60-year-old Jesse James Warren, the man who allegedly killed three people and wounded two more at the Penske truck rental place in Kennesaw, Georgia, pleaded not guilty Friday at his arraignment in Cobb County Superior Court.
Warren, who apparently lives in Temple near the Casa Obvious, sat quietly while the DA read the 16 charges which include murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, aggravated battery and assault. The Cobb County DA will be seeking the death penalty in the case.
