61-year-old Eddie Campbell of Belle, West Virginia was arrested Sunday morning after deputies found him in the park in Malden, shirtless and with his pants pulled down around his ankles. He was holding an armless mannequin on his lap with one hand and choking the chicken with his free hand.
After the deputy identified himself Campbell got dressed and set his girlfriend aside. He told the cop he was ‘just trying to have a little fun.’
He’s been charged with indecent exposure and was lodged in the South Central Jail on $2,500 bond.
