40year-old Francis J. Felter from Summerville, South Carolina has warrants out for his arrest for committing a lewd act on a nine-year-old girl. He is wanted for two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor.
Felter was last seen in the Summerville area driving a 1995 champagne colored Ford Thunderbird with SC plates 7259EJ.
Anyone with information about Felter is asked to call the Summerville Police at 843-851-4100.
