63-year-old Bruce Gerald Heatley, a registered level 2 sex offender in Dayton, Ohio has been arrested and is back in jail after he took lewd photographs of a child according to police. Heatley was arrested on Saturday and formal charges are to be filed soon.
Heatley was arrested for Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor after police found sexually explicit images of a local eight-year-old girl on his cell phone.
Heatley is lodged in the Montgomery County Jail but has not yet been formally charged. Heatley’s previous convictions involve a female child as well as failure to provide a change of address in accordance with the sex offender registry laws.
