Gordon Kent Nelson Just Doesn’t Learn

It’s pretty rare for someone to actually be featured here more than once. I can only think of one person off the top of my head (aside from MAJOR crime stories) and now dumbass Gordon Kent Nelson gets to join that rare breed of assholes who get written about more than one time.

A couple of folks clued me in to this information earlier today via email as well as in the comments on the original story from back at the beginning of May. At that point in time Nelson had been charged with misdemeanor Battery for biting two different children. Yes, biting.

So what’s Nelson done this time around? Apparently Nelson ran into one of the little girls he had bitten along with her family, in the checkout line at the Wal-Mart in Alpharetta, Georgia.

After the family exited the Wal-Mart and attempted to leave Nelson followed them in his car and started blowing kisses. Nelson and the father started arguing and Nelson beat feet when the father told him they were calling the cops.

Part of Nelson’s bond from May was that he have no contact with either of the victims or their families so this time the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office has arrested him and charged him with Stalking, which is a felony. He’s currently lodged in the Forsyth County Jail waiting for a bond hearing.

    I wish people knew the whole story of what is going on. There was no intent to hurt these children, in order to charge someone, there has to b intent. As both of these young girls have stated, they were playing when this took place, there never was any intent on hurting them. Right now there is more damage being done do these 2 young girls than anyone knows, i bet if u were to ask them if they could go back & continue their friendship with one another, they would both agree to do so. Parents lets live by example, lets forgive & go on, because if we can't forgive, God will not forgive us & he will not hear our prayers. We need to uplift all of these families & pray for them, that God's will, will b done, God Bless & God Bless America.

    Intent just makes the crime worse, hoever, it is not required to charge or convict. It's the end results that make the charges. I am also sure that given the second encounter when he was harassing the family pretty much give lie to what you are saying.
