Domestic Violence is almost always messy but damn, it sure does take the mind off of child murderers and molesters for a few moments and occasionally is good for a laugh such as with this case.
The Mesa, Arizona police were called out Sunday afternoon on a report of a woman throwing something at a car, damaging it.
When officers got to the scene the owner of the car flagged them down and showed them what his girlfriend had done to the car. Both the front windshield and back window had been smashed to smithereens. Turns out she had continuously swung a dog leash into the windows until they broke and he had the pictures on his cell phone to prove it.
When officers knocked on the door 23-year-old Chandra Reed answered the door nude and holding a beer. She told the police that she had been skinny-dipping. They told her to put clothes on before coming outside to be questioned.
Reed appeared to be drunk and was belligerent, calling the officers ‘pigs’ and refused to answer their questions. When they attempted to handcuff her she head butted one of the officers and continued cursing them.
Reed denied damaging the car but the pictures say otherwise. She was arrested on charges of Aggravated Assault and Criminal Damage.
