33-year-old Carlos Venancio Ramirez of Sugar Hill, GA has been accused of bullying a 14-year-old girl into performing sex acts for him over a ten month period at his former home in Buford, GA. Along with using her for his own gratification Ramirez allegedly shared the girl with four of his friends.
Ramirez reportedly used a combination of threats and intimidation to keep the girl “in line” and continue to abuse her for so long.
Ramirez was finally arrested last Wednesday and is being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Jail on charges of Trafficking of Persons for Sexual Servitude, Aggravated Child Molestation and Statutory Rape. Ramirez is no stranger to the county jail, having been arrested at least eight different times in Gwinnett County since 1998.
The other four men have not yet been identified so they have most likely not been arrested. If I get more information I’ll be sure to post it here.
