called the fire department. Firefighters found the smoldering remains of Tiger Lily in the oven when they got into the place.

When the two were arrested by the ASPCA Cheyenne blew the incident off as a joke just like she did her previous crimes. She told police “I hate cats” when they questioned her about the incident. She also told them that the two thought they would “play a joke on Valerie and mess up her apartment”.

Cherry, who pleaded guilty in a plea bargain to charges of animal cruelty and attempted burglary back in the middle of July is completely unrepentant. There were several animal rights protesters outside her trial and when one confronted her Cherry responded “It’s dead, bitch!”, stuck her tongue out at another and released a stream of profanities.

Now don’t get me wrong or anything. While I think that animals should be treated right I certainly don’t think of them as being more important than say a child, but wrong is wrong and cold-blooded killers get their start somewhere, usually with small animals and the like. Cheyenne Cherry is a dangerous girl with a long life ahead of her. Let’s hope that her short stint in prison will make something click and put her on the right road. Somehow I seriously doubt it.

Cherry will have to serve a year in prison and her 14-year-old friend will be tried in family court due to the unidentified minor’s age.

I mentioned down later in this post that Brandon had been a Marine but since he was living at home with his mommy I assumed that he was out. Oh no. He’s active duty. Lance Cpl Brandon Vongthonthip is part of the 6th Engineer Batalltion out of Gresham, at least for now. As one of the commenters noted he will most likely be given an administrative simply because they have bigger fish to fry. It’s too costly and time-consuming to court martial the guy.

My father and my son as well as several blogger friends are Marines and this just completely disgusts me. Just like we hold police officers to a higher standard, I feel the same way about the Marine Corps. Hell, Marines hold themselves to a higher standard as well.

Gresham, Oregon police arrested 20-year-old Brandon M. Vongthingthip on Friday for having sex hundreds of times with his pit bull over the last four or five years. I guess if you can’t get a date, you get your date where you can. Ewww. Brandong is being held in the Multnomah County Jail on 200 counts of Aggravated Animal Abuse, 200 counts of Sexual Assault on an Animal and 6 counts of Animal Abuse II. His bail is currently set at $70,500. All I can really say is dayum.

Police were alerted to the abuse of the animal by an anonymous phone call to the Oregon Humane Society, who in turn called the Gresham police since Brandon lives there with his mother and her fiance.

During their investigation police found all kinds of photos on the Internet of Vongthongthip and his girlfriend Rocky, an eight-year-old red nose American Pit Bull, having sex. I wonder if it was all doggy style? That also leads to another question. Where exactly does one post pictures of themselves having sex with dogs?

Prior his arrest and during questioning Vongthongthip admitted to police that he had been having sex with his pit bull for several years and had also posted videos of it online. Detectives located the videos and watched them before arresting Brandon. According to the police Vongthongthip asked for advice on one forum on other ways to sexually abuse the dog. Makes you wonder if it still had teeth…

So this started out as just another post on just another run of the mill scumbag but then I started looking around to find out more information on Vongthongthip. One thing I found is that according to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office AND every single one of the news stories I’ve read, his last name is Vongthongthrip, with an ‘R’ but on his MySpace page and every single reference to him prior to the crime there is no ‘R’. I also couldn’t find a single listing for a Vongthongthrip in Oregon either but there are quite a few with the way I have spelled it. I don’t know if this is an error on the part of the sheriff’s department that nobody in the media has caught onto yet or not. That’s pretty much the assumption I’m going on right now.

Speaking of Brandon’s MySpace, it used to be at http://www.myspace.com/wlldwulf but his last login was on March 21st of this year and the user profile has been deleted already, however you can get to the cached page here. There’s several interesting things I found about Brandon, not least of which he lists his employer as the United States Marine Corps. Since he lists Tactical Data Network Operator, 6th Engineer Battalion but is only 20 why isn’t he still in? Several of his MySpace friends are also Marines and according to an older Google link to his MySpace page it listed him as a Lance Corporal.

One other thing I found interesting is his profile name. Wildwulf. Brandon seems to be pretty infatuated with dogs. He uses Wildwulf several places on the net or his yahoo profile, which is also pooch related. Bigdog12121@yahoo.com. There’s nothing really damning though, just creepy. The entire time I was researching Brandon I was extremely creeped out. He did post a comment on this creepy post at Cosmos-Liturgy-Sex on this dog-pig-human looking thing that really struck me as well. It’s not really pertinant to this specific arrest but I think it shows a bit where Brandon’s mind was even three years ago. Looks like he does a lot of gaming too, mainly TF2 and Call of Duty, at least that’s the impression I got from some of the forums he’s posted on as well as this photobucket account that may be his. The sexually oriented cartoons he has posted at Rule34 probably creeped me out the most out of all of them though.

I posted a question at the top of the entry about where people would post nasty stuff like that online and after having searched I’ve found one here. I didn’t sign up for an account because I just wasn’t interested in the least at looking at some douchebag buttfucking his dog, but be warned that’s exactly what is posted there. The small portion of each post (text only) and the comments will give you a general idea of the depravity on the site though. I didn’t mean to kill my dog. You know we loved the dog, you know. We took it to the vet, it was an unfortunate accident.

In addition to the open windows a fan was also running, apparently in an attempt to dissipate a bad odor. What was the odor you ask? Niki’s pet German Shepherd, Mya. Mya was lying dead in a cage and had apparently been that way for two to four weeks according to the local humane society. Her snouth and teeth were intertwined in the bars as she had tried to chew her way out and died that way.

Why would she want to chew her way out, aside from the fact that dogs don’t like cages? Oh yeah, that’s because she had no food or water. Hell, if I was slowly starving to death I’d probably be chewing my way out of the cage as well.

According to Niki Spatig, who claims on her MySpace page to be a manager at a Wendy’s fast food restaurant, her boyfriend was supposed to be feeding her pets while she was sick and staying at various residences around time. Must be tough to sleep in an apartment with foot-high piles of shit in the litterboxes.

Litterboxes?

That’s right. She also had four cats wandering around the apartment with no food or water as well. The humane society has those guys right now and hopefully some caring person will adopt them and show them what loving animals is really all about.

Niki Spatig was arrested this week and arraigned on Thursday with ten counts of animal cruelty. She was freed on $1,000 unsecured bond later in the morning.

All I can say is that I hope she’s not a breeder, otherwise you may be reading about starving children in a few years.
