Back in 1997 Dale Michael Bettencourt molested a seven-year-old girl. He is now a registered sex offender in the state of Kansas after being convicted of Aggravated Indecent Liberties.
According to police Bettencourt has failed to report his correct home address and now has warrants out for his arrest.
Bettencourt is 45, 6’ tall, 225 lbs, with brown-gray hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his left forearm.
