Tammy Labrecque Slapped a Cripple

42-year-old Tammy Labreque of Waterbury, Connectticut has been arrested and charged with Cruelty to Persons and Breach of Peace after she was caught on video slapping and manhandling a 63-year-old quadriplegic man.

A video surveillance system installed in the man’s home recorded Labreque throwing the man on the bed, cursing at him and threatening to break his finger.

Labreque was arrested on Sunday and is currently out on $2,500 bond. She has a court hearing on March 23rd.

    WTF… I have worked with diabled adults and they are just innocent as a child. This is sick. What a tough cookie she is beating up on a 63 yr old quadrapeligic. Dumb B-tch… and she's pretty freakin scary looking on top of it. Both ehr eyes are looking in different directions.
