According to police in Fullerton, California 31-year-old Michael Kevin Lallana went into the office of a co-worker at the Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company in Newport Beach and jerked off into her water bottle until he ejaculated. He left the office, leaving her bottle on the desk. The woman came back later and drank from her water and got sick.
A few months passed and Lallana again ejaculated into her water bottle and after she felt ill this time the woman sent the water bottle to a private lab to have it tested. Of course the water tested positive for semen, at which point she went to the Orange County PD.
After an investigation by police and the crime lab Lallana was linked to the semen through his DNA. He was arrested last Tuesday outside his home and charged with Releasing an Offensive Material in a Public Place and Assault, both misdemeanors. Lallana faces three months to three years as well as mandatory sex offender registration if he is convicted.
