Police in Holiday, Florida pulled over 21-year-old Rebekah Michal Tracht-Kader this past Saturday morning around 2 a.m. after she ran a stop sign. After talking to her a Pasco County deputy determined that her eyes were bloodshot, she was slurring her words and smelled like alcohol and marijuana.
Tracht-Kader took two different breathalyzers which registered .184 and .189, both of them more than double the amount required to be legally drunk in Florida.
When deputies searched Rebekah’s car they found a green plastic box and written on the top was “Rebekah’s Pot”. Wouldn’t want the kids to get it confused with the green box containing “Rebekah’s Cookies” now would we.
Anyway, Rebekah was arrested and lodged in the Pasco County Jail on charges of DUI and Possession of Marijuana. The New Port Richey woman was released on bond later on Saturday.
