Police in the Cincinnati area have arrested 28-year-old Bryant S. Waller in the alleged rape of a seven-year-old girl in his home back in March. According to WKRC Waller is a friend of the little girl’s family. Waller was seen in a bond hearing yesterday where the victim’s mother pleaded with the judge, calling Waller a flight risk. He is currently being held on $150,000 bond.
Waller works in construction as a drywall installer in the area and has five misdemeanor drug convictions to his credit so far. Victimless crimes my ass.
