I have completed the move to WordPress. If you have previously signed up, you will have to do so again but the process is much easier now and you can also edit your profile. If you use a Gravatar it will show up automatically with your comments.
While Movabletype is a much more powerful CMS platform I needed something that I could just “use out of the box” and configure easily.
