Police in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma arrested 21-year-old John David Swyden after the predator lured two sisters, ages twelve and fourteen, online and then sexually assaulted them.
Swyden chatted with the 12-year-old on the social networking site Facebook, got her to sneak out of the house, and had sex with her. Later, her older sister met the man and also had sex.
John Swyden has been charged with Lewd Molestation, Forcible Sodomy and Rape and is lodged in the Tulsa County Jail on $150,000 bond. He also faces separate sex charges in Creek County, Oklahoma and he was out on bond on those charges when he raped these two girls.
In the Creek County case Swyden admitted to chatting with a 13-year-old girl on MySpace last year, met her in person and then had sex with her twice.
