Gucci Mane Behind Bars…Again

Local Atlanta rapper Radric Davis, a.k.a. ‘Gucci Mane’, is back behind bars again for at least the third time. Davis, who is getting ready to releas his third album titled ‘The State vs. Radric Davis‘, pleaded no contest in 2005 to an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge after he hit a nightclub promoter in the hit with a pool cue.

In October or September of 2008 he was arrested and jailed for a probation violation after not having finished his court ordered community service. He was released from prison back in March of this year.

Police haven’t released what this probation violation is for.
