58-year-old Mound, Minnesota man James Wallace Fall has been arrested and charged with Sexual Abuse after he allegedly married his 10-year-old niece in 2001 with the full knowledge and permission of her aunt, who has also been arrested for her part in the disgusting scheme.

Fall would apparently alternate sleeping with his young, new wife and his other wife, 49-year-old Rosemary Fall.

The “marriage” continued until his niece, who is now 19, turned him in to police. She has told law enforcement that Fall threatened to kick her and her two brothers out of his home if she didn’t go long with the marriage.

Fall admitted to the marriage, telling police that the her aunt was aware of the marriage and did nothing to stop it. He claims to be a prophet of God and told detectives that it was God’s will he marry his niece. As usual he was able to cite scripture which “proved” it was OK.

Fall is currently lodged in the Hennepin County Jail waiting for his trial. He is also being investigated for murder and fraud. Police think he may have poisoned the girl’s father and his brother-in-law Phillip Johnson, ten years ago.
