26-year-old Julie Michele Livingston (MySpace) of Fayetteville, NC was arrested New Year’s Eve and charged with having sex with a 15-year-old boy.
Livingston had initially reported to police that back on October 17th a 15-year-old boy had raped her but after an investigation police concluded that she had consensual sex with the minor.
Livingston, whose husband is in the U.S. Army and currently deployed, was charged with Statutory Rape, Indecent Liberties With a Child and Filing a False Report. Her bond was set at $5,000.
