41-year-old Melinda Dennehy of Hampstead, New Hampshire turned herself in to police in Londonderry after she was accused of emailing nude photographs of herself to a 15-year-old student at Londonderry High School, where she teaches. She has been released on $10,000 bond after being charged with Indecent Exposure and Lewdness.
Dennehy was placed on administrative leave Wednesday, which is the same day that the school and police were informed of the pictures, which are now being sent around the school.
The kid who received the photos from Dennehy (and then forwarded them to two other male students) claims that Dennehy sent him text messages offering her sexual services and kissed him at school twice recently.
Police have question the boy as well as several other male students including the ones who received the photos. The arrest affidavit says that at least one photograph shows the mother of two with her “genitals exposed”. Also according to the affidavit (which can be seen here) Dennehy continuously sent the child text messages, in some of them telling the student that she wanted to give him a blow job.

While I am quite an admirer of the female form in all shapes and sizes, somehow the thought of looking at Dennehy’s beef curtains is a visual I really didn’t want tonight. Just damn.
Dennehy has her arraignment on April 30th and has also been put on administrative leave with pay from Londonderry High School. She has been ordered as a stipulation of her bond to stay away from anyone under 16.

Melinda and her husband must share the same email address as this is the MySpace account linked to it. Either that or she sent the nude pictures from her husband’s email account.
Updated 3/26/10 – Melinda Dennehy has resigned her teaching position rather than remaining on administrative leave. Police are also trying to determine if she violated her bond when she attended a gymnastics meet last weekend that the victim also attended.
