I initially posted about Dr. Amy Bishop and the UA Huntsville shootings here and posted a little more here about Massachusetts reviewing the shooting of her brother. More and more details seem to be coming to light about Bishop all the time.
The 1986 shotgun killing of her brother at their home was ruled accidental at the time but the current DA is now saying that “newly found” police reports show that there was probable cause to arrest her 24 years ago on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of ammunition. Sounds to me like they are playing a game of CYA.
In 1993 Bishop, along with he husband James Anderson, were questioned about a pipe bomb that was sent to one of her coworkers at Children’s Hospital Boston. The bomb never went off and nobody was hurt but nobody was ever charged in that either. Were the two behind the bomb?
In 2002 Bishop went to an Ihop in Peabody, Massachusetts. When Bishop found out that another woman there had gotten the last booster seat Bishop threw a fit announcing “I am Dr. Amy Bishop” as she hit the woman. WTF? Bishop was charged with Assault, Battery and Disorderly Conduct but after she admitted to the assault the charges were adjudicated, basically meaning that they ended up being dismissed.
Family members of the victims of the UA Huntsville murders are asking how she passed background checks at the school and how a crazy bitch like that could be hired. Problem is, since she got a free ride in each of the previous offenses there was nothing that would ever show up on her record to be found in a criminal background check.
