A court in Yuma, Arizona has issued a bench warrant for Dwayne Carter a.k.a. ‘Lil Wayne’ after he failed to appear for a final trial management conference. Carter is charged with drug and weapon offenses in Arizona after an arrest in January 2008 about an hour east of Yuma. Police found cocaine, ecstasy and a handgun on his tour bus at the time.

Carter’s attorney gave a pretty convincing reason as to why he couldn’t be at the court-ordered conference…he just recently started serving a one year sentence in New York after he was arrested for having a loaded handgun on his tour bus when he was caught smoking pot.

In 2007 Carter was arrested in Idaho on felony charges of being a fugitive for drug charges here in Atlanta back in 2006. The fugitive charges were later dropped. He was detained briefly in 2009 in Texas after Marijuana was found on his tour bus.

Now there’s someone for your kids to take life lessons from…NOT.

Local Atlanta-based rapper Waka Flocka Flame, a.k.a. Juaquin James Malphurs, was arrested and is being held in the Houston (pronounced house-ton if you aren’t from around these parts) on a probation violation.

23-year-old Malphurs is already on probation for possession of a sawed-off shotgun but the Houston Sheriff’s Office isn’t saying what the man was arrested for this time.

Waka Flocka Flame is signed to So Icey Entertainment, a label founded by none other than Gucci Mane, who we have already written about here.

Back around the middle of November I wrote about 26-year-old Edis Kayaler. Kayaler is the man who threatened to release a photo of Cindy Crawford’s daughter bound and gagged in a chair unless Crawford paid him off.

Back in November Kayaler turned himself in and then a judge denied him bond because he felt the man was a flight risk.

Kayaler has now been convicted of Extortion in a German court and was sentenced to spend two years in a German prison.

Thanks to Me ToSee for the update.

Nick Snyder of Manhattan, NY was recently visiting a friend of his just north of Little Rock, Arkansas and the 21-year-old male model apparently had a bit much to drink. As a matter of fact, when he and his friend got into a drunken argument and police were called he was so drunk that they had to hold him up.

After being arrested for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct Snyder attempted to talk the arresting officer into stopping the car and letting him go on the way to the Independence County jail. He even offered to blow the cop in exchange for letting him go. I don’t know about you, but offering to blow the cop is probably something a 21-year-old good looking guy needs to offer an Arkansas deputy. They don’t take kindly to ass bandits in them parts…

According to The Smoking Gun he told the deputy,

If you stop I’ll suck your dick and balls if you let me go.

Anyway, once they arrived at the jail Snyder made things worse for himself by offering a blow job to the corrections officer who was trying to book the man into the jail. In addition to the minor charges Snyder faces for getting so shit-faced he’s now also facing charges of Attempting to Influence a Public Servant. Is that what they call it now?

Snyder is currently free on $780 bond and was supposed to return to Arkansas on February 17th for trial. I don’t yet know the outcome of the trial.

    what choo talkin bout willis?

Damn, son. He looks seriously pissed. I wouldn’t want to be the one on the receiving end of that damn stare. So what does Gary Coleman have to be so pissed about other than the fact that he’s a former child star who is still expected to be a productive member of society?

Police in Santaquin City, Utah paid a visit to Coleman’s home on Sunday in response to a civil disturbance call. It hasn’t been confirmed yet but it’s quite possible they were having a dwarf tossing contest. Anyway, no charges were filed but when they ran a computer check a bench warrant turned up on a failure to appear on a misdemeanor domestic violence incident last year.

The 41-year-old man was booked without incident and lodged in the Utah County Jail on $1,725 bond which he has apparently posted.

  • If it weren’t for this entire story being a punch line of enormous proportions I probably wouldn’t even be posting this here. I just couldn’t help myself. Neither could comedian Andy Dick apparently.

Dick was arraigned in Cabell County, West Virginia this Saturday past on two counts of Sexual Abuse for allegedly grabbing a bouncer’s privates at the Funny Bone comedy club in Huntington, about an hour west of Charleston.

Dick’s bail has been set at $60,000. He has a hearing on February 2nd.

According to his latest tweet Andy says,

There are two sides to every story. Please reserve judgement until you hear mine. Thank you

Yes, I know judgment is misspelled. The quote is directly from his vocabulary, not mine.

Dick is currently on probation for Sexual Battery after he pulled down a 17-year-old girl’s shirt and bra in 2008. I find it funny that on several sites I have come across reporting on this new one they refer to the 2008 incident as alleged. No, it was alleged before he was convicted. After being convicted he was guilty of Sexual Battery. Nothing frigging alleged about that.

  • stevebabik

Steve Babik is a long-time sports broadcaster for the University of Florida, having been employed by them since 1987. He used to be the sideline reporter for Gators football games. The 50-year-old man has now been charged with Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Babik had a court appearance yesterday, pleaded Not Guilty and was released on his own recognizance.

The U.S. Attorney isn’t commenting on the ongoing investigation, saying it’s too early to release any other information.

The University did release a statement after his hearing yesterday saying,

We were made aware of the investigation in late November and immediately suspended Steve Babik. Now that he has been charged, his employment has been terminated. We are deeply disturbed by the charges.

If Babik is convicted he faces maximum jail of 20 years, lifelong probation as a sex offender and a $250,000 fine.

What really annoys me is that if it were just some schmoe they damn sure wouldn’t have released him on his own recognizance.

How’s that for a damned where-are-they-now photo. Life has obviously been not quite so kind to 28-Year-Old former child actor and punk rocker Brian Bonsall, who played youngest son Andy Keaton on Family Ties, the sitcom with Michael J. Fox, although I have the feeling that it comes mostly due to bad choices on Bonsall’s part. Bonsall also played Alexander Rozhenko, the son of Worf, on Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Bonsall, who already had a bench warrant out for him for violating probation he received after assaulting his girlfriend three years ago, was arrested on December 5th after he assaulted a friend, hitting him over the head with a broken bar stool at an apartment in Boulder, Colorado. Bonsall lives in Westminster, about 20 miles south of Boulder.

Bonsall was charged with Assault and lodged in the Boulder County Jail on $7,500 bond. He was still in jail as of 6:00 a.m. this morning on charges of 3rd-degree Assault and 2nd-degree Assault.

Someone who has access to Brian’s MySpace page or possibly a wannabe thug logged into the account on December 11th, during the period of time he has been incarcerated.

In 2001 Bonsall was convicted of DUI and in 2004 he was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

  • davidallentyner

28-Year-Old David Allen Tyner, a cage fighter from Locust Grove, Oklahoma, has been arrested and charged with six counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of four people who were found in a burning house in Oklahoma City. Two of his victims, Brooke Philips and Milagrous Barrera, were pregnant, thus the extra two counts of murder.

The arrest affidavit shows that a witness at the home told the police that someone known as ‘Hooligan’ was arguing with one of the victims when the shootings happened. Law Enforcement later identified ‘Hooligan” as Tyner. The witness managed to get away and run from the house when Tyler yelled at him that he had no problem with the witness.

Tyner used two different guns as well as knives in the murders, all of which were found at the scene along with Marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia.

The murders became national news last week because Brooke Phillips had worked at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, a brothel near Carson City Nevada that has been featured on “Cathouse”, a reality show on HBO.
