Back in March administrators at Western Middle School in Burlington, North Carolina reported to police allegations that a teacher’s assistant had touched students inappropriately.
After a two month investigation a warrant was issued for the arrest of 41-year-old Russell Witcher of Burlington. He has been lodged in the Alamance County Jail on $75,000 bond and his first court appearance is tomorrow.
