Occasionally Lady Justice takes her own sweet time to get around to it. Last summer FlamingFox told us about 60-year-old scumbag Louis Masino of Morristown, New Jersey. During a surprise visit by his parole officer (Masino is a Meagan’s Law registrant for molesting a child in 1996) he was found at home alone with a 4-year-old boy. The officer contacted police who promptly arrested the douchebag who was supposed to have NO unsupervised contact with children.
Masino was finally indicted yesterday on charges of sexually assaulting the four-year-old at a home in Washington Township. All total he was indicted for Sexual Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Violating a Condition of Parole. A relative of the kid was also indicted for child abuse for actually leaving the kid with Masino. Fucking moron.
During the visit from the parole officer, who interviewed the boy, the child told him that Masino would handcuff him behind his back. He also told the officer that he was forced to take a nap with the old fuck naked and that he was afraid of Masino. When the parole officer arrived Masino and the boy were only clothed in shorts.
Masino admitted during questioning that he had sexual urges toward the child and that he rubbed his genitals and hands on the boys buttocks. He would also rub the boy’s chest and have the child rub his in return. yuck.
